My meeting Chris Evans

Now i know how alot of you feel about Chris right now but this is my experience meeting him.

It was an amazing time at New York Comic con and i would like to share my experience in Meeting Captian America himself Chris Evans

I walked around to kill some time before my photo op and saw all the different vendors and exhibits i was blown away, I went to a comic con about 4 years ago it was called wizward world but it was nothing like NYCC.

I looked at my watch and saw i still had two hours to kill until my Photo Op with Chris Evans so I looked for the place where it would take place once i found it the hubby and i just sat on the floor and killed time playing games. 

And than it was time for the photo op and when i tell you my nerves were running ramped i may have started out on level 2 but by the time i got up their i was on Level 1,000,000. Now i’ve met celbs before. 

I’ve met Rascal Flatts, Taylor Swift and steven Amell but this this was different, This was chris evans, my hollywood crush since his days as Johnny Storm, and i never thought i would ever meet him let alone talk to him. But here we are. 

The pic line moved fast and when it came time for me i was mesmerized, i was about to meet Chris Evans Captain America himself, when it was my turn in line he finished up with the person before me, turned looked at me and smiled and said I love that dress and look we match we have on the same color, I almost forgot to speak, my brain was screaming to speak and when i did i asked if it was ok to have a hugging pic. 

He said OH my god yes come on babe bring it in, and yes he called me babe which kinda shocked me, he put his arms around me and pulled me close to him, when the pic was done i didn’t wanna let go. But I did , he thanked me and I said thank you back and headed out to get my picture. 

I didn’t even feel like I was walking, I felt like I was floating. Now I had to wait for my autograph session. 

A couple hours later and it was time for the autograph session, what i had signed was the new GQ mag with him on the cover, since the photo live moved fast this line wasn’t as fast, when i got up to the table he said there she, there's the pretty lady and her beautiful dress. He asked where he should sign the cover and I said across that amazing chest, he literally blushed. 

I said thank to him for getting me through a really tough time in my life, i told him about the time i had to spend in the hospital last year and how my anxiety level was so high it was scary but watching his movies or interviews calmed me down. He grabbed my hand and just held it, he said thank you for being sweet, he signed the mag and i said again thank you and handed him the bracelet i made him and smiled so big. He handed me back the mag, grabbed my hand again and we said goodbye. 

Ladies let me tell you he is the sweetest most down to earth man i have ever met. 

So in closing my time at new york comic con was. AMAZING, and i would do it again.

Over the eight different crossovers there was a variety of antagonists that brought the Arrowverse heros together in order to stop them. From powerful metas to Aliens and even evil dopplegangers. Which of the crossover antagonist did you enjoy most?

I have mentioned before that my Worldstate does not have Hawke going to Adamant/the Fade at all, and the Inquisition allies the wardens. This leaves. The Perfect opportunity. Of plausible deniability. For Anders.

By this point, Anders is occasionally using his Real Name as an alias. He can, with nothing more than maybe a hair cut and a change into his old warden gear, reunite with his husband and child, terrorize Varric, avoid Cullen and Cassandra like a Scooby-Doo chase scene, etc. The rebels and Fiona openly call him Anders. His haters are so mAD but they NEED Hawke so bad they have to just sit and stew in it.

When tensions are high enough, and people demand a trial for Anders, the Inquisitor, a DALISH MAGE, flips the script on them: if the people are pushed to overlook the past abuses of the templars, they must also be willing to overlook the past retaliations of rebel mages. When they refuse to settle on a path forward, he pulls out The Folder.

The folder has the illegal tranquility orders from kirkwall, the ones with the Knight-Captains mark. Eyewitness accounts from Amell, with the seal of Amaranthine below, as well as several inquisition mages, from HAWKE, (mages are not people like you and me).

In essence: if the jury wishes to convict Anders of a crime, the exact same sentence will be given to Commander Cullen.

Anders is pardoned :)

Chapter Summary:

After recovering from her Lowtown misadventure, Rose turns her attention to a Hightown dinner party.

Fic Summary:

Smashed together in a matchmaking scheme cooked up by their enterprising mothers, Garrett Hawke and Rose Trevelyan are forced to endure one another for a whole week over Satinalia at the Hawke Estate. Rose hears he’s a swashbuckling treasure hunter, as wild as he is handsome and as ill-bred as he is rich. Garrett suspects she’s a brat of an ingenue by the string of rejected marriage proposals behind her. Determined to prove to the other that they could not be less compatible, they quickly find their mothers’ plot might be working better than they thought.

Fat on gossip from the de Launcet girls, Rose claims respite along the foyer wall just outside the pink monstrosity Dulci calls la Salle de Pivoine. Leandra talks with the hosts and gestures at Rose occasionally with a certain suspicious brightness in her expression. By and by she overhears the viscount’s seneschal complaining in a derisive hush about the Fereldan’s latest favor— acting as an extrajudicial middleman between the city leadership and the stranded Qunari at the docks.

“… depending upon such a man to appease those beasts will only end in catastrophe, but there’s no telling Marlowe that…” mutters Lord Reinhardt, a handsome, graying man too self-important to offer Rose and her mother more than a cursory nod upon their arrival. ��He seems to think he’s the keystone we’ve been missing.”

“Even I can admit the man is effective. But the last thing we need is to become reliant on a thug who could wind up dead any Friday afternoon.” The supposition prickles within her. “Unfortunately the Viscount is easily distracted by the man’s favors and sudden investments.”

“He may have come up but there’s no trusting these Fereldan rats,” says Reinhardt behind his drink. “Their loyalty will always be suspect.”

The seneschal takes a draw on his wine. “He’s an Amell. Unfortunately it can’t be ignored. His mother is busy brokering a match to further shore up his position.” He clears his throat, flicking a glance in Rose’s direction. She occupies herself with a frond of the potted fern beside her. “It would be foolish to underestimate him.”

Beyond connections, Rose isn’t sure exactly what she could do to shore up Garrett’s position. They’d more than likely be misfits together.

“Do you think if I waved a heavy purse in front of his nose he’d take care of those Invisible what-nots? That’s what his sort is really good for,” chuckles Reinhardt. “Can’t slip over to the Rose these days without having to hire bloody security.”

“I’ve instructed the Guard-Captain to deal with it. By whatever means necessary. The last thing the office needs is prolonged carnage in Hightown. Besides, I’m not sure money is any great object to him anymore,” says Cavin. “He told me not an hour ago that he doubled wages in the old silverite mine.”

“Really. That might explain the dozen wet dogs that walked off the job last week,” says Reinhardt. “Perhaps you might advise him to leave industry to those of us with a proper education. ”

“And offend the Viscount’s pet? I don’t think so.”

Senschal Cavin trips backward abruptly when Reinhardt’s wife whisks close. An arrangement of amateur crimson brush strokes over several tiles of the grand foyer floor seems to have startled him. 

Someone speaks in Rose’s ear.

“In Orlais, if you’re caught standing on top of Zazikel’s sigil with another, you’re obliged to kiss,” murmurs Garrett. Rose peers over her shoulder at him, a kiss mere inches away. She wonders if he’s overheard any of the same dreck.

“What happens if you don’t?” she asks. 

“Well. Your life crumbles into chaos. Naturally.”

“I’ll be sure to steer right clear of it then,” she says. Garrett lingers stubbornly by her ear. 

“If only it were that easy. People tend to make a game of it.” Lord Reinhardt rattles off a series of gibes at the expense of his wife and the seneschal. Cavin looks patently uncomfortable, straightening his doublet before making his excuses and striding away.

“Then I’ll be on my guard,” she says, untethered momentarily by the dulcet, hungry gaze she meets over her shoulder.

“Think you can outsmart them, eh?”

“Them?” she asks. She lowers her voice, peering around for eavesdroppers. “I can just kiss you later, you know.”

“Where’s the fun in that?” Garrett whispers, gliding a discreet finger up her waist. He disappears as quickly as he came, leaving Rose to steep in a cloud of amorous thoughts.

50 Questions for Rook: Part 1

I decided to start going through these myself. This'll be quite the series since I've got 3 Rooks I want to cover, but it'll be fun regardless. Feel free to still send in asks if there's one in particular you want to know sooner than I would get to it, and who you want to know about.

A couple establishing things that are related to headcanons for them.

Amell and Eriana travel together and face the gods side by side.

Coraline is a separate timeline with some extra flavor added to the Mourn Watch Rook background.

With that out of the way let's take on questions 1-3.

1. How old is Rook?

Amell Throne: 27

Eriana Ingellvar: 24

Coraline Ingellvar: 22

2. How did Rook get the nickname? What do they think of it?

Amell Thorne

Amell has the nickname Rook, provided by Varric of course. After watching her charge forward to lead her fellow wardens in collapsing that deep roads tunnel, he knew he'd found his ace against Solas. He met up with her in a tavern afterward and when he asked her to join for a game of wicked grace she remarked having a preference for strategy games. He laughed when he saw a chessboard among her belongings. She finds the nickname funny, at first wondering if he chose it since she won their first game using that particular piece.

Eriana Ingellvar

Eriana's nickname is Bishop. This one came from Amell rather than Varric. When their chase for Solas took them into Nevarra City they heard bits and pieces of the War of Banners and thinking it could be a consequence of Solas' meddling went to investigate. Instead, they found Eriana and how she commanded a small force of undead to take out the leadership, bringing a swift end to the undead civil war. They later found her a bit confused and wandering around Nevarra city, when asked why she did what she did she would answer "If I didn't do something now, a lot more undead and living would have been lost." After agreeing, hesitantly, to travel with them Amell thought she should have a nickname too, and suggested Bishop. Varric was amused by the chess set team he'd acquired. Eriana finds it a bit silly but it made them happy so she goes along with it, more concerned with all the new things she's seeing in the world over a name.

Coraline Ingellvar

Coraline uses Rook, though very rarely. Varric had started using it since she was a bit stiff and straightforward in conversation and strategy when they met. After traveling for a while though Varric wonders if he should have done with something else since she has become more of a wild card the longer they've been away from Nevarra. Primarily it's just Varric who calls her Rook, she introduces herself as Coraline to new people.

3. What was Rook’s life before their faction?

Amell Thorne

Amell grew up in a comfortable home in Montsimmard. Her father is an architect while her mother works as the knight captain within the city's circle. Amell was well-educated as a child and like her parents devout to the maker, hoping to follow her mother's line of work in serving the chantry. Her parents and tutors would describe her as a perfect child and a gift from the maker. Amell for her part was proud to make her parents happy in this way and strived to continue that. Much to her father's chagrin Amell wished to take up arms as a templar rather than the safer work as a chantry sister. As a recruit, Amell was dedicated to her studies and showed promise as a model templar. Throughout this, Amell was happy with her choices and proud of her work. She was excited to follow in her mother's footsteps and ready to defend Thedas from the growing unrest following the Kirkwall incident. And then everything goes wrong accompanying a templar squad to track down an apostate who thought a mineshaft would be a good hiding space.

Eriana Ingellvar

After being found by the Mourn Watch as an infant Eriana was cared for by the order until she was a little older and her magic manifested. After some debate she was sent to the Cumberland Circle, thinking it would be best for her to learn magic among other apprentices. Eriana did ok in the circle, she behaved well enough but found she didn't get along as well with her fellow mages. She also missed the presence of wisps and lack of templars that she'd seen within the necropolis. All the time she was there she was curious about the Mourn Watch and constantly asked about their work and if she'd be able to go back once she'd passed her harrowing. When she was a young teen she got the chance to return. Following the rest of the Circles of Magi, the Cumberland Circle dissolved and Eriana took the first chance to make her way back to the Mourn Watch. Despite having not completed her harrowing yet they welcomed her back and continued her training where the circle had left off.

Coraline Ingellvar

Technically Coraline begins with her faction. For a time several Mourn Watchers noticed a particular wisp had been sighted throughout the necropolis. They could interact with the wisp but it never listened to them when they would try to guide it to a skeletal body. It never seemed malicious either, just very free-spirited and curious. So they felt it was fine to leave as is. Eventually, they noticed that the wisp hadn't been spotted for a short while which was unusual for it, at the same time a few of the undead guards had gone missing. After conducting a search the missing guards were eventually tracked down guarding one of the old family mausoleums that hadn't been of import for quite some time. It took some convincing before the watchers were let through and what they found was far from what was expected. Resting peacefully in a makeshift bed was a small infant, fast asleep and being watched over by more of the skeletal guard. Checking over the child she was... fine... for the most part. When checking over her though the watchers sensed a familiar presence. At the same time, the last records of the Ingellvar family were retrieved. The records showed the last members of the family had died tragically in a fire. Madeline Ingellvar, Tobias Ingellvar, and their infant daughter who'd only been born a few days prior.

Ok and there we go, hopefully these little starts to them are interesting. I don't know how many questions I'll cover each part but I do want to get through all of them, even including the sequel set so... we've got a lot of fun things to cover.
