How cruel. A city in mourning, lanterns lit and sent away into the ocean as each citizen reminisced---whether their hearts were filled with memories of the friends they’d been separated from or the dead, it was meant to be a cathartic ritual. Something bittersweet, but necessary for them to heal and press ever onward. From Chat Noir’s current perch, a shadowed section of a roof, he could see a fair distance within the city. Of course, the vantage point might have proven more useful during the daylight hours, but the city lights, alongside the moon and stars, would have to be enough.

Mischief during October was, of course, expected, but this horror show happened to be very real. Authentic, and yet not, as each and every spirit seemed malicious, even those that had known the residents in life. The zombies were expected to mindlessly attack anyone and everyone, but the ghosts seemed far more aware of who they’d been in life--

A whisper on the wind, perhaps uttered directly into the phantom thief’s ear as the odd feeling of weight pressed down, down, down on his shoulders before disappearing as he whipped around; the voice had been feminine and unfamiliar, but it briefly unsettled him.

Best not to dwell on what could or could not be; instead, a smokebomb was thrown down, white smoke filling the air to allow for a prompt getaway. Just running from a specter wouldn’t do much good, after all, but slipping away like this might help. Better to waste one of his tools to test a theory than to be caught by an invisible phantom.

Staying at a high vantage point wouldn’t aid him in a chase such as this, but quick thinking might aid in his grand escape---a shadowed illusion that mimicked his shape darted and hopped off to another roof, while the real Chat Noir flipped himself onto a windowsill on the third floor of the building.

His luck only improved as he scanned the ground below to properly ascertain a way to get down; below was a familiar face, wandering the city alone. A hook attached to a rope was secured to the building, before Émile descended into view, a pleased smile playing across his features as he approached his boss.

          “ A shame that this midnight rendezvous isn’t under better circumstances, Romanus. You shouldn’t be wandering alone so late in the evening. ”

He catches the man’s attention by waving him down, the soft patter of his boots against the sidewalk slowing to a stop when Mashirao stands before Romanus. “Are you heading out there, right now?” 

A bruise has swelled about Mashirao’s cheek, but scuffing aside, he’s raring to go. “I know you don’t remember me, but... if you don’t mind, can I tag along?”

PLATFORMS YOU’VE USED: deviantArt, Instagram, Tumblr (not for long, though, it took me a million years to wrap my head around how to use it), and Discord. I don’t really get twitter and what’s a facebook lol

BEST EXPERIENCE: I was in a discord rp server for a bit, and I just remember flipping out when my character finally opened up to trust the other character by taking off her mask. It was so sweet and wholesome, especially since my character had reserved herself to hate humanity and never trust anyone. 

RP PET PEEVES/DEALBREAKERS: Iiiii don’t know if I have any yet? I’m just kind of vibing but that’ll likely change the more that rp here

FLUFF, ANGST OR SMUT: I love me some good whump/angst though, but I am always down for that good wholesome fluff

PLOTS OR MEMES: I flipping love plotting, but memes are always fun (more so on Donald’s side tbh)

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES: I’m good either way ^^ I tend to try and match my partner. Sometimes I just get the inspo to write longer stuff but sometimes I just keep it shorter. I’ve tried to get better about over writing my stuff lol

BEST TIME TO WRITE: night usually! though if i have a free morning/afternoon I’ll write then to or when I don’t get busy playing stardew valley rip

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S): in parts! I relate to Donald a lot and Gyess here and there. I think it’s neat to be able to have connections with characters even if you have vastly different lives.
