After nearly hitting me with a cart at high speeds, a woman instead opted to slam the cart into vitamins and supplements. As a thank you, my sunglasses launched from the inside of my coat pocket at her as I walked past, requiring her to pick them up and hand them to me.

She did that thing where it was like she was handing the sunglasses to a burning, radioactive furnace, -- instead of walking closer to me; pushing them as far away she could nearly falling over, of course this move distracted me so much -I- didn't walk over to her either, and I did the same thing, so both of us pulling that super-stretching-for-no-reason move.

Essentially, it's the kind of activity that spurs a new relationship in a commercial, tv show or movie, but this woman was in no mindset for that and neither was I, but you can imagine two fucking freaked out ostriches reaching each other.

I'm certainly not engaging in conversation when I had my various creams and salves in my hands.
