I’m fully losing itttttt.
I now have what’s sure to be a raging headache and my chest hurtsss. Because I had the audacity to put the baked oatmeal in the freezer and then shower.
#I need to lay down to get my hr below fucking 90 for more than 2 minutes#but my hair is wet from said shower and if I lay on it it’ll be fucked#on one hand I should probably talk to a doctor about this because it’s been plaguing me all week#I almost passed out because I bent over to get something from under the sink while making scones#but on the other hand I’m 99% sure I’ll just get told that the only problem I could possibly have is caused by being overweight#you know#because doctors suck and I’ve never once gotten a different diagnosis#like in college I was as fit as I’ve ever been and was hit with hard fatigue for a month straight and it was fucking with my life#I also just felt nauseous all the time and flipped hard between too hot and too cold in a static temp room#they called me a week later to tell me all my lab results were normal but that i likely just needed to lose weight#I spent 24/7 walking back and forth across campus and doing stairs because I was a double major#with three jobs and an actual social life#but yeah everything was totally normal and not concerning at all 🙄#i need a new personal tag#idk
