“Well, he seems to be a genius if he thought to bring you here,” you said, blushing a bit. Steve glanced at you, looking away quickly and blushing.

“Do you-wanna dance?” Steve asked timidly. 

“I’d love to,” you replied. “Where’s the rule that chaperones can’t have fun?”

“Couldn’t agree more,” Steve said as he extended his hand. You took it gently as he guided you to the middle of the dancefloor. 

Steve held you softly around your waist as you held on to his shoulders. You smiled up at him as the music played, suddenly losing all sense of why you were there. Seeing Steve after so many years stirred up old feelings. You two weren’t close, but you considered him a friend, and when he dated Nancy, you felt crushed. You never told him, but you hated the way their relationship almost erased your own. Drumming up some courage, you took a deep breath.

“Can I tell you something?” you asked, your heart beating fast.

“Of course,” Steve replied.

“I had a massive crush on you in high school,” you admitted. “And I was going to ask you out, but you asked Nancy Wheeler first, so I lost my chance.”

“Wait, really?” he asked, gasping.

“Yeah, really,” you smiled.

“I had a crush on you too,” Steve said. “I was gonna ask you out, but I didn’t think you’d have me.”

“Of course I would’ve had you, look at you!” you said, bolder than intended. 

“Again, you’re too kind,” Steve chuckled. “I was a jerk, and you were nothing but nice to me. I didn’t deserve you.”

“And how about now?” you asked, leaning closer to him. Steve looked at you intently, breathing heavily. Your eyes fluttered closed as he leaned in too, kissing you softly on the lips.

“I think I’ve got a chance now.”

“I think so too,” you said, leaning in to kiss him again.

“WOO! Go Harrington!” Dustin cheered from across the gym, making you and Steve break your kiss. Steve shot a dirty look at him, but you laughed.

“Always ruining the moment,” Steve shook his head, chuckling.

“He means well I’m sure,” you smiled, “But we should probably try this outside of our old high school gym,” you joked.

“Well, I am seeing a whole lot of chaperones,” Steve said, raising his eyebrows.

“Agreed, plenty to look over all these kids,” you pointed out.

“Indeed,” Steve nodded nonchalantly.

“Hey, Steve?” you asked, making him look at you. “Is it too late to ask you to be my Valentine?”

he adores animals of all sorts and qtoey are probably gonna have a whole entire zoo at their home in a couple of years.

probably unfortunately q disappearing. all the school stuff is definitely a close second, but i think his sticky note crush just caused that special kind of self-doubt, and no one was in his corner (regarding that particular situation) to support him with what he was going through and convince him he wasn't at fault.

the future of your connection cannot be seen for a synastry chart. I'm sorry, it's just not enough. Composite chart is what you should be looking at for the future of the connection and to see the relationship as a whole.

Synastry is a bit less informative in that department. It's mostly great for the first year, but anything more than a year, if your relationship is longer than that, we should be immediately look at Composite. Then also Synastry is the dynamic, how you react to one another, how you are perceiving each other, but doesn't tell yet as much about the relationship as a whole. So for me, Synastry is great if you are in the early stage of getting to know them or like if you have known them for 3, 6 months, but anything further, it almost becomes a bit useless or not useless, you just don't learn much from it no more.

Hiii! Hello.... 2!! 🧸💕 We're remaking this post because the previous one has slowed down quite a bit, and we're still a ways away from our goal.

TLDR: We're trapped in an abusive household & need help getting myself & our cat safely out of here, into someplace (anyplace) free of violence.

Which has more details (& I am going to update it soon, after some things are taken care of hopefully today) but to add on, the cats (including mine) are still in the line of fire whenever I am not in the room to take the shouting/everything else, currently our family is impeding my access to proper food worse than usual as well, which sucks so goddamn bad :'D (I promise to share pictures of my kitty after we're out of here, & a safe distance away - to where this ask for help being easily identified if it is come across by family wouldn't put me in immediate danger, because she is so cute. You'll just have to take my word for it that she is the cutest little cat in the whole wide world for now 🐈💝)

There's no set date in mind that this needs to be met by, & I'm jumping off into the unknown anyhow with no place lined up as that just isn't possible for me. But things here have continued to worsen and get more intense, as time goes on, so it is my hope that we'll get out of here as soon as possible

With the lack of regular meals and exhaustion from lack of sleep and having to constantly manage family tension and blow-ups and household chores, it's been even more difficult to complete our main work on top of everything, despite being online it's still physically intensive (and not very good for ptsd-brain), but we are still doing our very best to keep up with that as it cannot be dropped. We still have rent to pay to our family as long as we are here.
