one of my favourite activities as a kid was watching those little trailer snippets on dvds you get for other shows/(in my case anime specifically) on repeat… genuinely i would watch the same 1-2 minute clip dozens of times and have a blast. but nowadays they don’t feel like adding those little extras THE MENUS DON’T EVEN HAVE MUSIC ANYMORE MY GOD

#one of my favourite ones was for the utena movie.#but this post was brought to you by me searching for my old inuyasha dvds #romeo’s wretched rambles #also remembering the golden days of when dvd boxes had more than like 4 eps for an obscene amount of money.#i remember those original inuyasha boxes with like 28 episodes costing 30 bucks…#i understand that this issue is complex but like. i still can’t afford most of them lmao.#we barely were able to back then too but that’s beside the point #as a dvd lover it hurts
