Effortlessly Sell Your Surplus Industrial Equipment & Machinery
In today’s fast-paced industrial world, businesses constantly upgrade their machinery to keep up with technological advancements and market demands. As a result, surplus industrial equipment often accumulates, taking up valuable space and resources. But did you know that you can effortlessly sell industrial equipment and turn your unused assets into cash? Whether you're downsizing, upgrading, or simply clearing out old machines, the process of selling surplus equipment has become more streamlined and efficient than ever before.
Why Sell Your Industrial Equipment?
When you sell industrial equipment that’s no longer in use, you not only recover part of your initial investment but also make room for more efficient machinery. The surplus equipment may still hold significant value for companies that are looking to save money by purchasing used but functional machines.
Additionally, selling surplus machinery helps reduce the overhead costs associated with storage, maintenance, and depreciation. Freeing up space for new projects or expansion becomes easier when old equipment no longer clutters your facility.
How to Sell Industrial Equipment with Ease
Selling industrial equipment can be easy if you know where to look. There are online platforms, specialized marketplaces, and brokers who facilitate sales for businesses, connecting sellers to buyers worldwide. To ensure a smooth process, follow these steps:
Evaluate Your Equipment: Determine the condition, functionality, and value of your equipment. Accurate descriptions and proper documentation will attract serious buyers.
Choose the Right Platform: Depending on your equipment type, selecting the best marketplace is crucial. Some platforms specialize in heavy machinery, while others cater to niche markets.
Create a Compelling Listing: High-quality images, clear specifications, and detailed descriptions make a huge difference in selling your equipment quickly.
Set a Competitive Price: Research the current market value for similar machinery. Pricing your equipment fairly can accelerate the selling process.
Buy Construction Equipment at Competitive Prices
While selling your surplus equipment is beneficial, the process also presents an opportunity to buy construction equipment at lower costs. Many businesses prefer purchasing used machinery, as it provides an affordable alternative to buying new. By exploring the same platforms where you sell, you can find deals on everything from excavators to bulldozers, often in excellent condition.
Whether you’re a seller looking to streamline your operations or a buyer seeking budget-friendly solutions, the industrial equipment market offers many opportunities. The key is knowing where to look, and how to leverage platforms that simplify the process of selling and buying machinery.

I've got an aunt that we don't talk to any more. She's a school librarian.
At one point as a kid we went to visit that side of the family. I was in elementary school toting around Eragon by then.
She threw an absolute fit at the idea of me reading something so age inappropriate and dumped a bunch of "better educational" materials on us.
I have a very clear memory of opening up one of these early reader type books and feeling like an absolute idiot because I had no idea what all of the lines and diacritics were supposed to mean. I knew almost all of the actual words they were defacing and could gamely sound out the unfamiliar ones by ignoring the extra bits, but she took this as a sign that she was right about how badly I'd damaged my literacy development.
Like. I mispronounced shit like "cylinder" because English orthography is bullshit, not because I couldn't do phonics. The fact that I could get to "kie-lind-er" and give a more or less accurate description of the meaning should have been all the indication you needed, you harpy.
Anyway. These days I mostly hear about her from incidental gossip about her idiot son that got discharged after falling out of a watchtower at boot camp, but I nurse a quiet certainty that she's not one of the school librarians desperately fighting book bans.
One of the funniest/dumbest literal thinking autism moments of my childhood happened when I was in 2nd grade. I was going to a new school so I was made to do a bunch of assessments to see where I placed in different subjects. I was most excited for the reading one cuz at my old school I was the best reader in my class, and I wanted to show off.
The lady testing me hands me this little short story and asks me to read it aloud.
And for some reason that I still don't understand to this day, a bunch of the words randomly had like lines or dots above the vowels. Which idk seems like an unnecessary and confusing thing to include when testing a 7 year old. Like you're gaslighting them into thinking theres extra letters in the alphabet. So obvi I ask what the symbols mean cuz I've never seen them in this context. She sorta brushes me off and says, word for word, "those mean you just say the letters name"
What she undoubtedly meant was: "on those words, the letter highlighted will sound like what its called. O with the line sounds O and not uh or ew or whatever"
What I understood was "Just Say the Letters Name"
So anyways i proceeded to read the story aloud, stopping suddenly every other word to pause cuz I wasnt supposed to say bow i was supposed to say o. I know for a fact at one point I just said a word and then stopped and repeated the sentence with just the letter so she HAD to've known I'd misunderstood her. But she said absolutely nothing. I remember walking outta there feeling like a complete idiot, and feeling so embarrassed when later they told my mom my reading skills were an entire grade behind where I should've been. But also looking back at it like wtf how could theyve possibly gotten an accurate understanding of my reading ability under those conditions.

Some Things That Happen in Yu-Gi-Oh! in no particular order:
A tomb guardian goes around and kills several British museum employees. And then another one if you count the dub.
The cast play D&D for a whole arc. Not like Jumanji, but with actual dice rolls and miniatures. (They later play a Jumanji version, too.)
A character is afraid of ghosts. One of his best friends is a ghost. He is aware of this for several arcs. Nobody ever comments on this fact. Ever.
Yuugi gets arrested, assists in setting a serial killer on fire, and then sets another serial killer on fire. I am not talking about the Pharaoh, by the way. I mean the actual Yuugi.
One of the characters literally doesn't show up for half the arc because he stayed up too late writing a D&D campaign and doesn't care about the card game.
The Pharaoh spends a whole chapter trying to get back Anzu's (Tea's) keychain love game. There is no magic involved, or life or death crisis. He seemingly does this of his own volition because he wants to. Honda (Tristan) and Jou (Joey) promptly steal some construction equipment to help. He treats it as dead seriously as any dark game.
The plot of the series is deadass that Yuugi decides to befriend the eldritch ghost haunting him and possessing him and causing him blackouts. The group then proceeds to befriend the ghost too. This is the premise of the series. The main character befriends his horrifying doppelganger and crowbars the horror series into a shonen one through sheer force of "rip to you but I'm different."
Seto Kaiba loses a duel and proceeds to try to murder the entire cast (including a baby) five times in a row. He then buys the city the story takes place in out to run a tournament. He then tries to blow up an island because he lost. After that he makes citizenship in Domino illegal if you don't own a duel disc. Everything after the first five murder attempts is while he's an ally.
Kaiba does in fact kill god, though. Several times.
Yuugi walks up and threatens an evil god of the undead on the spot with no context to who this being is.
Before that, he tried to force befriend the BBEG with magic. He deadass went "Hey DM, I have an idea..."

Nests- what from, for what and when for
Nesting is an instinct present in omegas that often brings them the most comfort. Nest are made of many soft materials such as linen, pillows, sheets, blankets, plushies etc. that hold scent for a long periods of time. They are highly personal and individual for each omega and being in one that hasn't been made by your family is an priviledge and an act of utter trust. But even if nests look similiar, they may vary in use and purpose.
Common Nest Materials
Bed
Tumblr media
Not exactly a material per se but the most important part of nest, bed gives it ,,skeleton'' that make them more comfortable and less floory. Normal beds of course exists but there are some designs of them that are more appealing for omegas and have steady popularity because of it.
Omegas often choose beds that have closed space, resebling a nook that you can easily hide in. It can be achieved by building in the bed, equipping it with canopy, curtains or even snagging a tent! But remember that exceptions always exist and omegas can live in normal rectangle ones.
Blankets&Sheets
Tumblr media
They are often made from soft, scent holding materials. They are commonly light but omegas can also buy heavy weighted ones for extra comfort if they wish. It depends on the person's tastes.
Pillows
Tumblr media
Long and short, smooth or fluffy, round or squared etc etc. There are many great designs of soft pillows that can strike you fancy. Average pillows are the most often choosed option but long body ones are very close behind! Omegas like to hug things after all and there are also specially designed pillows for pregnant omegas and betas that can be a life saver
Clothes
Used clothes are common but not only restricted to them, they are most used in nests during heat and pregnancy. The longer used by them or significant other, the better!
Types of Nests
Comfort nests
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are the only type of nest that can be made by all secondary genders, even if omegas make them the most and best. Dynamics make them for as name descibes- comfort. They want to feel safe when they are for example sick, stressed, anxious or sad. They are constructed from closest available materials from bed and simply have to smell good and feel safe. They stem from childhood memories where babies spend their first years in mothers nest. All people associate them with security and stability because of this and often try to replicate them to feel safe, regardless of secondary gender.
Heat Nests
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The most known nest type, omegas use them when they are close, in and little after their heat. When Omega has no mate, the nests are often similiar to comfort ones, albeit there are some things stolen from their family members as a buffer and source of additional comfort. When Omegas DO have a mate, they want to be surrounded by the scent of them, so they resort to cloth thievery and Laundry heists for maximum effect. The nest is a perfect combination of them and their mate.
Pregnancy Nests
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are the sturdiest and long-lasting of them all, being made during pregnancy and are used for it's remaining months, birth and first developmental years of ther childrens lives. Less priviledged people use their normal beds as the place they will build it in, but those with more money can dedicate entire room for such a nest. The beds are often round in shape or spacious, with curtains or something to separate the parents and children from outside world.
Kiddy nests
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are often made by the parent or the child themselves as a imitation behaviour or playing. The plushies and pillows are the most popular ingredient in those nests. Please note that young children under 8 doing this is a normal behaviour and doesnt at all reflect the childs future presentation.

"Oh exy doesn't make sense as a sport." "Oh the Nest is too unrealistic." You fools. Don't you see. Exy is a high contact sport that went from street games in backwater Japan to having dedicated stadiums at every college in America within twenty years. There's only one explanation.
Exy was an underground gambling turned money laundering scheme that went legit.
Think about it! Why would Tetsuji be in Japan when a larger yakuza family gave the Moriyamas the boot before he was born, if not to attempt to reestablish a hold. When he and Kayleigh create Exy, it's as an avenue for under the table gambling that isn't already regulated or controlled by another group.
Then exy gets popular, and they say actually, you need a bigger court. And thinner racquets. And better safeties and thicker armor and and and AND you can buy alllllllll that right over there. Capitalism at work.
And then it's fucking tulip fever baby. Every investor and entrepreneur wants a slice of this brand new sport. A whole new league of teams to own! Imagine! They can't throw money at it fast enough. Your state's department of education is suddenly forking over several million dollars for new equipment cause we gotta get the kids into SPORTS. Your university are proud to announce the construction of an exy stadium where they said they were gonna build a new Sciences building for like. A decade. The ERC have salaries in the millions before the first championship match.
By the time Tetsuji walks into the President of Edgar Allen's office and tells him he's building them a stadium, and he's gonna be the coach, and you're gonna stay out of my business, the President is just happy he didn't have to openly grovel for the privilege.

Fields of Mistria initial thoughts
As you may or may not know I am a total sucker for farming simulator games. I don't usually go for Early Access games, but Fields of Mistria seemed extremely promising even though it's just launched into Early Access. So I want to talk about a few of the things I really like about it (and maybe a few that I don't). I will probably be drawing comparisons to Stardew Valley since it's the current preeminent Farming Sim of our time (but I'm not dissing it I love Stardew Valley as well. I think Fields of Mistria does a good job of taking what worked about Stardew and tweaking some things to improve even further)
But the tl;dr if you want it: I think this game is worth the money even in its current state
Trying to keep things as spoiler-free as possible, not that it's hard since the story isn't really too far yet in early access
Things that I like:
1 There is a wide range of cosmetics! Also, you don't have to store them anywhere. You "unlock" them, and then you can change your clothes, hair, skin tone, etc. at any time from the character customization menu. I'd have to check because I don't have the game right in front of me atm, but I think you can even change your name and the name of your farm at any time as well?
2) You don't actually need to have materials on hand to construct farm buildings, nor do you need to pre-clear the space! You buy the blueprint from the carpenter shop, which goes to your inventory. You take it back to your farm yourself and lay it down. Once you lay it down it spawns a drop box for materials, and you can put the materials in at your own pace. This makes it super easy to just drop a couple of wood in at the end of every day until it's done. This is a godsend for me especially, since I never remember to bring all the materials with me when I want to build things in Stardew
3) Speaking of convenience: you don't need to have any materials on hand when you're crafting! This is a godsend because when you initially start the game, all the crafting stations are in town and you have like no bag space. It'll just automatically withdraw things from your chest
The downside is, if you were trying to save stuff you have to be careful (the game will indicate when it starts drawing from your chests to craft the next item though, which is nice!)
4) Also speaking of convenience: shops are open and unlocked 24/7, and you don't have to have someone working there to buy things! This means if you realize you forgot to re-plant your crops at 10 pm you can still pop up to the general store to buy more seeds before the day is done
5) The romance events are all interesting and done well so far! I've only seen a couple though. It also appears that triggering them is based on completing a request on the community board, so you can't miss them like you might in Stardew
The downside is that there's so many community board quests that it's easy for these to get buried. I'm sure I've picked up half a dozen that I just haven't done yet because I haven't gotten around to knocking out some of these requests
6) I like that progressing in the mines requires you to collect items from the previous set of floors in the mines. It's good incentive to go back and collect more resources while still feeling like you're advancing
7) Dropping stuff on the ground and leaving it there won't de-spawn it. That means you can go around and "collect" resources, leave them there, and then circle back in a few hours or even a few days!
8) There's at least one older bachelor and bachelorette option! For the guys you have fellow farmer Hayden (who has a bit of a dad bod build) and the town's doctor Valen (she's a bit more masc looking). I'll take it
9) You can bang a dragon. They haven't completed the story enough to get events with him yet in Early Access, but he's a dragon. nuff said
10) You don't have to upgrade your tools in sequence, and equipment is separate from your cosmetics. This means you can skip straight from the worn pickaxe to the silver one!
Things I don't like (honestly most of these are minor nitpicks that can/might be improved upon):
1 I do wish there was some more body diversity, especially among the women. With the exception of Hayden pretty much all the romance options are pretty/handsome and slender (with pretty decently sized chests in the case of the women and pretty decently sized muscles in the case of the men)
I know they can design different body types because one of the Saturday Market vendors is a bit bigger (but she's not a romance option obviously), so why not?
2) Pretty much every item sells for less than it would if you were to craft it into something else. E.g. Iron ore sells for less than iron bars, and iron bars sell for less than an iron pickaxe
This is kind of half positive, half negative. It's good incentive to craft stuff! On the other hand, I'm a massive video-game hoarder so if I know I might be able to craft something that's worth more down the line I'll just save the item. This has turned my organization into a nightmare, and because I sell almost nothing money is much harder to come by
3) Backpack and storage management is. Woof. You start out with only ten item slots, and if you're like me and you carry all your tools all the time then that's going to fill up fast. At the start you'll only have ~2 slots to actually carry things other than tools. I think it only goes up in increments of 10 too, so even with the third bag upgrade you have about 30 slots (for reference, Stardew starts you with 12 and goes up in increments of 12 before capping out at 36)
I don't think this would be a problem if they just gave you a separate "tool bag" inventory where you could keep all your tools all the time, that didn't also take up bag space. Tools taking up bag space is honestly one of those "we should be over this by now" things in farming sims, IMO
4) Speaking of the bag... this is probably only a consideration if you play on controller, but the controls for swapping between items could use some work
If you've played Stardew with a controller then you know how it works. The left and right bumpers will swap between bag "tabs" and the triggers will move you between items in the currently selected tab. I haven't played around with trying to remap it, but by default Mistria doesn't do this.
Instead one of the triggers is to use a magic spell, the other is to throw items, and the bumpers are to swap between items in your bag. This means if you're on tab "A" and you need an item in tab "C" you need to manually press the bumper 10+ times until it scrolls aaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way around to tab "C"
I think if you play with keyboard and mouse then you can just tap the different tabs so it's less of a problem
5) Minor nitpick, but when I play with a controller it doesn't get rid of the cursor. The cursor is pretty big and chunky so this is pretty distracting (I play on a dual monitor setup so I just move the mouse to the other monitor while I play, but it'd be nice if the cursor stayed gone while I played
6) So far the magic is a bit underutilized. I think I've only used the restore spell a handful of times when I was deep in the mines or fishing (fishing takes SO much energy). You have VERY limited magical stamina so you're probably not going to be using spells too much
I'll try to add to this if I think of more, but this is the stuff that's sticking out to me right now!

Suspended Rope Platforms and Traditional Scaffolding are evaluated to ascertain which offers greater advantages.
The debate between rope suspension platforms and traditional platforms in construction and maintenance has been going on for years. Both methods serve the purpose of safely moving workers to heights, but differ greatly in design, operation and suitability for different projects This blog post will explore the characteristics of rope suspended platforms and traditional scaffolding internally to identify different methods -may be better suited to different situations .
Custom scaffolding: a proven solution
Tumblr media
One of the main advantages of traditional scaffolding is its stability and load-bearing capacity. It can support heavy loads, making it ideal for jobs that require a wide range of materials and equipment. Additionally, the scaffolding system is versatile and can be installed to different heights, allowing workers to safely access even tall buildings.
However, traditional scaffolding also has limitations. Scaffold installation and disassembly can be time-consuming, requiring skilled labor and specialized equipment. Additionally, structural buildings can obstruct pedestrian and vehicular traffic around the facility, causing infrastructure challenges, especially in urban areas
Rope suspension platforms: an easy option
Unlike traditional scaffolding, rope suspension platforms provide a flexible and flexible solution
