okay when i remember to do so, im gonna add the signifier tags. it doesnt matter on the western side of things. but like, kaihaku is a much smaller ship compared to hakukai. and ppl who ship them as switches wont care, but i care. maybe it's bc i've been interacting with two, three kaihaku shippers on twitter recently, but it's just very sad that 1. there's practically no one on the kaihaku ship (there are but it's a very small amount, y'all get what i mean) and 2. every time you try to look for your ship, u find another ship. i get that on the western fandom sphere it's hard to understand, but a better way to treat this(top or bottom naming etc) is to just view them as completely different ships. it's not the same ship. the ppl who strictly ship one and not the other do not see it as simply "oh it's just top and bottom who cares" bc not about that. it's just. an entirely separate ship.
(i rly should've this a while back when a chinese kaihaku shipper asked if they could translate my fic lol, but the fic they translated can go both ways coz it's pre-relationship, so i never did anything about it.)
I have no idea if ppl who read my fics have pref over who tops or bottoms but I hope ppl who read all my fics know that I ship them both ways, all the ways. But I don't write smut (well I don't post smut lol) so like, it feels weird to specify which dynamic is in the fic bc there's no topping or bottoming? Just dumb boys playing gay chicken? Like I can't use those signifier tags for "a vibe" the fic gives. That said, if it would be easier for some readers, I can add 白快 or 快白 or 白快白 etc etc in the additional tags as signifiers? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
