I requested time off in November last week and it's still pending. at what point should I send a follow up email bc I swear to God I will quit if my boss doesn't approve this pto. I'm already poor.

#cant get much worse then where im at rn as far as salary goes lol #but this job is hybrid and that's mainly why im still here #i have 60 hours of pto like there's no reason not to give me 4 days in November #im a good little office worker too like i have some of the highest productivity numbers on the team ACCORDING TO MY BOSS #im just nervous bc it's still pending and usually my boss is really quick to get back to me abt everything #mine
