SPARTAN TRIFECTA - DONE! So I started this journey when I met with @martin_kvm to train under him in @calibarzz and now it’s all come to an end. Another journey awaits in 2020. For my first race (Sprint) I would like to thank @paolo.malong for running alongside me and experiencing the Spartan Race for the first time. For the second race I would like to thank @yusukeoba (na pinilit ko) and @kevencrew97 at sinamahan niya ako sa Danao, Cebu with the HARDEST Super Spartan Race. Ever. Hahaha For the final race, super thank you kay @japreyes for being patient with me after all the cramps and weak shit talk. Lol. We will come back stronger next year. It’s been a hell of a journey and I’d do it again next year. Over the span of this fitness goal I’ve set for myself I’ve learned how to fast and take care of myself better. Next year I wish I could be there for someone when they go through their fitness journey. Coach @martin_kvm alam ko matigas ulo ko. Habol ako.
