Remus Lupin x whimsical!reader ♡ 1.1k words

It had taken a lot of coaxing to get you to go to sleep the night before. You’d been glued to the window, watching with wide, awestruck eyes as little crystals drifted down to the earth, glowing under the streetlights and crisp white against the dark sky. Remus isn’t sure if he’d ever felt so peaceful, watching you watch the snow, your cheek resting on your folded hands as the darkness outside grew deeper and the fire in the grate smoldered down to nothing. You’d spent a few minutes out in it earlier, before Remus convinced you it’d be way more fun in the morning, once the snow had a chance to pile up. Even so, you’d been reluctant to let it out of your sight. 

So he can’t say he’s surprised that he’d woken up this morning to see your side of the bed already empty. 

He finds you in the same place you’d been last night, perched on the edge of the couch, looking out at the pristine layer of snow that glitters in the sunlight. You’re already dressed. 

“I thought you’d be outside,” he admits. 

You turn around, looking even happier than usual to see him. “I wanted to wait for you,” you say. “Are you ready to go out?”

Remus’ heart swells. He presses his lips together, feeling his mouth curve anyway. “Yeah, I can be ready. You should’ve woken me, dove.”

He goes to the coat closet, pulling out his jacket and a spare for you. He grabs some too-small boots, too. Neither of you had thought about the fact that you don’t own any real winter wear until the snow came in last night, so his things will have to do for now. He finds a pair of gloves Lily forgot last spring that should fit you. 

“I didn’t mind waiting,” you tell him, stepping into the boots. “It’s fun just to look at. So pretty.” 

“Mhm.” Remus can think of something else that’s pretty, but it’s too early in the morning for flirting. 

You keep glancing out the window while you tug on gloves, a jacket. He’s never seen you this excited. It’s so adorable Remus isn’t sure his heart can stand it. He plops a hat on your head and spots your hands trembling slightly, just enough to give you trouble with the buttons on your coat. Remus pushes them aside gently, doing the buttons himself. 

When you step out into the crisp air, the first thing you do is put a boot in the snow. It sinks in nearly up to your knee. You look back at Remus, wonderstruck. Then you turn around and tip back, waving your arms this way and that to make an angel in the fresh powder. He has to help you out of it once you’re done. 

He shows you how to pat the snow between your mitts to make a snowball, and you throw one right at the front of his jacket. Your laughter rings out, as crisp and clear as a silver bell. Remus makes a mental note to never let you enter into a snowball fight with James and Sirius; they go right for the face, and you’re too kind to retaliate. 

When you make a snowman, you insist upon going inside to grab some of your rocks and things to make his face. He ends up with dried flowers for a smile and heterochromia. 

It’s only once Remus realizes how much snow has ended up in your boots that he makes you go inside. He makes hot chocolate while you lay your clothes out in front of the fire and barrage him with questions. 

“Do you ever see those little white foxes when it snows like this?” 

“Arctic foxes? No, not really. I think they mostly stay in the arctic.” 

“What about white owls?” 

“I think I’ve seen some lighter ones before, but not completely white. Maybe we’ll get lucky.” 

“Will we have a fire every night that it’s snowy?” 

“If you want.” Remus sets your hot chocolate in front of you, the mug heaping with marshmallows. “Careful, dove, it’s hot.” 

You take it and smile at him. “Thanks.” You look back out the window, blowing on it gently. 

Remus grins as he watches you. Your cheeks are still flushed from the cold and your eyelashes are wet, the flakes that had been caught in them melting. The air between you smells like hot chocolate, woodsmoke, and hominess. He wants to do this with you every day. 

It’s impossible not to think about how much has changed since you moved in. Just a couple of weeks ago, he would’ve woken up thinking about how long it would be until he could call you. He would’ve complained about the cold over the phone and you would’ve hmm-ed sympathetically in that gentle way of yours before admitting that the cold actually sounds pretty nice to you. Remus would have been sitting right where he is now, looking out the window by himself and describing the snow to you, hearing your voice in his ear rather than watching the rise and fall of your shoulders in front of him. 

Today, he got to wake up knowing that if you weren’t next to him, you were nearby. He got to see the delight on your face, button your coat for you, bury your hot chocolate in marshmallows. He gets to watch your damp lashes twitch, pretty eyes moving from the window to his face.

“What’re you thinking of?” you ask, turning in your seat to face him. 

It’s still too early for flirting, but not perhaps for earnestness. “I’m just glad you’re here,” he tells you. 

Your lips curve, and you take your hot chocolate in one hand, using the other to intertwine Remus’ fingers with your own. Your palm is warm from the mug.

“I’m glad, too,” you say, leaning forward to peck him on his chin.

Remus sets his mug aside to chase you down for more, grasping the side of your face as he sets his lips to yours. Fuck, you’re lovely. So lovely his chest is aching with it. Lovely inherently, and also for letting him do this, your cheek dimpling under his touch. Your lips curve against each other, a mirror image. Remus’ heart feels full to bursting. 

“Do you think we can stay here today?” you ask him, index finger rubbing against his and chin bumping into his own. “We could watch a movie, and I’d like to collect some pine cones if I can.” 

Remus presses another gentle kiss to your lips. “That sounds perfect.” His voice is raspy with want and tenderness, and you rub his finger again in understanding. 

You push your nose into his. “I’m glad I’m here, too,” you repeat.

Big fckn redesigns here. Well mostly Charlie but Vaggie somewhat too 🥰🥰

Blue fits Charlie soooo much and I cease to see that many redesigns with this color. I still want red to be used in most of their designs because well. They are in hell, but not too present so to make way for other unique colors. Charlie has several physical traits from her parents but also she has some details in her clothes that match with them. When I uhh, introduce their designs you'll see lmao. I also tried to make her have a more roundish design, I jst LOVE those typ of designs omg. I just want the characters with not too many sharp corners pls Viv bro... 😔 oh yeah she's mixed cuz her mom's are darker in their redesigns. Alot of their genetics went down to Charlie so she doesn't look like an exact copy of Lucifer, I kind of hate that trend with hh and hb characters, like did the moxxies dad give birth to him bro 😭 also I kept her bow because it looks so cute and silly on her it just fits, I wish they made it bigger in her show design because it would fit her silliness so much. She has a cape with stars because morningSTAR smh why didnt they do something fun with that, missed potential but whatevs yknow I still love og designs no matter what anyone sayss. The wife ever. I had animation in mind more when I designed her, not like in a "How easy or hard would this be to animate" way. But I like to imagine when she's shocked her hair kind of fluffs out plus her actual fluff, when she's mad her bow turns into kind of horns and then her jacket expands like wings. Gave her a more hotel like outfit, she likes to work for fun (ew). Her socks are socks but she has some fluff under them she just tries to cover it up because she hates herself 🤪 (she doesn't hate her bigger body she actually feels much more comfortable chubby than when she was skinny with Adam. She was burdened with the weight of Adam's image of women... In this sorta rewrite she gained weight when she goes to the hotel because she's more happy. I'm dying I love chub Vaggie so much guys please) headcanon: she kind of likes fashion, it's like a fun hobby of hers to stitch together clothing and go out and buy clothes she'll never wear. She taught Charlie how to stitch and she SUCKS so you can jst see it on Charlie's pants.

Second outfits! Charlie's hotel uniform for. Well. Hotel stuff. She usually only wears it when new people come to the hotel, which.... isn't often, if at all. She still likes to keep it just in case. Also she goes really cartoonish when it happens, she does the looney tunes run and changes into her clothes in like 2 seconds. Can you see my vision? 😭😭

Vaggie's is in her armor. She has several pairs of armor lying around in the hotel in completely hidden spots. It's kind of surprising uhh. Yeah she wears it alot more than Charlie wears her alt uniform but still rare to find her in it. I don't get the whole thing with the exterminators and them not being able to fight according to Carmilla. Which is kinda stupid, I'm not gonna lie. So, instead of that, Vaggie has just let her guard down and has gotten much more comfortable in her surroundings so she feels like she doesn't need to fight anymore, she's just gotten rusty 's what I'm sayin. I have no idea how to draw armor. You can tell...

Tbh, I was thinking the name "Zelie" like the main character from Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi (I read the book years ago and the character just stuck with me, I highly suggest this one if you want to read an African fantasy story) anyway, we all know Keegan loves books and I can see him naming his and Alex's daughter after a book character.

I'm also imagining this child with vitiligo and heterochromia (one eye blue, one eye brown) So she looks like the perfect mashup of her daddies

Well we do need a second name for her still, could make Valentine her middle name, or Zelie. Zelie Valentine/Valentina? (Still haven't decided on the e/a suffix.) (Also, last name arrangement... you think Keegan or Alex would take the others last name? Or maybe they'd adopt a similar naming convention to Hispanics, with two last names. But then who goes first?)

Heterochromia, hell yeah. And congenital vitiligo is rare but it'd be interesting to see an older baby girl with it. (Keep in mind vitiligo doesn't just effect the pigment in a persons skin. It's an autoimmune disorder so baby girl will face a few issues.)

And fun fact: I give Logan heterochromia, and in the past I toyed with the idea of giving him vitiligo. So this is a neat little coincidental callback!

Side note: I think Logan would be very braggy that he and baby girl have the same eyes. Would be very funny if their eyes mirrored each other too. (He has left eye blue. Hobie got up the steps knowing that he's late, he knows he needs to come on time. He knows it. Work had held him up, so now he has to find a way to schedule his work hours with his schedule for his child. With a simple knock at the door, the door quickly spun open revealing his ex-partner.

Miles stood with one hand on his hip with a disapproval frown on his face, those big doe like eyes still get Hobie's heart going even after all these years. "You're late."

"I know. I know. Work held me back... Umm, where's Riri?" He finally asked, he didn't want to talk about his tardiness.

"Hobie, we agreed on this schedule because you said it works for you." Miles said in a serious tone, then sighs, "Look I get your trying to make a good living, but talk to your boss about your hours because I'm not-" Hobie quickly cut him off, "I know. I will. Just work being busy. Now, where's my-" Then Miles' bubbly husband came by the doorway, "Is that Hobie?"

"Yes, bae. It's Hobie." Miles said to his Alpha.

Riri frowns, "But you guys promise me, I wanna go to Disney world!"

"We'll talk about it later, love." Hobie said, "Right now, you'll enjoy the weeknd with me, and Mindy and your little brother Manny."

"Manny just sleep, poo and eat." Riri tilted her head being confused, she only watches the baby being snug with his mom.

"Because he's a baby, lovely." Hobie said to his kid.

"I guess." She had that Hobie Brown honesty. "He just lays there and fart."

Pavitr giggles, "Princess, don't be mean. He's your little brother. You need to be a big sister to him."

"Hehe, okay appa." Riri kisses her stepdad on the cheek giving him a hug.

Miles smiles at the two before turning to find his ex-boyfriend rolling his eyes at Pavitr. This pissed the twenty nine year old because not many Alphas would want to be with a 'touched' Omega, especially one with a strong Alpha descendants. Pavitr being the most sweetest understanding Alpha had love Riri like it was his own. So seeing his ex-boyfriend disapproval his husband is pissing him off.

"Anyway, we'll best be going. Say goodbye, lovely." Hobie said.

"Bye bye daddy, appa!" She waves at them.

When he got home, his wife, Mindy already gave a bottle to their son Manny. The baby burps before sitting on the couch with a baby pillow to support his back while watching Sesame Streets.

Mindy turns to find her husband coming in, "Hello, Riri. How's it going, sweetie?"

"Good. A bit exhausting." Her dad set her down so she can start putting her jacket and boots away. It was a semi-cold day, with a bit of breeze.

Hobie chuckles, "I'm the one that carry you most of the way."

"But I have to sit on the bus, papa." She giggles being in her casual outfit and rushes with her backpack to the living room, "Hi, Manny!"

Manny looks at her then made grunting sounds. "Is he pooping?" She asked.

Mindy giggles, "Maybe. He just had his lunch." She went over to pick up her son, "Oh who's a stinky baby? You are. You are." Her Omega scent smelled like gentle sweetness of milk and honey. It's a scent Hobie loves from his wife. Sadly, and he would never tell her the real reason why he loves her scent, because it reminds him so much of his ex-partner.

Even though the two ended on a terrible note, he still cares about him, love him still. Their relationship was never on a good time, it always felt like wrong place, wrong timing, nothing seems to go their way. Now, all it's left of them is being coparents to their daughter.

Hobie knew he shouldn't think too much of the past, he knows part of their failed relationship was him not being ready to commit when they needed to. One biggest hint is Riri, when Miles got pregnant, the punker didn't want a baby or the marriage life. His band at the time was being popular, slowly starting up.

Miles wanted them to be serious, which was too fast at the time. Not to mention, they were on and off from a previous fight about so many things.

In the end, Hobie and his band didn't get famous in the way they hope, thus the end of being a rockstar. And the break up with Miles, too. So, he's a producer making music for anyone, that's how he met Mindy with her beautiful gospel voice.

When Riri was born, Hobie came to see her and fallen for her. Miles had hope for him to commit, but he couldn't forgive Miles for saying petty shit from their break up. It was best to leave it as it is. Petty fights, petty custody battles were filled with hurt and pain from their break up.

He wanted to break up....

The punker wanted to wait or express his freedom a bit more. Somehow they were able to maintain their feelings at bay, slowly being more friends for their daughter.

Riri began coloring as she watches Sesame Streets, "Papa, daddy doesn't like you, huh?"

"What makes you say that?" Hobie asked.

"I dunno. You two always look at each other weird... like mad."

"Nah, it's just sometimes papa isn't following what daddy says and it's my fault."

"Did you love daddy before?"

"One point I was, but we're good friends." He arched his eyebrows, "Why did ya ask?"

"I dunno. it's hard to believe since mama Mindy is so sweet and you love her a lot. You hold her hand, kiss her cheek- and with daddy, you two fight a lot."

"Yeah, we always did." Hobie sat on the couch, "Believe it or not, we never fought like that."

"Oh?"

"Yeah, we use to sing, dance, have fun. Now, your daddy is all about being mean and strict rules. Don't tell him, I said that."

"I won't." She giggles.

"Did you ever wish for us-" Riri shook her head, "Nope. You two always look sad together and that makes me sad. I like it when you two are happy."

"I see." Even his baby girl sees that the two weren't meant to be. They weren't off on a good note. "Well, one thing we know is that me and your daddy love you so much. We'll always try to make you happy."

"Hehe, I love you, too, papa."

Normally the weekend is Riri enjoying fun times with her papa like going to the park with the family, eating pizza, and watch movies. Sometimes they play fashion outfits or she's in her own world talking to Manny. The baby boy can only listen to Riri's stories about Spider-man or barbies.

When she return home, she saw her daddy waiting out the door of their home with one hand on his hip. Miles welcomes her back.

"How was it, honey?" Miles asked.

"Good. Super fun. Manny gets scared of his own farts." She giggles.

"Haha, that is funny." Miles let his daughter go off to her room with her things. "And I need to talk to you." He said to his ex-partner.

"Oh yeah? What am I getting blamed for this time?" The punker sarcastically asked with a snort.

His ex glares at him, they step outside of the front door, Miles shut it. "Why are you always pissed off at me?"

"You got annoyed with Pav for being sweet to Ri!"

"Pfft, be for real, Miles. That was Friday! Let it go."

"Okay, you wanna know why, so bad?" Hobie threw his hands in the air, "You and him are making plans without telling me. Disney World? Over the summer? I wanted to take her to London to know where I come from and you basically run that mouth off saying no, she's too young or she's not ready or you don't think I'm responsible."

"This is Disneyland, and we were just talking about it."

"No! Don't give that shit. Pav basically made a promise with Ri so now ya'll obligated to do it."

Hobie looks at his ex in disbelief, "Because you deny me access to my own kid, because you wanted to be petty. I was there when she was born and you still buggin'. Man, fuck this. I'ma talk to my lawyer about minimal contact from you when I pick Riri up."

"Ugh, fine. Do it." Miles fumes seeing his ex-partner walking off. The twenty nine year old went back in his house being upset. "Shit." He sighs. Why do they always fight so much? He just wanted Hobie to respect Pavitr.

Riri came by to find Miles wiping his own tears, "You okay, daddy?"

"Yes, baby. I'm fine. Just mad at your papa, right now."

"Oh, nothing new then." She began walking off to get her sippy cup from the fridge.

Miles gave a small chuckle, "Heh, yeah. Same ole' same ole..." He knows this isn't healthy for his daughter to see, yet she seems to be unbothered by it. She is exactly like Hobie, her attitude towards everything is very chill and her bluntness had a certain humor to it. "So, how was Mindy?"

"Good. She and papa were singing a pretty song and Manny tries to sing, too." Riri sips her sippy cup. "Daddy, why you don't like papa?"

"What? what makes you say that, sweetheart?" Miles stood awkwardly almost in shock with his baby.

"Well... you guys always fight and I asked papa why, too."

"What did he say?" He arched his eyebrows.

"He said it wasn't always like that... he said he did love you."

Miles' bites his bottom lip, "He did?"

"Yeah. I thought it was weird because you two always fight."

"I'm sorry, honey. I know we shouldn't fight. Me and papa have a lot of stuff we still haven't got over." Miles kneel down to hug his daughter, "You know, we love you so much, right?"

"I know."

"And what me and papa had... was nice for a bit. I did love him, too. We weren't compatible."

"What's compatible?"

"It's like two jigsaw puzzle that doesn't fit together. You can force it but it would never fit perfectly. That's me and your papa."

"Ohhh." She said.

"I'll try to be nicer for you. I don't want you to see us fight or get any ideas about me hating your father." Miles did love Hobie, maybe that's why he's so mad with him. So many things he wanted from his ex-boyfriend that never happened. In the end, he end up doing all the things he wanted from to someone else. To another Omega, and that hurt him like an old wound being ripped open.

Now, Miles have to admit he did rush things too fast or expect his ex to be a traditional Alpha too fast. When he got pregnant with Riri, he gave Hobie an Ultimatum which never works out. So much anger, so many petty revenge to hurt Hobie... was it worth it in the end?

Now, they're two exhausted grown men trying to coparent their daughter. Their beautiful perfect daughter, Miles has no regrets to wanting her. He will never apologize for that. He's pretty happy to have a child with his ex-boyfriend, it's at least their Riri is a good outcome from their broken relationship.

"Okay, daddy. Can I got play with my dolls, now?"

"Sure, sweeter. Go and plat." He watches his baby girl running to the living room to play. This time he took out his smartphone to text Hobie, taking a moment to think about what to say.

Miles: Hey, you can take her to London, but I'ma need to know everything like time, dates, places and who's going...

so, in my opinion, the award for the ugliest design goes to: childe. his clothes are all gray and with a boring style, he has a very silly scarf and he thinks hes very cool for it but actually, he isnt. also. that little gap he has at the bottom of his jacket showing his stomach??? its so dumb and also means he doesnt wear a shirt under the jacket, like really?? so yeah, ugliest design for me

as for some others, i agree with you in doris design! especially her glasses are so ugly and that ruins all the design for me. similar to dori, i dont really like dionas design either. also, and this might be a hot take too, i dont like much candace design. okay shes not ugly, i actually really like all the accessories she has, that shes one of the few poc characters ingame and the only one that has heterochromia too! but. somehow i hate how they did her hair and just that is ruining her design for me, and its quite frustrating. and finally, this one i dont really hate it? but ayato deserved to have a different design from the one they ended up giving him. his clothes look a lot like a western costume and so different from the traditional japanese clothes i expected him to have so it was kind of a disappointment for me when they finally revealed his design

now, reading that the ugliest designs for you are benny and razor... :( i mean yeah its true they dont have the best designs, but personally i think they match a lot with their personality and i really like their characters too, so i cant seem to hate their designs either ajfdlk though i agree with you that the gap in razors hoodie to let their hair out is... weird, yeah. as for nilou and nahida i think their designs are very cute! but theres one thing i dont like abt them and is how white they look. living in sumeru they obviously deserved some melanin, and especially nahida being the dendro archon, but we know how hyv is, sighhhhhh

now on the brighter side, the prettiest designs! i cant choose just one so ill say my most favorites: kazuha (my fave character so i love his design a lot too), kokomi (very pretty pastel colors!), yoimiya (i love her tattoos, her hair accessories, how she wears her clothes, everything). hu tao is also one of my fave designs for sure, so we agree on that one too! xiaos design is also sooo good and i really like fischls skin too!!

as for the others you said, theyre not my most favorites but theyre very good ones too! rosarias reskin is much better than her original design and suits her a lot, and scaramouche idk if youre referring to his original design or his playable one but theyre both so nice too

Danganronpa Togami: Main Characters Cast Design Edition

So we’re finally here! The last post of this series dedicated to showing off Novel AI’s depictions of the main DRT cast! I hope you enjoy! doing this was quite fun!

DISCLAIMER: This is just what I think the cast of DRT looks like. Having any other interpretation is super fine! Go nuts! It’s valid!  

Suzuhiko Otsuki (Minoru Oe)/Moleman

“First one up and he’s...already a doozy. You see, compared to Kazuya or Shinobu, Suzuhiko doesn’t have artwork (that we know of) or description. Thus, he’s in the realm of ‘making a design that best fits the character he’s filling for this trilogy’. In this case, with the thought of him acting as a NEET for a while, I gave him a black tracksuit, inspiration being gotten from the main characters of Konosuba and RE:Zero. His black hair and eyes stem from another character’s trait below. I imagine that, that Moleman would prefer keeping his mask on and trying to cover his face up with his hair and hat as much as possible, due to his reclusive style. Buuuut, Suzuhiko himself prefers everything to be loose, thus his hair is no longer parted, no need for a mask and his jacket’s pretty much partially off.”

Kazuya Togami (Orvin Elevator)

“Eugh, this nutjob. Given how he’s Togami’s doppelgänger, his design is meant to reflect that, from the blondish hair to the similar suit...okay. Well, I couldn’t quite give him a matching suit due ot AI constraints, but the point still stands. Speaking of the suit, its grey in color as a reference to how both Byakuya and Sagishi where black and white suits, respectively. Golden eyes are reference to Borges, though only his right eye holds his actual Borges Think of his other golden eye just being a coincidence that worked out.”

Shinobu “Blue Ink” Togami

“For our extra special main character, she gets some extra special variants! Now, Blue Ink’s design stems from a certain other one that is down below. Namely, her pale skin, long black hair (which Suzuhiko got) and black pupils come from said design. I gave her a blue jacket and skirt as I always thought it suited her. Now, concerning her eye, this AI struggles with heterochromia so I basically had to hide one eye at a time if I want to generate Blue Ink. Granted, it also fits how I imagine her eye working so I don’t mind too much but, still. Honestly, I think she came out pretty well! She also gets that protagonist ahoge!~“

Blue Ink (Post-Borges)

“Yeesh, this thing also struggles with giving Ink a cool eyepatch. This was the best I can manage after a while. Still, you get to see her black eye here and I really look how stoic she comes across here. This is an Ink after her talk with K and learning the truth.”

Kudan

“The girl of the hour! She’s not an actual cow! Ahem, anywho, Kudan actually has a description of what she looked like in volume 2. This being being long black hair, the white dress and, yeah, the black eyes. Erm. Yeaaaah, I couldn’t make the cow-like eyes so they’re regularly black instead. Honestly, I just chalk up the eyes to unreality exaggeration. Still, since Blue Ink was actually the Kudan, I modelled her after such description. Suzuhiko’s eyes and hair is also a reference to their supposed familial relationship(?)...I think they’re still siblings regardless? Bah, a story for another day!~”

((Longpost about... uh, I'm not sure really. It started as a rant and turned into an attempt at a moral? Idk but it's about the value of being yourself. Enjoy, if you wish.))

Okok I don't even remember who I was talking to but-

So it was just a bunch of us girls, and the topic of skin tone comes up, as it so often does. As I so often do, I say that I wish I could be paler but that alas, my mom has olive skin so I tan too easily to pass as a vampire or wraith.

Apparently, they have never seen an example of olive skin before or known what it was, so they ask, "Olive skin? Like green?"

And I'm like, "Yeah, sort of I guess, there's green undertones. Here, I'll google it and show you."

As I'm doing so, they're muttering amongst themselves about "green skin? that's so weird! green????" I show them the first picture I find of a white lady with olive skin, and they look so confused. And they look at me like I'm crazy, and their eyes are saying, "that's what your mom's skin looks like?"

And it's so strange to me that these people, one of whom has olive skin, are acting like it's some strange, rare thing, and acting disgusted by it. And they're looking at me with disgust and a tinge of pity in their eyes, because my mom has olive (green!) skin. ((Here's a little extra dash of irony for ya: some of them have gone to Israel on pilgrimage, and all of them have seen The Chosen.))

And yet, I've never heard anyone describe my mom as anything short of the most beautiful woman they've ever seen (hyperbolic but you get it). I've grown up seeing the way people look at and treat her, and it's literally the definition of pretty privilege. People tell my dad how pretty she is, and even some of his friends ask him how he got her to stick around after twenty-odd years.

I just think it's really interesting how short-sighted people can make something like skin tone seem like a curse, when it's one of the things that make people amazing. They get caught up on an idea that they think is inherently bad, and don't see it for what it is: a fascinating quirk of genetics that makes life fun and interesting.

For instance: my mom's olive skin means she has a natural tan, which a lot of girls in my area (and definitely the white girls in that group) would kill and die for. She has brown eyes that look like that very specific kind of brown glassware (y'know, like the little mosaic-looking jugs and bottles that catch the light in reds and oranges?), and my dad has hazel blue eyes; my brother and I both, as a result, have central heterochromia. My crush friend has curly hair and a rectangular face, and is one of the prettiest girls I've ever seen, but her family thinks she should straighten her hair and wear it a different way and yadda yadda (...I have a lot of negative feelings about her family). People tell me I'm pretty, but I have no chin and a big nose. My brother always hated his heavy eyebrows and his dark hair, but people say all the time that he's really attractive. I see guys especially change their looks all the time because they're not comfortable in their own skin, even though they're really good-looking and don't need to worry about that kind of thing.

I guess my point is, if anyone says that the things that make you awesome are bad, they're the crazy ones. Don't get caught up on little features that you can't change, wishing you looked different; in fact, if you're that worried about it, look for ways to work with those features. (This goes for personality, too! If you put people off by being yourself, you don't need them! As long as you can be kind, do whatever you want!)

The world is full of people who haven't yet learned how to see. Give them something to look at.

I genuinely don't think I can pin down just one favourite because I'm fond of a good handful of them. So I'll just pick out a bunch lol

Aside from the main headcanon au

Im quite fond of the older Johnny au (like adult. he's 27) I've got simmering in my head. I just like thinking about of how a more adult Johnny continues to interact with day to day life and how relationships have changed and grown. And how he's changed and grown himself and healing from the past (also he does have a significant other AND adopted child :3c) older Johnny is significantly different looking. Recognizable, but clearly older. Mainly being almost 10 feet tall and covered with markings. He also has electrokinesis and heterochromia ^_^

Blossom is another one I like, mainly because she started out as mainly a vent au but trying to give them a little bit of lore for funnies (also yeah she/they/it Johnny here, she gets to be different). It's mainly just covered in flowers and vines and very noticeably has a large flower that outright replaces one of her eyes. She can also photosynthesize.

Revenge is another one, mainly because its more of a "what if [x] happened instead and outcomes were different". Here, whisker actually dies and Johnny goes in a grief fueled mega meltdown, and becomes absolutely spiteful towards sonic and co. he takes remains from whiskers body and alters them to fit him. Between the time frame of these two events he almost outright kills blaze and leaves her very physically scarred. This Johnny is not one to be taken lightly as he is highly intelligent, a very skilled fighter and thinks of every single last detail and is on the verge of actual immortality. He knows how to multiverse hop too. I just like evil Johnny :]

JOHNNY NUMBER FOUR WOO. I'll. Keep this one brief because it is a bit of a darker scenario. If you dont like the mention of eternally hungry robot eating other people then it's a good idea to try and skip this segment, or stop reading entirely

Devour is a Johnny that feels eternal starving hunger, no matter how much he eats. He's very instinctually driven towards consuming the living, but he'll eat virtually anything, including other robots. He does not speak and is virtually expressionless. Not 100% sure why I like him so much, but I just do like to experiment with scenarios and have always been a fan of darker things ig.

OKAY LAST ONE GAHDGAGA

Twisted paradise is my most recent Johnny, and I'm still working out the story itself and how exactly he's like. But the general premise that those who die early, an undeserving death, or are seen as special, will be granted another chance at life in a whimsical world, in another body. The world has very very many layers, that shift, change, appear and disappear and get weirder and weirder as you go. When alive, Johnny was known as Kyle, (figuring out what he looked like) and takes on both of these names. He's essentially the main character. Whisker (also known as Mark when he was alive) is pretty much his partner, they stick closely together most of the time. (they're both distantly related, being uncle and nephew, a fun change from father and son like most of my aus depict them as). I really really like things that are just out of the ordinary and just plain weird and almost supernatural, so i can play around with fun and odd concepts

I actually had a couple of requests to do a redesign of the winx club. I was originally only gonna do Tecna and Musa, but I ended up doing sketched for the rest of the girls too and with Fate coming out not that long ago I figured now’d be a good time to post them.

(tecna’s not here cause I did her individually, sorry !)

General: I watched winx when i was younger, but don’t remember much of it, so please don’t get mad if you’re a winx superfan and part of my design doesn’t make sense😔. Everyone gets fairy ears that are common in their respective magic dimension.( Bloom’s ears are still fairy ears they just look similar to human ears. Musa’s ears look like some mix of Stella and Flora, but it looks like they’ve been clipped on the sides.) None of their outfits really match, but that’s fine cause what connects them this that sparkly mesh material.

Tecna: oh boy I’m really not good with that technical/digital aesthetic with clothing, so I don’t think I really knew what I was doing with her. I never liked Tecna’s original design, so I kinda designed her with the idea of ‘ What would make her look cool to me?' I did always like her wings though so I wanted to look similar to her original ones.

Musa: She originally had baggy pants and a cropped spaghetti strap shirt with a red mesh shirt over it, but I thought that look was done alot with other people’s designs, so I opted to give her a baggy jacket + skirt and sheer leggings instead. Her wings are records and the bottom part is supposed to be reminiscent of sheet music (I know there are more lines lol) It’s a little on the nose, but I don’t care cause it’s cute.

Aisha/Layla: Aisha was probably the hardest to design cause I really didn’t know what I was doing with her. Her sketch has a skirt with a cloud looking hem, that was supposed to be like seafoam. I ended up scrapping that though cause I thought the skirt looked kinda ugly and didn’t fit with all the other designs. She ended up getting pants with sheer flowy legs. I still think the teal part of her pants are a little plain, but I still think it looks better than the skirt. I was gonna lean her color palette towards blue cause her original outfit was just straight green? Turns out the green can work if you pair it with other oceany colors. Her wings are basic butterfly because water looking wings are hard to draw.

Flora: She had the best costume in my opinion, so I just added stuff to what she had already. The middle segment of her dress was meant to look like a petal as were her wings. When I was coloring her was about the time I decided everyone gets a sheer sparkly clothing piece, so there’s some sort of correlation happening. 

Stella: Blue, added lots of blue. She represents the sun and moon, but there is hardly any moon in her design. She almost had heterochromia, but I thought that was too much blue. And yeah I know gladiator/goddess Stella is overdone, but it works well for her. Also I thought it’s be fun if the fashionista of the group was also the fighter. Get you a girl who can do both. Dragonfly wings cause I think they fit, maybe I should’ve gone with moth wings?

Bloom: I can’t remember what, but I know Bloom had a trait about her that was related to a dragon, so she gets a medieval aesthetic. Knight armor + princess skirt and crown + dragon/fire inspired wings. Bloom’s also supposed to look more plain jane in design compared to everyone else.

MORE PARENTS, this time sketchy Max edition oooooo! This is more fun because I get to make it all up HAH.

Mk! Max's mom is a huge Betty Boop fan as well as comics in general. She tries to dress like a comic character every day, usually Betty because she's her favorite, with her own personal touches. She's a very powerful psychic/spirit medium and makes all her income through real and fake readings. Real ones always happen out of the blue and are a bit scary because they're involuntary and it's spirits talking directly through her with Knowledge From The Universe. Ooooo~. She's very knowledgeable about spiritual things, classic movies with Dames in them, and comics but can be a bit clueless about most everything else. Loves wigs, gossiping with Sam's dad (who I've named Walter for fun), and random acts of violence.

Dad's an ex-"salesman". He gets his wife clients (both living and dead) as his job nowadays but he used to be one of those miracle cure folks that would say anything to get a sale. He's got a Cop Sense because of this job as well as the ability to read people, the latter of which he likes to bust out to impress people. The eye's glaucoma (he got punched right in the eye by an angry former client), not heterochromia, but he's too scared of doctors to get it fixed so he just walks around half blind. He used to wear suits all the time for his job but he hated it so now he goes as casual as he can without being naked. His shades are specially made by his wife so he can see the dead. He still can't hear them but seeing them helps a lot with work. Loves gambling, card tricks, and also the violence.

The two of them have a bunch of kids (11) because a big secondary income is giving spirits a reincarnation if they lead the couple to something valuable like things the spirit was buried with, lost treasure, hidden paintings, or cash they had in life. They neglect to mention that 99.99999% of the time the dead have no memories after being reborn but... details! They got married after the wife (I think I'll call her Viv) met the husband (..Howie :3) at a carnival and instantly had a vision they'd get married after he found a ring but she didn't know where or when. He found one same-day and they were married the next.

And at this point I think I named everyone but Sam's mom so her name is Ann. Yeah!

What are the (Willy’s) crew’s personalities?

Jerry : In the first place he seems kind, friendly and fun to hang around, but when you know him, he is narcissistic, egocentric and manipulative. But he can be worried and he cares for his crew. He is also the kind of "boomer dad", like, bad jokes, always bothering... things like that.

Tony : He is an adorable shy smol bean, he is really emotional, even a drama queen sometimes. He is really kind, he doesnt really have a bad side tho, except he is pretty anxious and, since his trauma and his accident, he get schizophrenia, so sometimes he seems lost, and sometimes things he says doesn't have some or any sense at all. For the killing part, he just hallucinate his abuser or just someone looks like him, so he kill them and his whole family.

Fun (sad) fact : He get a car crash accident at a young age, that have get both of his hands broken, but with time he could use them again. But, when he is anxious, his hands shakes, and he can’t control that unfortunately, and when it is, Rafael is here to calm him down and take care of him.

Rafael : Such a flirty man. But a good guy too, really cool and fun to hang around, his English is not really perfect, but his strong accent makes it cute. He likes talking about Mexican culture, food, and language. He is really high for a Hispanic and have heterochromia, it makes him pretty special. Even if he is charming, but like everyone he have his dark side, he have some obsessional and jealousy issues, I can tell he literally a yandere. If he loves you, he will make sure you belong to him. He is overprotective too, if you dare mess with Sophia, Tony or even Camelia, he’ll make sure you see death as soon as he can, like Tony’s family abuser and Sophia’s ex boyfriend. Or he just kill for pure pleasure, he get his sadism since his father’s death.

Fun fact : He likes cooking, so sometimes he makes food for the crew in the end of the day, or for special case at the restaurant like “Mexican or Taco day”.

Other fact : His “flirting” and “charming” part, made him have an illegitimate child.

Oliver : Really active. Too much active even, you’ll be sure that kids would be exhausted at the end of the day with them. There is a kind of rivalry between them and Rafael, so just imagine a kind of “Cowboy vs Mexican fight” in the restaurant with kids (yeah I imagine that Ozzie it’s kind of Cowboy them or something like that). They have ADHD, so sometimes they forgets things, like, which table they have to serve right now. As for the killing parts, they have some kind of impulses, if they want to, they will.

Fun fact : He is from Louisiana, so cooking is his thing too, sometimes him and Rafael fight (again) for who will cook or who will cook the best-

Fact again : He is in a Polyamorous relationship with Tony and Rafael (argh yes I think about this ‘love hate’ relationship), so he gets in and out whenever he needs.

Sophia : The pretty girl, and the pure feminist of the group. She is awesome with children, she would play hide and seek in Sara’s forest, which she is extremely good in it. She is also Rafael best friend (I just can’t stop thinking about her bringing Rafael to shopping and she makes him trying dresses and things like that lmao). She is also really attractive, so she use that to kill cheaters, liars, and toxic men.

Fun fact : She would go see Rafael when she doesn’t feels great (like with her toxic boyfriend), he is her confident.

James : Mmmh the « always angry British » guy, he is the tsundere of the crew, like literally. He get flustered easily. He drink, even too much. So just imagine when he is at the bar with one of the member of the crew, or he even when there is a kind of party night (with the crew of course). But, he is cool, he likes talking and being in calm places, he loves medieval history too. Kills part, well, it’s mostly when he is extremely drunk, or really angry. He have angry emotional problem.

Camelia : The mom of the crew, she is sweet, but she have the serious mom mood, like if you dare to take a cookie without asking, you’ll get a rolling pin hit from her (mmh Rafael ? Yes, he get many hits, but he is high enough to run away easily). She can get dark tho, she is pretty manipulative, if a family isn’t great with her, she will drug them or put toxic products in their foods.

Fun (even cute) fact : She is a mom to Rafael, since he left his biological one at a very young age, she became quickly the mother figure to him.

Henry : The dad one, he is like a sweet dad, he is pretty serious, in his work and personal life. He gives good good advice to the young ones (so Sophia, Raphael and Oliver).

What do your elf eyes see? Runaan and Nyx

This is exactly the kind of distraction I needed today, so please feel free to get inordinately excited about this like I did.

First, a collection of fun but seemingly unrelated eye facts in TDP:

Runaan has mild heterochromia, with his left eye being just a little lighter in hue than his right.

Viren’s eyes are gray, until Aaravos puts bug spit on one of them and turns it a nice purple like his own astral-projection eyes.

Nyx has obvious heterochromia, with one blue eye and one brown.

And the oasis in the Midnight Desert sure is fun, pretty, and mysterious.

Eyes are cool, eyes are fun. They’re pretty, and there’s some cool subtext about seeing clearly, vision, etc. etc. going on too.

But I’m gonna talk about color today. Actual literal eye color. And what it means for Runaan, Nyx, and the defense of Xadia.

Here’s a smidge of background: @kotikala​ had an awesome hc that Nyx was actually guarding the oasis, that her endless nomadic lifestyle was really so someone was always nearby for some reason. I added the observation that the big weird swoops in the black sand looked not-random, and kind of like huge (warding?) runes one might draw with the tail of an ambler, which could be refreshed against windstorms on every circuit around the desert.

The oasis is clearly Moonshadow. The obelisks, the towers, and even the tents are bristling with Moonshadow motifs.

Maybe Nyx is there because Skywings like to be mobile and Moonshadows don’t. And also because shadows are hard to come by in a desert.

So what does the oasis have to do with eyes?

Let’s set the scene with some S3 developments.

Viren’s eyes used to match, until Aaravos performed some kind of spell and turned one of them a different color.

The thing is, when one of Viren’s eyes changed color, so did one of Aaravos’s.

His right eye, presumably, has changed to match more closely with Viren’s right, as if he has given up some of his color to affect it.

*rubs hands gleefully* So let’s take a look at Nyx and Runaan’s eyes. If their left eyes have some kind of similar connection, the blue of her left eye should match pretty closely with the blue of his right eye. So, just a quick dropper test to get us started:

UMM!! 

I... I can barely tell them apart, guys. And I can’t remember who’s is whose, so:

(They’re not perfectly identical--and pixels be pixels--but I don’t have a 3D turnaround headshot for Runaan to compare with Nyx’s, so I had to use a screenshot in the best lighting I could find. Even then, it’s nearly impossible for me to spot the difference.)

The design team could’ve picked any color for Nyx’s left eye if they only wanted her to be a cute Skywing with heterochromia. But they picked the colors of Runaan’s right eye. (btw I checked, and her right eye doesn’t match Ethari’s) And since we’ve seen Viren’s eye change color due to magic, and we can tell that Aaravos’s eyes don’t 100% match after the eye spell he did, I think this counts as a secret parallel in the show.

I think it means that Runaan can see through Nyx’s eye, at least sometimes. Probably with some extras that Aaravos just skipped over with Viren, like asking permission and being able to withdraw it. Consent is not Aaravos’s strong suit, but Runaan would want a willing ally for security’s sake--even if he has to work with a chaotic Skywing. (omg the Rayla parallels, omg the Callum parallels)

Why would Runaan want to do a spell like this? Security of the oasis. It’s a Moonshadow place, clearly very important since it’s guarded by the Wonderwall. And he’s the leader of the assassins. Security--protecting Xadia--is his whole job. Nyx could be some kind of ambling security camera for him.

Why would Nyx agree to something like this, though? This trope can be very iffy, and as we’ve seen with Viren, it’s easy to abuse it. Maybe their arrangement gives her almost complete autonomy in the desert with no one pestering her except some random bossy Moonshadow elf every full moon or something, and he’s not even there in person, he just knocks on her eye and asks to take a look around for a second, maybe to make sure the Wonderwall looks tip top and the tents are okay. (because Moonshadows like tents, apparently) 

We don’t know anything about the oasis yet other than what it looks like, so maybe it doesn’t get much, or any, use, and Runaan’s connection to her is more of a Use In Case Of Emergency kind of thing and they’ve never even talked aside from when the spell was created. Either way, changing eye color via a watching spell might be a small price to pay for all the cool salvage she finds all over the desert while she’s “working.”

Additionally, Nyx’s staff has Moonshadow motifs in it. Moonshadow colors, Runaan’s actual shoulder markings, Moon rune points! I love headcanoning that Ethari made it for her--and then she used it to smack his arrow. What a chaos bird.

Rayla seems to recognize something about it, while Callum’s all “Something so strangely familiar.” Yeah, you think?

Alternately, there could be some angst in here. Just because Nyx has Runaan’s eye color and an Ethari Special in her hands doesn’t mean she really wants them. Maybe she, and maybe Runaan too, feel this is one of those “duty first” kinds of things. I can see Runaan making this part of his “my heart for Xadia” mentality, doing whatever it takes, but maybe this explains why Nyx is her particular brand of chaotic. Skywings like their independence, and living with the possibility of a broody Moonshadow borrowing your eye sometimes is likely less independence than Nyx would like if she had her druthers. If she didn’t enthusiastically sign up for the eye spell, she could act more rebellious and chaotic than she normally would--destroying lighthawks, stealing dragons, you know, the whole Hanna Solo bit.

If I had to guess, I’d go with some cooperative shenaniganry, like echoes of the Order of the Phoenix from 300 years ago. Standing against Aaravos put the elves all on the same side, so Runaan resigns himself to this extra duty pretty quickly, and Nyx finds a way to answer the question “But what’s in it for me?” pretty quickly.

As for how Runaan might use this, say, while he was in an extreme situation? Well, first of all, he wouldn’t if he was planning to die in Viren’s dungeon. If he called for help, he’d only be endangering more elves. Plus, his honor was a bit tattery at the moment, and he might’ve felt he didn’t deserve saving even if it were easy (don’t, don’t get me started). 

And second, I’ve got no idea how their connection might function, except that it’s got to be different than Aaravos and Viren’s. Is it to do with her staff, maybe, and certain phases of the moon? That seems very Moonshadow. 

Also, thirdly, I don’t know how much these two characters interact, so it’s possible Runaan “I have trust issues” of the Moonshadow Elves wouldn’t trust Nyx to carry a message for him to the nearest shady pawn broker, let alone Ethari. But I did think about it, ha. I’m really hoping now that we get to see some hints or use for this connection in future seasons, whenever we get to learn more about the oasis! 

The only downside I’m getting from this wild detail and fun headcanoning is that I really enjoyed Nyx having natural heterochromia. But she’s still amazing, and her eyes are still brilliantly pretty, and I support her.

Mismatched Eyes (USWNT x Reader)

Anonymous Request:  They Reader is on the USWNT and has very unique eyes (heterochromia)  but she hides them because she was bullied when she was younger about them. The reader loses her contact and tries to hide her eyes and the team notices and tells her that her eyes are perfect.

“Fuck, I didn’t pack my contacts, fuck, fuck, fuck, FUCK.” You growl under your breath as you rifle nervously through your bags in search of your container with your contacts inside.  

You intertwine your fingers, your hands slipping behind your head and resting against the back of your skull.  

“What do I do? What do I do? What do I do?” You chant over and over again your heart racing 1000 miles a minute.  

You adjust the sunglasses on your face and glance around the room, relieved when you realize that it’s empty, your teammates having already made their way out onto the field for practice.  

You slowly move to your feet and make your way towards a nearby mirror looking at your discolored eyes with a frown.  

You trusted your teammates, you loved them like family, but still that nagging voice in the back of your mind told you that they would make fun of you like everyone else had when they saw the real color of your eyes.  

You run your hands down your face and swallow hard, the memories of angry taunting voices making fun of you running through your brain.  

What a freak! Look at her eyes!  

Weirdo.  

You shake your head, bringing yourself back to reality, it’s then you realize that tears are streaming down your face at the prospect of being treated like that again, but there’s no way your teammates would treat you that way...  

Right?

Curious eyes follow you across field as you adjust the sunglasses on your face, hoping that no one draws any attention to you, but you quickly realize everyone’s attention is already on you.  

“Wh-What?” You stammer, swallowing hard and Megan snickers.  

“You know you can’t wear sunglasses during practice.” She teases and you glance away, stomach churning as your heart pounds in your chest.  

Realizing everyone’s eyes are on you, you turn away, breath quickening as your eyes dart around nervously.  

“Whoa, are you okay?” Megan asks, putting a hand on your shoulder, your other teammates making their way towards you, Vlatko in tow.

“Y/N? What’s wrong?” Tobin asks a hand on your back.  

You slap a hand over your mouth, running to a nearby trash can and vomit, your earlier breakfast now in the dirty bin in front of you.  

“Aww shit.” You hear Kelley mumble before someone pulls your hair back out of your face.  

“It’s okay, let it out.” Christen whispers as she runs a hand down your back and you shiver, more of the contents of your stomach ending up in the trash can.  

When the unpleasantness is finally over, Alex passes you a fresh bottle of water, the woman patting your back as you rinse your mouth out, taking a big gulp of water with a lengthy sigh.  

“Come on Y/N, comes sit down.” Vlatko says kindly and you nod, your teammates leading you to the bench, surrounding you in concern.  

“Do you still feel sick?” Christen asks and you shake your head, again chugging some water.  

Luckily for you, your sunglasses had stayed on during your vomiting session, you knew you’d eventually need to take them off, but that thought made your stomach yet again ache.  

“What’s going on Y/N?” Emily asks and you glance away, a tear sliding down your cheek, followed by another, then another, soon you’re full out sobbing, your teammates immediately wrapping their arms around you.  

“Whatever it is, you can tell us Y/N.” Ali whispers and you sniffle.  

“Yeah kid, we love you.” Ashlyn ruffles your hair and you chuckle.  

Wordlessly, Alyssa comes up behind you, kissing the back of your head as she whispers soft assurances in your ear.  

“Tell us what’s wrong Y/N...” Mallory asks.  

“We can help.” Becky guides a hand gently down your arm.  

“Please let us help.” Julie whispers sadly and you swallow hard, nodding.  

You remain silent for a moment, shaking your head, but another cacophony of voices yet again begs you to reconsider.  

“Please Y/N?” Carli asks, Crystal quick to voice her opinion.  

“You know we’re here for you no matter what.”  

“We love you Y/N, just let us help.” Lindsey asks, all the while Christen and Kelley are ridding your cheeks of tears, Alex and Tobin on either side of your, their arms wrapped around you.  

You take a deep breath, nodding.  

You knew you couldn’t keep it hidden from then forever, and if they were going to find out, now would be a good of time as any.  

With shaking hands, you reach for your sunglasses, your eyes slammed shut as you slip them off your face.  

Christen’s brows furrow, as do the rest of your teammates as you tilt your head down, your eyes still squeezed shut.  

“Y/N, what is it?” Christen asks worriedly and you take a deep breath before sitting up, your eyes fluttering open.  

“Whoa.” Sonnett whispers at the first look at your mismatched eyes, one a bright blue, the other a bright green.  

“That’s dope.” Kelley whispers and you grin, shaking your head with a laugh.  

“Your eyes are so cool.” Mallory whispers in awe and you swallow hard.  

“You mean... You aren’t...” You tilt your head back to look at the others, instead of seeing utter disgust you see intrigue and surprise.  

“Aren’t what sweetie?” Ali asks, tapping the tip of your nose and you chuckle.  

“Aren’t going to make fun of me...?” You murmur and Kelley scoffs.  

“Not a chance!”  

“No way!”  

“Someone made fun of you!? WHO WAS IT!?”  

A cacophony of shouting voices makes you smile, your heart swelling in your chest.  

“I- people used to make fun of me a lot for it...” You wiggle nervously and Tobin shakes her head.  

“Well screw them.” She grumbles angrily and you smile.  

“We love you Y/N, just the way you are.” Christen cups your cheeks, again riding them of tears and you grin, sniffling softly.  

“I love you guys too.” You whisper, your eyes darting around the group of smiling women, their eyes holding nothing but love.  

“And if anyone makes fun of you, we’ll literally kill them.” Lindsey smirks and Sonnett nods, Kelley jumps to her feet.  

“Not without me you won’t.”  

You watch the trio devise a plan, a massive megawatt grin on your face.  

Megan gives your back a pat.  

“Don’t feel like you ever have to hide anything from us again...” She smiles, running her fingers through your hair and you grin, your teammates looking on nodding in agreement.  

You nod.  

“I won’t.”

BNHA Kid Headcanons

KIRIBAKU

-Eijirou had always wanted a lot of kids

-and Katsuki can't say no to his husband

-so there's 5 of them

-(damn 5 whole children)

-their kids call them Papa (Eijirou) and Dad (Katsuki)

-the first one is a girl

-she's just a copy-paste katsuki (personality wise) but with a better attitude

-they were figuring out how to raise kids

-they did pretty well, I think

-Her quirk is Fragmentation (She can make spikes on her body, then shoot them off like missles)

-her name is Mieko (Already Prosperous)

-the second one was a boy

-he ended up much more like Eijirou

-overall a radical little dude

-his quirk is Lavanic (he secretes lava like how Mina secretes acid)

-his name is Akio (Bright Man; Manly; Hero)

-(wow so original)

-the third one was born a male but she's more comfortable identifying as a girl so she's a she and that's that

-suprisingly timid for being raised by Katsuki and Eijirou

-also surprisingly, she still manages to be more like Katsuki whilst being timid

-passionate, stubborn, probably has some sort of complex, etc.

-her quirk is Pressure Blow (she hardens her own skin, but not as strong as Eijirou can, and when it breaks, there's an explosion)

-the last two are twins

TODODEKU

-Shouto was worried when Izuku brought up the prospect of having kids

-he didn't want to fuck them up because he had a terrible dad

-"Izuku you didn't have a dad and I wish I didn't have a dad we're gonna fuck up this poor kid"

-Izuku respected his wishes and accepted the fact that they probably wouldn't have kids

-until Shouto had a chat with Natsuo (after Natsu became a dad)

-"Here's how I think of it, little bro; I'm gonna be the best fucking dad to this kid to show Endeavor that no matter how badly he fucked me up, I can still be happy with a better family than he will ever have"

-that certainly changed Shouto's perspective on things

-"oh yeah don't forget to have a good support system and do research on how to raise a kid or idk ask someone with actually good parents ok good luck buddy"

-So Shouto was lile "hey maybe we can try this kid thing out I did research and I'm feeling a bit more confident in my ability to raise a human"

-he does fall on the autism spectrum, but he works hard to not let that hold him back

-Tsu and Ochako are very supportive of their boy

-his quirk is Space Boy (He can increase or lower the amount of gravity affecting himself or anything he kicks)

-his name is Takiyo (waterfall)

-fun fact: he has half-n-half hair (half brown half green)

-their second child is a beautiful girl

-she's sisterly and energetic

-she doesn't really "get" hero culture and the desire for that lifestyle

-her quirk is Frog Morph (she can turn into a frog)

-her quirk is pretty plain, but she doesn't care

-her name is Ezumo (Fountain; cloud)

-Ochako and Tsu didn't have another kid for some time for no one reason

-but they did have another!

-he's a wittle itsy bitsy baby boy!

-he has a moon birthmark around his left eye

-(man their kids have alot of half-n-half bastard traits)

His quirk is Orbit (anything he touches starts to orbit around himself)

-His name is Tsuki (Moon), but he's nicknamed Usagi (Rabbit)

- the kids call their moms Haha (Ochako) and Mama (Tsuyu)

-Since Ochako and Tsuyu didn't take each other's last names, their kids have alternating last names

-Takiyo and Tsuki have the Asui last name, and Ezumo has the Uraraka last name

SHINKAMISERO

-Denki and Hanta were the ones most excited to have kids at first, and Hitoshi was like 'cool go nuts I'll help raise them'

-So, biologically, their first kid's parents are Hanta and Denki

-but he's still very close to Hitoshi

-he looks and acts a lot like Hanta

-he's an all around sk8r boi

-his quirk is Electric Tape (basically Hanta's quirk but he can send and harness electricity via his tape)

-His name is Takeo (Warrior)

-one day when he was young, he had a really bad nightmare, and the only one of his dads awake was Hitoshi (since he's an insomniac)

-Hitoshi listened to his boy's rambling, and told him that no matter what monster or villain comes after him, he promises that he'd always protect him

-but one day, some B-tier villains broke into their home while Hanta and Denki were out doing Hero things

-Hitoshi tried to take them down, but they anticipated fighting him and had a strategy to take him down and ended up knocking him out

-when he was woken up by the police, they discovered that Takeo had been taken by the villains

-for five days, the villains had held him for ransom

-and for those five days, Hitoshi worked literally non-stop to try and track down and rescue Takeo

-after those five days, they ended up paying the ransom, and Takeo was returned to the police and his family safely

-except for a large gash on his shoulder he got during the initial break-in

-the whole event deterred Hitoshi from having more kids

-he was very anxious about being there for Takeo, and Hanta and Denki understood that

-so he and his husbands didn't have kids for like 15 years

-at this point, Takeo is a teenager, more independent, and is stronger/can tale care of himself

-Hitoshi feels better now about being able to put his attention elsewhere (focus less on Takeo)

-so he brought up to his husbands "Hey, do ya maybe wanna have another kid?"

-and they were like "omigosh yeah totally yes let us have another child"

-and there were twins!

-one boy and one girl!

-Hitoshi was just as confused as Baku when twins showed up

-"hol' up I only signed up for 1 kid not 2"

-"too bad they're yours"

-"Two for the price of one!" <- that's Hanta

-Biologically speaking, both of them are Hitoshi's, but the boy has Denki's DNA and the girl has Hanta's

-the boy has a resting bitch face and cries a lot

-the girl has resting sad face, but she's actually pretty cool

-the boy's quirk is Electroshock Therapy (mostly like Denki's quirk, except when he shocks you, you're under his control) and the girl's name is Mind Bind (it looks like Deku's Black Whip, except whenever it wraps around someone, they're under her control)

-the boy's name is Masashi (Commander; General) and the girl's name is Maemi (Honest Child)

-it's a bit weird for Takeo to have newborn siblings, but he loves them regardless!

-the kids call their dads Dad (Hitoshi), Pop (Denki), and Dada (Hanta)

AOMINA

-since I HC that Yuuga is graysexual, he didn't really vibe with kids for a while after they were married

-but Mina was totally fine with that!

-"hey it means I can still say fuck in my own house it's cool it's cool"

-although when Mina expressed further interest in kids a bit down the line, Yuuga was like "mmmmokay why not"

-and they had a girl!

-she has pink skin and weird eyes like Mina, but blonde hair and purple eyes like Yuuga!

-she also doesn't have horns

-she's very much like Mina

-she comes off as narcissistic at times, but she just has enough self-confidence for two people

-her quirk is Glo Splash (from one side of her body, she secretes one of the chemicals that make up the liquid in glow sticks, and the other half of her secretes the other chemical. She can mix them together to make it glow!)

-her name is Minako (child of Mina)

-Mina is not allowed to name their children anymore

-so when their son is born, Yuuga named him

-he got pink hair and horns and yellow eyes, but normal skin and normal eyes

-he's oddly very timid and anxious, which gives him a disconnect from the rest of his outgoing family

-his quirk is Lazer Horn (he can shoot lasers like Yuuga's from his horns)

-his name is Yukio (Snow Boy)

-the kids have hyphenated last names (Ashido-Aoyama) as opposed to having only one last name like their parents

-the most fab family has matching names: Yuuga and Yukio, Mina and Minako

-both the kids are fluent in French, and know snippets of English (we stan multilingual families)

-the kids call their parents Père (Yuuga) and Mama (Mina)

HAGOJIROU

-since Tooru was already pregananant when they got married, their first kid was quite a tad older than the majority of their Classmate's kids

-eh it's fine tho

-the first kid was a beautiful girl!

-due to her quirk, she likes to wear bright, complex clothing as to not go unnoticed

-she also makes a point to talk relatively loudly especially when in crowds

-her quirk is Ninja (physically, she is only an outline. She cannot be seen if she is standing still or the person looking for her doesn't know she's there)

-her name is Chieko (child blessed with wisdom)

-they had a second child a few years later on

-a boy!

-his fav hero is Ground Zero (to Mashirao's dismay)

-anyone who says otherwise can catch these hands

-he is also a woman respecter 100% through and through

-he can and will kick ass

-his quirk is Invisishift (he can turn himself invisible)

-kinda plain, but he loves it!

-his name is Ryuji (Dragon Child)

-A couple years after that (7-8 years or so) they had one more kid

-yet another boy!

-he's a lot like his mom (likes pranks, friendly, just a cool dude)

-he has really poofy curly hair

-his quirk is Tail (it's just Mashirao's quirk idk what to tell y'all)

-his name is Taishiro (Ambitious Boy)

-(i JUST learned that he shares his name with Fat Gum that was not planned I promise)

-all the kids can kick ass

-"Martial arts is an excellent form of exercise for children!" <- Mashirao

-the kids call their parents Mum (Tooru) and Pops (Mashirao)

-everyone's last name is Ojirou

MOMOJIROU

-Momo was really excited to have kids when their friends started announcing their pregnancies/having kids

-Baby Fever if you will

-Kyouka also wanted kids, but wasn't as outwardly excited as Momo

-and they had twiiiiiiiins

-also one boy and one girl

-because apparently there can't be same-sex twins in my headcanons

-the girl is more like Kyouka

-kinda punk, wants to be a hero, all that jazz (haha music)

-the boy is more like Momo

-elegant, charismatic, wants to go into Hero Management

-the girl's quirk is Stereo Heart (she has earphone jacks, and can play any sound she's ever heard, plus combinations) and the boy's is Bass Boost (he also has earphone jacks, but he can only alter his heartbeat (increase bass, vibrato, ect.))

-the girl's name is Satoshi (Intelligent History) and the boy's is Utano (Field Of Songs)

-both the kids are musically talented and very smart

-sometimes Kyouka and Momo can't tell which parent the kid is calling for, so they usually both yelling back (or the wrong one)
