🇳🇱 Imca Marina was al op zeer jonge leeftijd bezig met zingen en muziek. Ze leerde gitaar spelen, trad samen op met haar moeder, was soliste bij het zangkoor de Damster Wichter in Appingedam en won verschillende talentenjachten. Haar artiestennaam werd gevormd door haar tweede voornaam (Imca) te combineren met de tweede voornaam van haar moeder, Anna Maria (Marina).

🇨🇦 Imca Marina was involved in singing and music from a very young age. She learned to play the guitar, performed with her mother, was a soloist with the Damster Wichter choir in Appingedam and won several talent shows. Her stage name was formed by combining her middle name (Imca) with her mother's middle name, Anna Maria (Marina).

🇳🇱 Als kind was ze een groot fan van de Zangeres zonder Naam. Weber vormde aan het begin van de jaren negentig met Jan Verhoeven het Holland Duo. Ze brachten drie albums uit, waarvan de derde bekroond werd met een gouden plaat. Ze ging solo verder en in 1992 scoorde ze haar eerste hit met 'Ik weet dat er een ander is'. Een andere hit uit die beginperiode was 'Maar toen kwam uitgerekend jij'.

🍁As a child she was a big fan of the Singer Without a Name. Weber formed the Holland Duo with Jan Verhoeven in the early 1990s. They released three albums, the third of which was awarded a gold record. She continued solo and in 1992 she scored her first hit with 'Ik weet dat er een ander is'. Another hit from that early period was 'Maar toen kwam uitgerekend jij'.

Last year, MAYNARD released a multicultural song "Dance it Out" which had various audiences all over South Africa, and other parts of the world, dancing. He has committed himself to this project to motivate and inspire people to stand up against all opposition and maintain their zeal so that, when things get difficult, you just have to stop and dance a little with other people who are going through similar challenges as yourself. His latest single "Op pad" has a nostalgic undertone that reminds him of earlier years when he still wished as a child to realize certain dreams. Many of his dreams from earlier years have come true over the years, but he is still committed to chasing other unachieved dreams. He invites others to do the same in their own lives and not pay attention to the "circle of nay-sayers" who cast doubt on one's dreams. This journey to your dreams can be celebrated on the dance floor thanks to the rhythm of the song.
