#but you cannot convice me he is completely straight

Please, list those blatant Byler proofs. I need to convince my friend.
let me first give you some advise. If you need to convice your friend that byler is endgame, don't talk about Mike looking at Will's lips or about the Tarzan song that is played during byler's ROM fight cause those things can only be accepted if the person believes in byler endgame at least a little bit. Also avoid mentionning the fact that the Duffers wouldn't have made Will fall in love with Mike just for him to be rejected cause straight people won't eat that since there are literally many examples of unrequired love in straight stories so why would it be different for queer stories?
Here are the stuffs that are blatantly obvious:
1- During the scene where Mike was standing in front of a vending machine, he wanted a specific snack: rainbow Skittles (interesting, right?). But if you notice closely, El gave him all the snacks except the one Mike really wanted, which indirectly means that El cannot provide Mike with what he truly desires in everyday life (it's not negative! it's just that they are not compatible).
2- Mike is unable to behave normally with Will when El is around. As soon as El leaves, he starts to get closer to Will again and adopts the gentle tone he often uses when confiding in Will! To me, you can't change your behavior with someone without reason!
3- Stancy and Mileven are the only two duos who needed an "I love you" to prove their love to each other! They are also the only two duos whose Duffers have strongly emphasized why they broke up, whereas, for example, we know that Lumax often argue but the Duffers never tell us why. They don't focus on their breakup but rather on their reconciliation. The reason for focusing on Mike and El's breakups, therefore, has significance. The Duffers want to show us that they only break up over trivial matters and that El can be completely happy without Mike.
4- The final scene at the end of the last season is very important. We see that all the endgame couples (even Lumax) are together, but who isn't? Mileven. Also, you can see that, on the other hand, Byler is the only "friends" duo that are paired up and conveniently placed at the center of the landscape. This clearly shows that Byler will have great significance in season 5 and they won't just remain friends.
5- Mike's monologue is the only touching moment in all of Stranger Things where the Duffers focused more on the reactions of others than on the main characters themselves! Why did the Duffers prefer to show us Jonathan's face (angry with Mike) and Will (who looked the worst) rather than just showing Mike and El? And why, while Mike was giving his monologue, did El need to think of Max to increase her strength? So, Mike's monologue wasn't enough to help her! As luck would have it, the flashback of Max and El that we have is: "We don't need those stupid boys." Really, El? After he gave you that monologue, you're thinking about that? This clearly suggests that either El didn't care about what Mike was saying or she doesn't completely believe what Mike is saying. There are no other explanations. She can't want to hear "I love you" from Mike and then, when she gets what she wants, pretend she doesn't care and think to herself, "I don't need those stupid boys."

Jaskier x Reader - One Night Stand, Life Long Commitment
Can I request a Jaskier x female reader fic with the prompts âi love you.â + Â âi'm going to marry you someday.â + âAre you scared?â + "I canât believe youâre carrying my child.â please? Thanks so much!! đ
You couldnât believe the news. It wasnât that it wasnât suspected, you had been feeling different for some time now. Exhausted, nauseous, moody. You thought youâd just been bloated for godâs sake! Yet, it was still surreal. You were going to be a mother. The only problem was the father. Jaskier. You hadnât seen the man in some time. You would say about three or four months had passed since you had last seen him and been coupled with him in bed.Â
He often passed through your town, singing songs and making the patrons of the bar you worked at laugh and hoot long into the night. You were always, or mostly happy to have him. He used to get into a lot of trouble, always following women and men he shouldnât be and trying to get them to spend a night with him. Jaskier was easy to love but he was still a rascal.
Thankfully, he had focused his eye on someone who belonged to no one. You. The flirtations had been light and silly and they put a smile on your face. You could remember it like it was yesterday.Â
âAre you new around here? Iâd never forget such a beautiful face,â Heâd said impishly, winking as you laughed aloud, sliding his ale to him.Â
âWe see each other every time you come in Jaskier, if you canât remember me, you are drinking too much,â You couldnât help but giggle at his antics. He was handsome and childish but charming all the same.Â
âNo such thing as drinking too much my lady!â Jaskier had grinned, settling in a stool in front of you, which you knew was quite unusual for him. After performing until his voice was hoarse he would typically venture around the room until some maiden or man had him wrapped around their finger. You were convinced Jaskier fell in love at least once a day.
It was some time later, the room had thinned considerably. Your feet were aching and you were about to take your leave when Jaskier grabbed your wrist across the bar top. You were expecting his voice to be slurred, trying to think of how many drinks heâd had but if memory served you well, he had only had one.Â
Instead, his voice and eyes were as clear as a bell and he asked quietly, âCome with me to my room?âÂ
You donât know what had possessed you. Jaskierâs touch had been gentle on your wrist, fingers calloused from playing. Maybe that had been all it took, a kind touch. Or maybe it was the way his eyes pleaded with yours, a soft expression that you hadnât ever been witness to before. Either way, no matter the reason, you had found yourself nodding.Â
Jaskier had been a generous lover, muttering praises against your skin as he brought you to the edge and pushed you over it time and time again. By the time the both of you were too tired to go on, all you could think of was the his skin felt against yours and how the only word you knew was his name.Â
When youâd woken up, heâd been gone.Â
You hadnât expected something like this could happen, you hadnât tried to protect against it but you hadnât considered the thought that you might get pregnant. It was only once, how could you get pregnant? You werenât ready, you realized. Especially not alone. But how were you supposed to tell him? You didnât even know where he was right now, let alone how many people he had been with since the night you two had shared.
Your heart ached at the thought of that. Jaskier had been the only one you had been intimate with since your teenage years when you had been far more wild and free loving.Â
You had been on auto pilot since realizing you were pregnant. You wiped at a used table absentmindedly but you were snapped from your various thoughts when a familiar voice burst through the doors, singing of a Witcher, of all things. Your head whipped in his direction and you paled considerably. A woman you worked with, Amelia, noticed and went to your side immediately, rubbing your arm soothingly.Â
âAlright?â She asked, giving you a worried look. Amelia had quite a few kids of her own and she had been the first person you had talked to about the news. You were lucky to have her support. You clung to her and nodded, swallowing down the sudden bile that rose in your throat at the shocking events.Â
ââSorry, yes Iâm fine,â You reassured.Â
âYou do what is best for you, Y/N, and everything will be okay,â She gave you a bit of advice. It helped you considerably. This whole time you had been wondering what to do about Jaskier, how the baby would feel if they didnât know their father. You realized, you didnât want to be without their father but not just because you werenât ready to be a parent alone.Â
You had dreamt of Jaskier more than once since that night. He had always been so kind to you. Warm and sweet and never failing to bring a smile to your face. You had fallen in love, you realized. You took a deep breath and went behind the bar top, watching as the clueless father of your child leaped around, asking patrons to toss a coin to a witcher. You smiled into one of the cups you were drying. He had such a presence about him.
You were disappointed however when at the end of his charades he didnât sit at the bar. Instead he went to the back, taking his place across from a hulking figure with piercing eyes a scowl on their face. My god, You thought, Itâs actually a Witcher.
You hadnât been expecting Jaskierâs ballad to be true but here you were witnessing this dangerous friend, dare you say, of his.Â
âSheâs been staring at you all night,â Geralt growled to the jovial man in front of him. Jaskier wasnât ready to look. He had quite honestly been avoiding you since arriving. He had been pleased when Geralt had decided to stop here on their way to another town plagued by some creature only a Witcher could handle. It was a nice break and he felt oddly at home here.
He knew part of that was due to you. You always gave him the brightest smiles, cheered him on the loudest and laughed the hardest at his antics. The night he had spent with you had been one he would never forget, nor would he spoil the memory by being with anyone else. He had flirted around, tried to get his mind off of you, but he had failed miserably. Any time Jaskier had gotten close to being with another, you had flashed in his mind, beautiful and bare as the moonlight had lit up your features as you writhed beneath him.Â
It took everything in him not to go to you and kiss you. âI know she has,â He croaked as he drank more. âI canât explain to her why I left. I donât even know why I left,âÂ
âBecause you were scared, presumably,â Geralt said dryly.
âFuck off,â Jaskier said grumpily. It was probably the first time the Witcher had seen his companion in such a state.Â
âGo talk to her,âÂ
âNo, you go talk to her,âÂ
âAlright,â Geralt said, standing swiftly. Jaskier watched as the white haired brute he had come to care for slightly, swaggered over to you, asking for another pint. He hoped that Geralt would come back but after a moment, he slid into a bar stool, the same one Jaskier had sat at some months ago.Â
You gulped with the imposing man made his way to you. You had been staring unabashedly at Jaskier and supposed you made his friend uncomfortable with your unending gazes.Â
âAnother,â He simply sad and you nodded, getting him a drink. You didnât notice as his golden eyes widened considerably. You werenât overwhelmingly large yet but he could still see a hefty bump taking up your midsection when the rest of you was decently small. It was clear to him you were with child.Â
âHow far along?â Geralt nodded to your stomach as you blushed, eyes dodging his. He could feel Jaskier absolutely burning a hole in the side of his head.Â
âCouple months, I believe. I feel silly, thought I was just bloated,â You laughed airily but he could sense the nervousness in your voice.Â
âFather not around?â You winced, eyes making an imperceptible dash to Jaskier before you were looking back to Geralt, shrugging.Â
âYou could say that,â Your voice was quiet and you cleared your throat. âWhat brings you here, Witcher?â You asked to change the subject.Â
âJust passing through,âÂ
âA-and the bard?â You stuttered. âIs he passing through as well?âÂ
âI think that depends?âÂ
âOn?â You asked, interest piqued.Â
âIf you two ever gather the nerve to speak to one another,â Geralt said, becoming tired with the way you were both avoiding each other.Â
You blushed another shade of red. âI donât wish to be intrusive, but heâs been talking my ear off about you since we got to this town. I donât think he is going to do anything though so I thought Iâd come talk to you,âÂ
âHe talked about me?â You sounded surprised.Â
âToo much, in my opinion. Iâm sure youâre lovely but he never shuts up,â Geralt said more lightheartedly and you giggled.Â
âThank you, Witcher.â You said.
âFor?â
âHelping me realized what I must do,âÂ
You went to Amelia and she gave you leave for the night. She understood that this was important to you and she wouldnât complain if she made some extra money in tips while you spoke to Jaskier. Geralt walked with you back to the table. Jaskierâs back was still turned to you.
âWhat did she say?â Jaskier asked, turning around as he saw Geraltâs looming shadow pass over his table. His words died in his throat however as he saw you, smiling gently. Your cheeks were rosy and you seemed to glow. âOh,â He croaked.
âI have quite a lot to say, Iâm afraid,â You said and Jaskierâs eyes were trailing down your full bosom to the bump that he couldnât unsee.Â
âYou mean-?â Jaskier choked, gesturing between you and him, lost for words for once in his life. Geralt took his leave and you settled across from Jaskier. âAnd youâre sure that I- that Iâm itâs um... That I am the-â He was having a terribly time and you understood how he felt.Â
You nodded and let Jaskier process what you were now admitting. Jaskier was the father, undoubtedly. âI havenât been with anyone since you,â You admitted and Jaskierâs heart jumped gleefully at that.Â
"I canât believe youâre carrying my child.â Jaskier sighed out the same time you blurted out, âI love you.â
Jaskier settled into silence but soon your words caught up to him. It was as if he hadnât heard you and then all of a sudden your voice had traveled through his ears. âYou what?â He asked and you winced.
âItâs as true as the fact that I am with child, Jaskier. I have loved you for some time, even before we- well you know,â For some reason you were embarrassed. You hadnât really ever felt love towards someone before, infatuation you had, lust certainly, but not love. It was a rare and beautiful thing and Jaskier had been the one to bring it out in you. âI-I know you might not feel the same but I-âÂ
âI'm going to marry you someday.â Jaskier interrupted.
Now it was your turn as you gaped at him. âYou what?â He laughed breathlessly.Â
âI felt the same, still feel the same. Geralt was right, I left the morning after we had spent the night together because I was scared. When I woke you looked so serene. The sun was on your face and you were curled up against me and I knew right then that I would never be able to be with another again. A-and I havent, in case youâve been wondering. I couldnât, not after I was with you.â Jaskierâs words melted your heart.Â
âAnd if we are going to be having a child,â He continued, âThen I want to marry you someday and raise that child,âÂ
âDo you promise me that you wish to raise this child because of love and not because of responsibility?â You asked, suddenly stern. You would not let a momentâs decision brew resentment in the future.
Jaskier took your hands in his and marveled at the warmth and familiarity. You felt like peace and home. He hadnât had a home in quite some time. âI can promise you that, Y/N,â Jaskier said and you had never seen him look so honest. You let yourself smile.Â
There was a lot about the future neither of you were ready to think about quite yet, even outside of this moment. Would Jaskier leave with the Witcher? Would you marry soon or after the birth of the child?Â
There were many unknowns. But for now, you were both content as you held hands in a crowded inn, knowing that you loved each other.Â
