[ID: four color drawings of Jon Sims, Martin Blackwood, their child Avery, Carlos the scientist, Cecil Palmer, and their child Esteban. Each of them feature the kids at various ages, and one parent.

In the first drawing, Jon kneels on the ground and holds Avery and Esteban close while drying them off with a towel, and kissing Esteban on the cheek. Esteban and Avery are about five to seven years old.

In the second drawing, a sleeping Martin holds infants Avery and Esteban on either arm, also sleeping. Martin hasn’t shaved in a while, and is sitting in a green recliner and rests his head on a burgundy pillow.

In the third drawing, Carlos excitedly holds up both kids in his arms. They are wearing toddler sized lab coats that match Carlos’s, and oversized safety goggles. Avery looks somewhat surprised and confused, while Esteban looks grumpy about the situation.

In the fourth drawing, Cecil carries both kids as young toddlers in a yellow sling, one on his front and one on his back. He’s probably at the farmer’s market or grocery store, and holds an apple in one had. Two floating eyes (Jon’s) hover above Avery’s head as Avery looks back to try to see what Esteban is doing. Esteban reaches for the apple, and Cecil says to him: “Oh, you want appy slices when we get home, bubby?” /End ID] description credit @esrah-rah-rasputin

idk if requests are still open but I'd love love love to see more about Avery and Esteban! I just know Avery would be the type to devour (no pun intended) entire novels in an afternoon, and Esteban would not hesitate to infodump to anyone (maybe he has a segment on the radio where he gets to rant about crochet techniques or metalworking or whatever he's interested that week)

i got myself on an avery and esteban kick! i like ur ideas the kids definitely have a healthy love for knowledge along with other things

cats are too dangerous for babies with all their spines and venom but at least aubergine will let the babies play
