Jay has crazy good reflexes and senses because of the electrical pulses in his body being stronger. He’s capable to making plans and understanding his situation far more faster than everyone else, simply because his brain processes everything quickly. Everyone’s learnt not to sneak up on him, less you want a lightning scar like Kai does.

Nya almost has armour around some organs that are protected by water, and sweats an incredible amount to regulate her temperature. She can also name and feel every vein in the body, so theres that.

Kai can’t have form of burn, as his body is too resistant against it. His ability to handle heat is so high that even when he does get a burn, that ends up being severe, bro doesn’t even realise it.

Zane is capable of barely ever facing any muscle soreness like the others because of his element naturally healing him from it. Not that Wu’s training ever had mercy on them.

Cole’s skin is SHINING due to his element, because of mud baths, you will never catch this man having a pimple. His ability to sleep like a log also comes from the way his element of earth naturally calms the body.

Lloyd is capable of ALL of this plus the fact that even when he is dead he looks alive.
