it had been about 2 weeks since you and the triplets have done anything together. every time they asked you to do something that involved getting ready nicely you shut them down. this wasn’t like you, normally you were a very bubbly and happy person who was always jumping at opportunities to do something fun, so you knew they were starting to get suspicious but you just brushed it off and moved on.

lately you’ve been feeling very insecure with yourself. you grew up in a toxic environment, which lead to you always having the thought in the back of your head that you weren’t good enough. recently, you’d been in some of the triplets videos, and the hate had been adding to this. you’d stopped eating as much, cutting down to a few snacks a day, maybe a whole meal if you were lucky. it’d been like this for a while, and while you hated doing this to yourself, you couldn’t bring yourself to stop.

a few days had passed and matt was starting to get worried. he knew you were struggling at the moment but he didn’t realise it was this bad. the triplets ordered canes for dinner last night, and while matt thought you ate your meal and didn’t finish because your stomach was hurting, he was wrong. he found your entire meal in the bin the next morning and suddenly everything made sense. he’s been trying to muster up the words and courage of what to say to you. he knew he had to do something, he couldn’t bare to see his beautiful girl going through this. he waited a while before finally going to your guys’ shared bedroom, already finding you sat on the bed, phone in hand. you had bags under your eyes. you’d lost a lot of weight, you weren’t yourself anymore.

“hey baby, can we talk?” matt stuttered,

“uh, yeah of course,” you hesitantly replied, these kind of conversations always made you nervous. “uhm i don’t really know how to start this, but i saw all of your food from last night in the trash, i thought you ate some of it?” matt asked.

shit. you thought.

“oh eh i just wasn’t that hungry thats all.” you quickly replied, hoping to end the conversation.

matt knew that was all bullshit.

“love, you and i both know that isn’t true,” he spoke.

oh you were screwed.

“talk to me baby, whats going on?” he carried on, adding a comforting hand to your thigh, you tensed under his touch.

tears started to well up in your eyes, you knew you couldn’t keep it in anymore, you had to tell him. “i’ve just been feeling a bit insecure recently, i mean you’ve seen the comments right? everyone thinks i’m fat!” you’d broken down by now. matt’s face was drained with guilt. “baby those comments don’t mean anything! your the most gorgeous girl i know! they’re just jealous, mean 12 year olds! please don’t let them affect you. everyone loves you so much, nick loves you, chris loves you, and i love you more than anything! this isn’t healthy, you need to eat.” matt was right. “i know, i just didn’t know what to do.” it was a lame excuse and you knew it, but you had nothing else to say. “please talk to me next time, you know i’m always here for you,” he reassured, you lazily nodded.

“i love you matt.” “i love you more baby, why don’t we go get ice cream from down the street, your favourite?” matt smiled. “that sounds great honey, thank you.” you blushed.

matt quickly kissed you forehead and grabbed his keys from the dresser. he held his hand out for you as you got up and interlocked fingers, making your way to the car.

I saw the post you made about punk-flower and the patch sharing jacket and I just wanted to ask if you have anything specific that you would like to expand on as I plan to write a fic for it!

I’ve been in a writing slump for months now and you’re post just inspired me again finally so I just wanted to see if there were any more headcannons you had for this idea

There's really not much for me to add other than ✨️vibes✨️and like a general direction/idea. But i do have a few so here's what i got so far:

I imagine that Miles was the first one to ask bring up the patched jackets (i don't really know what they're called) thing for like just a conversation starter at first but ended up getting geniunely interested as Hobie rants explains the whole thing. From its history where its originally a practical way of mending clothes but now means more to the punk culture, to how to stitch it in, picking the right jacket for it, etc.

He would explain each patch in his vest, what they represent, and how he got it. (Or Miles would ask abt it idk)

I like to hc hobie as decent enough at sewing to make shody patches with his own design. Its not good good but he's proud of them enough to show it off

Miles couldn't get his mind off Hobie's rant and some of the shoddy patches that looks so rough and like a snap away from leaving Hobie's vest and he can't get his mind off the fact that Hobie made some of his own patches which made him curious enough to make his own designs.

At first it was just drawings and doodles but then he got curious enough to try embriodery stuff. How hard could it be, right? He was wrong. Embroidery is very hard. (This coming from me who does embroidery for fun) But the learning process was fun enough that he continued on.

Rio absolutely caught him more than once, brings out her sewing kit, and gives him tips and advices like different kinds of stitches and how to fix holes on clothes, happy to have something they can bond over. (Would love to have more Rio content. She deserves the world.)

With his newly aqcuired sewing skills, he offers to fix Hobie's patch that was loose.

Then he showed Hobie the very first patch he made which was a very simple sunflower (or something else if you want) and

Hobie was very normal about that and trying to be casual like: "Can I keep it?" And it flusters Miles like "Uh, yeah, sure. I guess. I mean if you want it—"

Hobie then decided that Miles is his new go-to patch repair guy just so he can spend more time with him

Miles uses a really old jacket from either his dad or his uncle Aaron or heck even from his mom or maybe even from his grandparents. (your pick) Because he knows that you just dont do that on a new jacket! That goes against its whole purpose!!

When he shows Hobie the jacket he intends to patch up, Hobie got so exited that he rips off a patch from his vest and gifts it to Miles to "start him with" or something.

They gift each other patches that reminds them of the other

sorry im gonna go full on hater mode here because oh my god? oh my god

i’ve got a sneaking suspicion that this came out now as damage control for the AI thing because 1. it wasn’t included in the game all along like BATIM’s archives were and 2. this tweet

like was it thrown together in such a rush that they forgot a whole ass character?

or it is a joke and was a planned action half a year after the game came out but eh who knows

either way this is not what i’m here to rant about (cuz im sure this is gonna turn to a rant)

it’s about bad writing, bad exposition and bad game design. buckle up!

i see what they mean with the smile being a challenge to create, you can see in countless animations for fansongs how different artists tackled that and for one i think they did that very well

however. why the clothes exactly? is it just a meta reason with no reasoning in-universe whatsoever?

and look i’m not a fan of the ink demon having a voice (though i respect the craft behind it, the voice actor is very talented, it’s just a personal preference) BUT if you made the ink demon talk you should by logical extension either make toon bendy talk as well or explain why the hell he’s talking? i can see it being distracting but there are characters that have squeaky annoying voices in games and they’re fine (and it’s not like toon bendy is around the player for a super long time)

i dunno what logic this whole thing operates on anymore but if joey commissioned the ink machine then it should be his and arch gate got all his shit after he passed away so idk what retrieve is supposed to mean here

but it could just be badly written sentences and the archive is full of those (once again making me think that the thing was done in a rush)

i do like the bit about Wilson influencing how things look under him being in control of the cycle (though they have a very silly definition about what the cycle is but more about that later)

dude. the beast bendy design was already bad in BATIM and they made it even worse in BATDR like what TToTT

its just an angry mountain of muscles, the batim design at least had that leg injury thing going on which made moving with front arms make more sense, this dude right here is just a big inky gorilla (and not in a good way)

playing as the final form in on itself isnt a bad idea, does sound quite fun, personally tho i did not enjoy the very ending on the game

i dunno it just felt weird and all the other characters randomly appearing and the lost ones attacking being so awkward and ink demon acting as if they could kill you... nah man i wasn’t feeling it

and uh... isn’t getting thrown into a horrible dimension full of monsters that audrey isn’t familiar with and is supposed to be freaked out about a bad moment to introduce a familiar face? like from a writing perspective, because it happens nearly instantly as chapter one starts

shouldn’t audrey be unmotivated then and struggling to figure out the world on her own? the player should also be haunted at this world, like it’s a horror game bestie ! don’t make me comfortable

well glad to hear the confirmation on that batds is happening in pararel to batdr

but his involvement in the main story is honestly such a nothing burger

is he there just so you can put batdr on the “can you pet the dog” site?

oh ok so what you’re basically putting down here is that he’s a boring perfect extremely rich guy, wasn’t even a bad father, completely stripping wilson’s arc of depth, cool, was afraid there would be something of substance powering the backbone of the plot of this game

ok here is something that im glad they addressed because ive been wondering about it - how audrey forgot that joey was her dad and how did she end up working at arch gate then

i suppose it implies that there’s something we might still learn/theorize about it, like for example if it was the machine drawing her in or gent wanting to get the machine back and manipulating things into place from behind the scenes

i really wonder how you can enter in and out the ink realm unnaturally but good to mention why he looks like that if he’s supposed to be nathan’s son

you cant just say that a character was important to the story, its not gonna happen from words

i do want to like her, she seems nice and there could be interesting things to her backstory but as for the plot she really didn’t do much, sorry, betty

if you wanna say that pushing the plot forward by giving audrey that drink and then alice appearing outta nowhere and kidnapping here is a good big contribution then idk what to tell you... its such a bad way to make the plot progress, it was so confusing because characters were behaving as in forced to do Things to Progress the Plot (especially Audrey drinking that thing at all like seriously girl?? and Alice appearing comically at the last sip like wooooooow are you for real)

the one with buns is called rue and shes an oc I've had since like 2020 ,, shes kinda rude and mean but shes also pretty gay w/ the other character next to her. I think I'm gonna call the other girl paige? but I haven't reallyyyy decided on a name yet! one thing about me is that I'm pretty bad at naming characters. I named her after this one old art website I used as a kid though, the website was called 'paigeeworld'. dunno how many people remember paigeeworld but I do. and paige is def the kinda person to go on art websites like paigeeworld and deviantart. so thats why I'm thinking of using that name. also I named rue after the flower rue

I have a story for them vaguely planned out in my head but I need to flesh it out more. I have the ending planned out but uh. the other parts of the story? yeah. I only have those vaguely decided. they're pretty fucked up tho and .yeah . they make eachother worse probably.

rues birthday is 18th august, paiges birthday is 6th of june. these dates do mean something! paiges birthday is the same day that paigeeworld originally announced their closure (I think?) but rues birthday is something a bit more personal 2 me. their story isn't really connected with any of my other ocs, they're sorta just chilling. next here is dot. shes the mascot of my neocities site but I like her quite a lot :] shes a pretty big nerd I think. nerd bunny. her main source of literature consumption is reading old instruction manuals on how to use windows 98.

OKAY NOW TALKIGN ABOUT VIN MY FRIEND VIN!!!! definitely the oc I've posted about the most. full name is vincent but you can call him vin for short, or vinny for medium. I named him after the car seat headrest song vincent. his favourite food is salt packets (the type you get in restaurants) and his favourite beverage is vinegar. VINegar. I like him a Lot and hes basicallyyy my fursona :3 hes a lonely sad teenage cat and I love him so much!!! he doesn't talk a lot, but I think he communicates through likee his tamagotchi or something. again this is another character I have a story planned out for vaguely but I should flesh him out a lot more. this is (tama)rini!!!! tamarini. basically the bunny version of the rini oc I mentioned earlier and then said nothing about! they collect tamagotchis and are very very very normal about tamagotchi. she looks sorta similar to dot, but thats not intentional. I just like the colour purple and I also like bunnies.

You met him on the first day, you were walking with a kid you went to middle school with when he ran right into you while turning a corner.

"Oh shi- shoooot... Aha, you okay little listener?" He asked, reaching his hand out to help you up. You take it and he pulls you up with ease. "Yup! I'm okay! How about you, hope you didn't get hurt" you said. "I am A-Okay little listener! Anyways, yo ha go, hope to see ya soon!!" He says speed Walker by down the hall.

You did indeed see him again. He came in during the end of 3rd, you believe, period.

"SHOUTAAAA!!!!!!!" he yells making you wince slightly. "OH! Sorry little listener. Hope your okey, again, haha!!" He says in a softer tone. You nod and continue drawing/reading/writing. "Mic, what do you need." your homeroom teacher says, err, asks (?) Monotone in his voice. Yamada-sensei walks closer to his desk. "I met the cutest little listener earlier, so polite aswell!" He says, too quiet for you to hear if you had been listening. "okay?" Aizawa-sensei replies. "and, I was hoping to yk..maybe....read their file with you??" Aizawa groans.

He ended up convincing Aizawa to read it with him.

He gets you small gifts whenever you get top test score, or do the best in training that week.

Normally its a ring or neckless, but he's gotten you a few bracelets by second year.

Nemuri calls him "Dadmic" whenever they talk about you in the teachers lounge.

• you met during the Sports festival, surprisingly, you and shinsou, aka your best friend were against each other and they had to call a tie between you two.

• You throw a punch to his nose and he almost immediately kicks your ribs. you kick his leg and he falls a bit, you go to use your quirk but he's back up. He throws a punch and your pretty sure your nose broke. "L/N how much do you hate [bad person / bad parents name] ?" He asks, you stay silent. "Hm.. Getting smarter aye?" You still stay silent. He attacks again and your sure you and his hands are busted. Its more a street fight at this point. You throw a kick and he stumbles. He gets back his stance and kicks your side again.

•this went on for like, another ten minutes before Mic yelled out.

• "OKAY LITTLE LISTENERS, ITS A TIE, LETS NOT KILL EACHOTHER, HAHA!" He yells out. you sigh in relief. "Good one hito" you say walking off to recovery girl, him following behind you. "thanks n/n, same to you." He replies.

• Aizawa walks up to you and shin after your in civilian clothes and walking to the gate.

• "Hey, N/N wanna go get coffee at the Cate cafe?" Hitoshi asks. "Oh, which one? Kitty frappes??" "Yeah, or we could go downtown to meowing maids to see snowflake. Either is fine." He replies. "L/N. Shinsou." You hear a gruff voice say from behind you. "Hey Monona we were- ...uuhm, hi?" Hitoshi says to the person. "Uuuhhh, hello??? You need something?" You ask. "Yes, I'd like to ask if you'd want me to be both yours, and shinsous mentor." Your eyes open slightly wider. "y- woah.. Wait. You as in pro hero Erasurehead wanna train the 'villains' of class 1-b?" Shinsou asks in shock. "Yes." Erasurehead says. "Oh my god... Oh my god. N/n. N/N. BROO..." Hitoshi says in shock. "Uuhh, yeah uh, yeah.. Mr. Uh, Erasurehead uh, me and toshi would love that." You reply still shook.

Summary: Leo started to notice that you've been avoiding him, less contact and etc, despite of you two being more close with each-other, he decided to confront you about it and it ended up you having to confess.

Reader's Pronouns: She/Her

He noticed it pretty quickly.

Whenever he goes in and tried talking to you or goes in to hug you like the usual greetings you two always do, he always sees you slowly moving away or having excuses to go off somewhere.

assuming you were busy at the moment so he brushed it off.

But, he's starting to suspect it because it happens all the time whenever he's tries to talk to you.

He can't help and be jealous whenever he sees you and his brothers hang a lot like you guys were so much closer than him.

He overthinks it, ALOT. he thinks that he did something wrong that made you so upset with him!

He even tried talking to one of his brothers or april, asking for an advice or just rant to them.

and of course, they would be sick of him from listening to his rants, since he rants about this to them 24/7.

It was a saturday night, requested by april that they should watch a lou jitsu movie or have a movie marathon.

of course Y/N was invited, thankfully she agreed to come.

so everyone prepared some snacks that they could provide at the table near.

"hey uh april, as much as i wanted to join you guys watch the lou jitsu movie for the hundreds of times, like i really REALLY do. but i still need to read my jupiter jim comics." leo says as he crossed his arm in a lazy stance.

"What! no no, think about it! the only reason i agreed to do this is for you to have the opportunity to go talk to Y/N, confront her about the whole situation!" April quickly stood up from where she's sitting on, leaving the others as she goes to leo.

"what's the point? she'll probably push me away, she HATES me april! and that makes me hate myself." leo frowns, his hands down in defeat.

April then goes and grabs his shoulders firmly. "and do you want her to hate you forever? i don't think so."

then when april saw Y/N's presence in the distance, she pushed leo to go on, as she goes back to the others.

Leo stumbled as he glanced at Y/N, he gulped then he stood straight, taking deep breaths, patting his plastron to keep him calm. "you got this leo.. just.. go talk to her!"

before turning to where Y/N was, as she looked at him, she stood there. completely frozen.

"Ohhh, Y/N it's so great to see you! do you mind talking for a bit?" Leo smiled at you.

"Uhm.. sorry, the movie's about to start and i don't-" She replied, cutting of her sentence while smiling awkwardly.

"I understand! totally. but it will be quick, i promise so please, just listen." Leo sighed, his genuinely looked concerened.

Y/N just stood there, didn't know what to say. she could feel her face heating up, trying to keep as much eye contact as possible to make it less awkward.

"you haven't talked to me, didn't answered all my calls, and we barely hang. what's wrong?"

No reply once again.

"I'm sorry, Y/N for whatever I'm done! but please talk to me, tell me what's wrong?" he says as he held your hands gently with.

Y/N gulped when she felt her hand touched his, soon looking at him. "I- uh.. i just.." she couldn't find the words.

Leo looked at her, as he leaned in closer to her face. "uhh Y/N?? are you okay?"

"Okay! OKAY! fine I'll tell you what's the problem!" Y/N moved her hands off him.

"I have feelings for you! i haven't felt this feeling from anyone else but only from you.. it hurts me to see us hanging less but you always take my breath away whenever you're around and can't help but feel so nervous! god.. i hated to tell you this because i didn't wanna ruin our friendship that we have." Y/N sighs, feeling humiliated with herself.

she noticed leo wasn't replying. assuming he was still processing all of this or something more worse.

"Y/N, is that really the problem because you couldn't handle my charm this much?" Leo chuckled, soon he cupped your face with his hands.

"but in serious thought, i also love you too, and i would hate to see us being apart ever again." he said this as he slowly leaned in to kiss you.

Y/N was so happy and is also glad to hear that it didn't end so badly, as she closed her eyes waiting for the kiss.

"Awwwww, this is so adorable!" mikey says from the distance, wiping a fake tear.

"Mikey!"

Leo soon glanced at his brothers, shocked. "you guys were watching us!?" he blushed

"we're still here, remember?" donnie rolled his eyes with a small smile on his face.

"This is better than watching the movie!" April Cheered.

Leo's hands didn't let go of Y/N's face, who was also blushing as hard ever, stunned at the situation.

"Well, might as well enjoy the show" leo smirked, as he looked at Y/N again as he leans in to finally kiss her.

Which Y/N returned happily, wrapping her arms around his neck.

I HEARD WE’RE TALKING ABOUT KC USED AS CHARACTER HERE CUZ BOI FO I HAVE LOT IN MY MIND ABOUT THAT (a bit of a rant so uh yeah)

I feel like such, and I mean SUCH a wasted opportunity and potential for KC as a character. Multiple times where I felt like it just so off about how he’s been handle and how it ended. You mean to tell me, this man right here has just gotten his redemption to being good, gone for a few months away from us to see how he’s doing only for us to see one last time before he got straight kill by his own Bloody Son? I mean yeah sure, Im driven for angst but the way they did it for his death just felt not earn, i dont know how to explain it. Im glad that KC at least acknowledge about Bloodmoon’s whole issue but to just die afterwards?? And that’s it?? Yeah ok, he’s a pacifist now and a good guy, but he’s still can defend himself. Maybe came out injured from the fight but still alive. But no…. He just die. Thats it

I cant help but feel like they have been just like, throwing KC’s character around. They either dont know what to do or have other plans for him, but just the way it’s been handle it just. I dont know I gotten a whole rant about this.

I remember when they said that Moon will give KC a proper body but apparently Moon never made that happen. Now, I wanna give the showrunner the benefit of a doubt and cut them some slack cuz Im sure they have other things to do beside the show to even remember that

Oh yeah no I do feel they didn't know what to do with him other than have him come in once a while and felt the death necessary rather than use him more. (The two voice actors for Sun and Moon have like three channels.) I do feel they haven't been too consistent anyway with KC (the rush of a redemption, no seeming closure for somethings, etc. I could be missing something but yeah) They could've had him for the current astral plot (Given he has star knowledge and *harnessing its power*) PLUS Earth's situation about her feelings about the Creator (I'll keep bringing it up, but Deliberately MADE to be a killing machine is right in her face. I know she has Forgor but once again her whole Need to know and uncomfortable with being out of loop. Her entire encounter with KC would be such a haze to her it'd definitely bother her enough.) KC isn't the first example of not using a character to its full (Solar Flare and Even first Bloodmoon. Literally... literally was taught magic and thats never brought up again). It's also just how numbers work on the channel too. They take most review from youtube and discord from what I understand and from what I see there is a difference with majority and what we're saying most of the time. Lunar was brought back cause he was rather popular already (also he wasn't fully killed either in the same episode).

-YALLLLL WTFFFFF me and my friend bar hopped last night I had in total seven drink and usually my cut off is like 4 butttt I got two of them for free cause got men said “ your hot you deserve a free drink “ and I was OHHH YEAHHH. Then at the last bar this guy started talking too us then his friends pop up and I relized I’d talked to them at one of the other bars cause they liked my tattoo . So we’re all chillin in this club/bar one of the guys gets my number right so I’m like oh okay cool ya feelin me or whateva then he asks if I do drugs I was like “hard drugs ?”😳 and he was like yeah and I was the fuck absolutely not then he tells me he’s on molly and that’s him and his friend a “rolling and bowling night “ where they take molly and go bowling and I’m just standing there like 🧍🏻‍♀️. Then the other friend and I start talking and he was cute (when I was drunk) and we’re talking and he keep getting all nervous and shit cause evidently “my eye contact was to intense “ 😀. Come to find out later this man is 33 YEARS OLD but drunk me was like ahhh age is just a numbaaa but like actually EW 12 YEAR AGE DIFFERENT THATS WWIRDDD. So we’re all chillin having fun guy I’m talking to most of the night starts talking about my ass being fat and that I’m trouble when I literally was just standing there thinking we were having a sweet lil conversation. Then other friend starts telling me he bought a house and that he wanted me to come home with him to that house I was like respectfully NUH UH, you a hard drug lovin as man in your 30s I’ll pass . Then my friend and the guy she’s chillin with are like dancing and grinding and I’m like uhhh you go girl 😬. Then bars start to close it’s 2 am we gotta head out . So we’re all walking out then they want us to go home with them to guy my friend was withs apartment . We thought about it but decided that we were gonna go home . So we finally get our Uber . Drug lover is texting me like so am I gonna see you again tonight I was like ummm nope I’m going night night , then guy my friend was with starts calling her then adds other guy too the call . ALSO forgot about there one really weird fat friend who got me to take a picture with him for his Instagram story since it was his “birthday “ and through out that night he was just being straight up weird and then when we were standing with them and they were trying to get us to go home with them I would randomly look at him and he’d have his snap chat video going or just me conversing with the other morherfuxkers which is so fucking weirdddd. Sooo anyways my friend on the phone with her guy right come to find out HES MARRIED… so I start telling him we will be ending whatever this is right now because it’s hurting other people aka YOUR WIFE. I’m like yeah I think it’s best we part ways tonight was fun but we are all in complete different fazed in life like yall are 7-12 years older than us lowkey weird you even stayed fucking with us after finding out that age gap . But yeah sooo that’s how my night went … literally first time going out since turning 21 in my home city and dear god was that interesting. The intro and outro are absolute masterpieces and I will listen to them for hours on end like I hear that shit and. AUGHAUAGAHUGA I go rabid

horrors in the bayou??? thats 19 minutes of pure absolute cool!!!! how do you make it like that!??!? It's awesome, it's noises, it's cool, it's slimy, it's slippery! it's just awesome I love it.

wandering around galloway is such an awesome one too, it just... AUGH they really are, they do that, its so surreal!! and the way the notes kinda jumpscare you if you aren't paying attention is so fun

a melody better left unknown, more like... a melody everyone needs to hear right now... it's amazingly unsettling, the perfect thing for this scene, it embodies the spirit of what this scene means for the rest of the campaign.

entomophobia. GOD, HOLY SHIT, THIS IS SUCH AN UPBEAT ONE COMPARED TO THE REST. reminds me of the can-can at times, but in like a great way, sounds reminiscent of clown music in the beginning. AND WHEN IT GETS TO THE MIDDLE, WHOO BOY I AM HAVING A FIELD DAY WITH THIS. amazing song, love it, love everything abt it.

heartbeat in the swamp is like the forcefield, but much more... foreboding. You can tell this is a very important point, the droning sounds are much more common in here, and there's more than one at a time. heartbeat motif my absolute beloved... <3

metamorphosis. this song... THIS SONG IS RIGHT HERE. it is spot on for this reveal, the whole thing is so nice to listen to, the clicking-Esque noises, the bug-like rhythm for those clicks, beautiful, and when you get halfway in.... it gets so much more dramatic, and it is deserved for this!!!! it is so dramatic and it fits!!!!!!! love it for this, you go, metamorphosis!!!!

Run Away. Now, there is no reason for this to have gone this hard, the start is slow, and its like 'Oh okay, slower song.' and then a bit later. NOPE, ELECTRIC GUITAR BOSS FIGHT MUSIC, the other fight-ish songs were 'fight a bug monster' but this one... this one is a 'Holy shit, your friend is a bug monster, and he's attacking you, and you can't save him, you have to fight against the face of a friend, one who you've just met up with again, one you've just gotten back. You need to kill him.' kinda deal. very much up there in the top 5.

A Moment of Respite. calm before the storm, come chill for 2 minutes and 12 seconds, you need it, you get this time to relax, but be ready to jump right back in.

You will be Replaced. Words can't describe how I feel (jk, they can, and ill spend a while talking about this.) it's like every stressful song in one, it's like entomophobia, but more is at risk, everything is at risk, you need to hurry, you need to finish this. I 100% love this one.

The Queen. It's so... calm at first, like she's a good thing, she's helping, she's nice, even! Let yourself become one with her, she'll take care of the hard parts! but then, halfway mark, she's let down her facade, face the queen, or die. Knowing the odds, you will be struggling to not meet the second fate. she knows you know how unlikely you are to win, and laughs in your face as you fumble with weapons that have no effect, as you hallucinate things in her presence, as you try to bargain with the false face of a long-dead loved one. It's such a regal-sounding piece, and rightfully so, this is the QUEEN.

nwonK syawlA ev'I ydoleM A. The reverse of a melody better left unknown, but somehow the one that fills me with more dread than its predecessor. Reverse audio has always made me uncomfortable, and mix it with the BITB vibe and you have a recipe for paranoia and fear. in a good way!

Rolan's Ultimatum. A reprise of limited time, you can hear the decisions that are having to be made, it's a hard one, sacrifice yourself, and be an unsung hero, or leave, and live a peaceful life, knowing that you have left behind your two best friends, now one, to die. He needs to think fast, or else it will be too late, and he'll have lost both his friends, and his humanity.

You've Changed. Ugh!! such a bittersweet ending!!! We know that Rand is probably bleeding out in the bayou, hallucinating about going home with his now-alive totally human sister. The song is too distorted to offer anything other than death. The end had the same plucking of guitar strings as the bug songs, so he is not alright. I am so sad that they all had to die, they all had lives ahead of them, great ones. Except for Rand... he died a nobody, and he will not be remembered for anything other than his corpse, and maybe a passport. Nothing more, nothing less. He was nobody. And will never be somebody.

BONUS!!

Smoke with the Devil. this song, which played at the end of ep 4, is so great, it's such a sadness-ridden song, Grizzly did so well with this part! His singing is so nice, and if someone shared this song with me and didn't tell me it was from a Call of Cthulu campaign and is sung by a character who tried to seduce his friend's mom and dad and then promptly exploded I would not notice.

i kinda tried to like, merge my style a bit with the reference(? if thats understandable, dunno sorry im shit at explaining but i'll try my best, ok so, i wanted to keep the facial features, because my artstyle tends to be kinda simplified, especially in the face so it usually doesnt have much diversity in head form and stuff (im kinda trying to work on that), i think saying that i tried to adapt it to style would be more accurate? not sure, but if i try drawing this goober again i'll try ti adapt it better, because he kinda looks...off? to me

with mcd dante ending up in the mys universe, it would be very funny to watch him try to figure out what the Fuck is going on bc mf has no idea what a phone or a computer is and is just so fucking confused. at first mys dante is more focused on going "hey wanna play video games!!!" to stop and process that mcd dante doesnt even know what a video game is. and then seeing mcd dantes confusion at Literally Everything he decides to sit down and try to explain things (unfortunately mys dante is Dumb - fortunately mcd dante is equally Dumb so mys dante going "this is a phone... it does... stuff.... you can call people!! idk how they made it able to do that tho dont ask me :D" is good enough for him)

on the other hand, with mys dante ending up in the mcd universe, itd be even Crazier because mys dante (who is used to having the internet and a car and big cities etc) is now stuck in the medieval era. thankfully mcd dante is here to help!! except he does a horrible job of helping bc he just goes "well im sure he'll figure everything out!" and then hands mys dante a sword - and is shocked when he ends up getting injured. mys dante doesnt mind because running around and throwing himself into danger is fun (especially when he gets to do that with a "friend" (read: boyfriend who he hasnt figured out hes dating yet))!! mys dante is also Struggling because adhd meds dont exist yet and his brain is completely fried and he can barely function until zoey figures out how to make potions thatll help. which leads to mys dante bouncing off the walls and mcd dante having to practically drag him to bed every night to get him to go to sleep, until mys dante Finally is able to function properly again

and, of course, the inherent romantic comedy of "i cant be in love with this other version of myself nope nope nope- oh god the other version of me is hot". the first time they kissed they stared at each other for a solid five minutes before mcd dante went "so uh.... yeah....." and mys dante just went "that was like... kissing myself. haha"

they are both Dumb and do not know how to function correctly around each other. they are mischievous silly little guys who cant stop getting into trouble and getting injured and doing stupid shit (but its ok bc their friends somehow keep them from getting themselves killed). and also they definitely tried to make out in a tree but ended up falling out of it and getting hurt. and at one point they tried to make out underwater and somehow didnt realize how stupid of an idea thatd be until they almost drowned. theyre gay and silly and dumb ur honor

Alright, first and foremost I have to admit of course that there is a certain appeal of his Boruto design ( and I do mean Kishimoto's design, Ikemoto is.. uh... please don't draw Konohamaru, thank you.) He's grown up very nicely what can I say. So it definitely started this way and I tried to deny it for a while and get over it (like he was baby in the og naruto! I should not .. think like THIS about him, he is a child!) to no avail LOL Anyway, i started thinking more about him and now I have manyy thoughts.

I have at hing for teacher characters if that isnt already clear. Kakashi has branded my brain in such a way that now mentors are just CHEFS KISS to me? So he already had that uh going for him apart from his ... looks.

Konohamaru is in many ways portrayed to be a double to Naruto, with the loud mouth, prank personality that wants to become Hokage, but I think he is much more uh- serious about things. Not saying Naruto wasn't serious about his dreams, he really was, but Konohamaru seems much more grounded, I don't know how to explain that, its just a feeling. I think his Hokage dream was for a while only because he idolised his grandfather, and later because he idolised naruto. IN my mind I'm not sure if he REALLY wants to be Hokage or if he just wants to be like the people in his life that mean a lot to him.

Naruto in general is a big influence on him. People often compare it to the rleationship Naruto has with Iruka, but I think that one is much more parentla, while Naruto and Konohamaru are only 3 years apart and more like brothers. I mean we know Konohamaru is a total Naruto fanboy from day 1 pretty much and still is. (HC time, I think Konohamaru actually had his first crush ON naruto, in the same way i think Tenzo's first crush was Kakashi, just complete admiration yk?)

OK before I go into headcanon territory I want to talk about Boruto age Konohamaru. I love his grown up design, thats not a secret. I love love love the choice that he looks closer to his grandfather the more he ages. I chose to believe that was done on purpose! (one more reason why the ikemoto design suucks). I love how the tail end of his scarf got shorter but the scarf got bigger and ffluffier. I know people have commented on his eye colour changing to this dark blue colour, but I love it. It fits him so well I'm glad they did that. He looks great.

He should be SO OP. He SHOULD! He can use fire and wind, is shown using different katon techniques, Asuma's chakra blades (before Mirai get them? Or others? I think it was never explained) and the rasengan of course. He has a summoning contract with the usual Sarutobi apes AND the toads of mount myoboku. He can use his ape summon the same way his grandfather did, transform with him etc. But he never gets anything to do! (or rarely). THey are so focused on letting the students shine that he often just gets knocked out or is not present. The Boruto anime canon at least lets him do some stuff, but the manga makes him absolutely useless for no good reason. LIke am I still pissed that in anime canon when mitsuki goes missing shikamaru tells Konohamaru not to look FOOR HIS OWN STUDENT because he is TOO EMOTIONALLY INVESTED.... SHIKAMARU... like what the fuuuuuuuuuuuu- (how shikamaru and naruto can sit there and tell him oh yeah, its just YOUR DAMN STUDENT, but others will take care of it its fine (namely like... a few 12 year old genins) is beyond me and i understand that they are older now but fucking hell shikamaru will you take a hard look at yourself? and i understand thats done so that the child characters get something to do but it makes nooo logical sense and pisses me off beyond believe.)

He genuinly cares for Boruto a lot. I mean he cares for all his students (as all the teachers in naruto do, see my long rant a while back about how much I love the PLATONIC relationship of teacher student in naruto as a whole), but Boruto and him have a closer relationship for obvious reasons. It's funny when you notice how often Boruto calls him "nii-chan" instead of "sensei" and he does not correct him. I mean sometimes he DOES correct him, but often enough he also forgets, because he is just too used to it. I think the idea that they were togethre since Boruto was born, that Naruto was like entrusting his first born son to Konohamaru is just lovely. I also think its great that it is him who teaches Boruto the rasengan. I mean Naruto teaching his son would have been a great bonding moment too, but I just love the chain of teachers teaching their students continues like that.

Apart from that you just know he loves Mirai. We don't see them interact all too often which is a shame, but you just know he is like incredibly protective of her too. if you wanna theorise the fact that he uses Asuma's chakra blades and eventually Mirai does you could easily think that he might have taught her. Actually I'm going to hc that now ok bye.

Headcanons under cut because this is already so long

It is heavily implied that both his parents are ANBU, so in my mind, his father (who i yet need a name for), Asuma's older brother, was incredibly talented as a shinobi and entered anbu early (not as early as Kakashi and Itachi, but early). He was supposed to be the clan head after Hiruzen and was the golden boy child, but then he realised he would much rather have an anbu career. As such, he gave over his right to clan head to Asuma (which leads to its whole other can of worms for Asuma, who we are not talking about here, but he wasnt as talented and was at odds with his dad a lot and generally just wasn't as great as his brother and suddenly he had so much responsibility?? terrrible). He then met his wife also in ANBU and Konohmaru was born, while both parents remained high ranking ANBU members.

As such, Konohamaru was raised by sitters nannies and tutors. Thats not because his parents didnt love him or want him, but because they were so very busy and thought well he would be in good hands. So his only real connection was to his grandfather and while Hiruzen was vrey busy all the time as well, you know how grandparents are with grandchildren. Hiruzen loved that boy from the moment he opened his eyes yk? So the first person Konohmaru admired was his grandfather, who like in many ways was more parent to him than his parents. THat of course until Naruto came around.

In many ways as a kid he was probably a little like Damian in Spy Family. Someone who was loudly telling everything who his important grandfather is to get attetion to mask how lonely he really felt. But he found two good friends that actually did like him for who he is, moegi and udon, and they stuck together well until where we are now in Boruto. I believe they did not care for his heritage quite as much as most the tutors did, Naruto of course didn't either, and that made him become the person he is today. If he didnt have them he might be a different, more arrogant version (And maybe that would be fun exploring in an AU)

Oh and Asuma! The perfect uncle. Idk, i just see them hanging out when Asuma has time. Asuma telling him about missions he has been on, promising Konohamaru to teach him in wind chakra usage. I can see Konohamaru teasing him about Kurenai and everything. IN my AU all the sarutobis call him "maru (chan or kun depending on levels of teasing him)" Asuma included.

in my AU he leaves the village for a while in his twenties, sort of like Asuma did, mostly to get away from.. uh.. the Oc i made for him that sort of broke his heart OOPS, but also to sort of define himself. There is a lot of conflicting feelings in his history, especially towards his grandfather. You gotta grapple with a person who has done bad stuff (even if they meant well) but never to YOU and that you cant help but miss but also are angry at. Thats a lot to work through. He comes back and becomes a teacher.WOO!

I think he fights like Hiruzen. Its hard to say because Hiruzen has one fight and then dies, but in my head their fighting styles are incredibly similar. It would make sense. Hiruzen taught jirayia, jirayia taught naruto, Naruto taught Kononohamaru. I think that just makes the resemblence of him to his grandfather even stronger. Tsunade has definitely felt nostalgic seeing him fight at least once. I also believe he can mix the wind and the fire when he wants do make megaaa fire ball.

Ive already kind of mentioned it above but I dont believe he really wants to be Hokage. Idk, i Just dont know, maybe he will be and I wouldnt complain, but it feels like to me as a kid he just said it because it gave him attention (a little like naruto) and as an adult he just says it because well its been with him for so long. I htink he is very content with Naruto being hokage.

I also think he was offered the place of clan head again once he turned 18, even though his parents said no to it. Because Asuma had died and mirai was still so tiny. But while he agreed to sort of be the stand in if necessariy and go to village meetings, he was gonna give the responsibility to mirai as soon as she was old enough, because it was her right.

So. I've never been able to watch it when it was still airing on TV since all the adults in my family hated the show for some reason...Even though my cousins all watched it, so I could see snippets of the shows and stuff they've watched when we've gone over to their houses during summer etc.-Also quick fun fact, I used to have nightmares ever since I've seen that one scene in S1 where they've gone to Stan's mind, like, you know/remember that part where Bill put a hole in the middle of Dipper's chest..? Yeah.. Got PTSD while watching it.. :< Would wake up at weird hours thinking about my left hand having a hole in it just like what's happened to Dipper, but since we live in 3D it was all anatomically correct and had skin closing off the flesh at weird angles and since the body still worked with the hole in it I could see all the weird movements of the flesh because of that..... I think this may be why I've hated body horror so much.......---Got a bit carried there just now, whoops! Back to mushy, disgustingly mortal feelings!
