Now listen, I think he definitely would be sentimental. In my mind he's feeling everything very intensely, at times it might even overwhelm him.

Megumi doesn't like to show it, he doesn't like to get close to others, mainly because of his profession. At least that's what he tells himself. But let's take a little dive into his head.

His deadbeat father left when he was a child, his step sisters mother just up and went away. His only real healthy and strong relationship has always been his sister. Sure, Gojo cares, but the amount of time it took to let even Gojo in was immense. And then later on he basically loses his sister to a coma. He doesn't know how to really deal with relationships of any kind, he might even be a little unstable and has no real sense of self.

In my opinion he wouldn't know how to behave when he feels love for the first time. It would overcome him and possibly freak him out.

At first he might actually try to fight it, distract himself with training and missions as much as he could. He would practically beg Gojo to give him anything to do and would even consider doing some manager work for Ijichi at this point.

However, nothing works. His mind still travels to you way too many times, and eventually he just knows it's a force stronger than any sorcery. He catches himself thinking about you whenever something happens, wanting to tell you about it or just yearning for your presence and have you tell him about your entire day in full detail.

He sees you and a smile tugs at his lips, cracking the usually stoic facade. He wouldn't even notice it. You've taken his heart so quickly and effortlessly that he swears it has been yours all along.

There are times where he's alone, with nothing to do and he just stares out the window, at the sunset and how it paints the prettiest colours onto the sky and it reminds him of you. It brings so many small details about you into his mind and he ends up smiling while just reminiscing about you for god knows how long.

The moment he realises that he's actually so deep in love that there's no way out but through he shows his determination, even though there's still doubt in the back of his mind.

Mind you, he never courted anyone, his sole knowledge about romance comes from movies, and some ill advised comments from Gojo. Therefore he opts for a classical way. He would find you when you're not surrounded by others, with a flower in his hand and kind of awkwardly ask you if you want to go out. To which you say yes, of course.

It takes him a few moments to realise that you actually agreed and he cannot stop his lips from smiling, which makes him all the prettier in your mind.

There's a moment where you turn to the other side to hide your faint blush and his eyes fall to the scrunchie in your desk. Without even thinking about it he'd subtly snatch it and let it disappear in his pocket. This boy who usually thinks everything through and tries not to act irrational couldn't help himself, now he's glancing at your scrunchie whenever he misses you. But don't expect him to ever confess this to you, it's a secret he'll keep inside for far too long.

In the end Megumi embraces the love, he's sentimental about it, but not too open. He shows you how much you mean and how happy you make him, but in public he still mostly wears a stoic expression because it's no one else's business that you make his heart swell up three sizes or that just a smile from you makes him weak in the knees.

This one is also part of the event, but not a request. It is dedicated to Berry anon, as idk if they'll have time to check in again soon (I'll be replying to your ask in a bit :3!) and I have yet to write any of the Leona autumn musings. So I figured instead I'd write a little letter (and it gives me an excuse to write for him, cause it's been a while and I love him dearly) so here we go!

2nd person. GN reader. No warnings, just fluff

U - Understanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

Leona doesn’t give off a very empathetic vibe most of the time. He is rude, quick with his remarks and generally not a super positive or sensitive person to be around. But that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t understand what is going on in people’s heads. He just prefers to stay away from it most of the time. 

And it is different with you, his partner. Not only is he noticeably softer (and will growl at anyone for even trying to point that out), but he has an especially keen insight in your thoughts and feelings. He notices something is off faster than you realize yourself sometimes. He will be able to pinpoint a source for those feelings pretty fast too. 

He’s less quick to get annoyed around you, and will never dismiss your emotions. After all, he can be pretty emotional himself, but has always been pushed to bottle them up, keeping up a princely attitude at home. His main outlet is anger -even though he realizes that is wrong. He doesn’t want the same for you, so he will allow you to feel your feelings and acknowledge him (and will encourage you if those feelings make you want to punch something or someone). 

But actual solutions or a little more? That rarely happens with Leona. After all, he has one big time remedy for any problem: nothing a good nap can’t fix. And honestly, as you’re in his arms, a tail reassuringly wrapped around your leg? You can feel all your worries become a little less.

darby actually won against ospreay (sorry, spoilers) which is making me feel so unwell (positive). like they both worked so well and intimately together to pull off such an insane banger of a match and darby has grown so much in the past year. i'm so proud of my little guy :') and so happy ospreay had the ability to really work with him and let him do the kind of stuff he doesn't always get to.

Okay listen, Ino is simultaneously the best and the most annoying older brother EVER.

He's a fun guy, open and honest and always there for you when you need him. But he's also the type of dude to play pranks on you. Nothing that could actually harm you or scar you, but he's annoying nonetheless.

He's genuinely caring and when ne notices that you're going through something he drops the annoying act and confronts you. He's not stoic or rude about it. He's tactful, subtle and caring, making sure that you know he's always on your side no matter what and that if there's anything he can do, HE WILL DO IT.

You need a short road trip to get your mind off things? He's already prepping the car. You are broke but feel the heavy craivng for junk food? He's ordering, his treat and no buts.

He's generous but he doesn't spoil you and even if he only actually says it once in a blue moon, he's proud of you, your achievements and he loves you.

Even if his antics sometimes get annoying and you're bickering like crazy, fighting for the remote of the tv and arguing about the silliest stuff because both of you are stubborn as hell. He's a good big brother after all and he prides himself with the fact that you're coming to him when you've got troubles.

But don't anyone ever dare to mess with his sibling. He's not holding back.

I would like to imagine that you would have your own version of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon made for you as King Nebuchadnezzar II did for his wife, who was missing her homeland. You will also have memorable, special poems and songs written and sung specifically for you. You make him a flower crown that compliments his eyes, and he giggles softly. Soon after, you are lying in his arms, silently but peacefully watching the light blue sky and white cotton candy clouds, wishing to live in this moment forever.

I find your mention of King Nebuchadnezzar very intriguing. How did you even come up with that? It reminds me of the time when I said, “I would cosplay Emperor Nero’s enemies and burn down Rome—but for Fyodor.” Though I am not sure if I said that on this platform, haha. I am seriously considering whether we are the same person sometimes.

This is my favourite part—simply enjoying the togetherness.♥️ The imagery with horses is beautiful as well. And the one with painting? Berry, you have outdone yourself. Would it not be nice, you ask? Nice?! It would be magical.

Aurora was a close second favourite to me, with Belle being my first (yes, it was not Snow White—I hope that doesn’t shock you too much, haha. I see myself more as a Grimm’s fairytale Snow White rather than the Disney version, but I don’t mind that one either. I can totally picture myself singing about a Prince Charming as well, haha).

I think it is because Aurora lacks screen time? Nevertheless, I love the scenery of Sleeping Beauty and how hauntingly beautiful it is. The darkness and the colours—especially the purples, greens, and blues—and the art style are simply stunning. I also love “Once Upon a Dream” and, the one mentioned, “Once Upon a December.” What I find particularly beautiful is the fairytale book of Snow White that is shown at the end/beginning (?) of the movie.

Also, you are right. I would likely be more old-fashioned—and I think Fyodor would be too (if we are not a match made in heaven, I don’t know who else could be). A place where we are all by ourselves sounds perfect. You are right about this as well. Did I ever mention that I like stargazing? It is extraordinary how accurate you are with everything.

Hi Berry!! It's okay, it happens, I have waves of fandoms as well, some come and go, and some disappear forever. It's sad, but no use clinging to something that doesn't bring joy anymore. I am definitely still willing to talk and catch up every once in a while, although I haven't been on Tumblr much. Not for a lack of wanting, I have so many writing projects I am lowkey still working on, but I have SO LITTLE time lately, I don't know where it is going. In between work, spending time with friends, quality time with my girlfriend, DnD, my other hobbies, I feel like I am always running out of time to properly write and get on with Tumblr.

I have also been thinking of just moving everything permanently to Ao3, I have been posting there for a while, and with Tumblr's algorythm dying, Ao3 is actually getting better in getting feedback and stuff. I will see. I will definitely not delete or completely abandon this place, but I don't have the time to keep up with all my fandoms and interactions and everything anymore haha.
