Chloe Zhao’s Nomadland won the Golden Globe for Best Picture and Chloe won for Best Director. she is the first Asian woman ever to win a Best Director award, and the film is the first woman-directed Best Picture winner in a Golden Globes history. she is considered a very strong contender for the Oscars.
