Shoutout to the 1mil+ scoville hot sauce my friend made. A little dab of it on some food is unironically like getting a buzz from a beer or something. You dont really think of spicyness as a substance to take, but when it is this strong it is absolutely like taking a drug. Some not quite shower thoughts for the evening.

#text #nacho thoughts?#cause I did have some nachos just now #home made refried beans go so hard #and they make nachos so much better #I honestly dont mind the stuff in a can #but it's not on the same level #and then some cheese #some jalapeno #dip a knife in some greek yogurt and kinda fling little bits at the nachos after you stick em under the broiler #it's basically sour cream ok #then some cilantro #you could put meat on them too #but I dont usually #and then some very sparing dabs of the turbo hot sauce #the peppers it is from are around 1.8mil #but there is some fruit mixed in for the hot sauce and idk what fermentation does to heat levels #but it is well into the millions
