Klaus Mikaelson x Soulmate!Reader x Elijah Mikaelson Pt. 20
Word Count- 3.8k
Warnings- Swearing, injury, stick, Theo, Klaus, Theo and Klaus
“We’re going to go meet Bonnie’s birth mother. Want to join us?”
I blow out a low breath as Elena tells me her day plans over the phone. I ponder her question momentarily and then glance at Theo, who is currently curled into a sad ball on my bed.
“I would but…I’m on Theo watch duty. Gotta make sure he doesn’t have another mental breakdown,” I whisper the last part into the phone but Theo must’ve heard because I hear him mutter “bitch” at me.
“Yikes… How’s he doing,” Elena asks wearily.
I blow out another breath as Theo wails loudly, “You hear that?”
“Oh… definite yikes. Well, call us if you need anything ok? And, please stay inside, or don’t go anywhere near Stefan.”
I huff, “Ya trust me, I’m staying as far away from that bastard as I can.”
“You talking about Stefan,” I hear Theo growl out and I shush him.
“Tell Bonnie I’ll kick her mother’s ass if things go south,” I say into the phone and Elena’s voice gets muffled as she says something to someone near her.
“Bonnie says she will and she appreciates it,” Elena laughs.
We then say our goodbyes and I hang up the phone and remember the elephant in the room.
“You’ve really got to move on dude. It’s not like he’s dead,” I sit down on the edge of my bed and my brother sits up and glares at me. He’s wrapped up in a fluffy pink blanket so his glare is more pathetic than scary.
“Mind yourself, woman,” He bites, “What if your Gilbert left you?”
I begin to roll my eyes at him but stop and frown.
“SEE! You’d be in my position if your book buddy left you! So don’t come bitching at me because my SOULMATE left me,” He cries out and I let out a long breath.
“Can’t you have your mid-life crisis in your room?”
“The internet says you're not supposed to be alone in times of mourning,” He quickly responds.
“Ya well,” I rub my forehead, “You're giving me a fucking migraine.”
At the mention of my head, Theo frowns and leans closer to me inspecting my head, “How is your head? I swear to God as soon as I get my hands on that stupid bitchass motherfucking vampire imma kill him.”
I smile softly at him and sit back, “I’m fine now. And promise me if you see Stefan you will run the other way,” I say trying to hide the slight fear in my voice.
“Y/n he hurt you, I’m not going to just-”
“Theo! Please! Do you see how you are acting because Jeremy left you? If something were to happen to you…I’d be one hundred times worse than this. I couldn’t live in a world where you didn’t exist, alright? And Stefan he’s… not himself right now. He doesn't care about me and he definitely doesn’t care about you. So, promise me you’ll stay away from him.”
Theo nods and grabs my shoulders, bringing me in for a hug, “I’d lose my shit too if you weren’t here. That’s why it sucks I can’t defend you. Seeing you in the condition you were the other night was horrible.”
I think back to when Klaus dropped me off, and Theo was right at the front door to see it and also see the absolute wreck I was.
“I know and I’m sorry you had to see that,” I apologize.
Theo shakes his head, “You have nothing to apologize for,” Theo stops talking and then side-eyes me, “Also… would you like to explain to me why exactly Klaus, the Original hybrid, was on our front porch dropping you off?”
“Well…”
Flashback
The dark forest flies by me as Klaus drives down the dark road towards my house. An awkward silence fills Klaus’ expensive SUV as I stare at my fingers that are resting in my lap. You would think for someone who loves to hear himself talk so much he’d be yapping away but after he practically carried me to the car, and placed me into my seat, he hasn’t said a word.
After another moment I let out a sigh, “You didn’t have to take me home…I could’ve rode with Alastair.”
Klaus doesn’t move his eyes away from the road, “With Alastair’s track record of making sure you come to no harm…I decided I should start taking things into my own hands.”
I frown, “So what? You’re going to start stalking me now?”
Even in this poorly lit car, I can’t miss the small smirk on his face, “Hypothetically.”
“Great,” I say sarcastically.
Everything is silent for a moment until a car with its high beams on drives by us and I wince and let out a gasp of pain at the intrusion of light on my already pounding head.
“Here,” I hear Klaus’ voice and a biting sound and have to fight the urge to puke again when I see him bite into his wrist.
“Hell no,” I shake my head, “I’ll live with the headache.”
Klaus pretty much growls, “Sorry to burst your bubble, Princess. But, that little headache of yours is most likely a concussion. And I can’t have you falling asleep tonight and not waking up because of it. So just drink.”
I shake my head defiantly and watch his wrist heal itself, “I’ll live.”
Klaus turns and glares at me and if I was in a better state I would glare right back at the bitch but I’m so worn down that I just stare back at him. Klaus’ glare drops when he sees I’m not glaring back at him.
“Y/n, just drink…”
“What’s a mate?”
The car swerves and I quickly grab the closest thing to me which happens to be Klaus’ hand that is lying on the center console. Images of Stefan and the bridge flash in my mind and I feel like I’m on the verge of a panic attack. Or dying. I could definitely be dying too.
“Y/n! Y/n focus on me,” I hear Klaus’ voice in my head but I can’t seem to focus on anything or stop the panic attack that is building.
“Fuck it,” Is all I hear before the air is being taken out of my lungs and my face is being squished by Klaus’ large hands. It takes me a moment to register why I feel a pressure on my mouth but when I open my eyes and see Klaus’ face before mine I realize…Klaus is kissing me. Klaus whatever his last name is, is fucking kissing me. His lips are on my lips at this very moment. Holy shit.
I know I should push him off me but I’m going to blame it on my lack of consciousness right now because I’m leaning into him. I’m kissing him back.
Klaus pulls away from me a moment later and I stare at him wide-eyed. I bring my shaking hand up to my lips and trace my bottom lip with my finger, trying not to think about how right it felt to be that close to him.
“I’m sorry,  I shouldn’t have done that,” Klaus’ voice pulls me out of my stupor.
“Then…why did you?”
Klaus leans back and it seems like he’s trying to make as much distance between him and me as he possibly can, which sends a stabbing pain to my chest.
“You were having a panic attack. What I’ve learned over the years is that holding your breath will stop it.”
At Klaus’ reason, a wave of embarrassment flows through me. I can’t figure out why but, a sense of rejection fills me as well.
“Oh,” I softly say, “I’m sorry.”
I can feel Klaus’ stare as I look back down to my hands.
“Why are you apologizing?”
I shrug, “For freaking out. And for making you,” I point to my lips embarrassingly, “Y’know.”
A bigger wave of embarrassment runs through me at the sound of Klaus’ laugh.
“Trust me, Princess,” Klaus tugs on the end of my hair lightly to gain my attention, “Kissing you is the opposite of sorrowful.”
I look at Klaus’ who has a mix of a smirk and a smile on his face and I nod quickly before looking away, feeling a warmth build throughout me.
I notice now that we’ve pulled off to the side of the road.
“We can go now. I’m okay,” I gesture to the road ahead and try to catch a glimpse of Klaus out of the corner of my eye but he’s still staring at me.
“Not until you let me heal you.”
I shake my head, “You vampires keep trying to get me to drink your blood and it’s weird.”
Klaus’ eyes darken, “What other vampires?”
I shrug, “Just like Damon, and,” I pause, “Your brother.”
“You’ve drank Elijah’s blood but you won’t drink mine?”
Klaus’ harsh voice bites at me and I flinch back in my seat.
Klaus’ glare instantly drops as he runs a hand over his face, “You have no reason to flinch around me. I’d never… I’d never do anything like that to you.”
I frown at the man who has uprooted and ruined my friends’ lives over the past 4 months and shake my head, “Are you serious?!”
Klaus stares at me for a moment before leaning back in his seat again, “I’ve never laid a hand on you or your brother.”
At the mention of Theo I stiffen, “How do you know about him?”
Klaus looks at me with an “Are you serious” look.
“Alastair,” I say knowingly and growled.
“He’s not the best at protecting but he is great at getting information.”
I pause for a moment and then glare at him, “If you ever try anything against Theo, I swear to whatever Gods are out there I will-”
“Slow it, Princess,” Klaus raises a hand stopping me, “Your brother has nothing to fear from me. Hurting him is hurting you.”
“Why is not hurting me of importance to you? Because of what Stefan said in the car? We’re mates?”
My question has Klaus leaning forward and starting the car again.
“Seriously,” I exhale at him and he doesn’t spare me a glance.
“You don’t know what you’re talking about.”
I go to rub my hands over my face but Klaus’ hand grabs mine stopping me.
“You’re going to hit your wound. Put your hand down.”
“Why can’t I ever just know the truth? I’m so sick and tired of everyone hiding things from me like I’m so fucking kid! I haven’t been a kid in years and I can handle a lot more than you fuckers think I can.”
Klaus watches me for a moment and then shakes his head, “I don’t think you understand.”
“No, I understand you perfectly! I understand you’re just like the rest of them!”
“Y/n. Listen to me,” Klaus leans back over to me so my full attention is on him, “First of all, I’m nothing like anyone that you’ve ever met before, so don’t insult me. Second, I don’t think you’re a child. I can see it in your eyes, that look that mirrors my own. You and I are the same, Astin Min. And third, it’s not you that can’t handle it. It’s me.”
I stare at Klaus and he stares back at me.
“Why can’t you?”
Klaus runs his tongue over his teeth before letting out a sigh.
“Question for question,” He shakes his head slightly, “Correction. Question for a favor.”
I narrow my eyes at him and frown, “What kind of favor?”
Klaus smirks, “You drink my blood. I’ll answer your question.”
I groan as I stare at him. The idea of drinking his blood disgusts me but staying in the dark pisses me off.
“Fine. Let’s get the over with,” I lean over the console toward him and open my mouth.
Klaus seems to be almost surprised by my agreement as his eyebrows slightly raise. His eyes go towards my open mouth and for a moment in the dark car, I could swear a hint of red tints on his cheeks. But before I can stare too long Klaus bites into his wrist and presses it to my mouth. I think I’m about to vomit when the warm liquid hits my tongue but instead, I groan at the delicious taste. Embarrassment has me quickly pulling away and wiping my lips.
Klaus on the other hand is smirking like the fucking devil he is, “It’s better than Elijah’s, isn’t it.”
I glare at him, “I’m going to swing on you.”
Klaus releases a hearty laugh and I feel my upper lip twitch at the sound.
“It’s your turn Jackass,” I cut his laughing off and he rolls his eyes.
Klaus puts the car in drive and for a moment I think he’s going to back out of our deal but then he clears his throat.
“I’ve gone a thousand years without a weakness, Y/n. A thousand years with no one having any leverage over me, other than my father.,” He pauses at the mention of Mikael, “You threaten that. A thousand years, and now my biggest threat is an 18-year-old girl.”
He bitterly laughs out the last part as if he can’t believe it’s true.
“I’m no threat to you. You’re the great big bad hybrid. I can’t even run up a flight of stairs without getting winded. How could I ever harm you?”
Klaus turns to me and his eyes go towards my wounded head before turning back towards the road.
“You have no idea.”
“I’m not even going to ask how you knew how to get to my house without me telling you,” I say as I go to open my car door but Klaus speeds over to my side and opens it for me.
Maybe he and Elijah are related.
“You can ask, I can’t promise you’ll like the answer,” Klaus says as he helps me out of the car.
I get out and try to walk on my own but a wave of tiredness flows through me and I feel my knees buckle. Thankfully, I feel Klaus’ arm wrap around my waist to keep me up.
“What the hell?!”
Theo’s screeching voice has me cringing in pain and I can hear Klaus growl from beside me.
I open my eyes to see Theo running out of the front door and down the steps to me, wrapped in my fucking comforter.
“Unhand her you bitch,” Theo yells and points his finger at Klaus who looks entirely unimpressed with my younger brother’s antics.
“Theo, chill the fuck out and go back inside. I’ll be in in a moment,” I try to wave my brother away but he shushes me and grabs me out of Klaus’ arms.
“What kind of brother and manly protector would I be if I left you alone with this,” Theo glares at Klaus, who still has a hand on the bottom of my elbow, “thing.”
Klaus’ eyes go from my brother’s face to the giant lavender blanket wrapped around him, “I would insult you, but I know about your lack of male figures in your life. So this,” He gestures to the blanket, “Is not your fault. It appears your sister has just raised herself a sister.”
I swallow a laugh as Theo looks like he’s about to internally combust. He lets go of me and if it weren’t for Klaus’ hand on my elbow I probably would have fallen. Klaus narrows his eyes at my brother because of his actions.
“Who the fuck do you think you are,” Theo puts his fists up and I laugh at the amount of stupidness.
I look over to Klaus who’s standing next to me and he meets my eyes for a moment and then rolls his own.
“Klaus.”
“Well listen here Klau-”
Theo stops.
“Wait,” Theo’s eyes go from wide to wider as his mouth drops open when he realizes who he just tried fist fighting. Theo slowly drops his fists, “Did you just say Klaus?”
Klaus seems to be beside himself for getting this kind of reaction out of my brother and I glare at him, “The one and only.”
Theo stares wide-eyed at the Original for a moment before turning around towards our lawn. I think he’s going to make a run for it but he quickly leans down and then turns back. I watch in awe as he throws a fucking stick at Klaus, bonking the hybrid right in his pretty face.
“Quick, sister,” Theo yells as I feel him rip me out of Klaus’ arms and starts to drag me up the stairs.
“Theo! Hold the fuck on, you dumbass,” I pull away from my brother as we make it to the porch and he stares at me like I’ve grown two heads.
“What the fuck are you doing?!?!?”
“He’s not going to hurt us,” I tell my brother, “Or at least he wasn’t until you threw a fucking twig at his head.”
I look down at where Klaus is standing. I try to fight it but a loud laugh escapes my lips when I see him glaring up at us with the small twig breaking in his left hand.
“Luv, I know I made a promise about not hurting him, but I think I might have to break that,” He bites out and I instantly stiffen and move in front of my little brother.
“You’ll have to kill me first,” I threaten him and we glare back at each other.
“This sexual tension is freaking me out,” Theo’s voice takes my focus away from Klaus as I turn to glare at my brother instead.
“Shut up, Theo!”
“Oh, let the boy continue,” Klaus snarkily says and I turn back to glare at him. Thankfully the dark look from before has vanished and is now replaced by his usual smirk.
I feel Theo’s hand tug on mine and I squeeze his. Theo talks a tough game but I can feel the shaking coming from his hand.
“He hurt you Y/n,” Theo whispers to me as he stares wearily at my bloody head.
“Did not,” Klaus retorts.
Theo turns his attention back to the Original, “Did too!”
“Did no-”
“Jesus Christ stop you two,” I groan and rub my temple with my free hand, “Theo it was Stefan who hurt me. Klaus actually…helped me. I guess.”
I turn to see my brother’s confused face and can hear Klaus mutter “She guesses” under his breath.
“Stefan did this to you,” Theo questions, and as I nod his weary look turns to one of anger, “Fine. Then grab that stick we’re going to go stab Stefan instead.”
Theo begins to walk back down the steps and Klaus raises the stick up for him to take.
“I’ll join you, mate.”
I pull my brother back with a huff, “Theo go back inside. Now.”
Theo goes to argue but I glare at him.  With one last huff and an “I’m watching you” gesture to Klaus, he walks back inside. But I can see the living room curtain push open slightly so I know he’s still watching.
“You two are definitely related,” Klaus growls as he looks up at me.
“Sadly,” I respond.
Klaus and I stand there for another moment just watching each other and I feel my face warm up.
“Well…um. Thank I guess,” I say awkwardly and turn to the front door.
“Y/n,” Klaus’ voice has me stopping and turning over my shoulder to look at him. He looks like he’s about to say something else but then clears his throat.
“Good night.”

“YOU KISSED HIM?!?!?”
I roll my eyes as Theo stares wide-eyed at me.
“Technically, he kissed me,” I respond and Theo shakes his head.
“Nuh-uh you kissed him back,” He says and looks at me like I just committed the worst sin imaginable.
I look down at my hands as a wave of shame washes through me.
“You can’t tell anyone, Theo. Seriously. Not Jeremy, or Elena, or anyone,” I look at my brother worried.
Theo narrows his eyes, “Why not?”
I give him an “Are you serious” look.
Theo thinks for a moment and then nods, “Oh, ya. Crazy Pyshco that killed your best friend and is harassing all your friends now. Ya, secrets safe with me.”
I grab Theo’s hand, “Theo, I’m serious.”
Theo squeezes my hand, “I promise. Sibling pact and shit….Also,” Theo smirks, “Was it good?”
I frown, confused, “Was what good?”
“The kiss,” Theo smirks evilly.
I smile sweetly at my brother and then hit him upside the head with my hand.
“Ow, woman. Don’t be putting your filthy hands on my precious hair.”
“Your greasy hair,” I say back and he stares at me in shock.
“How dare you! It is not greasy,” He tries to fight back but when I raise an eyebrow at him he quickly stands up and runs to my mirror. The screech that leaves his mouth as he stares into the mirror has me rolling my eyes.
Theo quickly drops my blanket on the floor and runs out of the room. Not even 2 minutes later I hear the water from the shower turn on. I quickly stand up, shut my door, and then lock it.
—-
“Wait, so that means I can’t fist-fight Bonnie’s mother,” I ask Elena.
Elena called me as soon as she got home from her trip with Bonnie to meet Bonnie’s mother. I guess Bonnie’s mother ended up losing her magic when she did a spell to desecrate Mikael 16 years ago but is willing to try to get her magic back to help her daughter open the unopenable coffin or some shit. There’s so much going on in this town that everything’s starting to mesh together.
“No…I mean at least not right now,” Elena jokes and I huff.
“Fine. But if she hurts Bonnie I’m throwing my fist right into her throat,” I pretend to jab the air as I put the phone in between my shoulder and ear.
“Are you fighting the air right now,” Elena asks and I stop.
“No….”
Elena laughs, “Well, if you do need to fight her I’ll be there rooting for you.”
I smile, “Thanks, I appreciate it,” I pull up my towel that is wrapped around my body.
“I’ll talk to you tomorrow, okay,” I tell Elena and she agrees and I hang up the phone.
My still-wet hair leaves shivers on my body as I open my bedroom door and walk inside. But when my Y/E/C eyes meet brown eyes I stop.
“Hello, Elskan. I think you and I are long overdue for a chat.”

The Player and The Cheerleader
Tumblr media
Billy Hargrove x Cheerleader Reader
Summary: All Billy thinks cheerleading is that's it's just flips and splits. The view changes when he has a run in with a certain Hawkins High School cheerleader.
...........................................................................
Billy didn't care for anyone by any means. Either it be in Indiana or California. If he doesn't see you as someone worth his time then he didn't talk to you or give you the time of day. One of those groups in specific were cheerleaders. From his point of view they were only pretty girls to look at, that's pretty much how everyone treated the cheerleader at this point. Pretty things to look at.
The cheerleaders sometimes had to share the gym with the basketball team. Which did peeve some the guys on the team but as long as the cheerleaders were pretty they could handle it. But there was one odd ball on the cheer team, the captain. Always mouthing off the players when they got to close to the cheerleaders or a ball got to close to hitting one of them.
"Hey! Shit for brains!" A voice can be heard from then other side of the gym. "I thought the point of the game was to get the ball in the basket?!"
"Jeezu..." Tommy huffed. "Can you seriously be pissed about the same thing every time? It's just a ball." He answered to you. Clearly tired of your constant shouting at the basketball team when a ball would go the wrong way.
"And it's just balls between your legs, and they can just as easily deflate." You sassed back. To Billy, it was almost comical to watch. You with the tough guy act, puffing up your chest to a dude way taller than you with colorful pompoms in each hand on your hips.
"What a bitch..." Tommy huffed again.
"Oh get over it." Billy snapped. "What's captain pompoms gonna do?" He laughed at his own statement. Like said before he found the whole conversation comical-
WHAM!
A basketball went flying right into Billy Hargroves head. He snapped his head around to see the who had the nerve to hit him. His eyes met with captain pompoms. The two had a stare off. That's what it felt like for the rest of practice. The two practically eyeing each other the entire time.
After that stunt was over, after constant staring at one another, Billy had only one reaction in mind. A big one.
The next day followed. Billy knew where he could cut you off and corner you, in-between Mr. Johnson's chemistry class and Mrs. Shoffer's English literature class. It happened fast no one could react to it, actually you doubt anyone saw it happen. What you thought was just another normal day of school turned out to be more than that. A harsh hold took your arm, taking you away from the crowd into the more secluded part of the hall. Where you came face to face with a fuming Billy. His jaw was clenched and eyes held anger.
"What, you think you're real funny for the shit you pulled yesterday?" He interrogated. "Try it again see what fuckin happens..." His threats did not stop. Well his empty threats. As much as you are terrified of what he could do, you knew he'd never act on them. Your brave front was standing strong. Taking in every threat, comment, and remark he could throw at you. To get a reaction, if you were a guy you would have answered with your fists at his first remark. But you are not. You are you. You knew the exact thing that would make him even more angry.
" You are nothing but scuff on the gym floor, and that's all you will be."
Billy did not like that one bit. Who does this bitch think she is? His fist rose into the air, readying to strike. The force came down, you felt the air brush past your face, to only make contact with a metal locker. The sound ricocheted through the hall.
You open up your eyes. Now, again, staring at him. Anger was not held in his eyes anymore. If was fear and sadness, to you it was peculiar expression to see on his face. The actions that just happened finally caught up to you, you inhale deeply not knowing you stopped breathing. Everything caught up to you.
SLAP! Your hand came down, striking Billy Hargrove in the face. Hard enough to leave a mark. Not knowing that one had just been healed from another hand. "What the hell is your problem?" You yelled, agitated. "God, you fuckin creep." You make your way back to your class leaving Billy stunned. He didn't know what to do. He has never had someone react to him like that before. It intrigued him. He had an interest in you now.
After that encounter Billy made it his mission yo agitate you as much as possible. I mean, how else are you supposed to show someone you like them. From poking you with a pencil in class, purposefully missing the hoop so the ball bounces into your direction, anything at all just so you could look at him. He was succeeding and he was royally pissing you off. Until on fateful autumn day, everyone had gone home for the day. Except for the extracurriculars that took place after school. Two of those being basketball and cheer practice. Just as the practices were about to start, Billy took notice that you weren't with the cheer team. Which he thought was odd, but instead he chose to go smoke a cigarette before practice. He made his way to the small alley like way that was outside the gym that lead to the track field. And the sight before him made him stop in his tracks. there you stood cheer practice outfit and all with a lit cigarette hanging from your lip.
"I thought cheerleaders didn't smoke?" Billy joked to you, giving you his famous smirk.
"And I thought shit stayed in toilets, but I guess I was wrong since you're here." You said taking a huff of your cig.
"Damn, always ready with a comeback are you?" Billy said, lighting his cigarette.
"Why are you messing with me Hargrove?"
"Ouch, last name basis now sweets?"
"Shut up." You won't deny it, that dumb nickname that he started calling you grew on you. "Is this because of me smacking you?"
"No."
"Was it me hitting you with a basketball?"
"No." He said blankly again.
"Then what is it?"
Billy took a huff of his cigarette then looked you in your eyes. No hate or anger, something you can only describe as adoration.
"I find you interesting." Was his only answer.
"What?" you were confused by this answer. What was so interesting about you that made Billy intrigued. " Your like curious about me or something?"
"Exactly."
"You know curiosity killed the cat, Hargrove." You sassed.
"And satisfaction brought it back, and I am not satisfied yet so get used to me sweets." He said taking his cig a stomping it out onto the ground walking away.
You grumbled at his response, inhaling the last of your cigarette with blushing cheeks. Stomping out your cigarette then making your way into practice. 'Why does this asswipe make me blush'.
...........................................................................
Weeks of this teasing have gone by. Everyday Billy would find a new way to make you mad, blush, or embarrassed to get a reaction out of you. He claimed "It's because you so cute." Which made you blush even more. Gosh, you couldn't stand half of the guys at this school. Why was Billy the only one making you feel this way?
Truth be told, Billy had seen you around way before he had met you. How you walk down the hall with your head held high, looking away in disgust at the "popular" kids, over all not conforming to what a cheerleader is by Hawkins view point. You fought, yelled, got in people faces. Billy love all of it, it made him excited. Excited to talk to you and ask you questions, even ones you deem are stupid. All he wanted to do was to be around you. Damn, he loved it in a way.
Practice had ended for the day leading off into the weekend. A light rain pour had come down, everyone else had a ride to get them home. Everyone except you, well you did but he was running very late. Billy made his way outside to find you standing in the walk way waiting to be picked up. Cigarette hanging from your mouth.
"What are you doing here?" Billy asked.
"Waiting." You simply put.
"Do you want a ride?" He asked.
"No, I have a ride." You said. "But he's running late."
"What your boyfriend?" Billy said, the words had jealousy behind them.
"No." You sighed. "My brother you dipshit."
"oh..." He sighed. A silence fell between you two. Not uncomfortable, but nice enough for you two to be around each other. But Billy had something building in his stomach, a nervous feeling. He hated it. He needed to tell you something.
"Hey." He called to you, you turn your head to face him. "I wanted to say I'm sorry for what happened."
"What?" You were confused by what he just said.
"I said I'm sorry, did you not hear me?" Billy said, He turned his body to face you. "I said I'm sorry." You just stood there silent. Still taking in the fact he is saying sorry. "I'm sorry that I almost punched you into a locker. I realized I was acting like someone I didn't want to be, and you calling me on my shit. It made me look at you differently. I noticed more about you. How you always make sure the other cheerleaders are okay, how you genuinely care about the people you have around you, and you don't take any shit. And- shit I'm bad at this." He's now embarrassed by everything he just said. Heat rises to his cheeks and ears.
You step toward him, placing your hand on his arm. "I thought you were doing pretty well." You smiled, comforting him in a way. He just looked at you. You never smiled at him directly but now that your smile was intended for him. 'damn' He wants you to smile at him all the time.
"Do you want to go on a date?" He asked straight out. You were shocked by his forwardness, but not entirely surprised.
"You want to go on a date with me?"
"Hell yeah, why wouldn't I?" He made it seem like you were speaking a different language. "Listen one date is all I ask, her if you still think I'm a piece of shit I'll stop everything that I'm doing."
Your smile grew even wider. "I would love to go on a date with you Billy."
"Dang, back on first name basis already? Looks like I'm getting a second date already." He joked to you, in turn caused you to laugh.
For the remainder of your time you and Billy talked till you had been picked up. You both talked about anything and everything. It was pure bliss, you loved every second of it. You both were abruptly interrupted by the honking of your brothers car.mYou said your goodbyes to make your way to the car. The smile that held your face did not drop. I didn't drop on Billy's either, when getting home Max found it incredibly disturbing to see her step brother so giddy.
That following night Billy arrived to your house to take you on your promised date. Which one date turned into another and another and another. Till it reached throughout the whole school that Billy Hargrove and the cheer captain were finally official. With many guys questioning Billy as to why he picked you out of everyone, to which he said if they insulted you again he had no problem with dealing with them himself. Girls just snuffed their noses up to you since you now made Billy officially off the market. Not like you cared, he's your boyfriend now and you have him all to yourself. So you could say everything did work out in the end. You and Billy have each other.
"So I guess we have Tommy to thank since he is the reason we met?" You joked.
"Hell no, I would have went after you even if you didn't hit me with that basket ball." He smirk.
"Jeez, you are something Billy." You smiled, leaning into him to seal your lips in a kiss. Yeah, nothing could beat this.

Deep in the Water (NSFW) FT Minju
Tumblr media
Operator’s Notes: “Said you wanna take control of me but I got all the answers”
A fist hit my face and sent me to the ground. Unsure of where the fist came from in the bar brawl I found myself in I got up to face the first person directed at me, an angry man approached me and said, "You look like a bitch."
I laughed and said, "You look like a snitch" before tackling him to the ground. I got a couple of strikes on him before shotgun fire rang through the bar. I stopped striking the man and turned behind me.
A girl with a wolf cut and an angered look stared into my eyes and said, "This brawl stops now. You!" (she pointed at me.) You told me that you would not get rowdy.
I scoffed at the young woman, "The hell are you talking about this dude attacked me first," I responded defiantly. The girl rolled her eyes and said,
"NOT you the one under you. He is the one I am mad at. The person you're bashing." The girl points back at me and says, "You're fine Sparkles," I nod and get up. Before paying my tab. The lady with the wolf cut smiles cutely and says, "Now go handsome before I change my mind." I smirk and she shoos me away I get out of the bar and start heading home before I feel someone grab my wrist. I turn back to see the young lady, "Um hey can you help me fix the bar? You were the only one who didn't make a mess, and I need help." I consider my options, and say "Sure why not"
At first, I considered my choice a mistake, but the Bar owner was cute and cool, so the time just melted away as we cleaned and restored the bar to its original shape. After we finished cleaning, we sat next to each other, and she slid me a Shirley Temple.
She smiles at me and asks, "So sparkles do you have a real name?"
I nod and reply "Dio it's short for Diomacho"
"What?" The young woman scoffed surprised, "does that even mean anything?" she asked confused
"My Grandma thought it would be funny to name her son, my father who I am the junior to, a name that could mean anything and nothing. According to her though she wanted to make the next great "African American name" So for her it means prosperity, wisdom, valor, and the ideals she believed made a strong Black man,"
the young lady smiled, "Hmm I like it." The young lady outstretched her hand, "My name is Minju. Nice to meet you." I nodded and smiled at her. She smiled back then said, "So what brings such a unique young man out here?"
"Young?" I questioned, as I turned to her, "I am tired like leather and old as dirt." I replied.
Minju smiled as she rolled her eyes, "No you're not. I looked at your ID before you got here. You're barely 3 years older than me." her smile was knowing, cute, and a little flirty maybe.
I scowled confused as I said, "Really you're only three years younger than me?" I looked deeper at her face and hands, "you look like you could be in college still,"
Minju smiled and said, "Black and Korean don't crack I guess." I laughed and she pouted, "What I thought the phrase was Black doesn't crack." she added defensively. Her hair bounced as she spoke expressively.
I nod and respond, "No you're correct It's just not what I thought I'd hear out here." Minju's pout disappeared and was replaced with a wide smile. She moved a bit closer.
“So Sparkles what brings you out here?”
I turn to Minju and she’s still all smiles, “you’re a curious one.” I respond. Minju smiles and nods before saying.
“So what brings you here?”
I sigh as I relent while answering her, “ Well, this was supposed to be a vacation but I got roped into a work thing,”
Minju leans in close and rests her arms on my shoulder, “Oh what do you do?”
“I am a part of the American Titan Fighting Force or the ATFF for short,” I answer as I shift to support her weight better. Minju smiles and leans in closer.
Minju leaned back slightly, her eyes still focused on mine. “So, you’re a Kaiju fighter… but you don’t seem too thrilled about it,” she said, her voice soft but curious.
I raised an eyebrow, a little surprised by the observation. “What makes you say that?”
She smiled knowingly, tapping her fingers lightly on my shoulder. “You’ve got that look. Like this isn’t exactly what you wanted to be doing with your life. I mean, you were minding your own business in the bar earlier. Doesn’t seem like you go looking for fights.”
I sighed, taking a moment to consider my response. Her gaze was patient but intent, and for some reason, I felt like talking.
“You’re right,” I admitted, leaning back in my chair. “I’m not exactly a fan of the whole ‘fighting monsters’ thing. I didn’t sign up for that part.”
Minju tilted her head, intrigued. “Then why are you doing it?”
I let out a small chuckle, shaking my head. “I was supposed to be a researcher. I’ve got a background in Titan/ Kaiju biology and ecology. I actually wanted to study them, you know? Understand how they work, and how they survive. Maybe even figure out a way to live with them, rather than always fighting them.”
Minju’s eyes widened slightly. “That’s really interesting. So how’d you go from research to… wrangling and fighting them?”
I sighed again, this time more heavily. “Well, let’s just say the ATFF had other ideas. I played football in college, so I was built like an athlete. When they found out, they figured I was ‘perfectly suited’ to do more than just research. Next thing I know, I’m not just studying Titan/ Kaiju—I’m out in the field, wrangling them, fighting them… basically doing all the things I didn’t want to do.”
Minju frowned, her expression softening as she listened. “That sounds… rough. It’s like they took advantage of your skills for something you didn’t even want.”
“Exactly,” I said, nodding. “I mean, I get it—someone’s gotta do it. But it’s frustrating when you’re dragged into something just because you’re physically capable. I wanted to use my brain, not my fists. But they couldn’t see past the fact that I’m big enough to fight.”
Minju’s gaze softened even more, and she shifted closer, her hand resting gently on my arm. “That must be hard,” she said quietly. “Being good at something you don’t even want to do.”
“Yeah, it’s not easy,” I admitted. “Every mission, I’m thinking about what I’d rather be doing. I could be learning more about how these creatures fit into the world, figuring out how to protect people without always having to kill them. But instead, I’m out there wrestling Kaiju into submission.”
Minju smiled, her touch lingering as she spoke. “You’re not just a fighter, though. It sounds like you care about what you do, even if it’s not what you want. That’s… admirable.”
I glanced at her, surprised by the sincerity in her voice. “I guess I try to make the best of it,” I said with a shrug. “But it’s hard to keep going when you feel like you’re not where you’re supposed to be.”
Minju leaned in a little more, her expression thoughtful. “You know, I think people can surprise themselves. Maybe one day you’ll find a way to balance both—fighting when you have to, but also using your knowledge to change how things are done. I mean, if anyone could do it, it sounds like it’d be you.”
Her words caught me off guard, and I found myself smiling a little. “You really think so?”
She nodded, her smile bright but sincere. “I do. You’ve got this… strength, but it’s more than just physical. You’ve got a mind for this stuff, and that’s something not everyone has.”
I stared at her for a moment, feeling something warm settle in my chest. “Thanks,” I said softly. “Not a lot of people see that side of me.”
Minju smiled again, her eyes twinkling with a mix of playfulness and understanding. “Well, I do. And I think you’re gonna find a way to make it work, Sparkles.”
I chuckled, shaking my head. “You really don’t give up, do you?”
“Nope,” she replied with a grin. “And I’m not letting you give up either.”
I sigh, before my watch goes off. I looked at it and saw that the JADKF wanted me to go to the briefing tomorrow. I roll my eyes and Minju smiles,
“What’s wrong tough guy?” She teases.
“The JAKDF wants me to go to the briefing tomorrow about this new Kaiju. So I gotta wake up early tomorrow. So this is Goodbye Mini” I say. Minju eyes widened before she said
“Wait! Before you go give me your phone,” she says. I turn back and she smiles as I take out my phone. She quickly types in my phone and then looks at hers before handing me back mine. I look at it and notice I have a text from “my lovely Girlfriend Min” I turn to Minju.
“This is presumptuous,” I say to her. Minju laughs before kissing me on the cheek.
“I’ll see you tomorrow babe,” she says as I walk out. I put on my helmet, get on the motorcycle I rented for the vacation, and race off into the foggy autumn night.
I get back to the hotel a little later and turn in early for the night. Unsurprisingly I dream about Minju. In the dream, the sun was setting on a beach, casting the sky in hues of pink and orange. The waves lapped gently at my feet as I stood on the soft, warm sand. A breeze rolled in, carrying the scent of saltwater, and for a moment, I felt completely at peace.
Then, I saw her—Minju, standing barefoot at the water’s edge, the ocean reflecting in her eyes. She smiled at me, the same teasing, playful look from earlier, but softer, more inviting. Her wolf-cut hair blew gently in the wind, and she waved me over.
I walked toward her, feeling that familiar warmth in my chest. “What’s going on, Min?” I asked as I reached her side.
Minju grinned and held out her hand. “Come with me,” she said, her voice soft but with a hint of mischief.
Without thinking, I took her hand, and she led me into the water. At first, it was just the gentle waves washing over our ankles, then our knees. The water was warm, and with every step, we drifted further from the shore, the beach slowly disappearing behind us. Minju laughed, tugging me deeper into the ocean, her smile never fading.
“Where are we going?” I asked, my voice a little hesitant as the water reached my waist. The sand beneath my feet was giving way, growing softer and harder to stand on.
“Don’t worry,” she said, turning back to me. Her eyes were bright, reflecting the fading light of the sun, and I could see the playful glint in them. “Just trust me.”
I did. I kept walking, following her deeper and deeper. The water rose higher, up to our chests now, and I realized I could no longer feel the ground beneath me. Minju’s hand tightened around mine, and for a moment, I felt a strange sense of security, even as the ocean swallowed us.
“Minju, we’re getting pretty far out,” I said, glancing back at the shoreline, now a distant blur. “Maybe we should—”
“Just a little further,” she interrupted, pulling me along as she started swimming, her strokes effortless and graceful. “We’re almost there.”
“Almost where?” I asked, feeling the unease creeping into my chest. I started to paddle, keeping myself afloat, but the ocean felt deeper and darker now. The sky had shifted to a dusky purple, the stars beginning to peek through.
Minju didn’t answer, just smiled over her shoulder. Her hand still held mine, but it felt different—firmer, almost like a lifeline. I kept swimming with her, the water cool now against my skin, but something in me was starting to panic.
“Minju, we’re too far,” I said, my breath catching in my throat as the waves grew stronger, pushing us around. I couldn’t see the shore anymore. The ocean surrounded us on all sides, an endless expanse of dark, churning water.
She finally stopped, turning to face me. Her eyes were soft, but her smile was gone. “We’re here.”
I looked around, confused. “Where?”
“Here,” she repeated, her voice almost a whisper now. She let go of my hand and floated in front of me, her hair spreading out in the water like dark ribbons.
I tried to swim back toward her, but the current pulled us apart. “Minju!” I called out, suddenly feeling the weight of the water pressing against me. I kicked harder, but it was like the ocean was holding me in place, dragging me down with every movement.
Minju’s face remained calm, almost serene. She didn’t seem scared, but something about the way she looked at me made my chest tighten. “You always fight, don’t you?” she asked softly.
“What?” I panted, my arms struggling to keep me afloat.
“You’re always fighting,” she said, her voice carrying over the waves. “But sometimes… you just have to let go.”
Before I could respond, a wave crashed over my head, pulling me under. The saltwater stung my eyes and filled my lungs as I fought to break the surface. Panic surged through me as I flailed in the water, but I couldn’t find my footing. The ocean was too deep, too vast.
And then, through the chaos, I felt her hand again. Soft, steady, pulling me up. I broke the surface, gasping for air, and there she was—Minju, holding me close, her arms wrapped around me as if to anchor me to her.
“Let go,” she whispered, her breath warm against my ear, despite the cold water around us.
For a moment, I did. I let my muscles relax, and let the water take me. I stopped fighting.
Minju smiled again, her face inches from mine. “It’s easier when you’re not fighting alone.”
And then, everything faded—her face, the ocean, the stars overhead. All of it washed away like the tide, pulling me into darkness.
I woke up in a cold sweat, the sound of waves still echoing in my ears. The hotel room was quiet, and the early morning light filtered through the curtains. I blinked, disoriented, the dream lingering in my mind, as vivid as if it had just happened.
Minju’s voice, soft and playful, echoed in my head: “It’s easier when you’re not fighting alone.”
Sure! Here’s an expanded version of the scene with more flirting as they text each other and gradually get to know each other better:
I got up and started getting ready for the day when my phone buzzed. Another text from “my lovely girlfriend” flashed on the screen:
Minju: “Hey Dio, I don’t know when you’ll be done, but I wanna go on a date today. When you’re ready, come to this address.”
She had attached a location to the message. I laughed and shot back a quick reply:
Me: “Okay, Queen Min.”
There was a pause, and I slipped on my jacket, half-expecting to get another teasing text in response. Sure enough, my phone buzzed again.
Minju: “Oh, I like that.”
I smirked, knowing she was probably grinning at her phone, already planning the next playful retort. Just as I expected, another message popped up:
Minju: “I really like that. Careful, at this rate I’ll have to make you mine.”
I could almost hear her voice, the teasing lilt, and that mischievous smile she wore the night before. Rolling my eyes, I leaned against the doorframe and typed back.
Me: “You don’t waste time, do you?”
She replied almost immediately:
Minju: “When I see something I want, I go for it. What can I say? I’m decisive.”
I chuckled, shaking my head. Her confidence was magnetic, and I wasn’t sure whether I should feel flattered or slightly on edge. But I was hooked, no doubt about that. I decided to play along, raising the stakes.
Me: “Decisive, huh? Bold words for someone who doesn’t even know my favorite color.”
Another pause. I could imagine her reading the message, brow furrowing in mock frustration, but I knew she’d have a comeback ready. Sure enough:
Minju: “Well, that’s easy. It’s black—same as your soul.”
She followed up with another message almost immediately:
Minju: “But I guess I’ll find out for sure today, won’t I?”
I laughed at her reply, impressed by how quick she was on her feet. She wasn’t giving me any space to catch her off guard, and I liked it.
Me: “Touché, Minju. So, what’s my prize if you guess right?”
Minju: “Hmm… if I’m right, I’ll make you dinner. If I’m wrong, I guess you’ll just have to impress me enough to keep me around.”
I raised an eyebrow. She was challenging me, but also giving me a chance to step up. Something about the way she pushed and pulled made the banter exciting like we were already playing a game neither of us wanted to end.
Me: “So it’s a win-win for me, huh? Either I get dinner or I get to keep you around. Sounds like you’ve stacked the deck in my favor, Queen Min.”
Minju: “Consider it a gift for being charming enough to catch my attention.”
Her words sent a small thrill through me, and I couldn’t help but wonder what the day would bring. The conversation was light, but there was something undeniably real about the tension that hummed between us, even through a screen. She had me intrigued, and I was curious to see where this would go.
Minju: “Besides, I’m good at reading people. I’ll bet I know more about you than you think.”
Me: “Oh yeah? Prove it. What else do you think you know about me?”
Another buzz:
Minju: “You seem like the type who pretends not to care, but deep down, you’re the guy who fixes everything for everyone else. You’re probably really responsible, but hate being told what to do. And…”
There was a long pause, and I waited for her to finish. Finally, the next message appeared:
Minju: ”…I bet you haven’t gone on a real date in a long time, huh?”
I blinked, taken aback by how easily she had read between the lines. She wasn’t wrong.
Me: “Guess you’re better at this than I thought.”
Minju: “I told you, I’m good at reading people. That, and I like a challenge.”
I smiled at the screen, impressed but also feeling a little exposed. She saw more of me than most people did, even with our limited interactions. But instead of feeling uncomfortable, it made me want to know more about her.
Me: “Well played, Min. But let’s see if you’re still this confident after our date.”
Minju: “Oh, I will be. See you soon, handsome.”
I finished getting ready, anticipation stirring in my chest as I thought about the day ahead. If our banter was any indication, this date was going to be anything but boring.
After riding into the makeshift JAKDF office, I parked my bike and headed inside. The place was buzzing with the usual mix of officials and soldiers prepping for whatever briefing we had in store. Since I was early, I found an empty chair in the corner and pulled out my phone, figuring I’d kill some time before the meeting started.
With nothing pressing on my mind, my thoughts drifted back to Minju—my lovely girlfriend Min. I smirked at the memory of her cheeky text and suddenly realized that despite all the banter, I didn’t know much about her beyond what I’d picked up during our flirty exchanges. Curiosity piqued, I typed her name into the search bar and hit enter.
A sea of results flooded the screen, and I blinked, surprised by how much there was to uncover. I scrolled through the first few hits, noticing immediately that she wasn’t just some random girl who worked at a bar. No, Kim Minju was a full-on celebrity—formerly of IZ*ONE, a K-pop idol turned actress.
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued as I tapped on one of the articles. She’d been on hiatus for a while, something about waiting for the right role to take her acting career to the next level. And apparently, she wasn’t alone. Rumor had it she was eyeing a potential action movie alongside one of her old group members, Hyewon. I chuckled, imagining Minju doing high-flying stunts in some action-packed blockbuster. She didn’t exactly scream action hero when I first met her, but then again, neither did I.
Without realizing it, I clicked on another link, and then another. Before long, I was knee-deep in everything there was to know about Minju and IZONE. My curiosity spiraled, and I wasn’t just reading about Minju anymore. My AUDHD latched onto the deeper threads, pulling me into the world of K-pop fandom. I found myself learning about IZONE’s music, their disbandment, and how the members had gone on to form or join new groups. The intricate web of connections between all these artists was staggering. Daughter groups, subunits, solo careers—I was way out of my depth.
But I wasn’t stopping.
Every article led to a new tangent, and soon I was clicking through random trivia about the K-pop industry, how group contracts worked, and how fandoms shaped the careers of idols long after they’d stepped off the stage. I dove into comment sections, reading fan theories, interviews, and even rumors about future reunions. The more I learned, the deeper I fell into the rabbit hole.
Time blurred as I scrolled through pages and pages, soaking in details about group dynamics, music charts, and choreography breakdowns. I was getting lost in it, fascinated by the mechanics of the idol machine and how it all worked behind the scenes. Hours felt like minutes, and by the time I surfaced for air, I realized I wasn’t just learning about Minju anymore—I was uncovering the whole universe she came from.
Eventually, my brain, as it often did, decided to connect the dots between two seemingly unrelated things. Somewhere between reading about IZ*ONE’s international tours and fan events, my thoughts drifted back to work. Kaiju and Titans weren’t so different from these idol groups, in a weird way. Both were massive forces in their respective worlds, with entire ecosystems built around them. That familiar itch for research started up, and I felt my focus shift.
From there, I leaped back into Kaiju biology. I pulled up some articles on recent Kaiju sightings and cross-referenced them with Titan ecological patterns. My mind was already threading together theories about why certain species were resurfacing, likely brought on by environmental shifts and human interference. One-click led to another, and soon enough, I was neck-deep in scientific reports on the breeding cycles of Titans, pulling apart the data like a puzzle I couldn’t resist solving.
It was wild how quickly I’d gone from K-pop idols to Kaiju migration patterns, but that’s how it was for me. One moment I was reading about Minju’s latest drama offer, the next I was knee-deep in an article on how Kaiju adapts to different environments based on territorial disputes. Everything, somehow, was connected in the weird, tangled web of my brain.
Here’s an expanded version of the scene, emphasizing the narrator’s dwindling attention and his intense focus once he’s challenged:
After my impromptu research session (and draining my phone battery), I sat slumped in the makeshift conference room, idly watching the seconds tick by. Three hours had passed since I’d arrived. I drummed my fingers on the table, my mind starting to wander, diving in and out of random thoughts. The ambient noise of the office—conversations, footsteps, and clacking keyboards—faded in and out of my awareness like background music in a waiting room.
Four hours. That’s when I’d had enough. I stood up, stretching my legs, feeling that strange mix of frustration and resignation wash over me. This meeting was supposed to take one hour, maybe two at most, they said. I made my way toward the exit, ready to cut my losses and leave.
As I reached the door, I nearly collided with two JAKDF officers—Kafka and Mina. Both looked startled to see me.
“Oh, Diomacho! You’re already here?” Mina said, her surprise bordering on confusion.
I glanced at my watch, suppressing a sigh. “Yeah. I’ve been here for…,” I paused for emphasis, “four hours now.”
Their eyes widened, and they immediately launched into a flurry of apologies, scrambling to explain the miscommunication. Apparently, they’d been waiting for me at the entrance this whole time, completely unaware I’d already arrived. After a bit more back-and-forth, they promised to gather everyone and get the meeting started. I nodded, returning to my seat, but not without a roll of my eyes.
Settling back into my chair, I checked my phone and noticed a new text from Minju.
Minju: “Babe, I’m hungry. When are you going to be done?”
I chuckled at her dramatic choice of emojis—angry faces, and crying faces, all perfectly encapsulating her impatience.
I smirked, typing back: Me: “Probably 90 minutes or so. You should see if any of your friends wanna hang out.”
There was a pause before her next message came through.
Minju: “I don’t have any friends, babe.”
I scoffed, shaking my head as I replied. Me: “I’m calling BS on that.”
Minju quickly fired back a laughing emoji, followed by another message.
Minju: “Ugh, fine, but text me as soon as you’re done. I can’t wait to feel you in my talons.”
I raised an eyebrow at that. Me: “That’s an odd turn of phrase.”
Minju: “I know, but trust me. Once you’re in my talons, you’ll never want to leave.”
I smirked, typing my reply: Me: “That’s pretty bold and presumptuous.”
Her response was nearly instant as if she’d been waiting for my text. Minju: “Aw, you think I’m pretty and bold.”
I was still grinning at her flirty response when Mina, Kafka, and a group of other officers entered the room. Among them was a tiny blonde woman who looked at me skeptically, her eyes narrowing.
“This is him? The American expert?” she asked, her tone laced with disbelief.
I let out a tired sigh and started to stand, half-ready to walk out again. But before I could move an inch, Kafka placed a firm hand on my shoulder, gently shoving me back into the seat.
“Kikoru, stop being so mean,” Kafka chided, his massive frame blocking my view for a moment.
Resigned to my fate, I leaned back in my chair, already zoning out again as Kikoru shot me a disdainful look. She clearly wasn’t impressed, and honestly, I couldn’t blame her. I wasn’t exactly giving off the ‘engaged expert’ vibe at the moment. I pulled out my phone again, figuring I could at least text Minju to pass the time.
Me: “What are you in the mood for?”
Minju: “Oh, you’re done? (smiley face emoji)”
Me: “Sadly no, close though. So, what food do you want?”
There was a pause before her reply came through.
Minju: “Hmm, pizza? Yeah, let’s go with pizza. There’s this little place near my home, you’ll love it.”
Before I could respond, Kikoru turned to me, her eyes narrowing even further.
“Um, excuse me, are you paying attention?” she snapped, her voice cutting through the dull haze that had settled over my mind.
I looked up, suddenly aware of the room around me again. The group discussed the Kaiju and theories about its behavior and location. I blinked, shaking off the fog as I pieced together what they were talking about. Thankfully, I’d already read all the reports and sightings, so I caught on quickly.
“Yeah, sorry. So, we’ve got a humanoid Kaiju hiding in Seoul and the Incheon area. Based on the sightings, it’s potentially female, with Garuda or Phoenix-like traits. Crimson, golden, and umber plumage accented with dark navy. It’s been attacking men who were in the process of assaulting women. Our mission is to capture or subdue it within the next few days.”
The room went silent for a moment, everyone looking at me, taken aback by my sudden burst of focus. I shrugged.
“Just because I don’t want to be here doesn’t mean I’m going to sabotage the operation.”
Most of the group seemed to accept my explanation, but Kikoru wasn’t convinced. She crossed her arms, glaring at me.
“I’m sorry, do you expect your studies to carry you through?” she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm.
I narrowed my eyes slightly, focusing on her now. It was like a switch flipped in my head. I leaned forward, meeting her gaze with an eerie intensity that almost made her flinch.
“Most battles are decided long before the first blow is struck. Planning and preparation are key. But more than anything, it’s the desire to win that counts.”
“Oh, really?” she shot back. “You want to prove that?”
I stared at her for a beat, feeling my pulse slow. Everything else faded into the background. My mind honed in on her challenge like a predator locking onto prey.
“No, not really,” I replied evenly, watching as her frustration mounted.
“Come on, smarty-pants,” she taunted. “Show me how far that know-it-all attitude has gotten you.”
I was about to brush her off when the door swung open, and a clerk poked their head in.
“Officer Mina, can you let Diomacho know his gear came in five minutes ago?”
I sighed deeply, already knowing where this was going. Kikoru smirked, her arms still crossed.
“Well? Are you going to give me that attitude adjustment or what?”
I exhaled, standing up from my chair. “Fine.” We made our way to a nearby arena for our little face-off. I was quiet the entire time, my mind already elsewhere, even as Kafka and Mina tried to get me to open up, offering words of encouragement or ways to calm me down. But I didn’t need to be calmed; I was already in a headspace Kikoru wouldn’t understand. When we faced off, Kikoru was still as cocky as ever, her posture loose and her grin wide as I slowly took out my weapons.
“You know, you can still back out, kid,” she teased, her tone almost bored as she held her axe at the ready.
I ignored her taunts and activated my nano suit, only at ten percent. It was more than enough for now. I dropped into my combat-ready stance, my body poised for motion.
“Oh, is that your ready stance?” she asked, amusement dripping from her voice, underestimating me completely.
I didn’t waste time with words. In an instant, I launched myself forward at incredible speed, closing the distance between us in the blink of an eye. Kikoru barely had time to react, managing to block my first strike with her axe. The impact sent a tremor through her arms, and I could see a flicker of surprise cross her face.
But I didn’t give her a moment to recover. I dashed behind her, aiming another punch toward her back, and again, she barely managed to block, her axe swinging around with just enough force to intercept my strike. She backed off, visibly rattled, her earlier confidence shaken.
“You’re fast,” she admitted, still trying to sound cocky, but there was something off in her voice now, a note of uncertainty that hadn’t been there before. “I’ll give you that.”
I didn’t bother replying. I just kept the pressure on, my focus narrowing until the rest of the world disappeared. The arena, Kafka, Mina—everything faded into the background. All that mattered was Kikoru and the way she moved, the way her axe dictated her strategy. She was good, but her weapon was slow and bulky. Every swing required commitment, and once she started a motion, there wasn’t much she could do to alter it. All I had to do was read where she was going to strike and not be there.
It was almost too easy. I weaved in and out of her strikes, dodging, waiting for the moment her fatigue would show. She was starting to realize that no matter how fast or powerful her swings were, I was always two steps ahead. Her frustration began to boil over.
“Would you just stay still?” she yelled, her movements becoming sloppier, more desperate.
Her breathing was heavier now, her stance a little less sure. I could see the fatigue creeping into her features—the way her grip on her axe was tightening as if she could will herself to keep up.
I decided I’d seen enough. “Nanosystem, activate 40%,” I commanded, feeling the suit surge with power. In a burst of speed, I shot forward, my fist aimed directly at Kikoru’s torso, intending to end the fight with one clean hit.
But before I could land the blow, Kafka and Mina intervened, rushing in to stop me, their arms outstretched as they pushed me back. I relaxed my stance immediately, taking a step back as I let the adrenaline ease out of my system.
Kikoru was panting, clearly exhausted, her earlier bravado replaced with confusion and irritation. She looked at me with wide eyes, finally realizing just how outmatched she had been.
I glanced over at Kafka and Mina, who were still standing between us. “Have I shown my capability enough?” I asked, my voice calm as if I hadn’t just nearly knocked Kikoru out in front of them.
Kikoru didn’t respond, still too stunned by the realization that, despite all her training, she’d been completely unprepared for the speed and power I had been holding back.
I left the arena went back home showered and got ready for my date. When I was ready I rode to Minju’s home. I knocked on the door and it opened. I walked inside but was confused when I saw it was not Minju behind it, but a person who looked like she could be her sister.
“You’re not Minju,” I say slowly.
the lady nods and says, “I’m Hyewon”
I nod and say, "Okay Hyewon do you know where Minju is…or is this the wrong address?"
"No, you are in the right place. Minmin is just getting ready for you," Hyewon says cheekily. it was at that point I recognized Hyewon.
"Oh you're Hyewon the actress and from Izone," I said. Heywon smirked as she nodded leaving the foyer/ entrance area. a few moments later Minju arrived in a cute blouse and nice jeans. I smiled and she gave me an annoyed but happy expression,
"You're late," she said exasperated,
I furrowed my brow in mock confusion as I leaned in closer, "Um I recall you said when I was done." I said before kissing her forehead.
Minju short-circuited as she tried to form a reply, "I did but…"
I cut Minju off before she could get going, "Um I don't think so Queen Min. You said when I was done." Minju rolled her eyes and then followed me to my motorcycle where I pulled out the jacket for her and a helmet. She graciously took both as we rode to the pizza parlor she recommended.
The pizza parlor was small, tucked away on a side street with just a handful of tables. It had a cozy charm, with the smell of freshly baked dough and melted cheese filling the air. The place had a laid-back atmosphere, the kind where you could unwind and forget the rest of the world for a while. Minju and I sat in a booth by the window, the late afternoon sun casting soft golden light over the checkered tablecloth.
As we waited for our pizza, I took a sip of my soda and glanced over at her. “So, why’d you stop being a K-pop idol?” I asked, trying to keep the conversation casual even though I’d been curious ever since my deep dive into her career.
Minju leaned back, twirling the straw in her drink. “Well, you know how it is. Idol life is…intense. It was fun, don’t get me wrong, but after a while, I wanted to do something different. Something that wasn’t so scripted.” She smiled softly. “Acting gives me a chance to play different characters and explore different parts of myself. With singing and performing, I always felt like I had to fit into this mold, but acting… lets me be anyone. Plus, I wanted more control over my life. K-pop is all about schedules, rehearsals, and appearances. I just…needed a break from that.”
I nodded, understanding. It wasn’t hard to see how the pressures of idol life could wear someone down. But before I could respond, she leaned in a little closer, her eyes narrowing playfully.
“Okay, your turn,” she said. “What’s been bothering you?”
Caught off guard, I raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”
Minju laughed softly, her smile full of mischief. “I know you better than you know yourself. You’ve been distracted ever since we sat down. Something’s on your mind.”
I was about to deny it, but her confidence threw me off. “Oh yeah? You think you know me that well?” I challenged. “What’s my favorite color then?”
Without missing a beat, Minju grinned. “Teal.”
I blinked. “How did you—?”
“Because you’re obsessed with the northern lights and the sea,” she said, leaning back with a self-satisfied smirk. “Both of which have that teal shade. You're lockscreen has the northern lights and your wallpaper on your phone is a teal ocean. Your case is teal and I am going to assume that .”
I couldn’t help but laugh, shaking my head. “Alright, you got me.”
Minju’s eyes sparkled. “Your turn.”
I smirked, raising the stakes. “What’s your favorite ice cream?”
Her grin widened. “Ooh, a challenge. Go ahead, I’m waiting.”
I thought back to my impromptu research session, remembering a random tidbit from one of her old interviews. “Chocolate,” I said, watching her reaction.
Minju’s eyebrows shot up, and then a smile spread across her face. “Well, someone did their homework.”
I shrugged, playing it cool. “Maybe a little.”
We shared a laugh, but soon, the playfulness faded as I thought back to what had really been weighing on me. The conversation shifted, and I could feel the atmosphere get a little heavier.
Minju noticed the change. “Okay, spill it. What’s really bothering you?”
I hesitated for a second, unsure of how to put it into words. But Minju’s gaze was steady, reassuring like she could handle whatever I was about to say. “It’s the Kaiju human hybrid process,” I finally admitted. “They’re pushing me to undergo it. To…merge with Kaiju DNA. They say it’s to give me an edge, make me more effective in battle, but…”
She frowned, concern flickering across her face. “But what?”
I exhaled, running a hand through my hair. “I’m worried I’ll end up like my friend. He went through it and…well, he’s not the same anymore. He’s a Kaiju supremacist now, convinced humans are inferior. He’s become a terrorist, Minju. I don’t want that to happen to me. I don’t want to lose myself.”
For a moment, Minju was quiet, her eyes searching mine. Then she reached across the table, placing her hand on top of mine. “You won’t,” she said firmly, her voice steady. “You have a good heart. A strong one. I know you. You’d never go down that path.”
I looked at her, trying to let her words sink in, but the fear still lingered. “You don’t know that, Min. That process, it changes people.”
Minju squeezed my hand. “Maybe. But it’s not just about the process. It’s about who you are deep down. And I know you, Dio. You’re not like your friend. You wouldn’t let it control you. You’re too stubborn for that.”
I chuckled softly, though the worry still gnawed at me. “Stubborn, huh?”
“Very,” she teased, but her tone remained soft, her expression sincere. “Listen, you’re stronger than you give yourself credit for. And I’ll be here. I’m not going anywhere, okay?”
I looked at her, feeling some of the weight lift off my shoulders. “Thanks, Minju.”
She smiled, a soft, reassuring smile that made everything feel a little less daunting. “Now,” she said, leaning back with a smirk, “about that pizza…”
As Minju and I were walking out of the pizza parlor, the night was quiet, almost too quiet. The cool breeze carried the distant hum of the city, and I felt a strange tension settle in my gut. Something was off. I didn’t say anything to Minju, not wanting to spoil the moment, but my instincts were buzzing, and alert.
Then, from the shadows of the alley across the street, I felt it—the heavy, oppressive energy of something far too familiar. The ground trembled beneath our feet. A low growl rumbled through the air, followed by the sound of something massive scraping against concrete.
“Min, get down!” I shouted, grabbing her arm and pulling her behind me just as a Kaiju emerged from the darkness, its grotesque form towering over the buildings. It was huge, with blackened scales and crimson eyes that glowed with malevolent intent.
I’d fought Kaiju before, but this one felt different. More vicious. More intent on destruction. My heart raced as I tried to assess the situation, my mind scrambling for a plan. I activated my nanosuit, but I wasn’t fully equipped for a battle this size. My weapons were back at the base.
The Kaiju roared and lunged toward us, and I prepared to hold it off as best I could, knowing the odds weren’t in our favor.
But before I could react, Minju stepped out from behind me, her expression deadly serious.
“Minju, get back!” I yelled, but she didn’t move. Instead, she looked at the Kaiju with a calmness that didn’t match the situation. I could see something shifting in her eyes, something I’d never noticed before.
In a heartbeat, her body began to change. Her skin shimmered, taking on an otherworldly hue, and her eyes glowed with a fierce light. Her entire form twisted and grew, morphing into something powerful, something that was…part Kaiju.
I froze, stunned as I watched her transform. She was beautiful—her humanoid form still present but adorned with iridescent scales, her hair flowing like molten silver, and her wings, bright and feathered, unfurled from her back. She looked like some kind of mythical creature, equal parts terrifying and awe-inspiring. Like a phoenix, or a garuda. I watched as she approached the creature awestruck and my heart raced.
She glanced at me, her expression uncertain. She expected fear. Terror. Rejection. But all I could do was stare in awe and admiration.
“Minju…” I whispered, but my voice trailed off as I marveled at her. I wasn’t afraid. I wasn’t disgusted. I was captivated.
Minju turned to the Kaiju and, with a powerful roar, charged at it. Her speed and strength were staggering. She tore into the creature with a grace and ferocity I’d never seen before, her movements fluid and calculated. It didn’t take long before she overpowered the Kaiju, forcing it to retreat into the shadows, defeated, and whimpering.
Breathing heavily, Minju returned to me, her form slowly reverting back to her human appearance. Her eyes, still glowing faintly, searched my face for a reaction.
“I’m sorry,” she said, her voice wavering. “I didn’t want you to find out like this. I’m…different.”
I shook my head, still processing what I’d seen. “Huh? What are you talking about? Min, that was incredible.”
She blinked, clearly taken aback. “You’re…you’re not afraid?”
I stepped closer to her, reaching out to gently cup her face. “Afraid? No. Why would I be afraid? You just saved both of us.”
“But I’m not…I’m not fully human, Dio,” she said softly, her eyes filled with uncertainty. “I’m a hybrid. A human Kaiju hybrid.”
I took a deep breath, my heart pounding in my chest. “Okay and like that is going to stop me from liking you? Minju, I don’t care what you are. That doesn’t change anything. If anything, it makes me admire you even more.”
Her gaze softened, and for a moment, the world around us seemed to disappear. There was no Kaiju, no danger—just us.
I slid my hand down to take hers. “Let’s get out of here.”
We made it back to my hotel room, the adrenaline from the attack still thrumming through my veins. Minju was quiet, still processing everything that had happened, and I could sense the weight of her unspoken worries.
I led her to the couch, and we sat down. The silence between us was heavy, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It was more like the calm after a storm, a moment to collect ourselves before diving into the next part.
“So when you told me I would be a great human Kaiju hybrid you were speaking from experience,” I said gently, breaking the silence.
Minju laughed and said, "Yes. You would."
I sighed and then smiled. Min smiled back.
"I can see with my job why you wouldn't have told me, and I appreciate finding out, but I'd have liked to know this earlier,"
“I know,” Minju admitted, her fingers nervously playing with the edge of her sleeve. “I wanted to. But it’s…complicated. My hybrid nature is something I’ve kept hidden for so long. Only a few people know. I didn’t know how to tell you.”
I nodded, understanding. “I get it. that's fair. However, now since you're my girlfriend you don't have to hide anymore.”
She looked at me, her eyes softening. “You’re really okay with this?”
“Of course, I am.” I reached over, taking her hand in mine again. “You’re still you, Minju. Nothing about that has changed. You're just hotter…literally. Are you a phoenix type?”
She smiled, but I could still see the lingering hesitation in her eyes. “ You are ridiculous…yes, I am a Phoenix type, I just…I didn’t want you to think I was a monster.”
I shook my head, my grip on her hand tightening. “You’re not a monster. You’re strong, and you’re brave. You’re…amazing.”
Minju chuckled softly, finally relaxing a little. “You really are something, you know that?”
I smiled. “better that than nothing.”
She leaned her head against my shoulder, and for a moment, we just sat there, the weight of the day slowly fading away.
“So…what happens now?” she asked after a while.
I thought about it for a moment before replying. “We figure it out. Together.”
Minju tilted her head up to look at me, a small smile playing on her lips. “Together, huh?”
I nodded, brushing a strand of her hair behind her ear. “Yeah. Together.”
She sighed, her expression softening. “I’m lucky to have you.”
I smirked. “You’d better believe it.”
Minju laughed, a sound that filled the room with warmth, and in that moment, everything felt a little lighter. A few moments later I said,
"You know my sisters would often tease me that the only girl I'd ever find who would like me would be a Kaiju. This was before we discovered Kaiju human hybrids of course but it is funny how they were right essentially."
Minju laughed at that for 4 minutes. After that, we fell into a comfortable silence, and in that silence Minju's hand found mine.
"your hands are really warm," I say. Minju laughs and says,
"Well I am a firebird," she says before cuddling me close.
Minju rests her head on my chest and she says I love your heartbeat. "it's so peaceful, this loud drum going boom, boom," I laugh as she nestles closer before drifting off to sleep.
The dream started like a memory I’d rather forget—blurry, disjointed. I was back in that lab, the one where everything went wrong. The sterile smell of antiseptic hit me first, followed by the low hum of machines working relentlessly. Arthur was on the cold metal table in front of me, tubes running from his arms and chest, his body already showing signs of the transformation. His muscles twitched, convulsing slightly as the Kaiju DNA fused with his own, patches of scales flickering in and out of existence. It was unsettling, watching someone I considered a brother turning into… something else.
I took a step closer, my heart hammering in my chest, but I couldn’t let him see my fear. He needed me to be strong. I had to be the anchor, the one thing in this madness that he could hold onto.
“Arthur,” I called softly, trying to keep my voice steady. “You’re doing great, man. Just hang in there.”
His eyes fluttered open, glowing faintly, and I felt my gut twist. His voice, once so full of life, now sounded strained, weak. “It hurts, Dio… so much.”
“I know.” I forced a smile, gripping his hand, though my own was shaking. “But you’re going to get through this. You’re stronger than anyone I know.”
He winced, his face contorting in pain as another wave of whatever the hell was happening to him hit. His fingers—no, claws—dug into the table, leaving deep scratches. “They said this would make me stronger, but I feel… like a monster.”
“You’re not a monster,” I said, more to convince myself than him. “You’re still Arthur, and we’re going to get through this. Once this is over, you’ll be able to do things we never dreamed of.”
Even as I said it, I saw the doubt in his eyes. The glow in them was changing, shifting into something darker, something I didn’t recognize.
The days blurred together after that, a nightmare on repeat. Arthur’s body transformed further, his skin hardening into scales, his face becoming… alien. His conversations with me became shorter, his words laced with bitterness. Every day, he seemed less like the guy I grew up with and more like something else. Something angry.
“I should have never trusted them,” he spat one day, his voice harsh, jagged like broken glass. We were back in the lab, though he was no longer on the table. Now, he towered over me, his form almost fully Kaiju. His eyes—dark, swirling with malice—bore into me. “They don’t care about us, Dio. They just wanted to use me. Turn me into a weapon.”
“That’s not true,” I said, even though I wasn’t sure I believed it anymore. “This was supposed to make you stronger, to protect people.”
He laughed, a hollow, bitter sound. “Protect? Do you really think that’s what this is about? Look at me!” He gestured to himself, muscles rippling under his newly transformed skin. “I’m not a protector—I’m a monster they’ll use until they don’t need me anymore.”
“Arthur, stop,” I pleaded, desperation creeping into my voice. “You’re still you. We can fix this. Don’t let it turn you into something you’re not.”
But his eyes had changed completely. There was no recognition in them anymore. Just anger. “I already am something else. And you—” He pointed a clawed finger at me, his voice dropping to a dangerous growl. “You’ll see it too, eventually. They’ll try to change you like they did me. And when that happens, you’ll understand. You’ll see why I hate them.”
The dream shifted, and suddenly we were outside, standing amidst the wreckage of a city destroyed by a Kaiju attack. Arthur was standing on a pile of rubble, his monstrous form towering above me, flames licking the horizon behind him. His face was twisted with rage, his Kaiju eyes burning with resentment.
“They never cared about us, Dio,” his voice echoed through the chaos around us. “And now I’m going to make them pay.”
I tried to reach him, tried to pull him back. “Arthur, this isn’t you. You don’t have to do this. We can still fix this. We can make it right.”
But he was gone. The Arthur I knew had been replaced by something else—something consumed by hate and anger. His transformation was complete, not just in body, but in spirit. He was no longer my friend.
“I’m sorry,” I whispered as I watched him, powerless to stop it. “I couldn’t save you.”
His last words echoed in the dream, haunting me as they always did. “You’ll never be able to save anyone, Dio. Not even yourself.”
And just like that, everything faded to black, leaving me alone with the crushing weight of failure.
I woke up to the sensation of warmth, but not the kind you’d expect from the blankets. No, this was different—alive, almost. When I opened my eyes, I freaked out for a split second, seeing flames wrapping around me, flickering like they were sentient. My heart raced, and for that brief moment, I thought I was about to be consumed by fire. But then my brain caught up with reality. Yesterday’s events came flooding back—Minju, her transformation, her true nature. This wasn’t any ordinary fire. These were her flames.
I relaxed, my panic subsiding as I watched the flames float around us, not wild or dangerous, but gentle and serene. They danced in the air like little night lights, soft orbs of orange, yellow, and red floating along the ceiling of the room. They didn’t burn or release smoke; they just existed, quietly glowing like they belonged here. The sight of it made me smile—a new, beautiful part of Minju I hadn’t yet seen. Another reminder of how extraordinary she was.
I turned my head and saw her beside me, still half-asleep, her face soft in the flickering light. Her hair was a mess, strands falling over her face as she shifted slightly, the movement causing the flames to ripple gently, almost in sync with her. She stirred, slowly sitting up, rubbing her eyes groggily as if she didn’t realize she was surrounded by her own flames.
“What time is it?” she mumbled, her voice thick with sleep as she clumsily tried to tidy her messy hair.
I glanced at the clock on the nightstand and saw that it was still early, around 5:30 AM. “It’s 5:30,” I whispered back, keeping my voice low as if not to disturb the peaceful moment we were in.
Minju groaned softly, her shoulders slumping as she lazily fixed her hair. “Okay… can we go back to sleep?” she asked, sounding like a little kid who didn’t want to get out of bed for school. There was something so endearing about it, this powerful, hybrid girl being so… human in this moment.
I nodded, smiling at her as I shifted back into the pillows. “Yeah, we can. No rush.”
She sighed in relief, giving up on her hair and snuggling back under the blankets. Her flames responded to her emotions, dimming slightly, and I could feel the warmth they radiated calming me down as well. Minju curled up close to me, resting her head on my shoulder, her breath evening out as sleep pulled her back in. Her fingers lazily intertwined with mine, her soft touch grounding me even more.
I lay there for a while, wide awake, just watching her. The way her flames glowed softly, the rise and fall of her chest as she slept, the way her lips curled into a faint smile even in her dreams. I marveled at how someone like her—a Phoenix-type Kaiju hybrid, capable of unimaginable power—could be so gentle and vulnerable in these quiet moments. And the fact that she trusted me enough to let me see this side of her? It made my heart swell.
As the minutes passed, the flames continued to flicker above us, casting a warm, ethereal light over the room. I couldn’t stop smiling, realizing how lucky I was. How I’d ended up here, next to her, in this strange but perfect moment. I eventually drifted into dreamland again.
In the dream, the vast cosmos stretched out around us, filled with stars, nebulas, and galaxies, but there was something more—something darker, deeper. As I floated in the endless space, I felt a presence behind me, a shadow that moved with me, wrapping around me like a cloak. It wasn’t menacing, but it was powerful, deep like the void between stars.
This darkness, however, wasn’t just empty. It swirled and moved in its own dance, creating shadows that formed intricate patterns, twisting and coiling like a living entity. My body glowed faintly with orbs of black and deep blue, darkness following me as I moved through the cosmos. It contrasted with the surrounding stars, like an eclipse casting shapes across the heavens, a night sky contained within me.
And there, floating in the midst of it all, was Minju.
Her flames were back, but this time, they burned brighter, more vivid, like they were responding to the presence of my darkness. Small orbs of fire—orange, red, and yellow—swirled around her, rising and falling in a rhythm that matched the beat of the universe. She radiated warmth and light as if she had pulled the very essence of the stars into herself, her movements fluid and graceful. Her eyes sparkled like galaxies, full of understanding, full of wonder.
As she danced through the stars, her flames reached out toward me. And without a word, I extended my hand, my own darkness following. The moment our hands touched, the cosmos reacted. My orbs of darkness swirled around her flames, twining together in an elegant, mesmerizing dance of light and shadow.
Shapes formed between us—stars born from the clash of fire and darkness, colors erupting where our energies met. Our flames and shadows combined, creating something entirely new, a swirling mix of hues that shifted between deep blacks, purples, and vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows. It was as if we were creating galaxies of our own with every step we took, each swirl of our hands causing new nebulas to form and dissolve.
The dance we shared now felt different, more intense, a balance of opposites. As Minju spun and moved, her flames flickered and danced alongside my shadows. They twisted together, merging and separating, forming beautiful, intricate designs in the cosmos. Sometimes the darkness would wrap around her flames, dimming them, only for her fire to burst through, illuminating the void. Other times, my orbs would dance alongside her flames, weaving together to create new patterns, each one unique and fleeting, a creation of beauty that only existed at that moment.
As we moved, I felt the darkness pull at me, but not in a way that frightened me. It felt like an extension of myself, like something I’d always known but had only just begun to understand. Minju’s light balanced it, her flames pushing back against the void, and together, we created something neither of us could do on our own.
Our dance brought us closer and closer, the distance between us shrinking as the cosmos around us responded to our combined energies. The swirling lights and shadows formed a kaleidoscope of shapes and colors, like fireworks made of stars and galaxies, painting the universe with our movements.
When we finally stopped, we were so close I could feel her warmth, her flames flickering gently, wrapping around us both, dancing with my shadows. Her eyes met mine, and there was no fear, no hesitation, just understanding.
The orbs of darkness that surrounded me, which had once felt so isolating, now intertwined with her light in a perfect balance. My darkness no longer stood apart from her flames, but merged with them, creating something beautiful and powerful.
As we stood there, our faces mere inches apart, the universe seemed to be still. Her flames burned softly against my skin, and my shadows wrapped around her like a protective veil. I leaned in, and she did the same, the galaxies around us swirling in anticipation. Our lips drew closer, and closer, the fire and shadow blending in a way that was so perfect, it felt like the entire cosmos was holding its breath.
But just as our lips were about to meet, the dream began to fade. The stars, the galaxies, the nebulas—they all slowly dissolved into the darkness, pulling me away from her. The swirling flames and shadows that had danced around us melted back into the void, the colors and shapes vanishing as if they had never been.
I reached out, trying to hold onto the moment, onto her, but it slipped through my fingers like smoke, leaving only the lingering warmth of her flames and the quiet comfort of the darkness. And then, I woke up. For real this time. I blinked a couple of times as I looked around for Minju until I heard the shower start and guessed where she could be. At that moment my mind gave me a small spark of an idea to join her followed by an image of her nude in my mind. I felt myself hardening at the thought and almost did but I chose not to at least for now. I got up stretched and played my switch to wait for her. When she came out she was wrapped in only a towel and I found myself salivating over her. Her long legs seemed so perfect so inviting.
“Do you like what you see?” She teased, which snapped me out of my trance. I nodded slowly and Minju said, “Well then maybe I’ll let you see more tonight at my place.” I smiled and she quickly qualified that statement,
“If you aren’t late. I expect you at my place at 7:00 tonight.
I nodded and replied “Well I’m just going sightseeing tonight. You’re welcome to join me if you don’t have work,”
“…hmm that sounds like fun. Sure. I am taking a two-week vacation since I was able to hire a new person at my bar so I don’t have to be there 24/7.” She answered
I nodded and quickly got ready after that we were off. The sky was a crisp blue, the autumn air light as Minju and I strolled through the streets of Seoul. The city buzzed with life around us, but somehow, it felt like it was just the two of us. Minju had insisted on this date—a day of exploring the city, seeing the sights, and, according to her, “having some fun for once.” I had my reservations, but I wasn’t going to say no to her. I originally was just going to ride my motorcycle around the cities going from tourist trap to tourist trap but Minju said this would be more “intimate and fun”
We started at Namsan Tower, the towering structure looming above us as we took the cable car up. Minju was practically glowing with excitement, leaning over the railing to get a better view of the city below. I gripped firmly onto the side railing as my nerves worsened the higher we got.
“Look at that!” she exclaimed, pointing out landmarks, her eyes bright with wonder. I just nodded, content to watch her as she took it all in.
“You don’t seem that impressed,” she teased, nudging me as the cable car rocked gently.
I shrugged, keeping my expression neutral. “I’ve seen tall buildings before.”
She rolled her eyes, not buying it for a second. “You’re such a liar. I know you’re enjoying this.”
“Am I?” I raised an eyebrow, but the small smile tugging at the corner of my mouth betrayed me.
Minju then noticed my white knuckle grip and said, “Wait are you okay Dio,”
“Just a fear of falling from large heights,” I responded. Minju smiled and said,
“Why don’t you know I’ll catch you,” I looked at her and she just smiled and my heart hurtled at that moment. After that, I was able to relax my grip a bit.
Minju grinned, stepping closer to me in the confined space of the car. Her presence was warm, a quiet reassurance that I hadn’t realized I’d been craving. I felt her arm brush against mine, and for a moment, I let myself relax into it. She slowly and deliberately wormed her hands into mine and had my arms wrapped around her.
“You feel so cool like a nice ice-cold soju hot day,” she said as she tightened my grip around her.
Once we reached the top, we wandered through the observation deck, Minju dragging me to the love-locks area. She handed me a lock and a marker, her eyes twinkling mischievously.
“Go on,” she urged. “We should put one up.”
I stared at the lock, my hand suddenly feeling heavier. “You want us to do this?”
“Why not?” She tilted her head, her soft smile melting away my hesitation. “It’s a nice way to mark this moment, don’t you think?”
I couldn’t argue with that. I scrawled something quickly and handed it to her. Minju took one look and burst out laughing. “Really? ‘Dio was here’?”
“Hey, it’s to the point.” I grinned, but inside, something shifted. This was more than just a lock. It was a piece of me—something I didn’t realize I wanted to give.
Minju smiled at me and said, “Say something that truly comes from the heart, not just some declaration of presence,” despite her smile, her presence insisted she was serious so I wiped off the lock and wrote something else. I looked at Minju and remembered my last couple of dreams about her so I wrote, “Deep in the water it’s just you and me,”
I showed Minju and she blushed as she showed me hers it read, “In all of the cosmos I chose you and you chose me,”
I laughed and said, there are you happy?” Minju nodded before using her flames to discreetly etch our messages in the locks together. I smiled watching her be so focused on her work.
We locked it to the fence, side by side with thousands of others, a quiet symbol of something deeper I couldn’t quite name yet. But Minju seemed to know, even if I didn’t. She didn’t say anything, but the way she looked at me, the way her eyes softened, told me she understood.
As we left the tower, she looped her arm through mine, guiding me through the winding streets of Insadong, pointing out little shops, and stopping occasionally to show me something that caught her eye. Her laughter was light, her energy infectious. It felt like every wall I’d built up, every layer of distance I’d kept between myself and others, was slowly being chipped away with each step.
When we reached a small park by the river, Minju sat down on one of the benches, pulling me down beside her. The sun was setting now, casting a warm orange glow over the city. I felt her lean into me, her head resting against my shoulder.
“You’re awfully quiet today,” she said softly.
I shrugged, trying to play it off. “Just taking it all in.”
She didn’t buy it. “Come on, Dio. I know you better than that.” Her voice was gentle, with no accusation in it, just understanding. “What’s going on in that head of yours?”
I hesitated, staring out at the water. “You really want to know?”
“Always.” She shifted slightly to look up at me, her eyes full of something I couldn’t quite place—trust, maybe. Or something deeper.
I sighed. “Well minus the constant stream of plans and ideas I tune out. It’s just… I’m not used to this. Being with someone like this. Letting someone in.”
I hesitated for a moment before saying, “You are radiant. I mean that both literally and figuratively. I am not the most likable even at the best of times so you being so close to me is odd, to say the least,”
Minju smiled softly. “I know. But I’m patient. I’ll wait as long as it takes.”
Her words hit me harder than I expected, and for the first time in a long while, I felt my guard completely drop. I turned to face her, and in that moment, it was like everything else faded away—the noise of the city, the hum of people around us. All that mattered was her.
“You make it sound so easy,” I murmured.
“It’s not,” she admitted, her hand reaching up to gently cup my cheek. “But I believe it’s worth it.”
I felt my heart clench in a way that both scared and exhilarated me. She wasn’t just someone I was dating. She was someone who saw through every wall, every defense, and still chose to stay.
Without thinking, I leaned in, pressing my forehead against hers. “You’re giving me your heart, aren’t you?”
“I already have,” she whispered, her breath warm against my lips.
At that moment, I knew I had already given mine to her too. Every defense, every hesitation, crumbled under the weight of what I felt for her.
“Well,” I whispered, brushing a thumb over her cheek, “you have mine too.”
Her eyes shimmered with unshed tears, and she smiled, leaning in to press her lips to mine in a soft, tender kiss that felt like a promise. A promise of something bigger than either of us could have predicted.
As we pulled apart, Minju rested her head back on my shoulder, her hand entwined with mine. The sun had fully set, leaving the sky painted in hues of pink and purple.
“You know,” she said after a moment, her voice playful again, “I was starting to wonder how long it would take for you to realize you’re completely in love with me.”
I chuckled, shaking my head. “Yeah, yeah. Rub it in.”
She grinned, squeezing my hand. “I’m just saying, it’s about time.”
And with that, we sat in the quiet comfort of each other, the city lights twinkling around us, and for the first time in what felt like forever, I knew I wasn’t alone.
We arrived back at Minju’s place and as we crossed the threshold into her apartment and the door closed: she pounced on me. She grabbed my shoulders and I felt her transform. Her smile was as sweet as ever and I felt at peace in her arms. She brought me in close for a kiss and reciprocated.
It was innocent at first I swear but then I felt her tongue in my mouth and that’s when things get hazy. I let her tounge explore my mouth for a few minutes before returning the kiss with even more fire .(metaphorically of course cause you know Minju’s a firebird herself) our tongues clash for dominance as we try to get over on each other.
I noticed Minju’s kisses tastes like cinnamon and when we break the kiss I see the mutual love and admiration in her eyes that I felt for her. I plunge in back to another kiss with her before ripping her blouse open. She frowns and says, “that was one of my favorites?”
Caught in a haze I say, “I’ll buy you a new one. right now I you all of you,” Minju smirked then said
“Such a greedy needy boy,” her teasing only spiked my adrenaline more as I furiously yank her jeans and boots off leaving her in her bra and panties. We both stare into each other’s eyes panting as the heat simmers between us. She guides me to her bedroom and I tumble into the mattress with her. She brings me in for another kiss as this happens she wraps her legs around my waist bringing me in as close as possible. I feel her “talons” dig into my shoulders and she tears into my flesh but the pain surprisingly doesn’t come. Her touch is warm and only inviting. We break the kiss and she stares at me with a wild fire in her eyes.
“Get naked right now,” she demanded and I complied. Minju’s eyes hungrily tracked my eye my crotch until I was unclothed. She smiled when she saw my manhood.
“Oh you’re so hard for me.” She teases as she crawls at me. Her eyes glow orange as she approaches her wings furl and unfurl. When she closes in on me all I can do is salivate over her body her wide hips, her long legs, her petite breasts and her pretty face that always draws me in. She lowers me to between her legs. I dive in without any instruction as lap at her pussy. She tastes sweet and spicy as I carefully lick and inhale her scent. She pushes me into her welcoming cunt as I devour her,
“Oh fuck keep going,” I do as probe her walls deeper and deeper until I decide to take a little nibble of her clit.
Minju moans melodically as she lifts my face to her. She smiles at me as her hybrid from becomes more apparent.
“Keep going,” she says before lowering me back to her pussy. I continue to eat her out with the rapacious abandon.
Minju groans before she says, “oh you greedy needy naughty boy” as I go deeper and she gets closer I firmly grab her ass, which was pillowy soft. As I knead her ass she encourages me to eat her out more. At this point she had wrapped her thighs around me and was drowning me in her juices but I was so pussy drunk I didn’t care I could only want more, and more is what i got as I dove into until she couldn’t take it anymore. She pushed me from her pussy as she came violent squirting and squirming as her body was seized by tremors of pleasure I was still dazed as I watched. A million things and nothing raced through my mind. Minju panted as she came down from her high. A thick layer of sweat covered her pale body causing her to shine just a little bit brighter than normal. When her breathing returned to normal, She stared at me with an even hungrier look. She grabbed me and said, “You're fucking mine,”
A few days later Minju and I were caught fully in the throes of our whirlwind romance heading on all these cute little dates and just being stupid in love. I was at peace with her and found myself doing anything and everything I could for her. I guess nickname Queen Min was correct after all.
Minju and I were walking back from one of our dates, the warmth of the evening lingering in the air. Seoul’s city lights flickered around us, and for once, everything felt right. Minju was laughing at some joke I had made, her arm hooked in mine. Her laughter was like music, light and effortless.
Then, without warning, a shadow passed over us. A chill crawled up my spine, and I instinctively pulled Minju closer.
“You feel that?” I muttered, scanning the area.
Minju frowned, her eyes narrowing as she sensed it too. “Yeah, something’s off—”
Before she could finish, a figure dropped from the sky, like a bolt of lighting landing on top of me with a deafening crash. Dust and static exploded around his feet, and I recognized him instantly: Arthur.
His eyes were wild, glowing with a golden energy that made my blood run cold. He looked nothing like the friend I once knew. He jumped away from me and elegantly landed in front of me. I got up and felt my broken arm
“Arthur?” I took a step forward, confused. “What the hell are you doing here?”
Arthur didn’t respond at first, his gaze locked on Minju. He smiled—a twisted, malicious grin that made my stomach turn. “I always thought you were weak, Dio. Immature and too naive to see what was in front of you.” He made a move to Minju I kicked and he flew back disoriented.
“That really hurt,” he yelled angrily. I shrugged still holding my broken arm. Arthur laughed as he spoke again
“You always were too soft, Dio. Too trusting. But I knew you’d lead me to her.”
I looked at him even more confused before he grabbed me and slammed me to ground. I heard a few ribs crack in the process.
In a split second, he lunged forward, faster than I could react. I barely managed to push Minju out of the way before his fist collided with my chest, sending me crashing into a nearby building. The impact knocked the air from my lungs, and I coughed, trying to get back on my feet.
“Minju, run!” I shouted, struggling to stand.
But before she could move, Arthur was on her. His hand wrapped around her throat, lifting her off the ground as if she weighed nothing. Minju tried to fight back, flames flickering at her fingertips, but Arthur’s grip tightened, cutting off her powers.
“Let her go!” I roared, charging at him. But Arthur was faster—he slammed me into the pavement with a single blow. The pain was blinding, my vision blurring as I watched him drag Minju away.
“You don’t deserve a specimen this fine she’s mine now, Dio,” Arthur taunted. “And you’re too weak to stop me.”
I tried to get up, but my body refused to move. The last thing I saw before losing consciousness was Minju’s terrified face as Arthur disappeared into the night.
I came to a few days later in a sterile hospital room. I was back in America and judging from the looks of things in an ATFF Facility. I was rigged to several machines and tubes. As my recollection came back about what happened my anger began to burn and my heart rate spiked. A nurse ran in and noticed I was awake. She smiled and said
“Welcome back to the land of the living Dionacho when we found you, you were almost dead, but you fought through and are going to make a full recovery.”
I turned to the nurse and whispered into her ear.
“Where is Dr Kwon?” She gave me a worried look before fetching him. A few minutes later Dr. Kwon walked in, my anger barely contaminated as I watched the scientist who had once been my ally. Dr. Kwon looked up from his clipboard , his eyes widening in shock at the sight of me.
“Dio,” he began, “you shouldn’t—”
“Do it,” I cut him off, my voice cold. “Now.”
He hesitated, eyes flickering with uncertainty. “You know what this means, don’t you? If you undergo this transformation, there’s no going back. You’ll be bound to the Kaiju energy. Just like Arthur.”
“I don’t care.” My voice was hard, my resolve unshakable. “He has my girl. I have to kill him.” The room was silent on my declaration. Dr Kwon looked at me and I knew all he saw was hate and vitriol.
Dr. Kwon’s face tightened, but he nodded. “Very well. We will begin later today. Nurse please prep the patient I fear this is going to be an unpleasant experience for all involved.”
The procedure room was sterile, its walls lined with machines that hummed with an ominous energy. I lay down on the table, staring up at the ceiling as the restraints clicked into place. My heart pounded in my chest, but I didn’t flinch. I had to do this—for her.
As the machine whirred to life, I felt a cold surge of fear, but I buried it beneath my determination. The injection came first—a burning sensation that spread through my veins, followed by a pressure so intense I thought my body might tear itself apart. My vision blurred, colors and shapes distorted as the transformation took hold. As the pain grew more intense pain turned into tickles as my nerves burned out and reconstructed. This caused me to laugh uncontrollably. I watched as the doctors and nurses stared at me with concern.
Darkness swirled around me, a gravitational pull I couldn’t resist. It was like sinking into a black void, a force pulling at every fiber of my being, reshaping me from the inside out. My muscles twisted, my bones felt like they were cracking under the strain, and yet—I felt stronger.
I could feel the gravity, the pull of it coursing through me. It was overwhelming, yet I embraced it. The darkness didn’t scare me anymore. It was mine to command.
Finally, the pain subsided, and I opened my eyes. The restraints were gone, and I stood, feeling the raw power coursing through me. My hands glowed with a dark energy, shadows swirling around them. I stood up and began walking around looking for my clothes which I found a simple beige sweater, black jeans, and boots. I changed out of the hospital gown.
Dr. Kwon watched me, his expression unreadable. “It’s done,” he said quietly.
I nodded, clenching my fists. “Where’s Arthur?”
“We don’t know—” the doctor stammered.
“I don’t care,” I growled, cutting him off. “I’ll handle it.”
I knew where Arthur would be, A place he called “the titan’s nest I walked past a mirror and noticed dark leathery wings sprouted from my back. The Doctor approached and said,
“They should be retractable but I’m not sure.
“Don’t care,” I said as I gave them a few explanatory flaps to test them.
“This will do,” I responded as the lift was incredible. On the way out of the facility i grabbed a sword and flew off to find Arthur.
When I arrived, the area was dark, the air thick with tension. I could feel Arthur’s presence before I saw him, the familiar pull of his Kaiju energy. He was waiting for me.
“Well, well,” Arthur’s voice echoed through the abandoned docks, his figure appearing from the shadows. “I see you’ve made the same mistake I did.”
I didn’t answer, my eyes scanning the area for Minju. She was nearby, I could sense her, but she was hidden from view.
“You think you can save her?” Arthur taunted, stepping forward. “You’re just like me now, Dio. Embrace it.”
I breathe a heavy sigh before saying, “With respect to our friendship I’m going to give you one chance to let me take Minju and go back home with her,”
“And miss this golden opportunity to face you and prove who’s the strongest? Never!”
The darkness around me responded to my anger, swirling in a chaotic dance of shadows and energy. I wasn’t like him. I’d made this choice for her, not for power, not for revenge.
“Your funeral,” I said, my voice low and dangerous.
Arthur smirked, his body shifting, the Kaiju form overtaking him. “Let’s see if you can stop me.” I sigh lift three large rocks and use the darkness swirling around me to make 4 more blades. Arthur looked at me and laughed,
"God you're edgy,"
My wings flap angrily and my eyes narrow and I reply, "That's rich coming from the ashen-gray lighting dragon man," He laughs and launches a bolt of lighting at me that seems to move in slow motion. I slap it away, and he gives me a worried look. I open my backhand and use the darkness to pull him towards me. He looks at me terrified before shooting out more bolts of lighting. I slash away two and crush one in my hand. When I open my hand again I have Arthur gripped by the collar in my arms. He stares into my eyes. I look into his and see terror. I slam him into the ground and then throw him into the air before throwing him back to the ground.
Arthur, trying to get away, uses an emp field to blind me. I sigh as he resets our positions. I begin my approach. He tries to run away, but I use my darkness to keep him locked in a specific range near me.
I laugh as I watch him try to escape,"you wanna run away scared now?" I ask and Arthur tenses before turning to face me. He takes out a high-frequency blade and our weapons clash. I parry two attacks then land one on his chest. he tries to flee but I grab his leg and slam him behind me.
"Where is Minju?" I ask coldly as I close in on Arthur. Arthur looks at me in terror.
"What did they do to you?" He asks his eyes paint his terror as I close in. I laugh before using my darkness, and gravity wells to keep him there.
I shake my head, "No they didn't do this I was always like this. The ATFF didn't change me. You did. We were supposed to be heroes and help people with this power; not fight each other, but your cowardice fucked that to hell. So here were are stuck in combat against each other"
"They made me a monster." Arthur.
"No, they made you a bitch. Or more accurately revealed you were a bitch the whole time." I said as I kicked Arthur in his face knocking him out.
after incapacitating Arthur I went looking for Minju and found her in the next room. she looked at me and as I sauntered out of the shadows Minju smiled.
"I knew you'd come for me." she said smiling.
I laughed and said, "Well you probably didn'y expect this" I said gesturing to the black dragon wings flapping and folding behind me. Minju smiles and says, "I Love it regardless" as she spoke she ran to me and caught me in a hug.
in my mind the dream echoed, "Deep in the water it's just you and me."

M.LIST | RULES/REQUESTING | ABOUT ME
Tumblr media
peter was totally smitten by you. really, he was. after all he's been through, it was kind of nice having someone who adores him as much as he does, even if you are... a tad bit dim-witted.
while he grew up surrounded by death, trauma, and more, you were raised sheltered, hidden away from all the bad things. and even though peter's been through some shit, he finds it to hold you so gently, like the pretty thing you are, as if you were stained glass; fragile, but so beautiful.
when he's holding you, all his soft, brown eyes can focus on are how your soft, manicured hands wrap around his rough, calloused ones. you're always careful not to hurt him with your acrylics.
even though you can be slow at times, it's almost impossible not to admire the way your clothes always hug your curves, glossed lips pulled into a pretty pout.
peter could have just about any girl he wanted on campus, but he didn't want any of them.
he wanted you, and only you.
maybe it's because you were different, and no, not in dim-witted nature. but because of how soft you were. you didn't know, and even if you did, understand the horrors he wittnessed out there everyday.
you were protected by a little (very pink) bubble that you lived in, so when he came home to you, it felt as if he was in a different world altogether. you were so damn good at distracting peter, and you didn't even know it.
you were in your own dorm room, watching a silly rom-com while peter was with his friends, he told you not to wait up for him, given that he would be up 'til the early hours of the morning. but you decided that peter and his goodnight kisses were slightly more important than your beauty sleep.
slightly.
you furrowed your neatly shaped eyebrows at something that one of the characters said, tilting your head.
ram-i-fic-a-tion? you thought, humming. pulling out your phone, you googled the word.
noun plural noun: ramifications
a consequence of an action or event, especially when complex or unwelcome. "any change is bound to have legal ramifications"
"legal ram-i-fic-a-tions?" you wondered aloud.
you skimmed the rest of the definitions, still confused. surely peter wouldn't mind if you gave him a quick ring? so you went ahead in did that, letting the sound echo in the room.
when he didn't pick up, you frowned.
"ummm..." you trailed off, calling one of his friends, spencer, instead. you weren't a stranger to him, but more of a mutual. after all, your roommate was dating him. actually, you'd ask alyssa, your roomie, but she wasn't here.
much to your happiness, spencer did pick up. "hiii, spence."
"y/n?" he said, slurring slightly.
"what does, like, ram-i-fic-a-tion mean?" you asked, careful to enunciate.
spencer was aware of... how your brain worked, and he wasn't a jerk about it (unlike some people). he was one of peter's closer friends, so you felt comfortable around him.
"ramification? oh, uh, it's like a consequence."
you frowned dumbly, "to what?"
"to an action. if you don't study for the final, you might not do well. that's a consequence to your action. a ramification."
"oh. oh! okay. thank you!"
he didn't disconnect right away, and you could hear one of his frat brothers, you were unsure who, talking. and of course, you strained your ears to listen.
"it doesn't get annoying or anything?"
you heard peter's voice come next, and instantly perked up. "what?"
"dude, be so for real. she's hot, but like, as dumb as a third grader. do you have to talk to her like that too?" he laughed.
oof, you thought, sucks to be whoever it was they were talking about.
"sometimes. she's good in bed, though."
wait. he was talking about you. your jaw dropped. i mean, you were stupid, but not this stupid. so this is what "saturday night with the boys" was all about?
you heard collective laughing. you did stupid things sometimes, but never had the mental compacity to be embarrased by them. this, though? this was different.
you trusted peter.
he was the only person who never, ever, spoke to or about you like that. in fact, it was one of the reasons you'd grown to like him so much. because he was patient, he was kind, and never did he once judge you.
well, that's what you thought.
but you were dumb enough to think that just because he never spoke about it to you, he never spoke about it all.
you immediately disconnected the call, dropping your phone. trying to focus back on the movie, you nibbled on a piece of popcorn.
but you just couldn't get over it. did it bother him?
all the questions? the dim-witted stupidity? all the pink?
reluctantly, you glanced the hot pink bowl that held your snack.
you didn't mean to be so... like that. you were just being yourself. did peter not like you being yourself? no, no, of course not. if he didn't, then why would he be with you?
a little voice in the back of your head rang out; "because you're good in bed."
maybe it wouldn't hurt to try and raise your iq?
you turned off the tv, hot pink popcorn bowl forgotten. alyssa wouldn't mind if you borrowed something, right?
you opened her room door, walking over to her bookself. wrinkling up your nose, you scanned her shelf. how could someone like reading so much?
it was so... gross.
oh, well. maybe peter was into intellectuals. and you had better become before he left you for someone like that.
your eyes paused at a book titled "the hobbit".
"what's a... hobbit?" you asked, not to anyone in particular. you skipped it, looking at her other ones.
"'twisted love', 'the fault in our stars'... what'd the stars do?" picking up the book, you read the back. "huh," you remarked, putting it back.
instead, you grabbed a couple self-help books, struggling to hold them with your acrylic nails, which, of course, were bright pink... accentuated with big charms; bows and hearts.
you went back over to your room, dumping them on your bed. checking your nails again, you drummed them against your palm to make sure they were intact.
you started reading the first one, curling up in a blanket, but you kept getting distracted. every five seconds, you look up to make sure your lashes were still in place, or that your skin wasn't to shiny, or that your hair was still perfect. and to be honest, you didn't really understand any of it.
like, who actually had the patience to read through all of it? how could a book cure all your crap?
and why would you read a book to feel better, when you could go to a spa, or a shopping spree.
credit cards were invented for a reason.
but you powered through, at the very least, you skimmed the words. there was no way you could read it word for word. but you wanted to try... for peter.
you wanted him to stick around, to love you, but not superficially. not for sex.
you stayed up until 1:30 (mostly reading, and you still didn't understand how people did this for fun), but didn't call peter. you'd talk to him tomorrow, maybe. first, you needed to get your facts straight. eventually, you got ready for bed.
this included showering, taking off your makeup, putting your hair in rollers, and your fifteen-step skincare routine.
you may have been half asleep, but you'd never skip a step.
peter came over around noon monday, when neither of you had classes. "jeez, babe," he groaned, you in his lap, "i've got so much to do. seriously, i'm never gonna get it done."
you twirled your hair, appearing nonchalant, "your mindset is either your best friend, or worst enemy."
you kept your eyes trained on your phone, waiting for peter to respond. looking up, you saw him blink. "uh... yeah. that was- that was very... un-y/n-like."
to be honest, you didn't even know what the saying meant. you just memorized it from your book. "was it dumb?"
"no, it was smart," peter replied, kissing your hairline.
"i'm normally dumb?" you asked, tearing up. lips pouted, voice moist, you made eye contact with him. you knew you were a little slow, but dumb? really?
"no! that's not what i meant. it just sounded- well, i- cause you never say stuff like that. you're my smart, pretty girl."
"oh, okay," you said, your nails tracing the curve of his back. you pecked him on the lips, but he brought you back for a longer kiss.
you giggled as he flipped your positions, peter on top.
"can i show you just how pretty you are?"
he didn't have to ask twice.
Tumblr media
you were in the dining hall, sitting with some of your friends, mixed with some of peter's.
they were talking as you picked at your salad, leaning into peter.
"ugh," sarah, you kind-of friend started, "my boss gave me a premotion."
"what the fuck are you complaining about?" alyssa scoffed.
"because! it means that i have to do more...! like, i'll have to get up earlier. i dunno if i'll take it. it's cooler than the one i have now, but but it's not as comforting."
you spoke up, completely confident, "commit to change. either embrace the challenge of pursuing your destiny or shy way and live in regret."
collective "oohs" and "damns" were heard around the table, and you reveled in it.
"okay, girl, you go."
"parker, when did your girlfriend get a braincell upgrade?" you looked at peter, waiting for him to shoot something back, but he didn't. you frowned slightly, going back to the salad.
it went on like that, you would pipe in and offer self-help advice (not really knowing what it meant) hoping for peter's attention. sometimes you got it, and sometimes you didn't.
it was fine, you wanted him to notice you. after all, you weren't reading for fun. you were doing it for him, so... just, like, notice already.
you'd been focusing so much on the self-help books, your nails had grown out, leaving space between your nail bed and acrylics. deciding to take some time away from the books and all their un-understandable wisdom, you wanted to paint your nails.
nothing to big, but more simple. you were finding it hard to turn the page with the large charms on the acrylics you normally had to.
you found some 100% acetone in your bathroom, so you soaked your nails, waiting for the acrylics to come off. once they got loose enough, they came off easily.
you did some prepping, then picked out two different shades of pink. you were about to start when you heard two long knocks, then two short ones.
(it was peter's special knock, so you'd always know when it was him.)
"come in!" you called out, and you saw a head of fluffy brown hair peek in.
"hey," he said, slipping in your room.
"hi, petey!"
he came up from behind you, hugging your waist. "whatcha doing?"
you opened a bottle of nail paint, "painting my nails."
"cute colors," he kissed your cheek, and you leaned in.
"right? pink is so pretty," you gushed.
"what are these?" peter asked, and you looked over curious as to what he was talking about.
"oh, just, like, lyss' books."
"yeah, but why're they in here?" he read the back of one, raising a brow.
you continued painting your nails, trying to appear chill. "i was reading them."
he seemed to do a double-take, and you frowned, "what?"
"nothing- nothing, i just..."
"i know how to read," you said, shoulders sagging. "i'm smarter than a third-grader," you didn't catch the slip-up, but he did.
that caught him off guard there, "what?"
"what?" looking up, you finally met his eyes.
"you said you- well, yeah, i know. you just don't-" he paused, "self-help books didn't seem like your thing is all. oh, is that why've you been saying all that?"
"saying what?"
"all the-" he didn't want to hurt your feelings, but if he was right, he already had. "the, um, advice?" he stammered. peter didn't trip over his words often, and you knew that.
you were sure that he knew that you knew, but you weren't sure if he knew for sure.
you shrugged, "doesn't it sound smart?"
"no, yeah, it does." he's treading very carefully. it was quiet for a brief moment; "did you hear?"
"hear what?"
"the... the comment i made?"
"oh, that one about me being stupid, but good in bed?" you said it so casually, as if it didn't bother you at all.
but it did. he knew it did.
he sighed, "i'm really sorry, baby."
"for what?"
"for saying that."
"no, you're sorry you got caught. you wouldn't have said it if you didn't mean it."
"i didn't- i was drunk," peter tried again.
"drunk words are sober thoughts," something else you read, you aren't sure where.
he was starting to get really nervous. he didn't know what was going through your head, normally he had a good idea, but it wasn't anything like this. it didn't seem like you hated him, but he wasn't about to take advantage.
"no, i-"
"it's okay. i'm working on it," you said, trying to make him feel better. as if you were the one who'd messed up, not peter. the idea itself was insane to him, and it only made him feel worse.
"angel," peter started, "this is not your fault. please don't make it your fault. i'm the one who messed up, and what i said was not okay. it was a stupid, drunk joke, and i shouldn't said it."
you blew on your nails, blinking back your tears. mascara, the good stuff, was expensive. you looked up, shocked to see tears in his eyes. you don't think you've ever seen him cry before. well, maybe once, when you watched "titanic" with him.
peter wasn't one to get emotional, he still denied ever crying over that movie.
"it's okay," you repeated again. you were dumb, you knew that. it really wasn't his fault, you shouldn't have pushed him to feel like that.
"but it's not. and i know you know that, please tell me what i can do to make it better."
"but-"
"no, it's not," he said sternly, "and i cannot stress that enough. i'm really sorry, baby."
you capped the polish, you didn't know what to say. it wasn't your fault? okay, fine.
maybe he was right.
"i got really upset," you admitted.
"i know, baby," the tears are falling, he quickly wipes them away.
"did you really mean it?"
"no, no, no, of course not. i absolutely love you the way you are, and you shouldn't have to change yourself for anyone- especially not for me."
"so you don't think i'm only good for sex?"
"baby, no, baby, no!" baby, he used that word for affection; when he was guilty, trying to prove something to you... in this case, how sorry he was. "you are good for so many other things," he paused, "okay, that didn't sound great."
he took a deep breath, taking your freshly painted hands in yours, "don't mess up the polish," you warned, even though you were tearing up.
peter smiled slightly, that meant you weren't too upset, right? that he hadn't fucked everything up by great means?
"i haven't ever met someone like you, who loves me the same back. and i don't mean generally, but romantically. lots of people can't put up with me," he started, "but you do, and jesus, baby, i'm so greatful for that- and you," peter added.
"you are the bright pink light of my life. you're so different from other girls i've been with, you see me. you don't look at me, you see me. like, okay, maybe you aren't the greatest at math, but you don't have to be a s.t.e.m. genius to be smart."
peter was getting raw, he was getting vunerable. "i don't know how to use a curling iron for the life of me, i don't know the difference between mascara and eyeliner. well, i do, but i didn't before you."
you looked at him, opening your mouth to speak. you wanted to tell him he'd lost you somewhere along the line, but figured it was important for him to get this out.
"you've got a different mindset than me, and i love that. you're the biggest feminist i've ever met, and wait until you meet may. i think it's interesting that your entire personality doesn't revolve around your degrees and resumes, because, god, people like that are annoying. most of all, you're confidence is amazing. i never had anything like that in high school."
you knew that he was a nerd, kept his head down, shoulders sagging. "i just... i'm sorry. i don't know why i said it. i'm a huge insecure jerk that thinks he can get away with crap by projecting it onto his lovely, amazing, wonderful girlfriend. you're my favorite person, and i can't help but think you'll leave me one day. i thought that if i acted like i didn't care... i don't know. i- i don't... i'm sorry."
you took moment, that's the longest he's ever spoken to you, but he wasn't done, apparently.
"also, i don't care about sex. i mean, it's nice and whatever, but what's the point of it if i don't have you. what i'm trying to say is, i'd pick you over that any day, okay? it doesn't matter to me. i'm not with you for that."
"thank you," you said, it seemed appropriate. basically, he just compliented you a whole lot, and it worked; you seem to have a thing for praising. "and i forgive you. also, i hated those stupid books, and if they weren't, like, alyssa's, i'd burn them."
you shuddered, "i can't believe i read them."
"really?" peter asked, hopeful. you kissed away a stray tear, looking into his wet eyes. "we're okay?"
"we're so okay," you paused, "but you have to watch bridgerton with me."
he groaned, "fine." (you knew he liked it, he just wouldn't ever admit to it.)
"wait, so just checking, you aren't into, like, intellectuals or whatever?"
"i'm into you," he said, "whether or not you idenify as one."

Tumblr media
“mark, give up! just face the fact that you’ve used up all the syrup!” you say with your lips pressed together and curved down into a frown.
your brown syrup covered breasts pressed together as mark shakes the bottle and presses it firmly together to squeeze more syrup.
“there’s still a little more, baby. i promise, just be patient and wait with me.” the bottle of chocolate syrup farts and bubbles up as mark uses all his strength as an attempt to squeeze the rest of the syrup out from the bottle.
you sigh as your arms begin to cramp. “dude, my arms are starting to hurt.” you whine and drop your arms, your breasts falling with your arms.
“i know, baby. i know but just.. just a few more minutes, it’s almost all out!” his desperate bug eyes focused on the last tiny drop that teased him by taking its sweet time to drip from the bottle.
“mark, i’m just—“ as you go to sit up, mark pushes you back down and squeezes your breasts together, licking the last bit of the syrup from the tube and mouthing one of your nipple.
you moan and grab a fistful of his short locks. “you’re such a greedy jerk.” you mumble and lock your legs around his waist.
mark throws the bottle and it hits the closet door with a loud thud.
mark moans and moves to your other nipple. you squeeze your arms around his head and kiss his head. are we done yet?” you ask, playing with his hair.
you give him a smack on the head when he doesn’t answer. “i’m hungry,” you whine. “i want to eat something.”
mark pulls away, his face absolutely covered in chocolate syrup. “eat this dick.” you shove his face and roll the two of you over. “you’re disgusting.” you slide off the bed and grab your clothes off the ground before leaving the room.
“i was just kidding, babe.” mark says while following you to the bathroom. “shut up and go cook me something.” you use a rag and you wet the material, squeezing out the extra water and wiping away the sticky syrup from your breasts.
mark watches with admiration and with a cute grin from the doorway.
“god, how did i let you get away with this idea. ‘such a stupid idea.” you sigh and wash the rag after cleaning your breasts with it.
you hang the rag and slip on your bra, taking little glances at mark who watches you through the mirror. “mind helping?” you struggle with your clips.
“mm,” mark pouts with a smirk. “after you calling me stupid, disgusting and a greedy jerk.. i think you can do it yourself.” his eyes squinting in a taunting way.
you turn to him while holding your straps. “okay, first; i didn’t call you stupid, i just said your idea was stupid. second; i’m hangry and i’m gonna get more angry if you don’t help me. third—“
mark yanks you by the waist and kisses you. “shut up.” he whispers when pulling away. “or i’m gonna shove my dick down your throat.”
before you can protest your angry thoughts, mark spins you and grabs your bra clippings, clipping them together and spinning you back around. “c’mon, i’ll go cook us some ramen.”
mark takes your hand and drags you to his kitchen. “yeah, because that’s the only thing you can cook.” you mumble.
“you should be thankful you’re getting ramen instead of raw, burnt eggs.” you glare at him from behind and you can visualize his smirk.
Tumblr media
mark walks into the practice room with two bags of candy and drinks. “oh, finally.” he huffs when seeing the peacefully sleeping haechan on the couch.
“how’d you tire him?” mark asks, removing his black mask and black beanie. “y’know, did what i always do to tire you out.. a little bit of cowgirl.. missionary.. and a blowjob.. whatnot.” you shrug while scrolling on your insta feed.
“hey!” you whine when your phone is snatched from you. “don’t say those type of shit, y/n.” you glare up at him and giggle. “gotcha there, didn’t i?” you stand up with your hands on your hips. “don’t be jealous, remember you’re the one who said no strings attached.”
mark chews the inside of his cheek and watches as you walk past him.
“so, what kind of snacks did you get?” you dig through the bags and pull out a few snacks and drinks. “mm, chocolate covered mushrooms, yum.” you tear the bag open and plop one of the treat into your mouth.
you moan and grab another one. “thanks, markie.” you smacks your lips together and toss a handful into your mouth.
you drop the bag of chocolate when being spun around. “hey!” you’re met eye to eye with an angry looking mark. “if you wanted some, you could’ve just asked.” you go to turn and grab the bag but mark drags you by your ankles so that you’re now underneath him.
“you like donghyuck?” your eyebrows pinch together. “are you actually jealous? really, mark? wow, who knew a little joke would make the mark lee jealous.” you scoff and marks jaw ticks.
mark looks down at your legs and then back up at you. “no, mark. haechan is sleeping right over there— he’s literally six feet away from us!” you didn’t actually know, you just didn’t want to be caught.
“pretty girl doesn’t want to be caught in the act, huh? that’s never stopped you, has it?” you press your lips together and glare up at mark who stands over you with a smirk.
“what, you don’t remember the time you snuck me in your room while your best friend was asleep on the floor next to us?”
you bite your lip. “ugh, you’ve made your point! stop being a jerk and hurry up.” mark watches as you undo your sweats but he stops you.
with frustration burning in your eyes, you glare up at him. “i thought this is what you wanted, no?!” mark shakes his head and quickly glances at haechan who stirs with a moan.
“c’mere,” mark pushes himself off his knees and walks over to the dim corner, he sits himself by the mirror and spreads his legs. “c’mon, brat.”
with a huff, you crawl over to mark, sitting in between his legs with your back against his chest and your knees barely pressed against your chest.
“stay quiet for me, yeah?” mark whispers and gives you a kiss on the shell of your ear.
with your shirt pushed up and exposing your breasts and your sweats pushed down by your knees, mark fingers you with one hand and uses the other hand to tweak your nipples.
his fingers moving fast and curling every time they enter you. his lips softly cursing into your ears while you quietly moan.
his hand curling up and his palm rubbing against your clit. you roll your hips as an attempt to get more pleasure from his palm.
“i’m gonna cum— fuck!” you whimper and gasp when seeing haechans body toss and turn on the tiny couch.
“i said to be quiet, didn’t i?” mark whispers.
you squeal as mark picks up his pace and fucks your pussy with his fingers. the thought of just his fingers getting you off blew your mind, he was talented in so many ways.
“mark,” you pant. “mark,” you roll your hips and grab the back of his neck, bringing his face closer to yours. “i’m cumming.” you whisper before clamping your legs shut and shivering with your orgasm.
you gasp and turn, burying your face into the broad chest of mark. “ooh, fuck!” you cry out into marks chest and dig your nails into the back of his neck.
“ah, fuck. that’s it, baby.” your hand squeezes marks wrist as he tries to keep fucking you with his fingers. “stop, stop..” you pant and push yourself from mark.
mark stares at you, his chest rising slowly and shrinking in the same pace. a worn out grin on his face as he watches your legs twitch and you sitting so breathlessly.
“you’re mean, mark.” you pull your bra and shirt into place and move onto your pantie and sweats. “you know you love it, brat.” you stand and tie your messed up hair into a high ponytail.
“what do you say,” mark stands and grabs you by the waist. “head back to my place?” he bites your shoulder as he stares you down through the mirror.
“we can’t just leave haechan here by himself.” you drop your hands after tightening your pony. “he’s a big boy, he can handle being alone.”
“yeah, i’ll be fine.” haechan says nonchalantly.
you gasp and turn to haechan who lays on the couch with an arm over his forehead. “no fucking way.” you mutter and walk towards the pile of stuff, grabbing your bag and leaving the practice room.
“nice tits and moans, y/n.” haechan says with a small giggle.
mark sighs and chases after you.
Tumblr media
“hey, hey, you’re my favorite kind of night.” the song sings while you circle mark with a hungry look in your eyes.
mark grabs your waist and dips you in a circle, gradually grinding his hips into yours. “so, i love when you call unexpected.”
he brings you back up and your noses are barely inches apart. “‘cause i hate when the moment’s expected.” you look at his lips then back at his eyes before smiling cheekily.
you step back from him, slowly and matching the beat. mark follows, curling his lips as he pops his body to the beat.
“so, i’ma care for you,” you stop and look to the side. “you,” mark snakes his hands up your waist and under your breasts. “you.” he smirks and gropes your breasts.
you shove him off you and walk away from him, shutting off the music and turning back to the mark and the crowd.
“damn, you guys choreographed this?” taeyong asks while slipping on his beanie.
“yeah,” mark smoothly fixes his hard-on while staring you down.
“the tension is there, it’s sexy.. hot.. hungry.. just a sexy type of tension is what i’m getting from this routine and i love it.” johnny says.
you snatch your water bottle and unscrew the top. “that’s what we were going for, weren’t we, y/n?” you nod while chugging down a few gulps.
“we’re still working on a few things. i’m a bit rusty and mark has to.. loosen me up a bit.” you screw your lid back on and wipe your sweat away with your backhand.
“although,” you set your water bottle and catch everyone’s attention. “the boob grabbing wasn’t apart of the routine, now was it, mark?”
everyone turns their attention to mark who turns into a tomato. “uhh.. it wasn’t.”
“i think it looks amazing right now.” jungwoo comments. “thanks, pup.” you wink and jungwoo who giggles right after.
“i think you guys should keep that part in, it makes the tension and chreo look more better and attractive.” one of the dance instructor comments.
you look at mark while biting your thumb. “i guess we could make it work, can’t we, markie?” mark lifts his eyes to you and slowly his lips turn into a smirk. “yeah, i guess we can.”
you sigh and clear your throat. “well, i have to go. need to go feed my friends cats and turtles since he’s on vacation in italy.” you grab your things and leave while bidding everyone, excluding mark, a goodbye.
excluding mark; you were going to see him later anyway.
“yeah, yeah. see you guys later!” you could hear marks faint voice while you turned a corner.
feet hitting the floor and loud pants have your head turning. it was mark obviously.
“mark, go back to practice. you’ll see me later.” mark grabs your hand and turns you. “he?” your eyebrows pinch confusingly. “what are you talking about?”
“you said he earlier in the practice room. who is this he dude?” you roll your eyes and fix the strap on your shoulder. “it’s just an old friend from my high school.”
when you try to walk past mark, he pushes you against the wall. “old friend, huh?”
you could hear faint voices from the next hall and it triggered your brain. “mark! get off me, do you want people seeing us like this?!” you whisper and push mark.
mark looks toward the direction where the voices could be heard and sighs, taking your hand and dragging you to an empty dance studio.
“i don’t care, y/n.” mark says after shutting the door, he hits the lights and lights the room in a dim way.
“what do you mean you don’t care, mark. what’s been up your ass this past week? being possessive, obsessive, clingy, bold and letting us get caught by haechan? you’re the one who started this, mark. sure, we fuck but you said no strings attached. stop tugging me in different directions and give me a full on answer!”
after your little rampage, mark grabs you by the jaw and slams his lips against yours. you kiss back and moan, ignoring the taste of blood mixing with his sweet watermelon chapstick.
marks hands move down to your breasts and he tugs down the stretch fabric. exposing your breasts and letting your nipples grow hard.
“fuck,” you mumble in between the kiss and drop your bag, it hits the floor with a thud.
mark grabs your leg and pins your thigh against his waist. you moan when feeling his hard bulge pressed against your thigh.
mark pulls away, biting his lip. “you taste so sweet.” he lifts you off the ground and brings you over to the couch.
“can you be a good girl and ride me?” you bite your lip and slide off marks lap. you kick off your shoes and undress yourself all while mark pushes down his sweats and frees his hard-on.
with excitement bursting through every part of your body, you climb back on marks lap and sink yourself down his cock.
with moans coming from both you and mark, you bounce your hips slowly. taking in the thickness and length of mark.
“you feel so good, markie.” you moan and hide your face in the crook of his neck.
you squeal when mark lands a spank on your ass. “you’re doing so well for me, baby.” mark groans, cupping your ass with his hands and giving your ass more spanks.
you roll your hips side to side and in circles. every now and then, clenching around mark who’d groan every time you did that.
mark reaches in his pocket and pulls out his phone. “wh— what’re you doing?” you ask while panting and slowing your hips down.
“can i record this?” you look behind you to see your ass pushed out with mark inside you, the view in the mirror was amazing.
“yes,” you turn back to mark.
mark hits the record button and spanks you, you let out a moan and jerk forward. the head of marks cock stays out inside you before mark pushes down your hips.
“oohh, fuck.” you sigh, the thickness of mark filling you up oh, so perfectly.
you bounce your hips and hug mark to your chest, his mouth collecting your nipple. you moan and arch your back, pushing your breast more into his face.
mark brings his hand up to his mouth and sucks on his finger. you gasp and slow down your hips when feeling mark push a finger into your ass. “mark,” you whisper. “i’m sorry,” he pulls his finger away from you. “i should’ve asked first.”
you look down at him. “no.. it’s fine, i.. liked it.” mark smiles a little and circles your rim before pushing in gently.
you pick up your pace and bounce your hips in the same pace as before.
“fuck,” mark growls and stops recording. he tosses his phone aside and picks you up, gently setting you aside and then pulling you off the couch with him.
mark kicks off his shoes and steps out of his sweats.
“i want you to watch me fuck you.” mark pulls you in front of him with his hands on your naked hips.
mark knocks your legs apart and bends you forward. he grabs his cock and looks at you through the mirror. “watch, alright?” you nod and stumble forward when feeling mark push into you.
“oh, fuck.” you moan, hands on your knees while you watch as mark lifts his shirt, tucking it under his chin and showing off his shaded abs.
mark holds your hips with both his hands and fucks into you. his hips already roughly pounding into you. your loose hair bouncing with every thrust.
“you feel so good, y/n. so fuckin’ good.” mark moans and tilts his hips to the side, giving himself a good view of his cock slipping in and out of you.
mark hisses and pinches your hips while thrusting his hips. his hands coming up and grabbing your shoulders, pulling them back and tucking his arms under yours.
your back to his chest, your breasts bouncing freely, you on your tiptoes and your hands grabbing marks nape.
“fuck, baby.” mark hugs your waist with one arm and uses the other hand to rub your clit.
your knees buckle and your moans fill up the room. you free mark and you fall forward, knees bent and hands on them while mark still fucks you.
“you’re so perfect.” you clench around him and squeeze your knees together. “i—i’m cumming.. god, i’m gonna fucking cum.” you mumble, eyebrows pinching together as you frown.
“yeah, baby. cum on my cock. show me how good i fuckin’ make you feel.” without being told another time, you cum.
creaming all over marks cock before he shoots into you without warning. “fuck— mark!” he pulls out and jerks himself on your back.
mark pulls you up and turns you to him. “so,” he sighs and holds your waist. “how’s that for an answer?” you bite your lip and look down, trying to hide your flushed face.
mark grabs your jaw and makes you look him in the eyes, his eyebrows flicking up once, asking you to answer.
“it’s a.. good way to answer.” mark kisses you with a giggle. “exactly, now let me clean you up then we can go get dinner and talk about this whole situation.”
Tumblr media
“so, you like me.” you say, chewing down your chicken drumstick.
mark snorts, “and, you like me.”
you look to the side and grab your cola can, chugging a bit down and sighing at the fizzy after taste in your throat.
mark sets down his chicken breast and grabs a small onion ring. “miss y/n,” you look down at his hand and snort. “will you do the honors and be my one and only girlfriend.”
mark holds the onion ring with two hands and touches his chin to his chest. “i, (last name) y/n, will do the honors and be your one and only girlfriend.” you hold out your hand and mark slides the onion ring on your middle finger.
“cute.” you examine the onion ring.
“look at me, baby.” you look up to see mark holding his phone up in a position that said he was ready to take a photo.
you hold your hand with the onion ring next to your face and you smile big.
“say, cheeseee!” mark says.
“cheeseee!” you repeat after him with a giggle.
when seeing mark lower his phone, you lower your hand. “you’re so beautiful.” mark giggles and shows you the photo. “you’re good at taking pictures.”
“i’m even better at taking videos. you should see the one i took earlier.” you gasp.
the video he took earlier in the practice room!
“you better delete that, mark lee!” you whisper in a hushed tone. “but, send it to me before you do.”
mark reaches over the table and rubs your cheek, you lean into his touch before he hands disappears. “wha— mark!” you tsk and smack his hand away when feeling his hand cup your breast.
“we’re in public, you perv!” you repeated push his hand away when mark comes back for more. “that’s never stopped us before, has it?”
“oh, shut up! do not touch, mister mark lee.” you back up with your hands crossed in front of your chest.
“i’ll always have access later.” mark says with a shrug.

Can I ask for part II of "Not the romantic type"? Please, I need Pedri getting some sense and realize that he did wrong😭😭
Not the romantic type | part two
Tumblr media
Part one | Part Three
"Ferran!" Pedri yells, knocking violently on his friends door. "fuck, open the door."
"I'm literally with my mom on the phone, what the fuck do you want?" Ferran whisper, pulling him from his t-shirt and making him enter the room. "wait a damn minute."
Ferran says his goodbyes to his mother and sister. Sending them all the love. Pedri was passing around like crazy, phone in his hands texting frenetic.
"What's wrong?" Ferran asks, making him stop by grabbing his arm.
"I fucked up, I told her she was a bother and that my friends told me that I was an idiot because I was with her in a serious relationship and now we're done, she won't answer to me, to Fer, to no one and I can't think straight. This is my fault."
Ferran didn't understood one single thing, Pedri was talking at a very fast speed. "Qué?"
"She broke up with me, I have to go back to Barcelona." he walks over to the door, opening it to run to his room.
"Pedri, there's no way Xavi is allowing you to go back before the match." Ferran stops him, closing the door before he's out. "Wait, you just said that you called her a BOTHER?"
The way Ferran screams the word bother makes Pedri squint his eyes. He fucked up big time.
"I wasn't thinking, and I was mad at something not at her and that was out of the blue."
"Dude, I won't ever forget you if I was her, you literally just make her believe that everything she did for you was bothering you. Do you even understand that?"
He let out a scream, fist impacting against the door. Ferran can't even understand what is going on with him.
He punched the wooden door, once, twice and more until Ferran who was too stunned to react quickly stopped him.
"Joder, Pedri stop." he hug his body to make him stop. "Calm down, Pedri. Breath."
"I can't lose her." he says, angry at himself. "I have to go back."
"No, you're not leaving before the match. We cab calmly plan something that doesn't include you getting a thousands of euros fine for leaving the hotel and abandoning the team"
Ferran won't even let him speak, shutting him down and walking him to his room, he was tired and hurt due to the door thing.
He advised him to go to sleep, taking his phone with him to force him to actually rest. "Please, sleep, we have to play tomorrow."
He forced himself some sleep, not really wanting to keep thinking about his actions.
When the time of the match was getting closer and the team moved from the hotel to the stadium.
Xavi motivates the team with a speech. Asking the players to be strong and to play their best. He notices his eight was down and distracted.
"Pedri, don't be nervous. You will do amazing." He pats his back and walks with the technical team.
Pedri was not on his element, he felt so out of place, not sure how to work with the ball. "Pedri, let's go more up, Lewandowski is asking us to."
When they do, Pedri gets to stole a ball from the forward of Napoli, but his excitement was taken when the same forward tackle him.
He let it pass, noticing that the referee didn't even give a yellow. He tried his best to focus on stealing the ball and creating an opportunity to score or assist a ball.
When the second tackle came from the same player, again he found himself on the floor of the stadium.
He gets up from the floor, mad the other player is smirking like crazy. "Ve aprendiendo a jugar, hijo de puta." He push the player, making him fall. (Learn how to play, son of a bitch)
He wins his first yellow of the night. He laughs at the referee giving him a yellow for that but not a yellow to the other player for the tackle.
Frenkie protects him with his body, taking the midfielder from Napoli away from him. "Pedri, walk away now."
He respects Frenkie as a captain, doing what he's told he walks back with Koundé and Cancelo.
"Pedri, relax. You don't want to get a red."
A red card
If he gets red, that means he has to leave, and probably Xavi would send him to the hotel. Making him free to go back to Barcelona.
He just shakes his head, letting the game keep going. He tries his best to stay away from the forward of Napoli.
He never got more than a yellow in his career. Not being used to fight on the field, he leave that to Gavi.
But when the forward tries to make him fall, he knows this was not only about you anymore. This fucker has to learn.
He sees the opportunity, sliding to "catch" the ball away from the player, making him fall as his feet get tangled in the process.
The referee stops the game. Giving him his second yellow of the match. "Venga que él me ha tirado dos veces." He talks to the referee. (C'mon, he tackled me twice)
"Pedri, vamonos." Araujo pulls him by the arm.
But when another Napoli player decides to push him from the back, yelling at him for "hurting his forward," Pedri turns and push him too.
Araujo is doing everything in his power to keep the Napoli players away from the eight, Pedri got pulled by his shirt by the forward.
When he free himself and sees the ball he grabs it and does a very Koundé move and throws the ball at the players face.
The field looks like a WWE encounter, players yelling, and technical teams are already involved. He saw a red card, a referee pointing at him.
"Pero si lo hacen en todas las jugadas ellos." Cancelo yells, defending Pedri from the red.
He got pulled from the shoulders, turning to see Xavi. "Let's go, kid." He walks him to the tunnel and to the dressing room. "That mother fucker provoked you, don't worry. Take a shower and go back to the hotel. We can talk later." nodding and thanking Xavi, also apologizing for the red.
He shower before leaving to the hotel, running to his room to pick his things. He purchased the first flight he finds to go back.
He needs to go back, can't lose more time away. He's scared you won't take him back, he's mad that he even spoke to you in that way.
The way you whisper his name and the way your eyes were dulled, those shiny eyes he remember meeting when he was fifteen.
Back in Barcelona you're getting ready for a big presentation. You can't let this get you down.
People break up everyday, people stop loving each other, people sometimes hurt you that bad that you don't want to be near them.
People is he.
You love him with all your soul, he was always that person for you, your go to person, your everything is going to be fine person, but that was one sided.
You weren't that to him, he had friends who were more important than you. He had a family that loves him and visits him and you were alone.
He knows you're alone, he knows you can't just go home and have a prepared meal, a person to talk to, someone who can listen to you or hug you when you cry.
He was to you that person you could trust, that person you could cry to, that person who wasn't going to judge you.
But now you wonder if every time you call him about something making you happy, sad, angry were a bother to him, if every time you shared a goal with him, every time you went crying to him about being stressed or just sad were a bother.
Were your presence a bother to his family too? Were their hospitality fake? Were they just faking smiles?
Was he uncomfortable when you told him you love him? Was he uncomfortable with you when his friends were over and you were there? Was he uncomfortable with you all this time?
You can't help but cry yourself to sleep, feeling empty and alone. Being far from home is hard, being heartbroken with no one to talk to is hard.
While you rest on one side of Barcelona, he landed at the airport. Ferran scolded him for leaving without the rest.
Fer was waiting for him, he felt guilty about the breakup, he felt like a bad brother. He knew Pedri was fucking things up, he knew by the look on your face when you two were together.
He heard you two fight, he heard how Pedro treated you and talked to you like if you were nothing.
He never got into that, mostly because the only time he did Pedro ask him to stay out of it. He did, but every time he heard you two, he just put some music or put on a movie.
When he heard Pedro and his Tenerife friends talking him out of the idea of him taking you to Napoli, he just told his opinion about it being wrong.
Pedri wasn't a cheater, he couldn't do that to you and certainly he wasn't raised like that. But he also wasn't raised like the way he was treating you.
Most of the drive home is silent, the discomfort can be cut with a knife. Fer is not even making conversation with him about the red card.
"I need you to help me plan something." He talked so calmed like if everything is cool.
"You're a fucking idiot, you know that?" Fer says, he's mad about the red, he knew he did it on purpose, he was mad about everything. "That red is just the crown of everything."
"Can you stop?" Pedri was annoyed, he's not a kid who needs to be scolded by his older brother. "Don't mind it."
"I've been not minding things for too long to keep myself quiet." He shouts, acting like a father. "You're such a fucking idiot, treating this girl like she's trash for God knows how long, when I told you that it was wrong you told me that it wasn't like that. Then you call me late at night and ask me to help you fix things but don't want me to mind it."
"Fernando, stop."
"No, I'm done with you. Honestly, I hope she doesn't take you back. She really deserves something better. She deserves so much better."
Pedro slams the door of the car as soon as they're home. He feels rage inside because of the words of Fernando.
On the inside, he knows that everything his brother shouts at him is true. He did treat you badly, he did hurt you in ways he didn't even mean, but he did.
Xavi texted him back after the news of him leaving to Barcelona, he informed his coach about him leaving, telling him that he needed a few moments to cool down and take on what he did, and Xavi agreed.
It was almost two in the morning, his plan was to go to your house and talk to you, fix things, and when you take him back, enjoy the day with you.
But something stopped him, he remembers that you had this big project presentation, and he can't fuck up things. He already mess things up. He doesn't need for you to be more mad at him than you already is.
He sleep more calmly than when he was in Napoli, he had a good feeling about the situation.
When the light hit the city, he woke up, ready to get you back and to be the best he could be with you. He has to be at the club after lunch, so he has time to go pick you up from college and to be with you.
You were happy that morning, you did an amazing presentation and you have a perfect grade.
"Hey, Y/n. We're going to go get some brunch, want to join us?" Your friend Pamela asks.
"Yes, I just have to go home to change and I'll see you guys there"
You hurry home, ready to change into your bikers and a t-shirt. The day was fresh, but the weather was unpredictable.
The doorbell sounding made you hurry with brushing your teeth, you thought it was the ups guy.
When you open the door you can feel the cold shiver running down your spine.
"Please, let me talk to you." He steps closer to you. "Let me fix things, amor."
You don't want to fight, you want to get this over with, for once you're not giving up on your feelings with him.
You move, letting him into your house. He feels confident at how you let him in, he knows he can fix things.
"Listen, I know I fucked things up, I know I'm an asshole and that you have all the right to be mad and to want to scream at me. Please just believe me when I say I want to fix myself for you, I haven't been a good boyfriend and you are the best thing I have, you don't even know how much I love you and how much I think about you when we're away.-"
You block the rest of his speech, you can't think of anything else but his own words. "Such a bother."
He hasn't been a good boyfriend, that is true. But you never once told him how much that did bother you because you didn't want him to feel the way you're feeling right now.
"I bought this for you." He hands you a bouquet of flowers.
You smile a little, how ironic.
"All this time, I always wanted you to give me some flowers and you had to lose me to give them to me." You laugh lightly, not wanting to cry.
"What?" He's confused. "But you never asked me for them."
"Exactly." You shrug. "I never did because I expected you to come see me with some. Not a bouquet, just one." You leave them on the table next to you. "But you never did."
His breathing became irregular, he's nervous. "Amor, I never knew you felt that way."
"I didn't mean to be a bother." You say, feeling like being fully honest to him. "I just wanted you to love me the way I love you. I just wanted you to support me the way I support you." You can't help but let some tears wet your cheeks. You wipe them away as you begin speaking again. "I know I can be too much sometimes, but I've always been so proud and happy for you, couldn't you be that with me?"
He can't think about something to say, he's hurt that you feel that way, hurt that he caused you to feel that way.
"I hope you understand that I can't be with you." You grab his hands. "I love you so much, you were my many firsts, my first love, my first time, my first thought in the morning, my first person to go to." You smile at the memories. "But I'm not the person you need, I can't pretend I'm fine just to keep you happy, I can't pretend your words don't hurt me when all I want to do is cry."
"Amor, I'm sorry."
"Sorry doesn't fix it." You step away from him. "I have to put myself first, I have to fix myself to even think about you again. Pedro, I love you but I have to love myself first."
You want to hug him, seeing his red tearful eyes, but you can't.
"You're so talented and amazing, amor mio." You smile to him. "And your career will blow much more than now, I'm so sure you're going to win a Ballon D'or and that so wanted champions league." You walk to your door, unsure if you want to open it. "And I'm sure you'll find someone who can grow with you and supports you all the way, cause you deserve that."
You open the door, moving to the side of it.
"I love you, and I hope you understand that what I'm doing is for the both of us. Have a nice life, Pedro. You deserve that as much as I do."
He's crying, tears wetting his face, heart breaking from all the feelings. "Can I hug you one last time?" He asks as he's almost out of the house.
You nod, opening your arms to him, his hands hug your waist. He's going to miss it, he's going to miss your smell, your hair, your body, you smile. You.
"Te amo, I'm sorry I'm not what you deserve."
"Te amo." You kiss his cheek.
You hand him something, and he keeps his hands closed. He walks away and enters his car.
He open his hand, his house key shining on his palm. It's done, he knows he can't fix it. He'll have to accept that you deserve better.

I'm going to stay like Jeremy
-What the fuck is wrong with me?! - I looked down at my big cock now flaccid, I assumed that I would finally lose my virginity at last tonight, but why doesn't it want to work?, I closed my eyes and began to imagine Violet the naked girl who was in the other room, Violet Anderson, the sexiest girl in all of high school, found herself willing to have sex with me, or well at least with my best friend Jeremy.
Tumblr media
Jeremy is my best friend, the person to whom I can tell anything, and the biggest stud in all of high school, when I told him that I had a lot of problems losing my virginity, he did not hesitate to help me, we are so confident that I do not hesitate to give me a solution to my problem, swap our bodies.
He found a spell on the internet that when said at the same time by two people would make them switch bodies, so one day after school we went to my house when my mother was at work and in my room we both began to say in unison the strange words of a language that I had never heard. our bodies began to transform.
I continued speaking in that strange language while looking at Jeremy's face, slowly his face became mine as well as the rest of his body and when he finished saying the last sentence in front of me there is an exact copy of my body, look down Jeremy's new look, my Asian features, short stature, even longer messy hair were transferred to him, as was his strong jaw, long legs and thick arms full of protruding veins were transferred to me.
Tumblr media
-DUDE! this shit if it worked! you look exactly like me!-he looked up at me surprised to see what the rest of us saw in him, a gigantic muscle, her clothes were too big for her now, while mine was squeezing me a little. -Dude, is that how I sound? - I also said testing Jeremy's voice, I could feel how slowly my tank top was ripping, before it completely ripped I took it off, throwing the stretched piece of clothing into a pile of dirty clothes, although I should probably throw it away in the trash when I return to my body.
Tumblr media
Jeremy and I had swapped bodies. We took off our clothes, it was fucking strange to see my body from Jeremy's perspective, my body was quite average, somewhat plump, but I didn't look bad, maybe he was right, and I just need more confidence, now I felt better than I ever felt. Stronger, taller, more hot.
I suddenly felt full of energy, every movement in Jeremy's body was so strong and felt so fast that it was difficult to walk with my powerful legs, we both looked at each other in the mirror that was in front of my room and while Jeremy examined his face With his hands I couldn't avoid doing a push-up with my magnificent biceps - Jesus Christ! a couple of inches more and they are the size of your head! - I said putting one of my mountains next to my old head just to compare the sizes.
Tumblr media
Jeremy took off his old shirt that was now too big for him and tossed it to me, his shorts fell off on their own, leaving him in just a pair of boxers that were too big for his new body. We were both fully dressed, we came to an agreement. We would change again after I lost my virginity in his body from him, and he had a little fun with some girl to test how it feels to lose my virginity in my body.
Take his things, the keys to his house, his phone and leave him alone at my house to get used to a bit, I was anxious so, so I wasted no minute and unlocked Jeremy's phone to look at his contact list and to my surprise had been texting Violet the sexiest and most popular girl in high school.
He had only spent 20 minutes in Jeremy's handsome body, and he had already found someone to fuck, Flirting when you are taller, muscular and handsome was really simple … but why DOES NOT GET A FUCKING INCH GET UP THIS DICK?
Everything was going so well until we got to the motel, and she started undressing, when I realized that my little friend was not in the mood to get up at all, I pretended to have diarrhea and ran to the hotel bathroom while the hot girl stayed waiting for me in the bed, all the stress began to affect me and my body began to sweat and get hot from humiliation
-What's wrong with me? - I looked in the mirror, it was the face of my best friend Jeremy, now he was handsome, now he was attractive, now he had huge muscles, now he had a huge cock, why? …
Without realizing it now I had a huge erection as I looked at Jeremy's body, I wanted to stop, go to the side room and fuck the girl who was there, but I couldn't. Flex one of my arms, just to be able to look at him, I put my other hand to my cock and I began to stimulate my cock, I looked at my sweaty armpit and I could not resist dipping my nose into the sweaty dregs of Jeremy, they were so smooth my tongue didn't feel a trace of scratchiness because he used to shave completely for amateur bodybuilding competitions.
Tumblr media
It didn't take too long to ejaculate. I was very excited by all the new sensations. I had never felt so good in my whole life even though I just masturbated was the best thing I had ever tried, I fixed my gaze on the mess I had made in the bathroom and at that moment I finally realized -I am… .gay ? - I didn't know what it meant to be gay, but I was sure of one thing. I can't give it back now that I know there's something better than having sex with a hot girl is having sex with your best friend's hot body and loving it properly.
I can't give him back his body from him now that I'm experiencing so much pleasure. I refuse to give up this body and this life, I do n't know how Jeremy will take it but if I can keep his body from him I do n't care, I just hope Jeremy is enjoying being straight, maybe he might like it almost as much as me
Hey folks! if you like bodyswap stories take a look at my Ko-fi, I have a lot of more stories, and you can help me keep creating more stories!

Impractical Jokers has taken over all of my interest, especially Q, so here you guys go, some Brian Quinn stuff.
Not In On the Joke
Brian "Q" Quinn x Fem! Reader
Tumblr media
Summary; The Jokers have to do certain tasks to win in the park, and a certain task given by the rest of the Jokers leads Q to talk to you. (I've gotten really bad about writing summaries, sorry).
Notes; This was an idea I had in my head for a while so I decided to just get to writing it. This one's also just a little short, too short for my liking but I wanted to post something.
Extra Note; The words in italics are the rest of the Jokers talking into the earpiece.
Warnings; Some cursing, but that's about it.
✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏
"Alright, Q, it's your turn now, go on out there". Sal says. The rest of the Jokers watch Q as he walks to the middle of the park and stands in a random spot.
"Alright, give me somethin', anything and I'll do it, I'm not gonna lose to Murr." Q says, rubbing his hands together and swaying slightly.
The Jokers stay quiet for a few moments trying to spot someone they can get Q to go up to. "Okay, you see the person wearing the blue cardigan, go walk up to her." Joe speaks into Q's earpiece. Q does as asked and Murr speaks into the earpiece.
"Okay, what now?"
"Kinda creep up on them from behind and tap their shoulder and say, "I was watching you from over there, I gotta say, you look really interesting."" Murr says, giggling.
Q sighs, running his hand through his hair and walks up from behind to the girl. He gets close to her and taps her shoulder. She turns around slowly and stares up at him confused.
"Excuse me, but I was watching you from over there and I gotta say, you look really interesting." Q says, turning around and pointing at a random spot in the park and looking back at the girl, standing awkwardly in front of her.
The woman stays looking at him, not saying a word with her mouth slightly agape for a few seconds. "Oh, uh. Interesting? What do you mean by interesting?" She says, furrowing her eyebrows in confusion.
"Well uh, you know.. Interesting." Q replies, shrugging his shoulders.
"Make her as uncomfortable as possible. Just stay quiet and just stare at her." Joe says. Q could hear giggling from Murr and Sal through his earpiece.
Q turns his head away and lets out a breathy laugh, shortly turning back to the woman and staring her in the eyes with as blank of a face as he could with wide eyes.
The woman stares at him for a while before finally looking at anywhere else but at him and letting out an uncomfortable laugh. She scratches the back of her neck and stares down at her feet.
Q felt terrible, he doesn't like looking at people directly either, and it definitely seemed like she did either. There was just an awkward silence for an uncomfortable amount of time, that would be quickly fixed by the rest of the Jokers, as they began speaking into Q's earpiece again.
"Okay, okay, I want you to ask for her number." Sal says. Q could practically hear the smile just by the way he said it.
Q turns away from the woman again. "Is this one of those things where you get one of your friends to be in on the joke? Because if it isn't then I might just get punched in the face in a minute." Q says quietly into the mic hidden on him.
"Nope, she's not in on the joke, unfortunately for you, man. But you can always take the loss." Sal replies.
"You guys are dicks." Q says quietly before turning back to face the woman.
She had an odd look on her face, not even so much uncomfortable anymore but just confused. "Uh, were you saying something?"
"No, no, I wasn't saying anything, sorry."
"Dude she probably thinks you're insane right now!" Murr says, laughing as he does so.
"He uh, do you think... Oh my god... Do you think, that I can maybe get your number, sweetheart?" Q asks, awkwardly laughing in between.
The woman's expression quickly turned into one of shock. Her face and ears began to flush red, something that she thanked could easily be passed off as a result of the cold weather.
"Um, sure. Let me put it into your phone, or I could also write it down for you, too?" The woman says after snapping out of her trance like state. She tried to say it as confidently as she could, trying to hide every ounce of anxiety and fear she had. She wasn't even sure if she was thinking when she said that, she thought to herself.
She thought that he was an attractive guy, probably one of the most attractive guys to come up to her in a long while. He has a nice appearance, with bushy brows, brown down-turned eyes, a clean shaven face, and to top it off a great smile when he was wearing one.
She thought that the way he dressed himself was nice, one of those things where it looked comfortable and simple yet still classy. His softer body type fit well with the length of his hair, she liked how good it looked with the hat he was wearing, and the slight graying of his hair made him all the more attractive.
Yes, the part where he stared at her for an uncomfortable amount of time was odd, same thing with when he seemed like he was just talking to himself for a while, but she had already completely forgotten about that right at the moment he called her 'sweetheart'.
"I, uh... Are you sure?" Q asked, it was now his turn to be just as shocked as she was before.
The rest of the Jokers were just as shocked and confused as he was, they weren't laughing or even smiling, they just stood looking at Q and the woman from their setup with confused looks plastered on their faces.
"Yeah, I'm sure. Unless you don't want it?" The woman said, unsure of herself.
"Oh, uh. Yeah alright, here you can put it into my phone." Q handed her his phone and watched as she put her contact into it, then typing her name in.
"My name's Y/n, by the way. Figure you'd need to know that so you don't accidentally delete my contact." Y/n says, putting her hand out to Q.
Q takes her hand and shakes it firmly. "Nice to meet you, Y/n. I'm Brian, but my friends call me Q." He says, flashing a charming smile, more comfortable and confident then just moments ago.
"Well, uh, I need to be on my way, I was supposed to be somewhere like five minutes ago, but I'm glad I stayed. Hopefully I'll get to talk to you later, Brian. It was nice to meet you too."
"I'll definitely be talking to you later, sweetheart. Have a good rest of your day, thank you." Q says, sending a wink and waving goodbye before turning to walk away.
Q slightly jogs over to the setup where the rest of the Jokers were and takes his earpiece out while walking to stand next to them.
"What the hell just happened? What the hell did we just do?" Sal says, looking back and forth and Joe and Murr.
"I just got a girl's number is what happened, and I think that makes Murr the loser this time." Q says, patting Murr on the back and laughing with a smug smile on his face.
"Can we even put that on the episode?" Joe says, rubbing his face.
The cameramen and rest of the crew look at each other and shrug, seeming to not really know the answer for it either.
Q takes out his phone and opens it. "Let's see, let me text her number that she gave me that's currently in my contacts right now, on my phone." He says, clearly trying to rub it in the guys' faces.
Sal rolls his eyes. "You just gotta hope she likes cats now, Q."
✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏
I'm going to be completely honest with all of yall, I had no clue on how to end this and it's the reason why it took me a month to finish, but we don't talk about that because it's done now. Hope you enjoyed.

"Idiots, they're all idiots."
You glanced up at the sound of his voice, perplexed. Then, realizing he couldn't possibly be talking to you, you turned back to your work. You'd come here in the hopes that you'd be able to finish your paper without the distractions in your dorm, and so far–
Thud.
The heavy backpack landed on the tabletop with much more force than necessary and you glared at its owner, who - horrifically - was pulling out the chair across from you. As usual he was wearing his stupid burgundy shirt under his stupid black hoodie, and his hair was falling into his eyes with that stupid little swoop.
The only thing stupid about Oscar Piastri was his lack of style.
"You don't mind do you?" he asked, already settling into the chair with his coffee.
"I'm annoyed, to put it mildly," you muttered, staring at the backpack crushing the corner of your pencil pouch.
"Ah well, the feeling's mutual." He pulled his backpack towards him and threw down a copy of the local newspaper. Odd, that he actually read a physical newspaper instead of getting his news online like everyone else born after 1985.
You carefully maneuvered your pencil pouch closer to yourself and tried to focus on your paper. Intent to ignore him, you managed to type out two whole sentences before he snapped open the newspaper. Darting your eyes towards him, you watched the morning sunlight dance over the angle of his jaw.
Too bad he was such an insufferable know it all. Half the students that you knew from the classes you shared with him called him Hermes Granger behind his back, he was that bad. Always had the correct answers in lecture. Always top marks. Always, always, always, while you were just behind him.
Except the one time, but he'd been in hospital due to his roommate Lando accidentally tripping him and fracturing his rib, so that didn't really count.
"Did you hear about this?" he asked suddenly, thrusting the newspaper in your direction.
You looked from the paper to him, half expecting him to pull it away before you could take it. He didn't though, and you turned it so you could read the small headline.
No Evidence of Foul Play in Missing Money
Frowning, you read the small blurb about thousands of dollars that had seemingly vanished from a local charity. "How can there be no foul play?" you asked after reading it through twice. "It was there one day and gone the next."
Oscar nodded. "Exactly. And you know who's on the board, right?"
"Dude, I barely know my roommate's name most days..."
"Yeah I reckon you've got too many classes–"
You narrowed your eyes at that, missing half of the rest of what he said.
"–the mayor."
You snorted on a laugh. "Are you insinuating the mayor stole the money?"
He wasn't laughing. Or smiling. In fact, you were pretty sure you'd never seen Oscar smile. Well, that pained half smile when Lando dragged him to a party, but otherwise...
"You can't be serious," you said. "He's the mayor. He's got plenty of money."
"Does he?"
Rolling your eyes, you slid your laptop close and tried to focus on your work again. "Didn't have you down as a conspiracy theorist."
"It's not a conspiracy theory though?"
"The mayor, who lives in a mansion and drives a Ferrari, stealing ten thousand dollars from a charity?"
"People in power have stolen less. He's very good at hiding secrets. Like his brother's company being behind the factory buyout last year? The government doesn't want you to know this, but every one of them are crooked."
"What do they put in your coffee?" you asked with a roll of your eyes. "Do you get a tinfoil hat to go with it?"
He scoffed. "I thought you were smart."
That surprised you. You didn't think Oscar thought about you at all. "So what do you suggest, Oscar? We storm city hall and demand the mayor give the money back?"
He pursed his lips and dipped his head to one side as though to indicate the idea had merit. "Or we could sneak in after hours and poke around."
"Break into the mayor's office," you clarified.
He nodded. "Tonight after dinner?"
"Set off alarms, get arrested, and go to jail."
He winced. "Yeah, maybe not our brightest idea."
"Excuse me, did you–"
"But we can still do dinner, yeah?"
"Idiots. They are all idiots." / "I'm annoyed, to say it mildly." / "The feeling is mutual." / "The government doesn't want you to know about this." / "Not our brightest idea."

Late Night Possession
Inspired by @malevessel
It was a terrible day. Meetings that dragged on like chewing gum. The air conditioning in the meeting room was faulty, it was well over 30 degrees Celsius outside, much higher inside and the humidity wasn't much below 100 percent. I hate it when lawyers suddenly join us at the end of a project. They talk everything up without even having understood for five cents what it was all about. And my client's in-house counsel was not only annoying, he also stank from the mouth and smelled terribly of sweat. The air in the meeting room was stifling. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief when we thought we were finally finished at 8pm. And then the pain in the ass said he had a few more questions….
It was really lucky that I got the last train home. I still had a three-hour journey ahead of me. It would be 02:00 when I was finally in bed. What a day! But I would take a nap now. The train was almost empty, I was sitting in the rest area, no one would disturb me.
"Hey bro, I swear! The bitch was begging for mercy. And then I fucked her all the more!" I am rudely torn from my reverie. Two seats away, a guy has sat down. A migrant with Arab roots, I'd say. Not a Muslim, because he doesn't perform ablutions. It smells of sweat and tobacco. The guy is on the phone at 11:30 at night in the train's rest area. On the phone? No, he's shouting. Without a headset of course, I can hear his "bro" on the other end just as well as I can hear him. And the guy is smoking. On the train. That's all I really needed today to be happy.
I may look weak. I am weak. Sport was never my thing. But I'm not anxious. Even if the guy has arms that make my legs look skinny. But he's not allowed to use the phone here. And he's certainly not allowed to smoke here. I stand up. I go to him. He only looks at me for a split second and immediately turns his attention back to his conversation partner. "Excuse me, this is a non-smoking train and you are in the rest area… So may I ask you…" BAAAAANNG! His fist hits me without any warning. My eyes go black.
Shit, why does my fist hurt? Shouldn't my head be hurting? I rub my fist. And see myself. On the floor. Knocked out. Shit! Shit! Shit! I look in the window. At my reflection. A migrant with Arab roots. "Yo dude, you good? Yo bro, spill the tea, what's the 411?" I hear from the cell phone. I pick up the phone, say that everything is okay, but that I have to take care of something here and hang up. I lie on the floor and sniffle. So it's the other one. Or is it me? Damn it! What's happened here? Take it easy now. This is a dream. I have brain trauma or something… What would I really do now if I were in that bastard's body? I'm like remote-controlled. I take my wallet out of my jacket pocket. I take my watch, the gold cufflinks and my glasses. I put everything in my laptop bag. The next station is coming. And I jump out of the train. I need a cigarette now. I don't smoke, but my body is obviously addicted to that shit. There's a Zippo and filterless Marlboros in my bomber jacket. I'm still a bit inexperienced with it, I have tobacco crumbs on my tongue. But the smoke feels good. So good. And my head is finally starting to work properly again.
Okay, I'm in the middle of nowhere in Stoke-on-Trent. Shit, I've got the belongings of a man who's been knocked out on a train to Manchester. I'm going to need money. I take the money out of my wallet, take the credit cards and pull the maximum amount out of the ATM in the deserted station concourse with each one. According to the departure board, there's a train back to London in ten minutes. The platform is empty. I get on, leave the laptop bag with everything that might remind me of myself in an empty compartment and quickly get off again. The train departs. Shit, shit, shit! I need one more cigarette first. I smoke the second one much more routinely on the station forecourt. Opposite the station is a somewhat shabby-looking hotel. While I'm thinking about going in there, a bus arrives. Destination Birmingham. Without thinking twice, I get on the bus. Birmingham. I drove through there a few hours ago. In a completely different body. I fall asleep.
It's dawn when my cell phone wakes me up. The phone of the guy who knocked me out. Mine after all. Shit, I'm not awake yet and the situation is challenging. The phone isn't vibrating discreetly, it's quite loud. BILLY TSTRK as the ringtone. One of my favorite hip-hop artists. He's also from Beirut. It's my buddy Dylan. He asks if everything's okay because I haven't been in touch. I say I've had a bit of stress with the wanker on the train and am now on the bus to Birmingham rather than Manchester. Dylan says cool, he'll tell Hamza and he'll pick me up at the bus. "You're a man of honor, I'll kiss your eye!" I say and hang up.
It's 05:30. I've been on the phone with Facetime. Without a headset. Several pairs of eyes stare at me in annoyance. "laenat alfilastiniiyn alkufaar" I curse and close my eyes again.
Tumblr media
Had to go into hiding for a few weeks. The police were looking for me. Of course, there were surveillance cameras at the station. As far as I know, my old body is in a mental hospital. The story of the investment banker who suffered brain trauma after being mugged on a night train and then thought he was his tormentor was in the press. Not that I still read the papers. But it even appeared on Yasin's Instagram account, which is now my account.
My boys had to get used to it a bit. The investment banker is still in me. And that's a good thing. As Yasin, I have a pretty complex company to run. Import, export, all sorts of different stuff. I wash the money in investments in shisha bars and fitness studios. Hey, I only invest in things I know something about. And I practically live on the weight bench and in the shisha lounge area. Even though I think shisha sucks. I'll stick to cigarettes.

I had to look up how tall Raiden is bc in the new game he just looks like a short king THIS BITCH IS 6'2??????????
Frothing at the mouth rn
Tw/cw: AFAB reader, size kink(obviously), overstimulation, dacryfilia if you squint, nsfw and sfw, mirror sex mmmmm, belly bulge
Not proofread go fuck yourself
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sfw
Raiden is the type of guy to constantly put items on higher shelves so you can ask him for help.
He's also the type of guy to want to compare hand sizes whenever he can. He loves seeing how his rough, much bigger hands look in comparison to your small, softer hands.
God he'd love cooking with you. He'd adore standing behind you and and guiding your hands with his.
He's obsessed with the way he can pick you up and throw you around like you weigh nothing. To him, you don't.
He'd really enjoy getting matching couples pajama sets and then have you wear his set from time to time. Why? Because he likes seeing how big it is on you.
It's like that with all of his clothes, really. His shirts are like night gowns for you and he'd be lying if he said he didn't love seeing you in them.
You borrow his clothes so often that your wardrobe is practically his wardrobe. And he loves it.
Because of how he towers over you, he often just, touches you. Anywhere he can, really
He loves holding you by the waist and resting his head on your shoulder, though. Does his neck hurt like hell afterwards from bending down so much? Yeah. Is he gonna do it again? Absolutely.
Nsfw
He'd be SUCH a gentleman in bed, but he does lose control sometimes
I feel like he'd be very neutral on most sex positions. He doesn't have a preference, but he love the lotus
He'd love how your back is pressed against his chest while your thighs are on either side of his. Its the perfect position for him to feel every part of you.
The only downside, however, is he can't see your face. He loves seeing how your face contorts in pleasure as his thick cock drags it's way in and out of your pussy, but he can't in this position.
How does he solve this problem? Mirror sex. He isn't adamant on getting you to watch yourself while he's fucking you, he knows it must be embarrassing, but he's obsessed with watching you.
He can see everything thats happening, your face twisting in pleasure, the white ring forming at the bottom of his cock, but most importantly, the belly bulge.
Oh
My
God
The belly bulge.
Once it starts forming, he can't take his eyes off it. The thought of you being so small in comparison to him that his cock is making imprints in your tummy makes him lightheaded
This is where him losing control comes in. On rare occasions, usually when he comes back from training and missions, he'd be so worked up over the fact he couldnt see you, touch you, feel you.
You're doing you thing, getting into position, and he sees it. The belly bulge.
He goes beast mode dude.
He's instantly flipping you on your back and fucking you in missionary. I think he'd be a bit rough, mainly coming from his harsh pace, but nothing leaves his mouth except pleasurable moans and praise
His pace gets so fast and him constantly pressing down on said belly bulge makes you cum. Don't worry, he's right behind you, but he doesn't stop after one round
How can he when you look so good writhing underneath him?
You get overstimulated after a while because of how many times you already came. Raiden would feel bad, but he knows you want this, you'd use your safe word if you didn't.
So he continues. He usually only stops when your body goes limp and falls asleep from exhaustion. Hed kiss away all your tears that formed both during and after each session followed by him cleaning and dressing you.
Dressing you in what? One of his shirts. Nothing else. He likes it that way.
Those Jason crush hcs were so funny (obvi they were cute too) butJason getting so embarrassed he tried to crawl outside with 4 bullet holes and half his blood outside his body was such a mood. Me too dude. Can we have some more of him being delulu about his crush? It was so deliciously embarrassing and funny. What would happen if his wifey/husbando was just boldly was like- “Jason we're not dating, why would you think we were? We're not even having sex?”
By now, I've made it clear that this man is deep in the delusion.
But I haven't really gone into detail in what I mean by that.
I mean he'll say something teasing in jest, and if you reciprocate that energy even the tiniest bit, he will take that and run with it.
Though that's not even solid, bc if you take everything he says literally, he'd still think you're playing along.
Jason could make a joke with someone and not gaf about their response, but you could say the exact same thing as the person he joked with and he'd get heart eyes.
So far, I've kinda been writing with an oblivious reader in mind but a reader who knows all of Jason's delusions would pretty interesting lol.
You'd probably overhear him talking to Roy or Dick about your "date" last night.
Read: He broke into your apartment while you were at work and surprised you with chinese takeout when you got home.
I think if you confronted him about his delusions, he'd be willfully ignorant, and act like he doesn't know what you mean.
~ Drabble Starts Here. ~
Lian seems so happy, you can't bring yourself to be the bearer of bad news.
You're sat beside the little girl at her even littler table, the handle of a plastic teacup loosely gripped between your thumb and forefinger, your pinky high up in the air. The smile on your face is sincere as she mindlessly babbles, pouring sugar water into your cup.
You can't help but grimace when she encourages you and her stuffed animals to drink up, and you can't help but feel like the girl is being somewhat malicious when she seemingly starts interrogating you, only to push the cup of surgery water back to your lips whenever you to to answer her litany of, frankly, over-personal questions.
Some of the questions you don't mind, they're about as pure and unassuming as the pink princess tiara laying crookedly atop her head. It's when she asks if you and Jason are gonna get married and have babies with the most deadpan face you've ever seen on a child, that finally makes you choke on the (syrup) water.
"Excuse me?!" You ask, wiping away the mess on your face with a embroidered napkin and desperately trying not to hack up the rest of the beverage, undissolved grains of sugar still residing in the back of your throat. "Why would we do that?" You manage between coughs.
Lian glances towards Jason, who is sat at the table across from the two of you, his knees tucked up to his chest, as he hides his face behind his miniature teacup, though it's mostly ineffective, as the cup looks like a shot glass in his massive hand. Lian innocently looks back to you, as if you were the one who'd asked the more confusing question.
"Uncle Jay said you were dating. Isn't that what happens when people date?"
You crane your neck as you slowly turn your head towards Jason, who is avoiding your ice cold gaze like his life depended on it. "Oh, really?" You ask Lian through gritted teeth, though your gaze is solidly planted on Jason. "Did he now?"
"Mm-hmm," The small girl cheerfully nods her head, the dark braids framing either side of her face swinging from the force of her enthusiasm. "He told me you guys were gonna have a bunch of kids so I could have more people to play with!"
You can't help but stare incredulously at the child as she explains. By now, Jason's put down the cup, giving up at his attempt to hide behind it and simply covering his mouth with his hand, sitting silently like a dog with its tail tucked between its legs as he waits for you to start chewing him out. But it never comes.
"You are, right? I really want more friends." Lian's pleading is almost enough to make you change your mind and agree right there. Almost. As if sensing that she hasn't fully convinced you, Lian continues, going on and on about how she would be a really really good big sister or cousin if you had babies, or how much she's always wanted to go to a wedding, and how pretty you'd be as a bride, and-
She knows better than to continue when you gently raise your hand, as if you're silently saying "That's enough, Lian, please stop talking." You do feel a little remorseful as the girl's once happy demeanor changes to a shyer, more somber at the apparent rejection. You sigh and roll your eyes, finishing of the tiny cup of, what is now, pure sugar. "Maybe someday, Lian."
You put your hand up again, bracing her for the next part of your sentence when you see her start to get riled up again. "But absolutely no promises. Uncle Jay and I need to have a very important conversation later about it, though." That's enough to please Lian, as she goes right back to asking you other invasive questions that have nothing to do with your love life.
Jason, though happily surprised by your answer, stays silent over the next few hours. He honestly forgets you were ever even mad at him to begin with. It's not until you leave and the sky turns that familiar dark red, that you punch Jason in the arm as hard as possible, which, in all honesty, he can't really feel.
Though he does wince and hold his arm in the place where you hit him, to keep your ego intact if nothing else.
"What was that for?!" He dramatically gasps, pouting as he rubs the "sore" spot on his upper arm. Somewhere in the back of your mind you recognize it's kinda cute that he plays into your delusions. Just a little.
"Why would you tell Lian of all people we're dating?!" Your hand subtly clenches by your side, though you try to hide the slight pain punching him gave you, at the end of the day, Jason was raised by a detective. "Why would you even say that when you know it's not true?!"
"First of all," He starts, grabbing your hand. "I tell everyone we're dating." He starts soothing your sore knuckles as he tugs you towards your apartment building. He's so confident as he speaks it's genuinely bewildering. "And second, we are dating."
When he sees the utterly gobsmacked look on your face he continues. "We go on dates," (he just shows up at your home once a week. "We get gifts for each other," (he got you a stray kitten he rescued off the street and he steals your underwear). "We have sex-"
"Okay, number one: No we don't," You say, holding your hand out in front of you just like you did with Lian. "Number two: No we don't," You can almost see his eyes glaze over. He listens to every other thing you say, but when you're telling him your not together? That's when he tunes out.
"And number three: that only happened once!" It comes out a harsh whisper. Your face and ears feel hot with embarrassment, but Jason just shrugs. "Three times, actually, but who's counting?" Jason has a sweet, intentionally dopey looking smile.
You're left speechless by his demeanor. "Just kiddin' . . . I'm counting." He thinks the awkward, bewildered silence is hilarious. So he just keeps talking. "I mark it down in my calendar . . . Celebrate it once a month . . . Might get the dates tattooed."
"Jason." You interrupt.
"Hmm?"
"Go home." He looks over and realizes you're both in front of your apartment door, having talked the whole way. Again, he shrugs, pulling a spare key out of his pocket and moving to unlock your door. "Oh my fucking g-"
"What?" He stops, holding up the key midair. "What's wrong?" "Jason," You groan, rubbing your temples. "Why do you have a key to my apartment?" By now you shouldn't be so surprised, but you are. "Oh, this?" He hold up the key, equally confused that you would even ask. "I had one made when we started dating. How did you think I get in for our dates?"
He can almost smell the exhaustion wafting off you at this point. "Plus I live here."
"Jason you don't-"
"I'm just busy! I know, I know, I should be home more, but when I'm blah blah blah." No longer unused to his inane ramblings, you unlock the door and push past him. You don't even stop him when he follows you inside, still going on about his delusions. You just roll your eyes when he takes of his shoes and jacket and tosses them aside like they he really does live there.
"You shouldn't make dinner, you've had a long day, we can order-"
He's interrupted by yet another sigh. "Jason," you begin, plopping down on the couch. He shuts up and listens intently to every sound coming from your mouth. "I just . . ." You sit up straight. "You don't live here, you're a stalker, and we are not dating." Jason nods as you talk, slowly, as if he's taking in what you said.
"I . . . I understand. I really am sorry I've upset you, but," He kneels on the ground in front of you, gently placing his hand on your thigh. "I am not a stalker." He's incredulous, and you're tired. At this point, what more can you do beside oblige him and his delusions. You sigh again, a deep, deep sigh that instantly drains you of the rest of your energy and makes you deflate into the couch. "Okay, Jay," You say, undressing as you stand and begin walking back to your room. "You win, you're my boyfriend. Goodnight."
Jason just happily nods as he watches you walk to bed. "Yeah, yeah, I win." He's just happy you finally came to your senses. "Night!" He happily calls after you.
How do you think the 2003 tmnt boys would deal with a really smart s/o who is not very good at picking up on hints and always needs the direct approach socially and they’re always upfront themselves too cuz they don’t even know how to do hints? donnie is speaking in pig latin, hinting at something and s/o is like “… what?…” They understand his science nerd talk, but him socially hinting at something discreetly goes over s/o’s head completely or back before they were a couple “What? You like me? I thought you was just being nice… I’m so glad though. I like you too”?
Sorry if this wasn't exactly what you asked for😓 I started writing and the characters just wrote themselves.
2003 turtles (seperate) x reader
warnings: none
fluff
Tumblr media
Leo:
Let's be honest, all the turtles are just really bad at flirting.
I mean, they've lived in the sewer their whole lives and the first girl they ever met was April.
Leo doesn't really know much about love but he is determined to romance you.
He'll start watching a bunch of movies with Mikey.
Mikey will be a little less than pleased that they all have to be romance or have romance in them but who is he to judge his brothers movie taste?
He's just happy to spend more time with Leo where he isn't being the leader.
Back to Leo though, dude tries everything to seduce you.
He gets you flowers, makes you food, takes you out, heck he even learns to dance for you.
And somehow. You don't get it.
Leos not even trying to hide it at this point.
You don't even pick up on his feelings when his brothers tease him for it IN FRONT OF YOU.
You're so dense.
April tries to help you connect the dots but your brain ain't braining apparently.
She ends up telling Leo that your not gonna get it unless he tells you straight up.
Leo isn't to thrilled about that.
He's not used to this romance thing and now he has to put himself in such a position of emotional vulnerability?
It's not that he thinks you'll be mean to him, but not knowing wether you feel the same way offers too many unknowns for him to be comfortable.
Eventually though, after a bit of back and forth with himself he'll tell you.
A moment ago you were playing games with Mikey and Donny while enjoying some pizza. Now your following Leo out of the lair and far away from the pizza you wanted to finish. You just know Mikey is gonna eat it. You try and keep your focus on the pizza you left in the lair to distract yourself from Leo. Him and his gentle touches as he tries to help you onto a building rooftop. To distract from the fact of just how alone you two were. From the butterflies that erupted in your stomach when he turned to look at you.
The sky was dark but the city lit your faces. The lights of buildings and cars glittering from far away. The wind brushed past you both as you kinda just stood there. Leo had said he wanted to talk to you yet he hasn't done a lick of talking after taking you out here.
"Leo?" You voiced. It was a bit difficult to speak since the silence seems to palpable. He blinked and adjusted like you had caught him off guard. Which you kinda did. He had made up his mind to tell you how he felt but in his spontaneous decision making he didn't actually think of how. So he had spent the time staring into space spiralling about how to say it.
"Y/n I-" he began, "I wanted to tell you..... Um."
You were starting to get really worried now. Leo never stuttered, he never acted like this.
"Is something wrong Leo?" Your voice laced with concern.
"Wha-? No! I mean... everything's fine! I promise.."
You reached out and rested your hand on his shoulder.
"Take your time," you looked him in the eye, "if nothing's wrong then there's no need to rush." You smiled at him encouragingly.
Leo sighed and tried to clear his mind. You were right, there is nothing wrong. As your hand slipped off his shoulder he looked you in the eye.
The gentle breeze brushed past you both. Your eyes met his and he felt completely entranced by you. The lights of the city highlighting your silhouette making you glow. He felt hot in the face and he couldn't help but take a shallow breath before speaking.
"Y/n, I think I'm in love with you."
Tumblr media
Raph:
Raph is probably the least in tune with his feelings out of all his brothers.
It's not that he dislikes being vulnerable, he has been vulnerable multiple times with the people he cares about.
But that's just the thing, he cares about them and he knows they care about him. He's safe.
He doesn't feel particularly unsafe being vulnerable with you.
Honestly you safe presence when he's being vulnerable is probably one of the reasons he fell for you in the first place.
It's just that he hates feeling lesser than.
He has virtually no experience with these types of feelings and interactions.
So the idea of telling you makes him feel like he's being put in a situation where he is seen as naive and inexperienced.
And out of everyone in the world, your the last person he'd want to see him that way.
So he'll do literally ANYTHING to get you to figure it out other then the direct approach.
Even takes advise from Mikey of all people.
From genuinely loving and welcome surprises to stupidly humiliating himself Raph has thrown every subtle and not so subtle hint at you.
Yet no matter what he does you just aren't getting it.
Mikey has been "helping him" with some not so great ideas so when he suggests the direct approach Raph though ABSOLUTELY NOT.
It would take a lot of time and everyone, even Splinter, telling him to be direct before he even considers it.
When he finally decides to go through with it? He is not happy. Not at all.
But at this point what other choice does he have?
You, Raph, and Casey had been out "patrolling" the city. "Patrolling" being the excuse for motorcycle racing around the city whilst ignoring traffic laws. Why where you invited? Simple. There are only two motorcycles. Casey's and Raphs.
You were clutching onto Raph for dear life as he raced around the New York city streets. Normally Raph would be doing all kinds of stunts jumping over or sliding under different obstacles as a way to gloat to Casey. But he didn't want to jerk you around too much. Especially with the death grip your keeping on his shell.
Also because this wasn't really a race. He asked Casey to pretend this was a race so he could drive you somewhere. That all Casey knew, no matter how many times he asked why Raph never said. So while Raph took his turns around the city Casey made is way back to the lair making it seem to you that Raph had beat him in the race.
As Raph slowed the bike you noticed you were at the park. It was dark out so lamps illuminated the path. There were some people walking around but not many, if Raph was careful and stuck to the shadows he should be fine. The park was almost peaceful if it weren't for the constant and eternal bustling of the city.
"Is this the finish line?" You asked, still convinced there was a race.
"Uhhhh, yeah. But we left Casey pretty far back there so... We might as well walk around," Raph eyed you unsure, "I mean it beats sitting here waiting for that slow poke to catch up."
"Sure sounds like fun."
And with that you both set off on a short walk through the park. Not wanting to be seen by any unsuspecting passerby you both stuck to walking behind the trees and bushes lining the path.
You both talked about nothing in particular. You just spent time enjoying eachothers company and it did Raph some good to calm his nerves. He had tried everything under the sun to tell you how he feels and you still don't seem to get it. Well everything but actually telling you. He didn't want to, but he was going to. Tonight.
As you both turned a corner lined by shrubbery you noticed how trees completely secluded the area ahead of you. No one could could see in or out unless the took the path you and Raph did. As you both decide to take a seat on the grass and just enjoy the night Raph felt his nerves come back to tie up his guts.
You both sat for a while, not speaking. I comfortable for you. A heavy one for Raph. Eventually it got to the point where if he didn't say something now, the perfect time, he knew he never would.
So without looking at you, or any warning, he won't for it.
"I love you."
Tumblr media
Donny:
Donny LOVES subtlety.
Science is all about those subtle differences that can alter an entire study.
And BOY was he good at subtlety.
He would use relations between different parts of his project to hint at his feelings for you.
He would do that thing where the person would come up behind you and put their hands over yours to help direct you.
Stuff like that.
Did it make you blush? Yes.
Did it get his feelings across to you?
Ha ha
No.
He literally doesn't know what he's doing wrong.
After a while BB is so close to believing that you just don't feel the same until Splinter suggests being direct with you.
He would just stare at Master Splinter in the most 'I didn't about that's type of way.
He just didn't think that was something that people did ya know?
He never considered it cuz he just never did.
He's not embarrassed about his feelings, though he may be a little flustered.
He feels so dumb after the suggestion was made.
Bro was like, how did I never think of that.
Now that he knows though, he is going straight to you.
You were playing cards with Splinter and Raph when Donny approached you.
"Y/n!" He said with a smile on his face.
"Hey D! What's up?"
"Actually, now that you ask," he rubbed the back of his neck "I was wondering if I could speak with you in private for a moment?"
"Oh uhhhh, sure, just. Let me find someone to give my hand to."
"Splinter grabbed your cards from your hand, Michelangelo!"
"Yeeeeeess?" Mikey looked over the back of the couch to where you were playing.
"Come here, you are playing in place of y/n" he said waving Mikey over.
You cringed, you were doing so well! You may not have beat Splinter but you were beating Raph!
"Oh oh, I like where this game is headin'," Raph grinned.
You groaned, Mikey was totally going to ruin whatever victory you had in mind.
Regardless, after everything with the game was settled you followed Donny out of the lair and into the turtle van parked in the garage. Donny was fidgeting with his fingers the whole way there. It set a sort of awkward tone for the silence. You were also slightly concerned too, it wasn't like Donny to be nervous and fidgety. Awkward, sure. Nervous? No.
When you took your seat in the van Donny sat himself right across from you, though he didn't look you in the eye.
"So what's up Donny? Is something wrong?"
"Oh no! Not wrong perse," he finally looked at you, "Just trying to figure out how exactly I want to word this."
You were getting more nervous by the second. What was he going to tell you. He always had the right words to articulate what he's thinking. Why now is it difficult? You started picking at your fingers waiting for him to speak again.
"Okay, I think I've got it!" He said turning to look you fully in the eye now.
"Y/n, you have always been one of my closest friends. I enjoy our conversations and having you around makes me smile,"
This could being in their a really good direction or a really bad one but all you knew is that you were really confused.
"However recently my feelings have developed into something a bit... more," he paused. His chest tightened and his stomach felt hollow.
"I don't want to hide my feelings or pretend like they're not there. I understand if you can't return my feelings but I figure it's only fair that you know that I.." he reached out and put your hand in his, "I'm in love with you."
Tumblr media
Mikey:
Out of all of them I feel like Mikey is the most likely to be direct.
If he's not it is solely because he's embarrassed.
Dude will blush and giggle at you like a flustered school girl.
It honestly looks so stupid but in a strangely endearing way.
When Mikey tries to be subtle with his feelings about you it doesn't work.
To an outside viewer it doesn't look like he's trying at all.
He is though.
He really is🥲
So it's safe to say that when the revelation is made that you didn't know, everyone was kinda shocked.
(Raph might have called you dumb)
They probably confronted you about Mikeys feelings, after assuming that you already knew and didn't reciprocate, hence your lack of action.
They'd be all, 'look your our friend but if you don't like Mikey you need to tell him so he can get over you'
And you'll just sit there like, 'but I do like Mikey, what do you mean????'
Once you figure out that they mean ROMANTIC feelings Mikey will be horrified that they told you.
"You have a crush on me?" You asked Mikey curiously.
"Wha- WHA- WHAT?!!"
You were sitting on the couch while Mikeys brothers surrounded you. They were trying to tell you something about letting Mikey down easy. It took a while for you to understand what they were saying but when you finally did you were shocked. You had no idea. So when Mikey came from the kitchen with his normal carefree attitude, asking him was all you could think to say.
"WHO TOLD YOU THAT!" Mikey panicked and looked at his brothers with a mix of betrayal and embarrassment, "DUDES??!"
"Eheh. Sorry Mikey, we thought they already knew," Donny shrugged. He felt bad for outing his brother but what's done is done.
"If we had known they were more dense then you we wouldn't have said anything," Raph told him slightly peeved.
"HEY!" you frowned at Raph.
"YOU TOLD THEM!!" Mikey was in full jittery panic at this point.
"We thought they already knew considering how... obvious, you've been. We thought they were leading you on," Leo explained, "We didn't mean to tell them Mikey." Leo looked apologetic.
"I think we should leave you two to talk about this," Leo told the others and led them somewhere else in the lair.
You and Mikey didn't move. He stood there starring at the floor while you were starring at him.
"So was what they were saying right? Do you have... feelings for me?"
"I... umm... yeah," Mikey told you, completely red in the face.
"Well that's good," you giggled.
"huh?"
"I do too."
Incubus
"Please? Please, please! I'm fucking starving," your incubus whines.
"Crybaby. I told you this was going to be a problem," you sigh, gripping the steering wheel of your rented car.
You had stopped at a gas station ten minutes ago and gotten yourself some food. With your belly full, you're prepared for the next three hours of your roadtrip. Not your incubus though, he's acting like he hasn't had anything in days.
Which might be true. It's been a confusing couple of weeks.
"What was I supposed to do? This is a six-hour road trip," he sighs. "And you said you'd let me."
"Dude, I was drunk and horny," you laugh sheepishly.
He petulantly jams his foot against the glove compartment and tugs his shoe off. The unnatural purple veins in his skin are starting to make an appearance as his glamour wavers.
"Ah, get your demon foot down! What if someone sees it?"
"When was the last time we passed another car on this god-forsaken road?" He pouts. "Besides, my glamour is slipping. I don't have enough energy to keep it up."
"Why don't you sleep the rest of the way? We'll be there soon enough," you reason.
"Fine," he grumbles, tipping his seat back so he can recline comfortably.
Despite all his huffing and whining, he ends up falling asleep. He has one hand draped over his face, sheilding his eyes from the sun. His glamour is in the halfway stage, revealing pointed ears and a body that's now a little too large for the car seat. He twitches in his sleep and moans.
"God no," you mumble in mock horror and stifle a giggle.
The sounds he makes in his sleep are worthy of a porn audio and you feel like you shouldn't be listening. Still, that kind of thing doesn't bother you as much as it did weeks go. You've come a long way. The ride is manageable for a while, until his wings suddenly unfurl like a rebellious umbrella and thwack you in the face. You're forced to pull over.
"Wake up, idiot. You almost made me crash the car." You grab his shoulder and jangle it.
He wakes up with an inhuman growl and grabs you. There isn't much space for either of you to move, so all he ends up doing is pulling you into his lap. Tears spring into your eyes when you hit your elbow on the car door.
"You did that on purpose!" You moan, rubbing the tender spot.
"You can't just touch me when I'm sleeping," he says in exasperation, peering at you with blackened eyes.
He's right. This isn't the first time you've tried to wake him up and he ended up freaking out. It's obvious something happened to him in the past to make him act that way, but he wouldn't let you pry.
"Sorry, I forgot," you admit. "You were moaning in your sleep."
"Was I?" His eyes twinkle. "Look at you, getting all flustered. Hey, don't look away."
To change the subject you say,
"Your glamour is gone."
"It appears so." He flares his wings out as wide as he can, wincing. "I miss flying."
"Soon you'll be able to fly again," you promise, your heart going out to him.
Even though summoning him was an accident, you could have done so much more to make the experience a little less weird for him. You treated him like a literal demon thanks to your religious upbringing. Only when you realized that holy water and crosses and exorcisms were no good did you start to treat him with a modicum of respect. And he endured all of it for you. You've gotten better with your hellish companion since then.
Someone takes the initiative to kiss, but you're not sure whether it was him or you. All you know is that the wall you've built has come crashing down, and all the secret desires you hid away come clamoring forward, demanding attention.
You can't get out of your clothes fast enough, growling in annoyance when you hit your elbow again. You should have rented a bigger car.
"Hold on," he says, ripping his face away.
His lips are swollen and bruised from the heavy makeout session and his pupils are ridiculously dilated, but he still looks aware and a little worried.
"An hour ago you were denying me. Why now..."
"Don't ruin the mood," you tell him, wiggling into the backseat. "I just realized all my little rules are pretty stupid, that's all."
He twists around to look at you in the back.
"You won't regret it later?"
"I will if you made me take all my clothes off only to say you don't want to do it anymore," you say, leaning back and opening your legs. "Come here."
His eyes light up. If he had a tail, it would be wagging. The last of his glamour sheds, and you stare at his ebony-colored horns in admiration. Just a few weeks ago the mere sight of them had you stammering the Lord's Prayer and dousing him with anointing oil in an effort to make him go away. Now you grab one of his horns and drag him closer. The small car means you are both in pretty uncomfortable positions, but you'll complain about your back later.
His licks a blazing trail down your stomach, the purr in his voice muffled as he presses his lips to your body, tracing the red lines where your too-tight jeans aggravated your skin.
"I love this."
"My muffin top?" You snicker.
"All of it. All of you. Goddess," he says reverently before he dips between your legs.
His long, slippery tongue is talented. As he stokes your pleasure higher and hotter, he drinks from the blaze of it. Once he has enough energy to use his glamour again, he glamours his claws away and slides two fingers into you, looking up at you with gleaming, burning eyes.
The way his wings arch makes you think of an eagle protecting its dinner. You dare to touch them, stroking the struts of bone and the delicate membrane stretched between them.
"You're so beautiful," you admit. "And I'm not just saying that because you're so good at this."
He looks amused with the compliment. Maybe he's remembering the time you called him a "vulgar hellion of hell" in a fit of religious indignation.
You jump at the sudden zing of pleasure when he nips your inner thigh.
"Focus on me," he demands. "Let your mind go blank for just a little while."
You nod frantically, clutching the sturdy leather of the car seat. Your hips follow the thrusting motion of his fingers, desperate for more. He gives you what you want. You come when he adds a third finger, the stretch, and the pleasure and the stimulation of your clit throwing you recklessly off a cliff. It feels like he takes some of your energy, crafts it into a gem of pure gold, and passes it back to you in a hard kiss. It's like you've died and gone to heaven.
It's only when he taps your stomach that you remember you have to breathe. You suck in great gasps of air, squinting at him. He wears your cum on his face, his lips glistening as they part into a pretty smile.
"What was that?" You finally ask.
"The best orgasm of your life," he grins. "Please tell me I've ruined you for other people."
"Don't get ahead of yourself," you scoff playfully as you tug your clothes back on.
You think he has though.
happy hour drabble # 2
Sonic had been dragging his feet all day. It was Monday again, which meant there wasn't much to do at Speedy's. Count the change, polish his roller skates, clean the fryers. That was his routine. By the end of his shift, it felt like there were lead blocks stuffed in his socks.
One of his coworkers gave him a strange look when he hung up his hat. "What?" he asked.
"Nothing," the girl replied. For some reason, her eyes looked sad. "Get some rest tonight, won't you, Arthur? We can't have you calling out; you're our best skater!"
Sonic raised an eyebrow, but before he could ask what she meant by that, she disappeared out the back door. Though her voice was muffled now, he could still make out her last request: "And don't forget to lock up!"
Rolling his eyes, Sonic twirled the keys in between his fingers and shook his head. This wasn't his first rodeo! After switching out his skates for his regular, non-wheeled shoes, he left the restaurant with his laces still untied. The door closed behind him, and he locked it with a soft click.
Shadow was waiting for him in his usual spot. The headlights on Shadow's motorcycle illuminated the dark parking lot with warm yellow light, and its engine filled the air with a weighty hum. Sonic hopped onto the back of the bike in one swift motion, and then wrapped his arms around Shadow’s waist like he'd been waiting to do it all day.
"No detours tonight," Sonic said. "I'm bushed!"
Shadow glanced back over his shoulder and was greeted by a mess of wild brown-and-blue quills. "Fine," he said. "That disaster you call a coat would give us away in an instant. Save your strength so I can fix it before bed."
If Sonic replied, it was drowned out by the sound of the motorcycle's engine as it roared to life. Sonic rested his head against Shadow's shoulder as the dark hedgehog drove them back to their apartment. The cool air felt nice against Sonic's fur as the wind whipped through it.
Soon, they arrived. Shadow parked the motorcycle in front of their apartment building before the two of them got off. Only then, under the bright white streetlights, did Shadow see the red flush on Sonic's cheeks. Without so much as a word, Shadow stepped forward and pressed the back of his hand against Sonic's forehead.
"Uh?" Sonic blinked. "Sh-- Lance? What're you...?"
Shadow dropped his hand from Sonic's forehead. "You're burning up," he said matter-of-factly. Then, he took Sonic's hand. "Come. Let's go inside."
Sonic let Shadow lead him up the stairs as he processed what he'd just said. "Wait," Sonic said as Shadow pushed open the door to their apartment. "I'm sick? But it's Monday!"
"Correct."
After both of them were inside the apartment, Shadow shut the door. Now, Sonic's face was screwed up like he was trying to solve a difficult math problem. "That doesn't make any sense," Sonic was saying. "I wasn't sick last Monday, or last last Monday, or--"
Shadow interrupted, "It's possible our minds aren't the only things that remain intact throughout time."
Sonic frowned, "So, someone's germs from the last loop are making me sick in this one?" He paused to think about that for a second. "That's not good, dude. That means..."
"Any consequences will persist regardless of our current place in time," Shadow finished. He was frowning now, too.
"Great," Sonic said, even though nothing about this was great. "Well, there goes my Plan A."
"And what was that?"
Sonic grinned, "'Run straight at the bad guy and hope for the best'!"
Shadow pursed his lips and sighed. Loudly. With agitation. "That's always your plan."
Sonic opened his mouth to reply, but a sneeze cut off whatever snarky remark he had prepared. His grin faded as he remembered how tired he was. Talk about a buzzkill! Next time he saw Tails, he'd have to ask him to make a shrink ray, so he could fight off germs with his fists.
Shadow shook his head as he watched Sonic's ears droop. "Go. Sit," he said. "I'll take it from here."
Sonic wanted to argue, but Shadow’s stern brown eyes made him feel funny. “Whatever,” Sonic muttered as he averted his gaze. “Just don’t take too long. I can’t promise I’ll stick around if you do!”
In truth, Sonic wasn’t going anywhere. Now that he was free from the constraints of his 9 to 5, and the horrors of capitalism were held back by the immutable strength of their apartment door, he was left with nothing to distract him from his fever. He shuffled into the bathroom and plopped down on the stool, waiting for Shadow to come in with the dye.
He sniffled. His bones hurt. He scratched his head, irritated. This never would’ve happened to world famous superhero, Sonic the Hedgehog. It was only because he was disguised as some random punk that he’d gotten sick.
“I seem to remember your fox friend recounting a tale to the contrary,” Shadow suddenly said. He’d appeared in the doorway, dye in hand. “Something about you and Arabian Nights…?”
Sonic waved his hand. “That was different,” he said.
Shadow popped the lid off a bottle of brown dye. “Oh? Is that so?”
Huffing indignantly, Sonic replied, “Yeah. That time, my worst enemy was a super powerful genie. This time, it’s customers!”
Shadow lowered his head. Sonic could’ve sworn he saw him smile. “Hold still,” Shadow said, his hands freshly gloved up and covered in dye. “I’ll be quick.”
Regardless of the truth of that statement, Sonic was physically, mentally, and emotionally incapable of holding still. He tried. Of course, he didn’t want to squirm around like a worm in the rain. But he couldn’t help it! Just like he couldn’t help but tap his foot against the linoleum, his claws clack-clack-clacking against the tile as he did so. That was, until one of Shadow’s hands moved to the back of Sonic’s left ear, and Sonic froze.
Sonic felt Shadow rub the dye into his fur. He felt his claws brush gently against the softest part of his ear. And Sonic stopped thinking about how lame it was to be sick. He didn’t worry about holding still. His heart fluttered in his chest and his eyes closed, totally focused on how good it felt to have Shadow’s fingers in his fur.
Shadow paused, having noticed the strange shift in Sonic’s behavior. But there was no time for him to lean forward and investigate, because a gentle pressure was now pushing against the palm of his hand, urging him to continue.
It was Sonic, leaning into Shadow’s touch.
Shadow nearly choked, but he managed to keep his composure. He isn’t feeling well, Shadow reminded himself. That’s all this was.
And yet, when Shadow resumed styling Sonic’s quills, he wasn’t thinking about covering up all the blue spots anymore. Instead, he focused his attention on just that one spot behind Sonic’s ear. He didn’t know why. Maybe he pitied Sonic. As the Ultimate Lifeform, he would never know how it felt to be ill.
Sonic leaned deeper into Shadow’s touch. His tense shoulders relaxed. His job, their mission, the time loop–none of that mattered anymore. Somewhere inside his chest, next to his heart, a soft rumbling began. Purring.
Sonic was purring.
Abruptly, Shadow stood. He turned away from Sonic, so he didn’t see him blink his eyes open sleepily.
“Shadow…?”
“That’s all for now,” Shadow said stiffly. “Count yourself lucky. If not for your… illness… you would’ve been sitting there for much longer.”
And then he exited the bathroom, leaving Sonic sitting there as the last of his purrs quietly faded away.
