Tatjana is unsure of what hole Viktor Mordenheim dug her out of before using her for his experiments or even what those experiments were, but she does not particularly care. Her memories of her life before are faint and out of her control, and therefore she tries not to spend much time worrying about them. What matters is that his daughter, Viktoria, gutted him and ended his abominable creation, Adam, before freeing Tatjana from her confines and welcoming her into her home. She has stood at the right hand of Viktoria, the new Dark Lord of Lamordia, ever since, confounding the outsider world who knows not of where Tatjana comes from, and with many of them wondering if they are lovers.

Now she has found other ways to make a name for herself. Tatjana has always found herself being what others might call “nosy,” but what she prefers to identify as “inquisitive.” Rooting out secrets and unveiling truths is a noble profession in most places - too bad Ravenloft is not most places. Insatiable curiosity paired with her eye for detail often finds her at odds with those around her, though sometimes that silver tongue of hers is able to get her out of harm’s way. She uses these talents to help further the agenda of the Eternal Order, and is dead-set on proving the prophecies accurate.

Stats Sunday

Happy March!! Thanks for the tag @nausikaaa! Unfortunately, my goal is to make this banner worse every month, so be prepared—we've only just begun.

Early post for me. I should be sleeping but I started making my graphs and then... well, here we are.

Here's my February Recap loll. Stats and graphs and musings incoming. (this post is so long but i promise there's a snippet in here)

I've posted two things last month! A valentine's day fic for Ebb/Fiona and Chapter 3 of the Way We Are. (Technically i posted 3 but this stranger things oneshot was posted on the 1st and written in January so it feels like January's accomplishment)

Total words written for February: 14405 (this beats Jan by 460 words!)

Days I met my writing goal (200 words): 20

Days I didn't write or edit anything: 4

Day I wrote the most: Feb 11th with 2249 (this beats last month's high score of 1717!)

Number of Fics worked on: 10 technically, but i have not been consistent with most of them. mainly worked on 3.

Daily Average: 514 words (but like last month i am highly inconsistent and my WC varies wildy depending on the day)

(I really like the little curve in the middle. also two the days that look like zero are actually 1 words, which is my placeholder if i spend all day editing)

And here's a pie chart to show my WC distribution across projects. Tbh a lot of these were fics that i've had in my fic ideas doc and all i did was make a google doc for them and word barf onto it my ideas, that's why there's so many small slices.

some slices are so small you don't even get to know my placeholder names. also i hope the title THTHIPWGI intrigues you, i'm always excited when i can title a fic right away and refer to it by a fun accyromn on my spreadsheet.

Other notable things from February:

I finished writing all of The Way We Are!! (kind of. i have one more scene to write. Monica's fault.)

This is a genuine question, but idk if I just follow good people or don't scroll through the critrole tag enough, but where are you finding biphobia? Or I guess, if I could phrase it another way, in regards to what are people being biphobic? I'm not looking to start shit, I just haven't seen any or am horrifyingly ignorant on how it's presented

I just open the tags or, more often, finding a blog that was reblogged by a blog in my activity. Stuff that I've seen this month alone have included:

referred to Chet, who has flirted with people who are not women on multiple occasions, as the token straight

insisted that Imogen and Laudna are specifically lesbians / assumed that Imogen and Laudna are, by default, lesbians — some people get real aggressive if you mention interpreting Imogen or Laudna as bisexual but a lot of it is subtler than that

surprised that a woman who is married to a man can roleplay a woman who is pining for a woman in a meaningful way, as if the two are exclusive to one another

acted like Laura has never played a queer character before when Vex is bisexual

dismissed Vex as not counting bc she ultimately married a man

"joked" that Fearne is wasted on men

referred to Fearne as a lesbian (this is uncommon, but it usually happens in "jokes")

referred to Allura as a lesbian

refused to count Liam as playing a queer PC every campaign

This is not even the most egregious stuff historically, but this is some of what I've seen in the past month.

The biphobia problem is recurrent in this space—just as it's recurrent in any other space I've been in. A lot of it is outright dismissal of queer characters when they're attracted to other genders or downplaying that attraction, acting like that attraction is not as important, or even erasing that attraction to other genders. There's a lot of diminishing characters who are attracted to other genders as being not as important or as good / shiny / meaningful, sometimes outright dismissing them as not counting or framing them as placeholders for "more real" queer characters. The idea that wlw are by default lesbians and mlm are by default gay men is a big but subtle one. That's all just to name a few things.

A lot of it is more indirect than people expect, but it is pervasive in most fandom spaces, and this fandom space is no exception despite the number of bisexual characters.

Hi everyone!

April is here with spring flowers blooming, birds nesting and the third annual snowstorm rolling in because the weather in Denmark is weird like that. We’re having a cozy time in our office, dusting off the leftover glitter from an awesome Kickstarter Campaign.

Let’s talk about what we’ve been up to!

The Mime Plushie Kickstarter was a great success and we ended up 141% funded! Now after we’ve had a moment to breathe, surveys have been answered and Kickstarter has processed payments, we have ordered the plushies and are looking forward to getting them and all the other cool merch home!

A fun extra thing to share with you is the design for the tag that’s gonna be attached to the plushie. We think it turned out really cute!

We also got the first progress pictures from our pin manufacturer. The Kaidan glow in the dark effect is turning out really great. We also added a stamp of the back of the pin, to show that this batch is the first print. We are sure those of you who are into collectibles will appreciate this little detail.

As we’ve mentioned in previous blogs, we’re working towards getting a vertical slice of Arcadia Fallen 2 ready. In game dev lingo, that basically means finishing up a short slice of what could be the final game, so you can show what it will be like before everything else is ready. Therefore we’ve been hard at work slowly swapping out quick doodle placeholder art with the real deal. Here’s Kim and some of his new expressions!

It’s very nostalgic to look back at those very first sprites we made years ago. We’ve improved a lot as a team, and while visuals are just very easy to gauge, we promise the code has had just as big of a glow-upˆˆ

Progress has occurred.

Brother's Shadow | Vincent 'V' Gonzalez

Finally happy with my boy's appearance, so now he'll be joining the NPV creation queue (it's only him atm).

For a while I've been using the E3 V as a placeholder for V while I came up with how I imagine V looks, knowing that he's Val's half brother.

Vince's mother is Arianna Gonzalez (a Solo who first appeared in a Cyberpunk RED campaign I wrote, who saved a player who was having a rough time) and his father is an unnamed corpo who died when Vince was two (he was born on 16 July 2049). By that point, Arianna and his father had split, and Arianna was dating Zanjoe Ocampo (Val's father).

Remember Val's original yellow eyes from back in the day?

Kiroshis can have their colours altered on the fly (using a special mod that can be found in the TTRPG rules) and after a few months of scaring the patrons of Lizzie's late at night, Val was finally told by Susie Q to change them. She went with her natural eye colour (brown) and that's how we lost Val's yellow eyes.

Brother's Shadow | Chapter 3

Chapter 3 has been a slow churn, because it's evolved from being a simple dinner interrupted by a couple of Arasaka goons to a whole-ass shootout between an Arasaka strike force, and Vicky and Trey. I will put it out tonight. Here's a sample:
