In Nevada, cannabis consumers face some restrictions.

Cannabis cannot be consumed in a public place, in a detention/correctional facility, or when delivering cannabis to another person.

The legal limit for THC in the state is 10 nanograms per millilitre of urine and 2 nanograms per millilitre of blood while operating a motor vehicle.

Driving under the influence of cannabis is prohibited (even for medical card holders). Depending on the offence, penalties can range from a $400 fine to 2 days in jail, 48-96 hours of community service, a $5,000 fine, or up to 6 years in prison.
