unfortunately they were finally done in by the size of my head 😔 i have no idea if my head size is average or unusually large by american standards but by the standards of those headphones it was Too Big. maybe they would have been fine if i only wore them for special occasions but i did not, i wore the shit out of them until they cracked and were unwearable. now i've got a pair of marshall headphones with a metal band and they've been holding up really well, however they are definitely not as fucking cute as the yowu headphones.
