Soledad: ¡Hola! ¡Bienvenido! ¡Buenos dias! I'm Soledad and today we have some very special guests: Three of the members of Chrome Heart! And let me just say, I'm a huge fan. I'm, like, obsessed with your music and when I found out there were three Latinos in the group I knew I had to have you on.

Alvin: Thank you. We're glad to be here.

S: Okay, before we begin, please introduce yourselves to the audience. Though I'm sure that's not really necessary for you guys because you're like crazy stupid famous.

A: Hi, I'm Alvin Santiago.

Derek John: I'm Derek John Juarez, and honestly, I'm kind of starstruck right now because I grew up watching your show on Disney channel and I thought you were like, the coolest person alive.

S: Aww, that's so sweet.

Cam: Hi, I'm Cam Perez.

S: For those, who have been living under a rock, Chrome Heart is a boyband who were formed on StarCaster – a singing competition show – and blew up basically overnight because they're a pack of talented cute boys.

C: Okay, wait, before we start.. What was your show?

A: Oh, yeah, I have no clue either.

S: Wow. That's humbling.

C: No, no! I just didn't watch TV growing up and Vin's, like, old.

A: Thanks, Cam.

S: [Snorts.] Okay, well, I was the star of the show "Dreams Come True" where I played Mandy Martinez and I was basically a witch who could make people's dreams turn into reality and I got into hijinks and shit.

C: Wait, I kinda love that. [Turning to Derek John] Can we watch that when we go home?

DJJ: Of course.

S: Okay, so are all of you Mexican or no? Google kept giving me mixed answers.

DJJ: I'm Puerto Rican, but they're both Mexican, yeah.

S: Nice. I'm Colombian and Puerto Rican. And you guys all speak Spanish? Do you all.. Are you all fluent?

DJJ: I'm, like, mostly fluent? I didn't start learning Spanish properly until I was around eight because I lived with my dad, who doesn't speak it. But then I moved in with my mom and grandma and they basically talked to me only in Spanish.

C: Spanish is my first language, so I'm fluent, yeah.

S: Oh, wow, really? We never have people who don't have Spanish as their second language on here.

C: Yeah, um, I was born in Mexico and didn't come to the States until I was five. And I lived with my mom and Grandma my whole life, who only spoke in Spanish to each other and to me.

S: That's so interesting! Did you have to take ESL as a kid?

C: Yeah. But I learned English, like, stupidly fast because I hated all the teachers and the white kids talking to me like I was stupid. [Laughs.]

DJJ: Only you would learn an entire second language to get people to stop bothering you.

S: [Laughs.] And what about you, Alvin?

A: It's kind of like a joke between the three of us that I only know Mom Spanish. Like I only know the things my mom said when she was yelling at me and my brother. My dad refused to teach me because he wanted us to be, like, assimilated, but I still learned some things here and there, through, like, context clues. But when they have a conversation in Spanish, I only understand bits and pieces.

S: Yeah, my parents were the same way. They didn't want me to learn because they didn't want me to be ostracized. But all that did was make it harder to learn as I got older. Now I'm about sixty five percent fluent, I'd guess.

C: Sorry, I know you're the interviewer so you can disregard this, but were you.. Did your show allow you to be Latina?

S: Oh.. Hmm, kinda. I – My character – had Latino parents but they were both played by Mexican actors, and rarely seen. And I wasn't treated as Latina by the narrative, or the company. I was just.. a girl.

C: That's awful. I– Recently, the three of us were talking about StarCaster and the way it kind of.. racialized us.

S: What do you mean?

C: I'm not sure how to explain it but with us and Ross – another member – it was like we were a zoo attraction, like, this group has four boys of color! You want to support them because you want to support people of color to show just how supportive and socially aware you are! Instead of, like, based on our talents.

DJJ: And they would listen to our private, personal conversations and have a translator there, telling everyone what we were saying.

A: What? I didn't know that.

S: That's insane.

DJJ: Yeah but it's okay. We started lying, fucking with them, saying crazy shit so they started leaving us alone. One time Cam asked the translator dude if he'd be okay with people doing the same thing with him and his family and he refused to translate for the rest of the day because he felt bad.

S: As he should!

S: If you don't just sit in his lap. Good grief.

A: Pardon?

S: I've been watching the two of them squish closer for the past ten minutes. It's like they're trying to meld into one body. Just sit in his lap.

[Derek John laughs as Cam plops himself into his lap.]

S: What Spanish word or phrase do you use the most?

A: Dejen de hacer eso (Stop doing that) for sure. These two are always making me yell at them for something.

DJJ: It's good practice for your future children.

[Alvin rolls his eyes.]

C: Te amo. (I love you.) I say it to my mom and grandma and Derek John basically everyday.

A: But not me, because I'm his least favorite member.

C: [Laughs.] Shut up. Te amo, te amo, te amo.

DJJ: I think recently mine has been bésame. (Kiss me.)

S: Ooh.. Do you have a little señorita? O señor?

DJJ: [Nodding.] I cannot disclose that information.

S: [Laughs.]

C: Aww, you're sweet.

S: Because it's the end of the show, I leave you all with one final question: What's your favorite Spanish swear word?

Bueno el viaje a ha llegado a primera parada. En semana #2 y vimos bastante…

Las emociones nunca son el problema, el problema es no saber cómo responder a ellas, ni saber aprovechar el mensaje que nos brindan. Las emociones desempeñan un papel fundamental en la supervivencia, el mantenimiento de la especie, las relaciones sociales y la comunicación. Asimismo, cumplen una función motivacional que nos predispone a repetir una y otra vez comportamientos vinculados a emociones positivas. La emoción se genera como una respuesta organizada a un acontecimiento externo o un suceso interno (pensamiento, imagen, conducta, etc.). Primeramente tiene lugar el proceso perceptivo del evento, al que le sigue una valoración. El resultado es una reacción neuropsicológica, comportamental o cognitiva. Si conduce a un comportamiento, este ocasiona una predisposición a la acción (Bisquerra 2003).

Durante la clase hablamos del autoconocimiento, en grandes rasgos para el conocimiento de nosotros mismos necesitamos saber las fortalezas, debilidades, estereotipos, actitudes, valores y percepciones que poseemos. Tener autoconocimiento también significa poder reconocer cómo nos perciben otras personas. El autoconocimiento es la capacidad de conectarse con nuestros sentimientos, pensamientos y actos. Cuando las personas se conocen a sí mismas entienden sus fortalezas y desafíos, y saben qué los ayuda a progresar. Como psicólogos es necesario poder buscar el autoconocimiento (Martinez et al., 2023).

El la presentación de Sol Ureña, vimos las funciones de las emociones, hay tres la adaptativa, la social y la motivaciónales. La adaptativa hace que nos adaptemos a lo que está pasando, las sociales facilitan las interacciones sociales ya que facilita la aparición de conductas apropiadas y predecir el comportamiento asociado, las motivacionales, son bidireccionales ya que la emocion lleva a la conducta motivada y viceversa la conducta motivada lleva a una emocion.

En la de Presentación de Guadalupe, vimos diferentes motivaciones y casos donde vimos como aplicar las diferentes motivaciones.

La motivación intrínseca es aquella que proviene del interior de un empleado cómo puede ser la propia satisfacción personal del empleado. También se le llama motivación personal o automotivación.

La motivación extrínseca se refiere a la motivación que proviene desde fuera. La motivación extrínseca está involucrada en el condicionado a comportarse de cierta manera debido a una recompensa y consecuencia.

La motivación trascendente aprovecha no solo el deseo de contribuir individualmente, sino también el deseo de ser parte de algo más grande. Los líderes que emplean una motivación trascendente involucran a los empleados en un propósito y llamado que inspira la acción.

Esta semana mi pregunta para ustedes es… un poco simple.

En el año 2012 ocupé el cargo de Censor de Cuentas de la Comisión de la Junta del edificio Acacias IV sito en la c/Mirador nº 5. En el cumplimiento de mi función destapé y comuniqué a la comunidad que aquí se estaban cometiendo múltiples irregularidades de extrema gravedad, tanto económicas como administrativas, etc. Probado todo documentalmente hasta por acta notarial.

A PARTIR DE ESA CIRCUNSTANCIA COMIENZA EL ACOSO Y EL MALTRATO HACIA MI PERSONA.

Con fecha 23 de Febrero envío DOS burofaxes con CERTIFICACIÓN DE TEXTO y ACUSE DE RECIBO a la presidenta y al que administra el edificio, adjuntando mis SEIS puntos a debatir en la junta y exigiendo que sean incluidos en el Orden del Dia.

Para mi asombro recibo en fecha 2 de marzo  la notificación de la celebración de la junta el día 18 de Marzo y en la que solo han incluido DOS DE MIS PUNTOS y con el TEXTO CAMBIADO.

Como respuesta el hijo (PBV) PABLO BERMEJO VELAZQUEZ hijo de la anterior presidenta (CVA) CONCEPCIÒN VELAZQUEZ ALVAREZ la que no pudo repetir mandato por agredirme físicamente a tortazos y puñetazos y haber sido declarada culpable en juicio, devolvió a mi buzón mi circular con varias frases escritas a todo lo ancho de las páginas y con las frases siguientes:

Se presentan el administrador (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL, con un abogado (AAN) ADOLFO ARTIGAS NAVARRO diciendo que es el abogado de la comunidad. Era el abogado del que administraba y estaba allí para defenderle a él, sobre todo de mí. Eso sí, cobraba de la comunidad.

De 234 propietarios solo se presentaron 31. La camarilla llevaba 24 votos delegados, presuntamente como era habitual: FALSOS. Ocultos y sin derecho a saber a quién pertenecían según ellos por la ley de protección de datos.

Absurdo asistir a semejante comedia esperpéntica.

ESTOS SON LOS DISPARATES QUE PROPUSIERON EN LA JUNTA Y A LOS QUE YO VOTÉ EN CONTRA

Facultar al presidente de la comunidad para tomar acciones judiciales sin presentarlas a votación a la junta, etc. etc. incluso sin transcribirlo en el acta. Absolutamente contra ley. 

Aprobación de las cuentas del ejercicio 2015 por pagos disparatados, como habernos cobrado una entrevista conmigo del letrado socio/amigo del administrador que jamás se realizó, etc. etc. 

Reelección de las mismas personas que nos administran a pesar de no estar colegiados en el Colegio de Administradores de Fincas ni tener los estudios pertinentes, tal como exigen nuestros estatutos. 

Presupuesto del 2016 por ser escandalosamente caro. 

Realizar las juntas en el sótano bajo rasante de la oficina del que administra (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL a pesar de no tener permiso y estar prohibido según las Normas Urbanísticas del Ayuntamiento de Benidorm (pág. 92), sin ventilación, sin iluminación, con difícil acceso, etc.

NO HICIERON NI CASO.

La presidenta (RNP) REYES NOGUEIRAS PORRAS nos llenó de esperanza ya que se presentó como: LICENCIADA EN DERECHO, PROCURADORA EN CORTES Y CANDIDATA AL SENADO POR EL PARTIDO CIUDADANOS.

Pero hete que se descubre posteriormente que NO ERA LICENCIADA EN DERECHO ni tiene estudios superiores de ninguna clase, NI ES PROCURADORA EN CORTES y TAMPOCO CANDIDATA AL SENADO POR NINGÚN PARTIDO. ¡TODO FALSO!

Lo que si era PROCURADORA DE JUZGADO, ya que se inscribió antes de que por ley los procuradores de juzgado tuvieran que tener estudios universitarios. Los que venían ejerciendo como tales se les permitió seguir haciéndolo.

LA NUEVA PRESIDENTA (RNP) REYES NOGUEIRAS PORRAS CONVOCA JUNTA Y SUSTITUYE EL ADMINISTRADOR (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL.

La presidenta sustituye al administrador y publica notas informativas en el portal. Los partidarios de este hombre las arrancan todas.

Causas principales del despido:

Hacer y deshacer sin consultar ni dar cuentas.

Faltar al respeto sin consideración ni reconocimiento del cargo de presidenta.

Contratar por su cuenta empresas y personal.

Pagar facturas sin permiso.

No ejecutar órdenes.

 Esto llevaba años haciéndolo así como si tal cosa.

Convoca la presidenta (RNP) REYES NOGUEIRAS PORRAS en funciones una junta extraordinaria para ratificar el despido del administrador (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL y la presentación y ratificación del nuevo (JGS) JUAN GARCÍA SERCO

Se presenta sin ser convocado ni invitado el administrador despedido (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL, su mujer (RMD) RAQUEL MUÑOZ DELGADO y su abogado (AAN) ADOLFO ARTIGAS NAVARRO (según ellos también éste era el nuestro pero solo para cobrar) SIN SER CONVOCADOS NI INVITADOS junto la camarilla en pleno. Insultos a gritos a la presidenta. A mí me hicieron responsable de todo. Yo destapé sus irregularidades desde hace años.

La expresidenta enferma mental (CVA) CONCEPCIÒN VELAZQUEZ ALVAREZ me llamó PERRA y otras lindezas.

El abogaducho (AAN)ADOLFO ARTIGAS NAVARRO me llamó HIJA DE P___ y SINVERGÜENZA. (Esto salió reflejado en acta)

El exadministrador (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL me advirtió y amenazó diciendo a gritos que no había acabado conmigo y que me preparase.

Solo un punto del Orden del Dia: despedir a la presidenta.

La presidenta legal (RNP) REYES NOGUEIRAS PORRASen el tablón de anuncios publicó dos notas:

1-Advertencia de que esa junta era ilegal

2-Que para la delegación de votos hace falta fotocopia del carnet de identidad.

El exadministrador (ECM) EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL se presentó en el edificio con un destornillador, quitó el candado del tablón de anuncios y arrancó las dos notas.

Para no ser administrador de fincas  titulado, no tener estudios (profesión vigilante jurado) no estar colegiado en el Colegio de Administradores de Fincas y ser el más caro de Benidorm, no es como para descolocarse así, a no ser que haya otros intereses o mucho que ocultar. Está claro.

AÑO 2016 – 6 NOVIEMBRE 

EL ADMINISTRADOR DESPEDIDO (ECM), EUGENIO CORRAL MORAL VOLVIÓ A CONVOCAR UNA SEGUNDA JUNTA IMAGINARIA PRETENDIENDO HABER DESTITUIDO A LA PRESIDENTA EN FUNCIONES

Al presenciarse en la junta de ratificación del nuevo administrador, donde no estaba invitado ni convocado y al no ser expulsado posteriormente redactó un acta falsa y se hicieron pasar él y su mujer por secretarios y administradores nombrados en esa junta por votación y mayoría. Envió escritos a todos los propietarios pero sin firma de ninguna presidenta, obviamente.

1- Se negó a entregar la documentación del edificio

2-Se negó a entregar las direcciones de los propietarios que vivían fuera.

3-Siguió haciéndose pasar por administrador en funciones del edificio por las empresas que nos facilitaban servicios y contrató obreros que no iba a pagar puesto que no tenía firma en nuestra cuenta del banco.

En esa junta nombró presidenta a una individua que ya había estado de vocal y que dijo ser empresaria estar bien asesorada y quería ayudar. Esta mujer cometió todos los disparates imaginables y trasgredió la ley todo lo que pudo (MFMF) MARIA FE MARTINEZ FERNANDEZ alias LA FOCA.

5- El administrador despedido volvió a descerrajar el Tablón de Anuncios y arrancar todo.

6-Se hizo pasar por nuestro administrador en funciones dirigiéndose a la empresa que nos había instalado las videocámaras de seguridad y cambió la contraseña para impedirnos visualizar las grabaciones.

7-Envió un cerrajero para cambiar todas las cerraduras de los espacios comunes: sala de contadores, de motores de agua, de piscina, almacenes, etc. aunque advertimos a tiempo el intento de la maniobra y se pudo impedir, que bloquease el edificio.

Este sujeto fue despedido de varios edificios donde estuvo años empleando las mismas prácticas: EUROPA I, LOS CABALLOS, NEGURIGANE, etc.
