lowkey one of the most infuriating things i see regularly now is artists on tiktok being interrogated by people accusing them of using ai that have no idea how to actually spot ai art. i keep seeing vids of artists posting timelapses and showing their layers in response to commenters who dont believe them no matter what they do. and im just like . who exactly do they think they’re helping. have artists not fucking suffered enough from the existence of generative ai already. its bad enough that artists work and jobs are getting stolen and the value of creative work is being degraded NOW we also gotta worry abt proving that we’re real and trying to avoid making art that looks like the slop that stole from US in the first place. bye
