Shoutout to the 1mil+ scoville hot sauce my friend made. A little dab of it on some food is unironically like getting a buzz from a beer or something. You dont really think of spicyness as a substance to take, but when it is this strong it is absolutely like taking a drug. Some not quite shower thoughts for the evening.
#text#nacho thoughts?#cause I did have some nachos just now#home made refried beans go so hard#and they make nachos so much better#I honestly dont mind the stuff in a can#but it's not on the same level#and then some cheese#some jalapeno#dip a knife in some greek yogurt and kinda fling little bits at the nachos after you stick em under the broiler#it's basically sour cream ok#then some cilantro#you could put meat on them too#but I dont usually#and then some very sparing dabs of the turbo hot sauce#the peppers it is from are around 1.8mil#but there is some fruit mixed in for the hot sauce and idk what fermentation does to heat levels#but it is well into the millions
