i dont like being a hater about this bc its a case of me genuinely not being in the strike zone for it but every allusion/reference/homage to kamen rider is way cooler then the actual source material

#as much as ive seen its hard for me to muster up the disbelief to make that show work #but i love riderkick when its not in the source material #tho shin kamen rider did it for me #but thats a weird case of refraction of the original which wasnt awful for me #i post about this often bc it feels odd #everyone i speak to seems to be so into it that i feel like the odd man out for not getting it #my cynical ass could never strike a pose
