In keeping with Amphoreusās classical mythology vibes: can we get headcanons for Dan Heng, Phainon, and Castorice with a sorcerer/sorceress!Reader? Like, in general, Reader is a reasonable person, incredibly pleasant and hospitable, even ā but if someone was dumb enough to seriously piss them off, Reader might just turn them into a guinea pig or a sprig of mint (like that one time some snobby researcher from the Garden of Life insulted them, and got turned into a dandelion for it). š
The Art of Restraint

Dan Heng is cautious by nature, and when he first meets you, he keeps a respectful distance. Heās heard stories of sorcerers and their power, and while heās not afraid, heās certainly wary. But after traveling with you for some time, he realizes youāre one of the most level-headed and kind people heās ever met.
He admires your intellect and meticulous approach to magic. You remind him of a scholar more than a mysticāstudious, analytical, and measured. He often listens in quiet fascination when you talk about the ancient laws of sorcery, the flow of energies, or the myths behind different spells.
He once made an offhand comment about disliking mint tea, and you, ever the playful one, asked if he had some deep-seated trauma involving an unfortunate sorcererās wrath. He raised an eyebrow but didnāt answer, which only made you more curious.
The first time he saw you turn someone into a plant, he nearly dropped his spear. Some overly arrogant researcher from the Garden of Life had been sneering at you, calling your magic "a parlor trick compared to true botanical science." With a serene smile, you flicked your fingersāand poof, he was a dandelion.
Dan Heng sighed. "Was that really necessary?" he asked, though there was no real judgment in his tone.
"Heāll turn back in a few hours," you assured him. "And maybe heāll be a little more polite next time."
Over time, Dan Heng grows to trust you deeply. He appreciates your sense of justiceāyou never use your powers recklessly, only when absolutely necessary (or when someoneās behavior is so insufferable that even he considers it justified).
If you ever tease him about turning him into a dragon/reptile so he can match his past self, he just gives you a flat look. You swear you see the corner of his mouth twitch.
Heās not much for words, but he does find subtle ways to express his affectionābringing you rare books on ancient magical traditions, making sure you have the finest quality ink and parchment for your spellwork, and standing silently by your side whenever you need backup.
If he ever did get truly angry at someone for harming you, he wouldnāt hesitate to strike. But heās also completely at peace knowing that, if it came down to it, you could handle things yourself⦠possibly by turning the threat into a rather unfortunate beetle.

Phainon is delighted to meet you. He has nothing but admiration for sorcerers and scholars, and he finds your magic incredibly cool.
"Oh, youāre a sorcerer? Thatās amazing! Iāve read about the ancient schools of magic from Aedes Elysiae, but Iāve never actually worked alongside one before!" He asks about your magic constantly, eager to learn about everything from incantations to alchemical concoctions.
Unlike others who might be wary of your abilities, Phainon has no fear whatsoever. If anything, he enjoys watching you cast spells. He thinks magic is an art, and you are its finest artist.
The first time he sees you turn someone into a plant, he bursts into laughter. Some arrogant noble had insulted you, sneering about "uncivilized sorcery" while flaunting their wealth. You smiled, whispered an incantation, and in an instantāpoof. A rather unimpressive sprig of thyme now occupied the nobleās seat.
"You turned them into a herb?" Phainon wheezed. "Thatās incredible. Oh, please tell me this is reversible."
"Of course," you chuckled. "Eventually."
Phainon has an endless sense of humor about your power. If someone annoys him, heāll dramatically throw himself at your feet and beg, "Please, my dearest sorcerer, make them a turnip. I implore you."
You have to remind him that, no, youāre not going to hex every person who mildly inconveniences him.
That said, when things get serious, Phainon deeply respects your power. He knows that magic like yours isnāt just about showmanshipāitās about wisdom, responsibility, and the will to protect. If you ever lose control or doubt yourself, heās there to remind you of your strength and purpose.
If he ever sees someone trying to intimidate or harm you, his usual cheerful demeanor vanishes. He stands at your side, hand on his claymore, exuding an unshakable confidence that tells your enemies theyāre severely outmatched.
He likes to joke that if you ever got tired of vanquishing Titans, you could make a fortune turning criminals into decorative houseplants. "Imagine it: āSorcererās JusticeāTransformations While You Wait!ā Itād be a hit."
You roll your eyes, but you canāt help but laugh.
Castorice is fascinated by you. As someone who communes with death and the divine, she sees sorcery as a sibling discipline to her own craft. Magic, after all, is just another means of understanding the mysteries of the world.

She appreciates your sense of reason and restraintāafter all, power must be wielded wisely. When she sees how pleasant and diplomatic you are, she feels a kinship with you; like her, you possess strength but do not flaunt it.
The first time she witnesses you turn someone into a dandelion, she simply hums in approval. "A fitting fate," she murmurs. "There are worse things than being scattered by the wind."
Unlike Phainon, who finds your transformations hilarious, Castorice finds them poetic. She even starts a collection of pressed flowers and leaves from the unfortunate souls who cross you. ("This one was particularly rude," she muses, tucking a preserved violet into her journal.)
Despite her quiet, ethereal nature, she enjoys your company. The two of you often spend time in silence, working side by sideāshe preparing rites and funerary charms, you transcribing spells and crafting new incantations.
Youāre one of the few people who can read her moods easily. While others find her difficult to read, you notice the subtle shifts in her aura, the tiny hesitations in her voice.
Sheās endlessly intrigued by your magic. "The gods gifted you with power," she says one evening, her lavender eyes watching you closely. "Do you ever wonder what price they will demand in return?"
If anyone threatens you, Castorice is merciless. Not in the way Phainon or Dan Heng would beāshe doesnāt shout or draw her weapon. Instead, she steps forward with the eerie grace of a specter, her scythe glinting under the moonlight. "You should leave," she whispers, voice like a funeral prayer. "Before they decide what to do with you."
She never asks you to use your powers for petty revenge, but if she ever sees you hesitate to defend yourself, she will remind you in no uncertain terms: "Your power is not a crime. Do not let the unworthy make you feel otherwise."
Over time, the two of you develop a quiet but profound bondātwo people standing between the mortal and the divine, wielding power with wisdom, bound by an unspoken understanding.

Can you do a Genshin Impact story where Childe invited Lyney to show magic tricks to Teucer? Teucer meets Scaramouche, Arlechinno, Lyney, Lynette, Freminet, then invites them to a game of hockey. Because Scaramouche is there, Nahida and Raiden Shogun try to join. It's with Childe's family and the others.
Or if you don't know anything about hockey, what if Wanderer, Venti, Kazuha, Heizou, and Xiao played a board game where they play as the countries of Teyvet.
The Game of Teyvat
Summary: In a lighthearted evening at Mondstadt's tavern, Traveler and their friendsāWanderer, Venti, Kazuha, Heizou, and Xiaoāgather around a board game simulating the nations of Teyvet. Each player takes control of a region, vying for territories and resources while forming alliances and plotting betrayals. As strategies unfold, personalities clash in friendly competition, and camaraderie grows in the humorous rivalry.

The quiet hum of Mondstadtās breeze swept through the open window of the tavern, carrying with it the scent of fresh grass and distant pines. A peculiar scene unfolded within: Wanderer, Venti, Kazuha, Heizou, Xiao, and the Traveler were seated around a low wooden table, stacks of cards, dice, and colorful tokens scattered about in what appeared to be a strategic battle of wits.
"I still donāt understand," Kazuha mused, looking over the board, "how exactly are we supposed to play as the countries of Teyvet? Itās... fascinating, but itās also a bit complex."
Wanderer, who had been eyeing the pieces suspiciously, grumbled. "Are we really doing this? Playing as the countries? This feels ridiculous."
Venti chuckled, leaning back in his chair with a lazy grin. "Oh, come on, Wanderer! Itās just a little fun! Besides, you get to rule over all of Teyvet! Whatās not to like?"
Xiao, seated across from him, said nothing. His arms were crossed tightly, and his expression was unreadable, but the subtle twitch of his fingers betrayed his slight interest.
Heizou, always one to embrace the unusual, leaned forward with a grin. "Whatās the matter, Wanderer? Afraid you might lose?"
The Wanderer narrowed his eyes. "You know I donāt lose."
Traveler leaned in, grinning. "Letās just start the game and see how it goes. Itāll be fun."
Wanderer snorted but said no more. The game in question was a hand-crafted board game based on the various regions of Teyvet, with each player taking control of one of the nations. The goal? To strategically conquer territories, gather resources, and outsmart the other players. It was a game of strategy and diplomacy, with the occasional surprise of a random event card shaking things up.
The board itself was a beautifully detailed map of Teyvet, each nation represented by a brightly colored piece. Venti had, unsurprisingly, claimed Mondstadt. Kazuha took Inazuma, his home nation, with a serene but determined expression. Heizou chose Sumeru, his playful nature fitting the rich intellectual landscape. Xiao had Liyue, always silent and mysterious, while Wanderer took Fontaine, an outsider to most but always intrigued by the notion of law and order. And of course, youāthe Travelerāhad to represent the entirety of Teyvet, which, to your amusement, meant controlling all the countries in a way, albeit with a heavier burden.
Heizou clapped his hands to begin the game. "Let the conquest of Teyvet begin!"
Turn 1
Wanderer immediately rolled the dice, frowning as it landed on a 2. "A 2? Thatās the worst possible start."
"Would you like to trade your luck with me?" Venti teased, a spark of mischief in his eyes. "I could give you a better fortune. Iām rather good at guiding winds, after all."
Wanderer shot him a withering look. "Iām fine."
Kazuha, rolling his dice, looked up at the others. "This game might be more like life than we expect. Thereās a delicate balance between taking risks and staying cautious."
Heizou leaned back in his chair, placing a hand on his chin. "Indeed. Itās all about finding the right balance of resources. And the alliances we formāor breakācould make or break us."
The Traveler smiled, casually sliding a piece forward on the board, managing to claim the first territory of Sumeru. "Looks like Iām off to a good start."
The others groaned. You were known for your strategic mind, and it was clear you werenāt wasting any time.
Venti was next. "Iāll claim Windrise, of course!" he said, flicking his hand dramatically. "I mean, who else could possibly lay claim to such a beautiful place?"
Xiao barely glanced at the board, but his dice roll was precise. "Liyue is mine," he said quietly, though there was an edge of determination in his voice. "No one else has the strength to protect it like I do."
Turn 2
The game progressed, with each player expanding their territories, occasionally negotiating trade deals or forming brief alliances.
Venti and Kazuha were forming an unexpected alliance, agreeing to help each other with resources from Mondstadt and Inazuma in exchange for a share of the spoils.
"Iām not sure this is a good idea," Wanderer muttered, eying the two. "The two of you together are a bit too... idealistic."
Kazuha smiled. "Itās not about ideals, Wanderer. Itās about finding harmony. And besides," he added, pointing at the board, "having a bit of fun."
Wanderer, still skeptical, surveyed the board with a grimace. He rolled his diceāyet again, another 2. "Iām really starting to hate these dice."
Meanwhile, Heizou was scheming. "I think Iāll take a page out of your book, Xiao," he said with a grin. "Iāll focus on accumulating influence rather than brute strength. Thatāll make me a formidable opponent when the time comes."
Xiao just gave him a quiet, disinterested look. "Do what you must."
The Traveler continued to hold their lead, collecting both resources and alliances from the different countries. They were the silent, calculating force in the game. Though no one was able to predict your next move, it was clear that no one was underestimating you.
The Final Stretch
As the game neared its climax, tensions began to rise. The alliances that had formed earlier were starting to crumble, and some players began to realize they would have to betray others to win.
Heizou suddenly looked over at you, an almost conspiratorial gleam in his eyes. "You know, Traveler," he began, leaning closer, "Iāve been watching you. Youāre very good at this game. But... are you really in control, or is something else guiding your hand?"
You raised an eyebrow, a smile tugging at the corner of your lips. "Letās just say I have my own way of understanding Teyvetās intricacies. Every choice matters."
Venti snickered from the other side of the table. "Ah, but thatās what makes this game fun! Who knows what tricks the others might have up their sleeves?"
Kazuha, ever the poet, smiled as he moved his piece. "In the end, itās not just about winning, but the journey we take to get there."
Xiao didnāt respond, his focus unwavering as he slowly surrounded and cut off territories from both Wanderer and Heizou.
The tension in the air was palpable as everyone took their final turns, negotiating, plotting, and making their final moves. Eventually, it came down to you and one other player. The board was split down the middle, with territories controlled by both the Traveler and their rival.
"Well," Wanderer sighed dramatically, looking over at you. "Looks like youāve won, havenāt you?"
You glanced at the board and nodded. "Itās been a long game, but yes. I have control of Teyvet."
Venti clapped his hands in mock applause. "And the crown goes to... our ever-calculating Traveler!"
"Well played," Kazuha said, his smile warm. "You truly understood the rhythms of the game."
Xiao, ever the quiet one, gave a rare nod of approval. "You deserved it."
Heizou chuckled. "I have to admit, I underestimated you."
"Thatās the game for you," you said with a grin. "Every move is a calculated risk."
As the night ended and the game was packed away, everyone shared stories of their own nations and adventures, discussing what could have been and what might have been had the game been different. Laughter filled the room, and even Wanderer, who had grudgingly admitted his defeat, seemed to enjoy the friendly rivalry.
"This was a good distraction," Xiao muttered, finally unguarded as he took a drink from his cup. "Though, next time, Iāll be the one to win."
Venti grinned, raising a cup in mock salute. "A challenge, Xiao? Iāll be waiting."
As the stars twinkled outside, you couldn't help but smile. Maybe Teyvet would never be as simple as a board gameābut for tonight, it had been a game worth playing.
And, perhaps, in the future, the countries of Teyvet would see more than just politics. Theyād see the camaraderie born from games, laughter, and shared moments of lighthearted fun.
After all, in this world, even the smallest victories mattered.

āThey are my people now - the only people I have here, so far from home. I am grateful for their friendship. I respect them, too, which might be more important. But Tobias is the only one I might consider a true shorm.
A shorm is a deep friend, someone who knows everything there is to know about you. The word comes from the Andaliteās tail blade, which looks something like what you may know as a scorpionās tail. A shorm is someone you would trust to put his tail blade against your throat.ā
