Beau didn’t like change. To say the Haus was a bit of a change from his normal daily life was an understatement. He had read all the info he could find on the place before he came and then scoured the paperwork they had given him upon his arrival, and yet he still felt as if he was floundering trying to find his stride. He had thought it would be easier to talk to people when he was paying them to be agreeable...but it turned out that money didn’t buy social graces and his discomfort persisted. Still, he was determined to make the most of his stay. Perhaps he should just skip the talking altogether and get to the good part instead.
He had decided to take his sketchbook to the pool - dressed in a slightly rumpled button down and slacks, hoping that it would prove to be a good spot for some quick figure studies. It didn’t make sense to him to swim outside so late in the winter, but the view was nice enough he figured carnal desire was strong enough to overpower that in lieu of admiring mostly naked men. One of the people he’d been drawing, a man who had been sitting on the edge of the pool with his feet in the water, just so happened to glance up in his direction just in time to meet his gaze, holding it in a way that put a pause on his drawing.
Raising an eyebrow in return, his stoic expression shifting slightly to accommodate the questioning look, he glanced back down at his sketchbook long enough to capture the man’s eyes. He was never able to get the emotion right, his drawing failing to capture any of the life inside his subject. Shifting shifting back to the preliminary sketch, he idly blocked in a few of the people in the surrounding area, their bodies a chaotic mess of lines as he tried to capture them in motion. Even still, his eyes returned to that man, though he couldn’t put a finger on why.

Hey Sir, looks like our preferences for this event line up pretty well - bondage and impact play are two of my favorite things to do.
Hello to you too, Beau. Yes, lucky for us, that's the case! I think we're going to have a lot of fun together with this one. I already talked to your sir, and until now, we're good to go. Tell me a bit about your limits.

"So is this your way of finishing what we did that night all those years ago to completion, or am I here for something else entirely? Cause, to be honest, I didn't think you had time for me. Not that I'm not happy to be here or anything, just been kind of out it."

Obviouslyyyyy!
Gotta start somewhere, right? Mind you, I'll probably end up calling you up every once in a while to ask you stuff about it.
Right? We're way too hot to be turned down.
Probably! Might take you into next year though, I have - a lot of episodes.

Mason had been away for way longer than he had planned. He had been messaging and face falling his husband which was not the same thing but he was glad to be hone now. Mason had gotten home before Beau and set everything up, flowers and roses and gotten Beau favorite wine and his husband’s favorite music played. Mason was excited to have his man, to hold him and kiss him. His heart screamed for Beau and was glad.
He stood by the door and waited in nothing but a sexy boxers that he knew his husband liked and loved. @beaufort-boystown

It’s Remy. You’re dressed as Remy.
I thought that was the idea of the spirit week for today, cousin. Or did I miss something in translation? Either way... made you look, didn’t I?

˙ ˖ ✶ Beau & Layken
Life in one of the bigger cities meant there was no time for things such a fishing, maybe the occasional hike, but even those trails were specked with litter wherever your eyes landed. It saddened him, the state in which those paths remained as he could tell they had once held such a regal beauty, the kind only nature could attain.
"Totally, I saw those and my heart essentially burst out of my chest like in one of those cartoons," Layken said with a soft chuckle as he approached the man. Such a kind and gentle demeanor that drew Layken in like a moth to a flame. "I do accept your apology, since you clearly made me miss my lines thanks to your...waterproofs," he giggled.
"Actually, I'm working on learning lines for a new animated show, it was presented to me and it seems very mature for animation. They're adapting a book series, and I believe the author actually lives in this town."
beau was setting up his rod into the stand, knowing it might take some time before he got a bite. the fish were getting cold. he only wanted to coax out a few, to fill up the freezer over the winter. four would be nice, maybe more.
he heard the younger man's approach by the crackling of leaves and twigs underfoot. he turned to greet them with a smile, opening up his flask to pour himself a cup of coffee. "you haven't disturbed me, but i apologise for distracting you. my waterproofs tend to have that effect on people." beau teased him, taking a sip of coffee.
"what're you rehearsing? a speech?"

People: @beauxwilde
Books were something that Jamie enjoyed. One thing that helped keep him distracted when he could not sleep nor focus on work. He had a library filled with so much books on different topics but, history and fiction were always his favorite things to read about. There was a bookstore he always stopped by at least once a week and he had gotten to know a few people working there especially one of the new guys there. Jamie had spoken to them when they first arrived and he had offered to show them around and help them adjust.
The male understood what it was like being in a new place, not knowing anyone. He experienced that during his travels but he was lucky to find a few nice people who helped get his feet. Jamie was more than happy to do that for the other and it seems like they were slowly becoming friends. “Okay, you have to try this really cool bar and drinks is on me,” he said leaning on the counter smiling as he looked at the other. “I have some free time and since you are done with your shift it sounds like a fun way to relax and have fun.”

open starter | staff and clients
location | anywhere
A few weeks into his stay and Beau had fallen into a new predictable routine about the Haus. His time mostly consisted of drawing and painting staff members in his room, exploring the estate with moderate curiosity, and having dinner with the few people he’d managed to become acquainted with. Beau knew he could just be content doing that but he had come to the Haus for change and, if his own self-directed efforts didn’t feel like enough of a deviation from the norm then he would have to speak with someone else about their suggestions. After all, it was Oliver’s request that had gotten him to go to the New Year’s Eve party.
“Are there any activities in particular you would recommend for someone to experience here? I should not like to miss out.” He asked the man he had barely contributed to idle small talk with for the past few minutes.

Soft, warm kisses that start on the palm of the hand, and then move up the length of the arm and onto the chest. Feeling the body underneath trembling with want with every gentle, moist peck.
Admittedly, I find it hot as fuck. Something innocent turning hot and steamy and desperate? Sign me up.

it had been awkward between Frankie and Beau ever since she heard he was getting back together with Jackie, or at least, it was awkward for her. They had never been anything, really, explicitly. But the crush she had harbored on him couldn’t help but be a bit deflated. Frankie was currently sitting outside the bar on its steps, holding her icy cold gin and tonic to a bruise forming on her knee. She spotted Beau coming out of her bar, instantly putting on a bright smile, making sure to flick her hair out of her face. “Uh... looks worse than it is. I fell off my bar stool. My friend was telling this joke and I laughed so hard I through my head back in a demonic cackle. Must have really put my whole body into it,” she said, shrugging at her lame explanation. “Honestly, think its very sexy of me. Rupi Kaur voice: she felt everything so deeply it hurt! Even joy!” Patting the seat beside her, Frankie gestured for Beau to join her. “Let’s uh, catch up or whatever. How’s life? Heard you’re monogamous now.” @beauturner

˙ ˖ ✶ Beau & Layken
"Me? I haven't really been called that before, but I could get used to it," Layken smirked, feeling the man flirt back was a definite boost to his ego. There was a certain kind of tension brewing between them and Layken wished to see where this road would lead. What lies at the end of the yellow brick road?
"Would the Great Gats-Bee, want a taste then?" Layken whispered close to Beau's ear, offering the man a wink as he giggled. "I'm really bad at this, but hopefully you'll be seeing a lot of me tonight."
"you just finding an excuse to talk to me? charmer." beau flirted back, raising an eyebrow as a smirk pulled at his lips. layken should've known that if he wanted to play, that beau could go toe to toe. the older man was flattered though... getting approached by a man as good-looking as layken.
the kiss gave him a thrill. soft, warm lips pressed against his cheek, the corner of their mouths touching. the smile stayed on beau's lips, meeting mason's gaze as he came closer, closer, close. beau chuckled. "well... bees do like honey. but is it still a trap if you don't need to be tricked into it?"
