Day 230 Happy Sunday Fam!!! Day 225... The ever changing surprising me... Tonight I did something I rarely do. I made myself pancakes for dessert. In general I don’t have a sweet tooth nor do I do dessert however tonight there was a craving and I decided to give into it The joy of satisfying the craving lasted all of 2 minutes and I was done. Extremely full from the pancakes combined with my high protein dinner I sat there staring at the plate asking myself why Why did I want the pancakes in the first place? Is it because I’ve never successfully made them from scratch and I had left over crepe batter from a dinner party late last week? Why would I eat them knowing how full I was already feeling? Was it because I had had good work out numbers today and somewhere in my mind I felt like it would be ok with no impact? So many why questions and not a single answer other than it won’t be happening again because despite the fact that they looked yummy and tasted great on first bite that was it I’m now getting ready for bed feel gross and massive and blah and that’s no way to end your night especially when you’ve had a great day That all being said... here’s my take away (and silver lining)... Day 218... I love, love, LOVE this quote!!!! This week is a crazy town week which is seeing me run here there and pretty much everywhere Weeks like these used to cause me great stress and confusion as to how I would fit everyone’s everything into these seven days not the least of which was getting my exercise done! Day 215... A day that has you here there and everywhere sometimes requires you to just stop and take in the view Went from one appointment on the north to see the @staugsydney VX match however on arrival there was zero parking so the question became what to do Being that @bodyfitmiranda is on the opposite side of town, I took the opportunity to do something out of the norm...
