Do Caligula and Germania get along?

Mun: I mean- For the most part, I guess LOL Germania knows how to piss Rome off just to the edge of his boiling point then stop FDJGDHB But really, they're friends! Caligula likes to act like he hates him, but they've been together for such a long time that separating them just feels wrong.
