If we're talking about our favorites, then I'd say it's a tie between Sedusa, Princess, Dick Hardly, HIM, and the Rowdyruff Boys (and my interpretation of the Powerpunk Girls). Honorary mention to the creepy guy from Collect Her.

BONUS: From the 2016 reboot, my favorite would be Silico or Jemoire. Honorary mention to Butterfingers guy.
