Gotta be honest, this is one of my favorite Anidala moments of the Clone Wars. I love that Rex knew. I love that Rex helps Anakin out when he wants to call Padmé. I love that Obi-Wan knows, too and calls Anakin out for it, but in a sweet joking way.

Part 6 Wolffe: Fox...Wow... Bly: This is a blast from the past. You look so much like you did on Kamino. Cody: I mean, yeah, the stress has aged you, but-- Rex: I am never underestimating the power of sleep again. Fox, chuckling: As much as I want to credit a good night's rest, I suspect my lack of sleep wasn't the only thing that was draining me. Cody, after Fox pulls out a lightsaber and activates it, revealing it to be red: Where did you get that? Fox, deactivating the weapon: In Palpatine's belongings. There were two...He never really used them, though. Instead, he used this...crackling energy...It's hard to describe... Rex: Why didn't you tell anyone!? Fox: I did! I told Thire. I told Thorn...But when I did tell them, I described it as a dream... Bly: Why did you lie? Fox: I didn't...I think that's why he kept me working, so I blamed everything I couldn't explain on my lack of sleep...I thought I was dreaming... Wolffe: Fox... Fox: He was a Sith...but, to be fair, I didn't know that when I shot him. Rex: What!?

Things the cafeteria workers on the Resolute have done to accommodate Ahsoka's dietary needs.

learned how to make powdered eggs into hard boiled eggs

add protein paste to bread treats like sweet rolls or pancakes

absolutely mastered making eggdrop soup from powdered egg (they're very proud of this one)

Turned one of the coolers into a makeshift freeze dryer for the fresh kills Ahsoka manages to drag back to the Resolute (occasionally)

In the same vein as the last one, how to butcher various animals.

Requested dietary supplements from the jedi temple that they crush up and sprinkle into her food like seasoning.

Have an ongoing trade with the Corries where they bring back various contraband from the midrim and in exchange get a couple crates of dried meat sticks.

Tuck away a crate of her favorite ration bars every resupply.

Request for high protein dried plants and grains that store well.

Keep powdered milk.

Things Rex has done to satisfy her hunting instincts.

Started offering her meat sticks as a reward for successful spars.

Assigned specific troopers as targets for her to hunt across the ship. They have treats in their pockets.

Lets Ahsoka run the shinys through their drills.

Making time for her to actually hunt on deployments.

Willingly tasting her kills...even the more questionable looking ones.

Organizes what is essentially flag tag across the ships where troopers have to go about their jobs while also trying to avoid getting their "flags" snatched. If Ahsoka reaches a certain quota of flags without loosing hers she gets to pick the movie for movie night.

There was no war on this planet. No people, either, but that wasn’t supposed to be a problem. They landed unharmed, even if their ship was out of commision, and the meet up spot was barely a day’s walk away. It was a day’s walk the next day. And the next. And next. There was something wrong with this planet, he was sure. And it was somehow draining Rex’s life away.

Rex kept his eyes fixed on a spot on the wall straight ahead and swallowed down the urge to cross his arms over his naked chest.

This was such a bad idea. It hadn't been bad in the heat of the moment, when their eyes had met through their buckets after yet another near miss.

After a heated battle, the tension between Rex and Cody snaps. Something has to give.

Wolffe: When did we lose his trust? Thire: When it became obvious you weren't having the same experience...If you ever cared about him, if you ever loved him, you'll listen now, alright? Cody: Of course we care about him! Bly: No one could question how much we love Fox! Wolffe: Fox questions it... Rex: ...Yeah... Thire, opening the door: Fox...They're here...
