Though it wasn’t exactly professional of Kai to compliment someone for injuring themselves, after watching the spill Joanie had taken on the pitch, they couldn’t help but do so. After all, it was an incredible catch and if the other hadn’t fallen, the cheers would’ve erupted in the stadium.  “This is not me saying I approve, what you did up there was dangerous and from what I’ve read completely against policy, but...” as they continued to work, patching the woman up, Kai couldn’t help but lean forward to whisper under their breath, praying no one else would overhear. “You did a good job.”

Kai cared to an extent, but the names in the papers were just that to her, names. Kai didn’t know the Potter’s nor did she know the Black family outside of a few business-related encounters. So, admittedly she hadn’t quite picked up on why everyone was panicking as much as they were. “I mean, sure I get the news, I don’t always take my time to read it in detail, but I do browse. What’s the big deal? People die, people go missing, it’s an unfortunate part of life, but I don’t know any of them...so, why should I let it impact my life?”

what are your thoughts on the charity, pur societatis, created to rebuild the wizarding world after the terror of he-who-must-not-be-named?

Kai had never been one to open up, but given their position now and where Fenrir was, they had to be cautious in what they said. They would never be able to help free him if they didn’t calculate every answer. So, after their shared introductions, Kai contemplated their answer before responding, “It’s hard to believe that such a horrible thing such as a war is over just like that, but I do prefer to think positively, despite this. I have my questions, as I’m sure everyone does, but I think for the most part, things are going in the right direction.” 

Q2. why did you choose to become a mediwitch? 

An easy question, finally. Kai half smiled, looking up at the interviewer, “I’m skilled with potions on the go, and love helping in healing people but I don’t like being confined to a single building, so to me, being a mediwitch is perfect. It’s almost as if it was what I was made to be.” 

Q3. do you feel safer now that he-who-must-not-be-named is dead? or do you believe he is still out there?

Kai paused, lips parting as the question floated around in the air, biting down on their bottom lip. “Yes, and no. I feel safer knowing that there isn’t a war right outside my window. However, there’s always the underlining fact that there are still people that believe in him and his cause and it’s impossible to know what people are planning behind closed doors.”

patronus:  non-corporeal, though if they were able to, i believe it’d take form of an owl.  owls are said to be wise, but beyond that, they are very observant beings, always watching from the trees. they can see through others easily.

Like the ENGLISH OAK, Kai is as loyal as they come to those they care for, no matter the amount.

Though the PHOENIX is rare, so is Kai. Like the phoenix Kai, Kai was reborn from the ashes and became a darker, stronger person through becoming a werewolf. Unlike most that are bitten, Kai revels in it, they use it to their advantage and don’t let it negatively impact their life. Like the phoenix, they’re fiercely independent and at times detached from people around them.

boggart: confinement, comes in the form of them working in an office setting, chained to the desk.

hogwarts house: If Kai had attended Hogwarts, I strongly believe they would’ve been sorted in Ravenclaw. At first, it would’ve been a hat stall, altering between the ideas of Ravenclaw and Slytherin before finally settling on Ravenclaw.

goals/desires: kai has a full bucket list, but the things that are at the very top are: to track down their biological family, travel the world, apologize for both their wrongs and greyback’s, learn how to fly, learn about muggle culture, learn what they missed at school & help in erasing the stigma. 

fears: though they’d never admit it, greyback returning is something they do fear deep down. they’ve enjoyed the freedom that has come with him being in azkaban.

Kai bit back the desire to snap as Rita mentioned their mother, eyes darkening just slightly, softening seconds later as a small smirk curved onto their features. “ Now where would the fun in that be? Eavesdropping is a natural human endeavor, can’t fault someone for their curiosities get the best of them now, can we?”
