its so crazy bc i am pretty confident the myriad of health conditions ive had in the last year was pure mental issues causing actual physical symptoms however when it comes to heart issues its like. ok well thats a little harder to write off as being something else 😵‍💫 i Do binge drink and kind of have been for the last....almost 8 years LOL and then throw almost 5 years of consistent and constant nicotine usage via vaping like. these things that feel like heart palpitations may actually be a sign of poor heart health huh☝️Rats!
