Ever since you received Glitchy Red's cartridge from a nearby game store which sold older games, and finding out about him and his past, you were determined to help him. Glitchy Red was unsure about this at first, considering he did not exactly trust you and had initially thought you were going to throw his cartridge away or give it up to someone else. However, when you did not do any of those things, he was actually quite relieved, and hopeful that you were going to help him like you had promised.

After two years of searching for answers, you two were pretty close to giving up, until you ended up finding a possible solution. You didn't want to get your hopes up too quickly, but you had written it down in a journal in your room, as well as saving the site you had gotten the information from, as a just in case it did actually work and you needed it again for whatever reason. How this person had an idea of what you were attempting, not even you knew. Hey, you can't be too careful. Now you two were going to give it a try, hoping that it would work.

"I hope this works..." You mumbled as you attempted a sequence of button presses and a few other things as you read the words you had written down on your journal. Once you were done, you looked back down at the screen of the gameboy to see if anything had changed.

"Anything?" You asked. Glitchy Red looked around, seeing no changes.

"No, nothing yet. Maybe we need to wait?"

"Oh, sure, let's give it a moment." You waited for a few moments to a few minutes, but still nothing.

"Damn, I really thought we were onto something there." You sighed softly, crossing your arms.

"I guess it's back to the drawing board- wait what is that?" You noticed the screen of the gameboy was glowing more so than usual, which was odd since this required the use of a flashlight to actually see the screen.

"I have no idea what you're seeing, but I feel... different, I can't explain it." Before you could say anything else, the whole room was filled with the same white light, causing you to shield your eyes. When you uncovered your eyes, however, you found yourself... not in your bedroom.

"Where the hell am I?" You rubbed your eyes, looking around the area, which looked rather familiar to you. It then hit you: where was Glitchy Red? "Glitchy Red?!" You suddenly called out, looking for your friend in a bit of a panic.

"Y/n?" You heard him, but you couldn't see him. That is, until you looked up towards the "sky" only to find that your little experiment worked!... sort of.

"Hey, you're finally out of the game!"

"That may be true, but now you're trapped inside." Glitchy Red sounded rather worried about this, not wanting you to be trapped inside the game like he had been.

"I... don't want you to be trapped in there because of me." He was thinking of the worst case scenarios, that you wouldn't be able to leave the game, that he would end up back in there with you, that-

"Red." He looked down at the screen. You only called him that when you were being serious or when you wanted to get his attention.

"Stop thinking like that. I'll get out of here, and I'm going to show you everything that I had promised to show you, and spend all the time with you that I possibly can! I got you out, didn't I?"

"Well, yeah, but now you're in the game."

"So? Now that we've figured out how to get you out, if we just do it again, then I should get out too!"

"Great! Now let me out of here! Look for my journal, I have it written in there." He nodded and looked around your room, which he had seen parts of here and there from when you carried your gameboy around to show him around. He looks around and finds your journal on the floor and picks it up.

"Alright, let's give this another try." You waited patiently as Glitchy Red input the button combination and other things you had done to get him out. Once he finished, he set the journal and gameboy down, waiting. After a few minutes of waiting, the bright white light filled the room once more, causing both of you to cover your eyes. After the light faded, you uncovered your eyes to find yourself back in your room, with Glitchy Red beside you.

"Y/n?" You heard him say before uncovering his eyes, which you couldn't really see from the shadow of his hat. You smiled and pulled him into a hug, which caused him to flinch in response as you had caught him off guard.

"I... I can't believe it worked." Glitchy Red hugged you back, a faint smile on his face.

"I'm glad it worked." You nodded in agreement, the two of you not letting go from the hug. You knew you would be like this for a while, but you didn't mind. You were happy that Glitchy Red was now out of the game and here with you, and vice versa.

It's pretty telling that even as a small child Blitz wouldn't do just anything for his Dad but can be swayed by the mere mention of his mother. Blitz clearly has no real hang ups when it comes to father he seems happy to drop them and forget them especially since Cash was clearly the reason he never got to speak to Fizz again and he's not phased at all to see him being a reason for that. Blitz dose clearly wish to be a much better father himself. And maybe be why despite Loona's age he treats her how he dose.

"....Mom? Well I mean I loved her a lot. She was the best, she wasn't in the best of health but she always just..just made things better." Blitz clearly has a real sore spot when it comes to his mother. She was already his weakness as a kid he would do anything if he felt it would help his mom. She seemed the type in indulge her kids in their talents like Blitz love to draw despite being bad at it he still dose it even being aware he is in fact bad at it but it makes him happy and if anything makes him think of her. Though the fire wasn't truly his fault just a freak accident it was the worse day of his life. His family fell apart because like he stated in the very first episode, losing a mother ruins a family. And Blitz blames everything on himself, he's the reason he lost his mother after all and he is the reason he no longer has his sister in his life either. Still can't say the loss of his dad means that much to him but thats a pain he's dealt with forever.

His mother clearly holds a special place in his heart seeing how he keeps the skull oddment she once wore around her own neck. Not to mention the sight of his mother in a photo can send his emptions over the edge. And him feeling he caused him to lose his mother really just seeped into any other possible relationship he might find himself in.

Blitz has a twin sister Barbie who he was once close to even having a twin act along with his sister when he got a bit older. Likely happening once Fizz gained more popularirty seeing how the pair of them used to be a duo. Blitz and Barbie instead became an act together and clearly Babrie also was a very talent act carrying her brother in their shows. Which as young kids likely didn't bug her at first but I feel over time? did start to impact her feeling held back by her brother when she could be more on par with Fizz if not for Blitz. But thats her brother after all. Untill the fire which took away any chance she had from her, took her own mother away as well. I feel barbie stayed in touched with her father and likely let him help her try and book some gigs for a time. But that would lead her down a bad path of addiction. Blitz dosen't blame Barb for hating his guts if anything eh feels she is right to hate him. But he still tries his best he really dose. Trying to visit her when she was in rehab no matter how often he was kicked out or screamed at by her. In fact? I feel Blitz is the reason she ended up in rehab just adding more to the conflict between them. Blitz trying to be there for the last bit of family he has left. But seen as ruining things for Barb because of the jobs she had that allowed her the drugs she was getting hooked on.

Blair is the last bit of family he has that dosen't hate him or is gone. Blitz often wondering how long ti will take till Blair wises up finally. Well trying his best to hopfully not give her a reason to wisen up so to speak. Blitz however can be a bit overbearing with being protective of Blair. When it comes to who she dates and works not really mattering who it is Blitz is not a fan of anyone sucking on his sisters neck u-u Sorry Blair he cares he just Blitz one day he'll clam down when hes like old XD

Blitz I feel adopted Loona over any other hellhound, because he saw himself in Loona. Loona dose share a lot of traits with Blitz and both coming from these troubling backgrounds being rejected and abandoned? It's like that phase be the adult that child you needed in their life. Blitz however even with Loona still has the hadbit of keeping distance his overbearing and grossly over affection he knows she hates is a good way to keep a bit distance between them. Well still keeping the relationship there, course he fears her leaving as well and likey why he isn't too knee on her dating because she might leave and never come back.

He dose try to parent here but he clearly has no idea what he is doing, not to mention not treating her at the right age she is in. Some part likely has todo with how Hellhounds work he just dosen't treat her as a work hand of sorts. Which maybe be why Loona dose have some softness towards Blitz she just also good at keeping people away and at a distance. Blitz kind of allowing the over aggressive version she goes about it dosen't help but dose create a sort of understanding between them. She wouldn't worry about him if she didn't bother to learn about him she kind of gets the closest look at the mess he is living with him after all.

Alyx had been staring at the man across the desk for quite a while now. He was planning to take him on a date, but Ian Marcin was a busy man. So he stuck there, staring at Ian doing his work instead.

It was fine, for the first few hours. Alyx looked and studied every sweet feature of Ian's as he often does until he could close his eyes and still draw him on a piece of paper if he wanted to. But now... Now he was tired of it. Not of staring at Ian, but of waiting.

"Are you done yet?" He asked leaning forward to lie on the edge of the desk, peeking up at Ian.

"I'm afraid not yet, my dear. Just a bit of patience" Ian replied, taking a quick glance at his beloved and then back at his work. Alyx sighed as he stood up to stretch.

"How about a little break then? You've been at it for quite a while"

"You do know that would just make it a longer process, right? I would rather finish up."

Alyx kept watching down at Ian for a few quiet seconds as he was scribbling away with his pen on fancy papers and looking deep in thought once again. The seraph crossed his arms, shifting his weight to one foot as he was looking down, contemplating his noble companion before leaning forward and snatching the glasses off Ian's nose.

"Can't see, can't work. Time for a break." He waved the glasses around in his hand

Alyx chuckled, playfully lowering the delicate black frames before pulling them back up again.

"Five minutes. You get it back if you take a five-minute break." He said, pressing a light kiss on Ian's nose as he was reaching for his glasses. Ian struggled to reach them for a while longer but lowered his hand with a sigh. Defeated, for once.

"Alright. Five minutes." He nodded and at that minute Alyx wrapped an arm around his waist, placing the glasses on the table while pulling him in for a kiss.

Sorry that the reply is a little later again today, the first days of the school year are super duper hectic, and especially this year, I've had a lot of trouble already. It's slowly stabilizing though, so I hope to be able to be more active here very very soon. My ankles are suffering a little now that I am back to standing on my feet for most of the day, but if anything, it's a great way to get them stronger again.

I finally got to playing chapter 6 of twst -still not entirely done- and now i really really want to get the Idia dorm card, my love for him has grown loads, almost on par with our favorite Lion. Skipping birthdays and saving pulls, I am at 140 pulls now so the Halloween cards better be nice.

Still working up the courage on the art, haven't been drawing much lately, but had some OC thoughts and wanted to draw them, so maybe soon ish? I really don't know, can't promise anything. Hahah. Speaking off, do you have any Twisted wonderland OC's/yuusonas? Would love to hear about them UwU.

Sweater weather Leona, ohhhh that seems like something cozy. I love the idea of cozyness with him, adding it to the neverending list of blurbs and ideas lmao. Although with Leona i always imagine Savanaclaw and Sunset Savannah, with not a lot of cold days hehe.

It is FINALLY cooling down and I am so happy. I am very good with cold weather so I can still wear my dresses and tshirts, but without actively dying 10/10 recommend. I can almost get back underneath my weighted blanket at night, which will make me less tired and more productive hopefully.

And in the heart of the library-a man sitting comfortably on a table, engrossed in writing data onto multiple messy papers on his desk. From afar, it seems hard to tell the man's bodily details, but a few things are clear-he's wearing a white mask covering his entire face, which is rather lacking in details save for the two holes for his eyes, a black top magician's hat, and a black trenchcoat (probably the reason why the air con is set so low here) with black gloves.

All that was really hot and entrancing, but what really caught the attention of our friendly neighbourhood heroes was the man in the animal cage-knocked unconscious, with multiple IV drips attached to his body.

The masked man then clicked his pen away and took out a syringe, and stabbed it in the blood vessel of the man-to reveal his blood being absorbed in the syringe. It was white.

Usagi sat on the floor with Leo as they went over their collection of comics and the rabbit's eyes fixed on the collection of various heroes on the covers. Slightly tilting his head to the right as his ears fell over to the same side. Jupiter Jim, Lou Justu, and many more. Usagi has read a few because Leo influenced him. Having gotten him interested in a lot of the stories. Sometimes they were just fun and action-filled adventures. Some could be far out there like penciled-headed villains. Comics were weird but Leo always smiled so much reading them, and Usagi adored that sight more than anything. Especially when he asked Leo about their comics, they beamed. That smile nearly blinded the rabbit when he asked if he could borrow a few even. And well he enjoyed having this in common with them now he had to point out something he had come to notice in so many of these stories. “These characters all have such sad stories?” Usagi said as he was idly flipping through pages of one comic he had laid in his lap right now. twitching his nose a little over the thought. His attention shifted from the pages over to the Red Slider who was lounging in the bean bag chair across the rabbit. Their ridge was raised a bit confused by the remark. “Sad? what do you mean do see all the cool stuff they get to do?” Leo countered with.” being a hero is an awesome look at all the cool fights!”

“Name one hero who was happy,” Usagi answered back, the turtle going to open his mouth ready to offer a name till he recalled that hero had a sad tragic past rooted in losing their parents which were why they became a hero. So he closed his beak, opening it again ready to give other answers stopping as he said something under his breath about how this next hero was raised by a spy agency and never had a normal life. A third came to mind but soon he dropped that one as well, Leo started thinking over all the characters he knew and how each of them did seem to have something that would well make Usagi’s point valid.

“You can’t” Usagi stated, nearly like questioning Leo just now.

Willing to admit defeat he held up his hands and shrugged his shoulders. “I can’t”

Usagi let his gaze drop back down to the comic he was reading through before he spoke, flipping the page over as he rested a cheek against the palm of his hand. Many of his thoughts kept to himself as was mulling over his point now because well it could be applied to both of them. If even in fiction “ I know.” Usagi trailed off a little before he continued “They never let you be heroic and happy...“ the words near fell out of his mouth when he let them go further than just an idea to keep to himself.

“Well,” Leo began drawing out the one word for a few seconds, till he got Usagi to look back at him. The rabbit lifted a brow as he waited to see what they were going to say “Guess I'm gonna be the first!” Leo went on to claim, that signature cocky grin crossing over his face when he made the claim. It was full of the turtles overflowing confidence. Unable to resist as he soon laughed a little in response, Leo's confidence could be contagious and reassuring at the same time. Moving the comic from his lap to rest on the ground as he pressed a hand to the ground to push himself over closer to the turtle now. Letting himself rest against the side of the beanbag they were relaxing in before he spoke to them.

“Swear it,” Usagi states, not demanding more making a request. Or maybe it was more Usagi pushing them to do it? If they made a claim then, well it was sure to come true. Was all he thought. Leo now was the one to cock his head to the side leaning in towards the rabbit as he asked them “ Why?” Usagi smiled, softly as he looked them in the eye. “ Because you are the exception.” not a single trace of doubt in the rabbit’s voice when he made his claim to the matter. If any hero could beat the odds then it was going to be Leonardo. Usagi held no doubt in his mind they would make it work in the end.  If Leonardo’s confidence was infectious then Usagi’s faith in Leo was twice as so. Leo’s face grew warm, as he felt his heart swell from the look in his boyfriend's pink eyes. Leo was at first just making the statement to sound cool but now? he swallowed thickly before looking over at Usagi, if they were still with him then, of course, he would be happy. Reaching over to set his hand on the rabbit’s cheek combing digits through the fur of Usagi’s cheek. Offer the Rabbit a soft “ I swear it.... I”

What was just a simple conversation in the past between him and Usagi, a memory he may have overlooked before over so many others? yet now? now as he could hear the sounds of Krang airships overhead. Panicked screams, the buzz of war within earshot. But it was all just noise at this moment, as Leo for a second was back in the lair. Sat in his room. surrounded by those stupid comic books. When he was just some stupid kid cocky enough to boldly claim nothing would prevent him from having that happy life. Because if Usagi was still there of course it is happy no matter what.

Tears seemed as if they would streak down his face forever, the sobs just kept coming out as he held their limp body in his arms. Pulling the rabbit in close. Burying his face against thier shoulder. Somehow, just somehow Usagi was going to wake up he knew it.

Nothing though.

Lifting his head, his vision blurred by the tears in his eyes as he looked them over. He could hear their voice so clearly as if they were alive. Picture the stare in thier eyes, his beck trembled as he coughed out another strangled sigh. The blood was soaking thier clothing, getting onto Leo himself. He didn't care he wouldn't let go of them, not here. Just lowered his head so his forehead could rest on the rabbit's own. It used to comfort him so much.

"...I swear it..."

Note: Jungkook will not be having DID in this fic. Khonshu has had many avatars over the millenia and I'm pretty sure Marc is the only one that has DID. Although there will be some slight overlap between Marc and Jungkook such as mercenary work.

I apologise for my shitty photoshop, my partner who does freelance design tried to help. Needless to say photoshoping is hard. In fact other than Jungkook, my partner did this whole little banner.

The sun was on the edge of setting as you and Jungkook left the restaurant he had chosen. A Korean place. He said he chose it because he missed his dad’s cooking.

"I can't believe you took us to see Sonic 2," you giggled.

After breakfast you and Jungkook had napped together on the sofa bed. You had been facing away from each other but awoke with your head on his chest, his hand cradling you there.

His explanation was a slurred, "You were tossing and turning so much. Woke me up a few times. This was the easiest way to get you to stop."

You weren't sure if it was a post nap flush or a blush but either way, red dusted his cheeks and ears. Cute. After that Jungkook looked up cinema times and refused to tell you what film he was booking for. 

Really, you should have known by his mischievous giggling.

"Hey, I'll have you know it was a genuinely enjoyable experience and I looked up a lot of spoiler free reviews first. And you can’t deny you enjoyed it, you were laughing the loudest," he defended.

"How many could you have looked up between the nap and actually booking the tickets?"

He mumbled something you didn't quite catch.

"Sorry, what was that? I don't have super hearing."

Jungkook cleared his throat, "I said: I've been looking at reviews all week."

Wait. Did he plan all this? Had it all hinged on you having the day off? You think you felt a part of your brain fry trying to process this information.

"Oh. You must have really wanted to see it then."

He nodded, "Yeah. I thought it'd be nice to spend some relaxed time with you. Forget about… everything for a few hours. Pretend things are normal."

He gestured to the alleyway you normally cut through and you stepped into it only to freeze. Shit. That looked like a gang.

A man with a walking stick came forward, "Y/N! And that gentleman to your side must be Jungkook. Or Moon Knight as Khonshu likes to call his avatars. I must say, you weren't easy to find."

Jungkook breath out a "Fuck."

Your sentiment exactly because this wasn't a gang. These people knew you. They knew Jungkook, who he was. Which meant they were more dangerous than any London street gang. Jungkook gently pushed you behind him as he stepped in front.

"Who are you?" Jungkook practically growled.

"Now now, you should respect your elders. I'm Harrow. Khonshu's former avatar." He pointed at Jungkook with his stick.

"So that makes you…? What, my mentor?"

Harrow chuckled, "Oh no, my dear boy, I am glad to be relieved of Khonshu's abuse. No, I'm here to… free you from him. And dear Y/N there, of course."

"I feel I won't like where this is going."

"I'm afraid you're right there. You weren't meant to survive Khonshu's temple. I had hired Isaac to do you a service. Make sure no one would ever know his torment again. Clearly, that didn't happen."

You heaved at the mere mention of that name. This man was the reason why your friends and colleagues were dead. Why you and Jungkook were at death's door.

"Yeah, would have thought you knew you had hired someone that likes to draw things out. But you’re wrong about one thing, I didn’t survive that day. I did die and you served me up to Khonshu on a silver platter with the perfect motivation to accept his deal because of that."

You watched in stunned silence as darkness took the sky, bandages slowly slivered around Jungkook, his eyes turning an illuminated white, as if the moon itself shone from within them, until his suit - armour- was formed. 

Harrow’s brows furrowed, “Sadly you leave me no choice now, my boy.”

Harrow raised his cane up then slammed it into the ground. Cracks spider-webbed from the impact, flooded with purple light. Jungkook took a step back as if shocked. Whatever it was he was seeing, you clearly couldn’t. 

“Well… I’ve never seen that before. Neat trick you have there. Y/N, I need you to run out of this alley, back the way we came okay? Leave this to me.”

Jungkook was still inching back, an arm extended behind him as if shepherding you out. You looked between him and the very clear footprints indenting into the cobblestones. Yeah, whatever this was, you were definitely not equipped to handle it. As if hearing your thoughts, Jungkook pulled a crescent blade from his chest plate and handed it to you.

“Just in case.”

Swallowing the lump forming in your throat, you nodded before turning and running. You didn’t see whatever impact occurred while adrenaline carried you away, but you sure heard it and the howl that followed it. You clutched the blade tightly to your chest, your hand stinging, red already following the curve.  God, what do you do? What can you do? Do you run home? Or do they have someone waiting there already? Go to a police station? The fuck do you do?

Suddenly something grabbed you by the hair and threw you backwards. You landed so hard you were winded but momentum had you rolling until you collided with a lamp post. 

“Gah!”

Your assailant, unseeable, rolled you onto your back. The next moments were confusing to say the least. Because Jungkook’s arm was thrusted in front of your face and you watched as holes pierced it, making him grunt, but you could see what appeared to be claws drenched in his blood which trickled down to their tips and dripped onto your cheek. 

“Bad… Dog…” Jungkook gritted out as pulled yet another blade free and slashed at whatever it was.

An inhuman screech pierced your ears as you witnessed Jungkook stand and pull what must have been that thing’s arm out of his own. You could see his flesh and bone knitting back together, then the suit repairing itself. He shook it and flexed his fingers like he was checking them before delivering an uppercut. Again you could hear the impact but not see it. 

"I can let you see them if you wish, traveller of the night?" Came a deep ethereal voice.

What in the world? You looked around but only saw Jungkook.

"I can give you the gift of sight for your safety since my priest is occupied."

Khonshu? The Khonshu? He was talking to you?

Hesitantly you nodded. Your vision turned white for a second but when it cleared you could see. A jackal. A giant, furless, bipedal jackal that was missing an arm from the elbow down and bleeding black. You could see how it stumbled as Jungkook sliced across its chest. How it lurched forward to return the blow, only for Jungkook to expertly duck and weave, finishing with a stab at the beast’s side.

It also meant you could see a second one that was rounding the corner with its own scrapes on display. And because you could see it, that meant you could fight it. Be of some help instead of helpless. 

Hissing as you pushed yourself up, you were pretty sure your ribs were at the very least bruised. The second jackal was focused on Jungkook, the obvious threat, as he was still dealing with the one that assaulted you just moments ago. And as it creeped to him, you limped behind it, your own blade raised up, closing the space behind it. And when it stopped, ready to pounce, you struck. You brought the blade down and lodged it in the back of the creature’s neck. It fell with a sickening thud.

Both Jungkook and the remaining jackal turned to you. Jungkook’s illuminated eyes grew comically large but there was a blur and suddenly you were back on the ground, you head meeting it with a crack. Your vision clouded for seconds that felt like an eternity then flooded black.

You were almost choking on the warm wetness that drenched you. Wiping your face, things became clear. The last jackal was over you, slumped forward, going through and coming out its chest  was Jungkook’s hand, clutching its heart. Jungkook was panting, heaving, seething. You could see it as his mask drew back. His brows drawn, teeth barred as he pulled his arm free and pushed the corpse off you.

You had never been afraid of Jungkook before, but in those moments he looked murderous. Until he looked at you, his features melting into utter concern. 

“It’s okay. It’s okay, Y/N, I’ve got you. I’ve got you.” He muttered, pulling you up into his chest. You could feel warmth spread through you, healing you, just like in Egypt. It was only then your body allowed you to cry.

I'm doing great! I went to the movies with my lil' bro today to see the movie "Encanto" (the other ask with the song I was obsessed with is from that movie :3)

And oh boi it is such a great movie!

I always got a bit excited after seeing a nice movie so gifs time pffft XD I love the madrigal family!
