Gender Equality: A Win-Win Game For Everybody
“A daughter is not a burden. Please look around us- see how girls are bringing pride and glory for our nation. They are excelling in several fields,” the PM said Equality between men and women makes any society go forward and prosper. Let us resolve that there will be the same number of girls taking birth as the number of boys. Beta-Beti Ek samaan,” he said. Considering the progress achieved in increasing gender equality in industries, women staff are often paid slightly less than their male counterparts, and they are under-represented in senior management positions. Although discrimination and unfair wages are unethical, the facts show that there are still massive hurdles to equal opportunity and that employers have a crucial role to play in addressing these hurdles in their workplaces.
Tumblr media
The most important steps that leadership teams should take to drive change within the company and help to reduce the gender pay gap between workers.
1. Re-assess the job requirement for the senior staff
In the case of companies that do not employ women for senior positions, they should recognize the hurdles they have generated that have contributed to fewer job applications by women. It does not mean that the qualifications for a job are to be updated, but wondering if 15 years of managerial experience is expected when 10 years can be used is a good move in opening up the role for more candidates. Organizations will also consider that the role is similarly advantageous, with certain forms of expertise that extend the range of applications.
2. Remove the Gender Pay Gap
The pay disparity can only occur if a system of silence is fostered within an organization.
A new philosophy of openness needs to be implemented, which encourages an organization to explore the pay disparity between women and men and avoids telling people if they have been paying since their last role. Instead, each job should have a pay bracket detailing the salary for that job.
3. Make Work/Life harmony a priority for the workers
Although research has shown that the gender wage gap for young women is shrinking, it is widening for working mothers because they are essentially subject to a pay cut for taking time off.One of the most important barriers actually stopping women from hitting the height of their careers is the lack of available childcare. Organizations should discuss helping budget for child and elder care to ensure that they do not oversell how family-friendly they are to career prospects if those services are not currently in place because that may lead to dissatisfaction with an early exit from the company. Parental leave for fathers will also be encouraged in order to help working mothers, as this would not only allow mothers to spend more time in their jobs, but fathers tend to and will be more deeply involved in childcare. As it is the duty for both of them. Companies need to play a crucial role in helping mothers by partnering together to settle to a healthy and equitable workforce that will encourage efficiency, while also providing flexibility and the freedom to work remotely where possible.
4. Make Mentors available to all
The presence of an accomplished mentor to help direct you through the various paths that you will face during your career is essential and should be an opportunity that is available to everyoneMentors will continue to be told whether to apply for salary raises within an organization and to offer guidance about how to tackle any problems relating to discrimination. While it may be appealing to solve gender inequality within an organization by concentrating specifically on women, gender equality needs to concentrate on both men and women. Organizations with mentoring systems will therefore not rely on same-sex matches, even if, as with companies with few senior women, they are still too thin to have time to mentor other employees. The '#metoo' movement has helped lift awareness and recognition about widespread harassment and racism, but sadly it has still had little effect on the workplace.

5. Harassment needs to be detected and soon stopped
At some point in their life, one in four women was exposed to abuse at work. Management has a duty to ensure that they take early action to detect and avoid abuse, but unfortunately, reports of misconduct in certain companies are still overlooked. If there are some signs of abuse inside the workforce – no matter how big or minor – you need to quickly root it out to ensure that a reasonable framework is initiated to discourage these incidents from arising. Gender equality is more than a target in itself; it is a necessity for addressing the challenge of poverty reduction, good governance, and the advancement of sustainable development. Gender equality is not only a social imperative, it is a corporate goal. Extensive, family-friendly practices that respect both genders and are non-biased are the perfect way to recruit and keep top talent, offering the greatest benefit to your company. Gender equity is in the interests of governments, businesses, people, and families. It's not a zero-sum affair, it's a win-win game for everybody.

Future of Aviation: My interview by La Tribune | captpoonam
The green world I want to live in, when I say green, it is not just only flora and fauna, it’s also about the oceans, the air that we breathe, the clear vision that my eyes want to see.
It was such a wonderful and proud moment when I was esteemed this week to be interviewed for the event in Aeroscopia Museum, Blagnac, France where I draw up my ideas on the future of aviation and specified my perspective to have solar-powered batteries, powering the aircraft of the future, harnessing wind energy to produce electricity, and the same goes with the hydel power projects.
The interview was all about an individual’s perspective regarding various activities and their measures towards the environment. And, it’s obvious “Green world, Clean world”. That’s why I would love to share a glimpse of my interview that exactly reflects my vision towards the environment.
In the frame of the Aerospace & Mobility activities, TBS deliberately brings its support as it is time for solidarity, diversification, and innovation. This is key to restore confidence in the ecosystem, to unite, and draw up new perspectives for the future of the aeronautics industry.
Interestingly, Mr. Jean-Brice Dumont, the President of CORAC, Executive Vice-President Engineering of Airbus, in his capacity as "Inspiring Guest", gave an exclusive interview drawing up the road-map to achieve a de-carbonized aircraft in 2035.
Let me connect you to my vision and views on the future of air transport in the face of climate change through the series of these questions:
Q1. The clean plane or a non-polluting plane, do you believe it? and why?
I would definitely place the environment over profits. My vision is to promote clean non-polluting planes.
The onus of protecting the environment lies exclusively with us.
The lack of filtration due to depletion of the ozone layer and growing concern of the El-Nino effect will have drastic effects on the oceanic as well as on the geo physical qualities of the earth affecting industries like fishing, farming, including livestock farming, telecommunication, to name a few.
To ever increasing number of flights, we are also increasing the size of the carbon footprints as these are byproducts of burning fossil fuels.
The impending dangers associated with environmental concerns can be minimised by using the substitute fuel like biofuels, to alleviate the perils associated with these.
Q2. What is your vision for the future of Aviation and Transportation?
Green world I want to live in, when I say green, it is not just only flora and fauna, it’s also about the oceans, the air that we breathe, the clear vision that my eyes want to see. A pollution free environment, the future generations should also reap the benefits. I want to create such footprints which will enable the future generations to use these footprints to create their own milestones.
We as humans, have innovated, discovered and invented various methods on how to channelise the natural resources readily available to us like air, water, sunlight. My vision is to have solar powered batteries, powering the aircrafts of the future, harnessing wind energy to produce electricity and the same goes with hydel power projects.
Thanks to my project on using Artificial intelligence tools to improve flight safety in the futuristic vision of having a smart cockpit.
Regarding Transportation, I developed a model for Customer Excitement for airlines with the internet of things and artificial intelligence.
These innovations when incorporated effectively will lead to sustained business growth and explorations.
Q3. What is the role of Aviation in the economy, the new challenges?
Economy always thrives on international trade and the aviation industry is by itself a behemoth and it supports trade, people, both business, leisure, and the tourism industry. It supports all the productional engineering, industrial engineering.
New Challenges is to re-build the confidence of the travelling public by adopting safer measures especially in view of the pandemic which has wreaked havoc in the lives of all and sundry. The new normal is what should be embraced wholeheartedly because the earlier we accept the reality, the better can we enhance the quality of our lives.
We need an economy that works for the planet, not against it.
Q4. What do you think is necessary for a full recovery in the future?
Only man can make or break himself, so it lies within us to identify our strengths so that we can tide over the crisis that has been plaguing us for long. Government Support,  International co-operation among various agencies associated with air travel. Creating opportunities to develop business in the aviation industry by taking measures which will be beneficial in creating an ecosystem which will lay emphasis on the green universe facilitating both manufacturers and the end users.
Role of artificial intelligence cannot be undermined as data sourcing analysis inclusive of algorithmic mathematical equations to enable full recovery of the industry causing minimal damage to the environment.
Q5. At last, if you have one question to ask about the Aeronautic sector, which one would it be?
Being an airline pilot, captaining a commercial jet I would want to ask:
How quickly is It possible to bring alternate sources of fuel, Environment friendly fuel and how easy would it be to introduce it to fragments of the aviation industry especially the Original Equipment Manufacturers Or the OEM’S.
The Concluding Thoughts
TBS is reinforcing its presence and impact with the recent creation of the Societal Transition Directorate and the reaffirmation of its differentiating activities in "aerospace & mobility" and in "artificial intelligence & data analytics".
Hence, TBS brings its support to meet the challenges of intelligent and fluid mobility: more frugal, sustainable, responsible and which optimizes the passenger experience in a systematic and holistic manner.
Thanks to the team who gave me this robust opportunity to reflect on my thoughts on the future of aviation.

Artificial Intelligence: Heartbeats Of India | captpoonam
Artificial Intelligence?
We have reached the era of Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is currently in a rapid phase of growth and is continually making technological advancements. India has become a rising business center and ranks among the world's most desirable technology transaction economies in the world.
Every Indian, however, is frightened of the stomach-lurching feeling that comes when their smartphones are lost, from a teenager to a housewife, because that small gadget connects us not only with the individuals in our phone contacts but with the universe. In some way or the other, our devices and several Applications we download use artificial intelligence.
So if you can't picture your life without the endless dose of internet browsing, ordering stuff online and finding new songs on your favorite music streaming app; if you're a bad browser and depend on Google maps relentlessly to navigate your way to your location; or if you love following what's hot on Facebook and Pinterest, then a little heads up, guys; you're already plunged into AI's morass. This demonstrates how little artificial intelligence we know, but how easily its source tangles us up.
India: Becoming an AI Superpower
India is at the cusp of the AI revolution right now and its effect is beginning to take off. India is a major nation with social problems of its own. India is a land of ethnic, demographic, linguistic, and literacy growth. The list goes on. This simply raises the challenge of running the country and bringing about the transition.
India will eventually develop home-grown technology that is more appropriate to India and its concerns, with a very strong IT potential and an even stronger start-up community. These will then have a greater presence in the worldwide space to further strengthen India's positioning in the worldwide AI sector.
The Current Status of AI in India
India is ranked as the center for "Internet Skills"-Digital Innovation Hub. The nation spends $1.6 bn annually on upgrading the sector's workforce. The business is the private sector's biggest employer, employing 3.9 million workers. With over 627 million internet users in 2019, India is turning into a digital global marketplace.
The Indian start-up industry has already seen enormous upgrades and impressive alliances with global tech giants. Today, Indian businessmen have a greater understanding of business trends and are well-informed about the innovations involved. Today, Indian start-ups are implementing AI to build vertical solutions such as BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, etc., and also for others that were previously unexplored, such as agriculture, fisheries, marine resources, water conservation, alternative medicines, protection and empowerment of women.
In 2017, a Commerce and Industry Department Task Force on AI for India's Economic Transformation was established. The National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog, the government think-tank, pioneered the national research-focused AI program in February 2018.
In brief, the pace of imagination around developing a detailed AI plan for the future is not comparable to America or China today. There is increased AI involvement in companies working to qualify their workforce to interact with other international giants, educational institutions focusing on their curriculum design to include machine learning courses and other related fields, and people and professionals acquiring and developing their skills.
Much of the momentum today appears to be in the form of government AI pilot projects in agriculture and healthcare and the rise of AI startups in tech hubs in India. Karnataka has introduced the GOI and NASSCOM Center for Excellence in AI in Bangalore to mentor AI professionals.
In short, with three to four startups born daily, India has a big advantage over other countries in terms of intelligence, powerful IT services, an offshore outsourcing industry to leverage the power of AI, and a vibrant start-up ecosystem in the world. But if the AI wave needs to be manipulated, India needs to resolve its inherent vulnerabilities.
Ambiguity remains among policymakers and decision-makers regarding AI applications. Besides, emerging and very small AI talent is only available as of today. And, because of failures, cultural influences, copy-catting market structures, and venture capital ineptitude are other limitations.
AI in Pandemics
Artificial Intelligence has a wide scope to assist with worldwide pandemics in the current as well as in the future. Analyzing the development of diseases, robots, data visualization, NLP, etc. by vast pieces of data and offering valuable insights will benefit researchers greatly. Not only does AI have the capacity to help tackle this pandemic, but also to help in future studies.
There is a desperate need for trained practitioners in this field with the rise of Artificial Intelligence ( AI) prospects. This is an outstanding time to learn emerging technology such as data science, deep learning and machine learning, programming with Python, etc.
Final Thoughts
To take advantage of the cost-competitive advantage and a large source of skilled IT workers by concentrating on AI programs, sufficient funding, PPP alliances, joint international collaborations with industry and academies, rapid progress in AI absorption, and growth is crucial. Paying higher wages not only to sustain but also to lure Indian talent employed in foreign countries and provide a favourable work climate and rewards for commitments to development is an essential in house and on job up-skilling of the workforce.
To sum up, with the aid of data analytics and artificial intelligence, the entire nation is on the point of shaping multiple sectors throughout the pandemic. There are already substantial provisions in the backing, national security, fitness treatment, transport, and so on that have altered decision-making, commercial prototypes, risk reduction, and efficiency of the company. Such advances have significant social and economic benefits.

Lockdown: Proven as a Lockup for Woman | captpoonam
COVID-19 consequences are not gender-neutral. Women and girls face much elevated rates of harassment and violence. They are more susceptible to economic deprivation,  more domestic work and have less approach to critical health care.
Experiences from recent global crises, such as the epidemic of Ebola and Zika, as well as from prior disasters in the Pacific, have proven the crucial significance of integrating a gender perspective in preparation, intervention, and restoration to ensure successful government action, humanitarian reaction and, to foster gender equality.
A successful outcome for all needs to realize how COVID-19 impacts women and men differently and to consider women as leaders and decision-makers.
Home is not always the safest place
The graph reveals that there is already a huge spike in domestic violence and the "right to live with dignity" allegations, and a smaller spike in rape/attempt to rape and sexual harassment. As this number includes two weeks of full lockdown (therefore no movement outside the home), and decreased freedom in March due to fear of virus. These assaults and attacks, therefore, include those caused by family members.
Unfortunately, India is not the only exception to the global pattern of escalated domestic violence caused by the disease outbreak.
For women and girls at the threshold of domestic and sexual abuse, their anxiety is justified; it is deadly to be stuck at home.
The trigger of violence against women is not COVID-19, but it can complicate an already violent situation. Many had to use aggression to do so because they feel they're entitled in a relation to power and authority.
An effective trick used for conserving this primacy is social isolation. Some strategies may include denying medical treatment, regulating internet access, and not letting friends and family connect to them.
Abusers also cultivate deep-seated convictions that in a family, their will should rule above all others. Since women and children spend more time close to the abuser, they will increase their everyday demands to do it in their way. And also, the threats of abuse in lockdown scenarios are further heightened for women and girls with disabilities.
Women’s domestic labor is soaring high
The soaring burden of unpaid labor is one of the aspects that the pandemic has impacted women differently than men. The strain of unpaid work falls overwhelmingly on women due to the sexual division of labor and gender stereotypes and social expectations of practicing domestic and care work in a household.
Such functions are time-consuming and physically stressful, shackling women to hardship over time, causing them little or no time to participate in creative pursuits such as schooling, jobs, or entertainment.
The pandemic has served to intensify the gender-specific existence of unpaid jobs at home that already exists. The need to carry out unpaid tasks such as cooking, cleaning, washing, child care among others by household members has accelerated with the shutdown of offices and educational institutions and the concurrently rising norm of work from home and online education, along with the lack of facilities for domestic employees.
Women are at the forefront of upholding the safety and wellness of their families
Girls and women are at the forefront in hospitals and homes. Nature and the environment are turning into global gains. If there's one thing we've realized about this pandemic, it's that the world is united in this, and only if we behave as one can we conquer it.
Women are integral to the outburst response as community mobilizers, caregivers for sick relatives, service providers, administrators of households, and proactive health workers. Yet they often stay excluded from senior health leadership and community decision-making.
Working together, authorities, sponsors, society, and others must react to the gender-based implications of the pandemic, beginning with expanded funding for programs related to family abuse, open communications on public health, equitable access to food relief, and initiatives on livelihoods in areas where women work.
A solution that does not take into account the effects of COVID-19 on women and girls will not only struggle to reach half of the population's needs and desires but will also be less successful for societies as a whole.
The Concluding Thoughts
Many individuals with Covid-19 would need to be treated at home as health services become squeezed. These would add to the stress of women and place them at higher risk of becoming contagious. We need to equip women with what they need. Let's allow them to remain secure and supported. It's a prudent action to do, but it's also the wise thing to do to keep saving and improving lives.
If we are concerned about the eradication of this virus, we must encourage and safeguard the interest and rights of women, for their well-being and so that they can keep promoting and maintaining the interests of others.

Power Of Adaptability: Getback & Setback | Captpoonam
Do you know any rubber-band kind of people?
They are the ones who always manage to rebound no matter what happens to them. They may be suffering from a disability, a traumatic event, or a series of misfortune, but they never seem to be held down. Life can strain them to their bursting point, but they still figure out a way back to their original form, like a rubber band.
Would you like to know about their untold and top-secret?
Adaptability
Consider the stress balls you saw on some workstations; they still return to their normal form, no matter how many times you squeeze those items. Adaptability is the ability of an entity after it has been twisted, squeezed or squished to adapt to its shape.
People can also have adaptability. I've been in management and leadership for a long time, and maybe none of all the qualities I've learned as a leader have been as helpful to me as resilience. The capacity to come back from a loss also makes the difference between victory and defeat. As the phrase goes, you lose, when you quit!
But adaptability is not simple to master; first of all, the learning procedure involves something challenging to happen to you. Maybe you will lose a business contract. A terrible illness can grow in you. Maybe you're losing loved ones or a close friend. Second, you have to pick to recover the loss. That calls for a level of personal dedication and consistency. Every day, you must get up, face a failure and resolve not to let it overcome you.
It is not a phase overnight. Probably living on the edges of the razor will take a considerable amount of time. But it can be reached.
What do you do to build your adaptability?
Let me introduce you the four ways:
Learn, Grow & Win
There is no defeat so serious that you will not rebuild in some way, but to make that recovery possible, it requires a certain mentality. I mostly talk about failure as the crucial tool to become even stronger than before. For adaptability, the same mentality is essential. You can't let your failures defeat you; you need to strive for insights from them, along with perspectives into yourself and your situations. It's tough, particularly when the downturn is something you haven't caused, but in even the most tricky times, you can reach intellect.
Contribute to Rising
This is an inevitable product of deciding to fail in the future. You put yourself on a course of personal development when you begin hunting for lessons. In your challenges, when you learn about yourself, you also know about the individuals around you. You start focusing on what you want from life and what it's likely to cost you to get to that. The best leaders always have a dedication to personal development, but it's easy to drop the push when life fails to impress you. Each day you have to contribute to rising again and then concentrate on getting better one day at a moment.
Acknowledge the significance of value addition
This is the best formula of mine, “If you’ll help others get what they want, they’ll help you get what you want.” When I speak about adding value, I typically invite people to invest in others to offer to help others do well, But one must not neglect that there are instances when it is for others to bring value to you when you need the most. Those you've believed in will also want to repay the favor when you encounter a tough setback. Let them. Letting people return to you the worth you've provided and support them in their dark hours. You'll become stronger and more determined to bring value to others in the future.
Discover Solidity Beyond Yourself
I'm going to address one thing as well which some readers might not be interested in. You can still strip away a lot of meaning from my previous points if that's valid, and I hope you do. But for me, there is only a single place for me to transform when matters get to their most tough situation, and that's to God. Life is often packed with obstacles stretching us so far that we worry that we will never bounce right back. You may find yourself wanting to make note of your feelings, your sentiments, your entire place in this world. Times such as these deserve more than human power.
The Bottom Line
Life has no scarcity of challenges, but the good news is that you will bounce back no matter how hard things can get. The essence of adaptability is that. It's never too late to build adaptability, no matter how many challenges you've experienced throughout your life. You too may develop into a "rubber-band individual," someone who often springs back from adversity.
If you want to know more and are in search of such management & leadership tips explore now.

Call-For-An-End-To-The-Myths-Of-Paraya-Dhan | captpoonam
The Government of India is expected to increase the matrimonial age of women above the age of 18 and to make it 21 equal to that of men. Although this is seen as a movement towards empowering women, the concern that needs to be raised is: Can age be adjusted to switch the patriarchal mindset in a culture that treats women to be only liability or a paraya dhan? Will this spike in the marriage age eliminate the choice of male-child, which is at the base of many violence against women in India?
According to the Reports, India has accounted for 45.8 million of the world's 142.6 million females lost in the last 50 years. These children were either neglected or murdered after or before their birth. This is although sex-selection screening, female infanticide, and forced abortions are constitutionally forbidden in India. The concrete manifestation for this is that sons are favored over daughters in schooling, jobs, independence, and as the legitimate ruler to the house.
Women in Indian households are being brought up as undesirable daughters. They are stereotyped as a liability or a paraya dhan whose entire aim is to get married and then go to their in-laws' home. That's why they left school, availed of minimum nourishment and health care, and married as soon once they get the spouse they seek, irrespective of whether they're a minor or not. Women are devastated by these discrepancies, even as the law notes in plain terms that all human beings are fair and have equal opportunities to be educated, employed, and protected.
And how is a new adjustment to the legislation supposed to guarantee that people obey it? Even if the government raises the marriage level, would it be able to minimize the rates of female foeticide in India? Will the clear rise in the marriage age make parents realize that girls are not a challenge to their families?
Will the rise in marriage age call for an end to the myths of Paraya Dhan?
Even if parents can motivate their girls and look after their welfare, the high cost of schooling and the healthcare system would become a huge obstacle.
Indian households prefer to spend less on women's food and health care than men do. And now the cost of health and programs is expected to accelerate further. The costs of healthcare per person are anticipated to double the rate of growth in health care. There has been a sharp spike in the quality of healthcare goods relative to healthcare facilities.
In addition to health care, increasing costs of schooling often prevent parents from having their daughters in education, as they always prefer that if one child has to learn, it should be a boy.
At the end of the day, parents are hesitant to spend lots of money on a daughter who is, after all, a paraya dhan, and her schooling and prosperity would not be funded by the parents but by the in-laws.
Widespread Epidemic of Dowry System in India
Many findings suggest that the existence of the dowry culture makes women a financial strain on their families. The best time for a woman to get engaged is when the parents are willing to afford the dowry, and not when the woman is physically and emotionally fit. This occurs more often when they're young than 18.
Also, Read Stop Body-Shaming: You are beautiful
If the marriage age rises, the parents will naturally become much more hesitant to have a girl's child. Since the prevailing attitude is that providing for a woman's marriage is more vital than funding her college.
I think that the initial step of this modernity – raising the age for marriage – is a promising step, but it seems that it has not been sorted out fully. The government would need to do better to make future decisions better successful.
The government also needs to upgrade the role of women in the economy, the system of education, healthcare facilities and give them access to women.
There should be awareness-raising among communities, both rural and urban, about empowering their daughters with nutrition and healthcare facilities.
Parents should also be instructed to teach and inspire their daughters rather than give in to societal pressures and marry them at a young age, against their preference.
It should be about empowering women and preparing them, so they do not leave school at an early age.
The emphasis also requires maintaining a healthy atmosphere, normalizing women finding jobs, and providing opportunities for women in rural areas to be financially truly independent.
Look around us, see how the girls brought dignity and prestige to our country. There is no discussion of racism against women. Daughters are not a liability, but a family prestige, and it is equally necessary to provide them with proper nourishment.
The people of India are committed to building an environment of equality for the girl child and to ending gender inequality in the region.
We have no authority to declare ourselves 21st-century people as long as we have an 18th-century attitude. Asking for an end to inequality between sons and daughters was the secret to ending foeticide in India.
Each of us has a common responsibility for this, otherwise, we will not only injure the present generation but would also call for a "miserable crisis for coming generations".
Adequate training and mass mobilization are needed to bring about change. It takes years to eradicate the horrors of life, and the issues of five centuries can not be fixed in a small amount of time. Yet, if we behave quickly now, then, we will address the issue promptly.
The strength of better nutrition among childhood is essential to optimize a discrimination-free nation.
The 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' policy has been extended from the current 161 districts to 640 districts of the country. There was a need to change the lives of women and to unleash the strength of women to design a New India.
They glitter everywhere from the school environment to athletics. Let's pledge today to cultivate an atmosphere of inclusion for the girl child. There is no issue of prejudice on the grounds of gender.
Female foeticide is a matter of huge embarrassment and a source of considerable concern. Let us perform together to eliminate this threat from society.

Successful Tips To Become An Established Woman Entrepreneur | captpoonam
Entrepreneurship isn't right for everyone, and it's necessary to learn if it's a good fit — before you spend a lot of time, money, sweat, and energy to establish a venture.
To become a successful Women Entrepreneur, you will undoubtedly need an excellent set of specific skills that will help you to really do your business.
Entrepreneurs must, therefore, have the ability to control time and to set goals productively. Are you coordinated and willing to identify tips that need immediate attention as compared to those that can wait?
Let’s have a lookout on 13 most essential tips to become a successful entrepreneur:
1. Understand where to spend time and resources.
Having a business and being the mother of two kids means that one needs to decide when and what to prioritize. By working on the duties at hand and not allowing external emotions or obstacles to get in the way, event planners and entrepreneurs can do more and better.
2. Know how to carry yourself accountable.
Set targets-track and control them. Manage your ambitions. You should express your praises. Know what you need to re-assess. Any element of personal accountability and transparency with one another would inspire every entrepreneur to be more productive. It is necessary for women to believe in themselves, for themselves.
3. Don't ever fear to ask for help.
When faced with a challenge in ladypreneurship that you don't know how to handle, there are not enough hours or, a day to do, or we simply can't do it-learning to ask for support, women entrepreneurs must show their abilities, not their limitations. By not asking for support, specifically in business, you are wasting time and energy that could have been better spent.
4. Never Be Afraid to Fail.
Fearing failure, women still do not jump into entrepreneurship. Fear is natural, but the conquering of fear is powerful. I sincerely agree that failure is a blessing. A privilege that you owe yourself to learn, grow, and have a chance to develop.
5. Always stay committed.
Staying committed helps you to remain concentrated and dedicated. It encourages you not to expect encouragement or recognition from others and helps you to continue to advance and become more prosperous.
6. You have to trust yourself.
By picking to trust in oneself, women entrepreneurs decide not to demand support or approval. Believing in yourself helps woman entrepreneurs to be optimistic and, as outlined above, devoted to overcoming setbacks or hardships. If you will keep faith in yourself, it will help you to work less and accomplish more.
7. Know your potential market.
Entrepreneurs often create businesses, products, and brands without even identifying their target markets. Your target market is not only the client or the investor but the staff, friends, influencers, etc.-all that can be assets in a multitude of ways.
8. Don't ever stop learning.
Learning is a duty that no woman entrepreneur will ever avoid doing. If it's continuing to develop skill or ability or discovering new one-continuing learning provides opportunities for development, fresh insights or concepts, and resources.
9. Motivate the people around you
By not necessarily expecting credit, by offering an opportunity for others – by inspiring everyone – You can draw the best – the best employers, the best advisors, the best customers, etc. Remember, be compassionate, be encouraging, be inspiring in your creative efforts.
10. Be a brand, Don’t copy others.
Creating a strong personal brand, you can leverage it to increase your company's visibility. Create a brand that can create an image in the minds of everybody. Never copy others. Develop your own creative strategies that will attract your organic audience and work on it consistently.
11. Learn from your mistakes.

Learn The Magic & Worth Of Kind Words
The words we use in our daily lives are effective. They can either break or create relationships with ourselves and others. Self-awareness is our self-talk is one of the strongest ways of self-love and self-compassion. Let us make a wise choice of our phrases.
The correct words spoken in the correct way will bring us happiness, wealth, and appreciation, while the wrong words — or even the appropriate language is spoken in the wrong way — may lead to a country at war. If we want to accomplish our ideas and implement our visions to reality, we must cautiously organize our voice.
And don't neglect today that a kind word can be used to mean strength over someone's life. And it will add power to those who can't find it inside themselves.
Without language, an idea will never be a reality. This is what that we have been told throughout history, which talks of 'God'—whatever a word may imply to you—saying 'let there be light' and thereby providing light.
So, what can we gain from all this? Are we meant to choose the very best words in a way to construct our very best essence?
The Strength of keywords and expressions
Our perceptions also have an effect on what we represent in our lives. Yet it can be said that the true force lies in our voices. It is our words that are the brazen expression of our deepest feelings.
They are a sign to the world that we see people, our lives, and ourselves. It is this impactful confirmation that our words offer that encourages our thoughts to express themselves in reality. Then why are we deciding to exploit our most valuable asset?
3 Great ways to use the phrase
1. Selecting Your Words Smart
●     As a culture, we are trained to speak about our sufferings and troubles. We take our impressions of events, of people and of ourselves, and express them to the world, putting them into reality.
➢    So with that fact, when we are complaining or talking about our lives to someone, we are placing some harsh terms out there to make it a reality. When you utter something loud enough times, your statements become the reality, not just in your own view, but in the thoughts of all of you, too.
➢    If that's so, then question yourself — do you really want to convince yourself and everybody else you know you are unhappy in love, bad, depressed, lonely, or whatever else you are worried about? Specifically, now that you know that these are the very keywords that make up the life that you live?
➢    Start picking the words you say deliberately. Experience better self-awareness of the words you use to describe yourself and your life. Poor, weak terms like 'can't, 'won't,' 'shouldn't' and 'don't' all need to be prevented. They rob you of your right to build the life you want to live.
➢    As the maker of your world, that's what you mean. So next time you mess up on using insulting words, recover command, and structure your word choices so that they have a much more beneficial effect on life.
➢    For example, if you would normally say things like 'I am unhealthy and overweight,' then why not twist this into a more effective, productive comment like 'I am in the process of being healthier, and every day I get closer and closer to my ideal weight.'
➢    Your words are the painting in which you depict your truth. Choose these words carefully and confidently to build a truth that is right for you. Your words are the painting in which you depict your truth. Choose these words carefully and confidently to build a truth that is right for you.
2. ‘I Am What I Am' This is Me
➢    State who you are, your goals, your desires, and your achievements with two of the most important words a human will ever express – 'I am.'
➢    These two little but extremely strong words can be considered the most valuable words you have in your whole dictionary. If we finish the term 'I am ...' describes who we are to ourselves and to those around us.
➢    Yes, when you say 'I am...fat/lazy/shy' or 'I am...smart/confident/successful/happy,' this is the very reality that you make for yourself. It doesn't matter if there's any honesty in the language you utter, how you complete those two small words is how you describe your existence.
➢    Then why don't you pick a better word for yourself? Know what you are and what you aspire to be, beginning each morning with a constructive encouragement starting with the magical words 'I Am.'
3. Express From Your Heart
When we think about our position in life, talk impatiently, or use harsh terms, we generally do something from a position of panic. So, the first step you need to take to overcome this is to have greater self-awareness with the words you use.
Next time you open your mouth to argue or to put yourself or anyone down, ask yourself:
Why am I going to say this?
Is it going to help me or my     happiness?
Ask yourself these two crucial questions, and you can no longer realize that you are simply acting out of panic. This is the feeling that you're not good enough, the feeling that you're in the wrong profession, the wrong choice, etc.
Most important, you will understand that by sharing your worries, you will do little about your satisfaction. Your thoughts will only make you feel bad and more deeply reflect these doubts in your mind.
Choose the words bravely, carefully, and sweetly. Often talk from a place of love; to yourself, to your life, and to others. Your words are directly linked to your universe, so use them carefully.

Well it’s easy to fly an Airplane because it comes with many manuals but Life does not come with a manual guide to follow. Some say life is destined and some believe in making their own destiny. The myth the karma makes it all for the eternity, keeps the ball rolling the pavement. But it surely doesn’t mean that we don’t define the life’s purpose and goals.
