it's been almost a full year since i applied for disability income!! they are still processing my application 🤡🤡🥲🥲
#my lawyers said a couple weeks ago that SS finally at least got a human assigned to review my case#but its still taking FOREVER. i was hoping the cancer diagnosis and amputation would speed things up 🥲#but whatever at least when i get backpay (however far that may be) it'll be a FAT check#im hoping it happens before i finish treatment so i can use the backpay on our trip after!!#and also autumn and i wanna move and we cant reasonably afford it if i have no income oof#our lease is up in december and they offered us another 6 months before they need our unit for renovations#if im receiving any federal income by that time maybe autumn and i can upsize#bc this tiny 1/1 apartment is NOT big enough to hold all our shit and still be accessible for me /:#chatter
