Hello there!
Just for funsies: how would Ela react to this nice and wonderful piece of news? Would it have changed something if she had known from the start?

I'm kinda baffled myself to be honest hahahahah
Even though, it would have been rather interesting to know what was the reasoning behind the headcanon, which doesn't really make sense because their marriage wasn't one of convenience, to say the least. Like, maybe she was so desperate to conceive that she asked for a favor straight to Teagan because he and Eamon share the same blood? I mean, I don't like Teagan (shocker! :'D) but this is slightly out of character. It would have been interesting with the right premises tho, and within what is given to us as canon o: like, maybe there was an arrangement of some sort and Eamon was the one behind the plan. It would have painted him under a very different light. Like, I'd be ready with popcorns! But fair enough, it's an headcanon. No biggie.
...and after three million words, here's the reply lol
Let's presume it's canon:
She would be mad about it but not surprised. Elanor comes from nobility, and technically she still is, so she has seen the inner workings enough to call them "normal". Not that she likes it, it's the opposite, actually. That's one of the reasons why she did her very best to keep Alistair out of it, and why she keeps out of it herself - camera pans to a titanic pile of unread missives from her brother.
After what they have done to Alistair, and the way Eamon wanted to use him, she has a very poor consideration of the three. When she hears the news, Ela gets her confirmation that everything they do is calculated to the max.
However, the information wouldn't change much, to be fair. It's nobles being nobles; even those that appear just, deep down have done some nasty shit to preserve their position.
She doesn't care about their family business, really, and she's not one that retaliates. It'd be more of a "ugh nasty" moment rather than "let's tell xyz about it". She knows that the more you get involved, the more you're at risk of being played and discarded awfully. And the fact that there's a traumatized kid involved doesn't really make her want to twist the knife on anyone's wound.
