Thank you. For the past few months I have been feeling stressed, and numb, with a few blips of anger. It is scary to sit there and not really feel anything, that you grow accustomed to knowing how to act around people. But something happened recently. I started listening to these podcasts at the recommendation of my younger sister. I have a half hour drive to work so it's a good time to listen. But here is why I am thanking you. Since I started listening to your podcasts, I feel like parts of me are coming back. I'm excited and a bit more relaxed. I have actual happy moments. People are noticing a difference and it is thanks to you. Your podcasts have given me a little bit of me back and that is something I didn't expect when I first started listening.
