The customer service at this dealership is one of the reasons we come from Spokane WA to Portland to buy cars. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Graham, Kenny Levias and Jennifer Joseph. Everyone was very professional while being fun and friendly. I noticed right away that Michael was wearing many hats and taking the initiative to just get things done. I appreciate his attention to detail in providing great customer service. Kenny and Jennifer both managed to be down to earth and professional! I will definitely buy my next car from them. I just wish I lived closer so I could have my service done there too.

Have taken both my S430 and my C300 in for minor repairs here. ALL of the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Portland are so down to 🌎 earth. It doesn’t matter if you’re there for parts, sales, or service. I’ve experienced the best service ever from them. Is recommend them to anyone I know who is in need of having their Mercedes worked on. Thanks Rod and Mark Tower

I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes of Portland last October. And although my sales experience was very good, they told me the tires on my car were brand new and when I brought the vehicle in for service months later turns out they were not new tires. I take responsibility for not checking them however honesty would’ve been great. The reason why I am leaving a bad review is because for a luxury car dealership they hate answering their service phone. I literally performed a test I would call them multiple times in one day at different hours to see if the service department answer their phone, come to find out I was correct and they never did. Although this may be a good dealership for buying a car, I would avoid using the service department at all cost simply based on the fact they don’t answer their phone.

EDIT: May 2021. I don’t like when mechanics lie to me. I took it in for $1600 in suspension work. They told me that I also needed the front brakes replaced that I had replaced the year before with carbon fiber pads and drilled rotors. Also told me I needed to spend another $750 to replace a leaking valve cover gasket. Took it to Bradshaw’s on Fremont. They confirmed both brakes and gasket were good. These people lied through their teeth to me because apparently my $1600 in suspension work wasn’t a big enough bill for them. They won’t ever get another cent of my money. .

So far, I’ll give them 4 stars because my experience was only with tire sales/nstallation not automotive work but they were superb. Great tires General Grabber AT at a fantastic price. These are amazing tires for your 4×4 and this is where you go to get them. Based on other reviews and friendliness/professionalism of staff, I’m feeling confident about bringing my Suburban in for some work.

Found this place after my wife bought a new to her BMW X5. Had a minor suspension issue we didn’t want to become a major issue. Their reviews speak for themselves. Chris greeted me with a smile when I dropped off the car. He immediately had a conversation open through text about what was going on. Kept me in the loop from start to finish. Diagnosis was very in detail. Never had shop have such attention to detail on everything. They found the issue you had and made the recommendation not pushy and we went forward with repair. Picked up car next day washed and drives amazing now. Incredibly honest and a true value in auto repair! This is the only place to go for your BMW or Mini! So glad I found them. I spoke with the owner on my first call for about 20 minutes and when I brought the vehicle in, Chris was great and we sat down and connected for a bit. I had them do a Post Auto Inspection where they went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and the car came out in great shape with just a couple things that I need to do. I now have peace of mind on where the vehicle is in terms of condition. I have already set up my next appointment to take care of a few hiccups. It’s nice to know we found trustworthy and friendly mechanics close by that believe in what they do for a living.

Nick presented me with three standard tiers for upgrading my stock system, as well as ways to customize the system further. I was interested in the top tier with a few further modifications. Despite making a few plan changes close to my scheduled appointment the shop did everything in their power to accommodate me and make sure I was confident and happy with the direction the install was going.

And the finished product was nothing short of spectacular. The sound is truly phenomenal. It's rare for me to have a service experience where I feel like I got exactly what was planned and paid for, on time, without compromises. Nick and his staff were all extremely friendly and genuinely love cars and what they do with them.

Not a single person that has ridden the truck has thought that the pillar arms were aftermarket, they appear to be factory designed, sleek, and functional.

The quality of the product, the tuning, and the communication was all incredible, and I would recommend Musicar Northwest to any and everyone for their custom car audio needs, regardless of user.

Pricing was consistent and fair for the premium audio market with parts and installation. Worth every dollar spent, and in the future I would come back here for any other car audio needs I have. 5/5 and then some. What’s more, they had a sterling reputation for doing Porsche installs, which was exactly what I was looking for. I reached out to Nick Akin, their Porsche Audio specialist, for some options.

I took my 2018 Ford Raptor into this shop a little over a year ago. I had been meaning to write a review here for some time but wanted to also give everything time to settle.

My experience here from start to finish was top tier. I worked with Sean, who was readily available and answered any and all questions I had throughout the entire process.

The quality of the product, the tuning, and the communication was all incredible, and I would recommend Musicar Northwest to any and everyone for their custom car audio needs, regardless of user.

These folks are like the green berets of professional car audio in the Northwest. I stopped by just looking for some cabling and basic parts for my own modest/budget build which they informed me isn’t really their forté. Knowing I wasn’t buying anything from them, they still took the time to show me around the incredible builds they were working on in the showroom and recommend me some good options I could find elsewhere. I look forward to the day I can afford one of their incredibly clean, high quality builds.

Over the years, Reborn has performed almost all of these services listed above on my 2002 CRV, and I have been totally happy with the results and the reasonable expense. I trust them completely to check the car for routine maintenance and then let me know if there is something that needs to be fixed and the cost to do it. They have showed me what may need attention in the future, like brakes that were wearing down but not enough to warrant replacement yet. They do not pressure you in any way. The work done on the car has been done well and communication is prompt and thorough. Give them a try!

They’ve always done solid work, and with this last (used) car, looked it over for me before I bought it. Finding a nice, 3 yr old, lightly used car that performs good as new has, just by itself, more than paid for whatever I’ve spent there. And with my previous car, also used, at 10 yrs and 110,000 miles they basically took out the whole engine, soaked all the parts clean, and put them back in, a $450 service that made it once again run good as new. I like driving a nice car but I get very cranky about having to spend more than necessary for the privilege. If I’m happy with Reborn, you probably will be too!

Even when I discovered a problem after I signed the paperwork and paid the deductible, they were very responsible about having the problem resolved. Front desk staff (Cindy and Cheyenne) were super friendly. They and their guest assistant Brandon were really good about keeping me up to date on the progress. Their collaboration with the car rental shop made that very convenient. I highly recommend them.

I would like to address the fact that these guys can be challenging at times to get ahold of. This is true. Sometimes that can be an indicator of a sloppy operation or one where they don’t really care about the customer. That is anything but the case here. I would advise anyone who wants a top quality install to just be persistent. I had better luck calling than I did by email, which is usually my preferred means of communication.

These guys will be my go to shop for all future car audio purchases for the rest of the vehicles in my household.

We purchased an almost new used (non Mercedes Benz) car from here. Our experience was phenomenal. Chan was our sales person. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and cared for. I felt good about buying a new car here as it went through a full check up with the Mercedes Benz mechanics. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. There prices were competitive too.

I’ve been a Tesla fan since they say they came out. I’ve always said if i come up on a bunch of money and that’s most definitely what i still plan on doing especially now that I’ve sat in one and driven all of the models even ones that’s not out yet. They are freaking remarkable and beautiful

This was the first time getting a Volvo and I had great experience with DLR Nordic, Don was very helpful in my acquisition of my XC90. He had a lot of knowledge in anything Volvo and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back again. I love that it has the 5 year / 100k mile warranty that they offered. It was a great addition. No pressure at all from Don to buy but I myself was pressured to buy quick because there was 2 other people that wanted the same vehicle. So I decided to buy it online without a test drive but I was not at all disappointed, this vehicle is comfortable and really does well on the road. I love it.

We just bought a 2017 XC60 R-Design and the entire transaction was painless. Some of the positives; communication of when the vehicle was ready, no pressure, the test drive experience was great and the 5 year / 100k warranty was a great unexpected bonus. Really impressed with my experience. Before coming in I called various times about v60 models. The staff was always polite. Once I made it. I wanting to view the 2017 v60 cc and ended up driving a 2020 v60 cc. Don was my sales rep. He was extremely polite and patient with me. I had a bunch of questions on the new models. I can’t comment on purchase yet but so far has been a pleasent time.

What an amazing road trip. It makes a huge difference when the whole experience is hassle-free/stress-free. Starting with excellent customer service/communication, easy pick-up/drop-off, and all the add-on included in the rental. 8 days driving the large van around Oregon was so much fun. The van has so much space for a family of 4. It was easy to drive, in excellent condition, and very clean, way easier to find a parking spot compared to a small RV. The chairs, folding table, stove, kitchen kit, made camping very convenient. It was raining on and off and the awning came in handy. I also like that the refrigerator is compact but can actually hold a lot of stuff. Great experience all together, highly recommended. Will do it again for sure.
