#canon lyric and swap Damien would argue to hell and back.

TPITT is kinda in a weird state right now but that isn't stopping me from being Sillay.

Personality/ role swap between Lyric and Damien bc that would be very amusing.

Lyric

Used to be a very confident kid until his mother died, effectively crushing his dreams.

Pretty much quit trying to become a hero like his mom and essentially became a shut in.

His self sabotaging tendencies are kinda worse here, avoiding contacting Damien for so long, and only ever talked to him just to break their friendship off

Possibly still has his magic, as his dreams of being a hero was dashed and he pretty much locked himself in his room.

Was pretty much forced to go to college by his very concerned dad.

Too afraid to confront his past mistakes, would rather avoid them like the plague or let them haunt him as a form of "justice" without really trying to fix anything.

Basically a shell of his old self, someone very quiet and distant, not very strong willed and meek.

Doesn't want to confront Damien, causing him to run away more and more from the guy. This obviously causes more issues.

Missed Damien dearly. Regrets ever cutting their friendship off but don't think he's worthy of trying to fix it.

Damien

Similar to Lyric, used to be a shy but sweet kid, but that changed as Lyric pretty much cut off their friendship.

Was always a target of bullying, even with lyric there to get people off his back. When lyric pretty much shut himself in from the world, it got worse.

Lyric leaving him and the bullying getting worse, Damien decided to simply become something to fear than another target. And for him, it worked. His size, strength and demeanor all helped in people backing off. This did mean he got into fights. Many fights. But the point was that he wasn't getting as hurt as he was before.

Despite everything, he still decided to become a hero. Out of spite lol. It was once Lyrics dream to become a hero like his mom, and now Damien aims to make that goal his. Plus to spite anyone else who said he couldn't.

Where Swap! Lyric became more meek and secluded, Damien was more confident and aggressive, at least on the outside. I still think he gets anxious but it's covered up by a scowl, a confident smirk or his more confrontational attitude.

He's still a big softie!!!!! He just doesn't show it bc he fears getting abandoned again and getting hurt the way he was before. But I think it's hard for Damien to not be a sweetheart, it slips through time to time. He isn't exactly a jerk btw, I just think he keeps his emotional distance with his outwardly aggressiveness.

Is NOT happy to see Lyric again. Even less happy that he's avoiding him. To say he's bitter about what has happened is an understatement.

Yes, he missed Lyric so fucking much, but he's not gonna just admit that now is he.
