The new rule that was decided by the counsel (me and my coworkers) is that whoever has the cooler name gets to keep theirs. If both names are equally cool, both parties can hyphenate. If both names are equally uncool, both parties can combine sections of their names to create a new one (i.e. Jonesmith to replace Jones and Smith). If a cool name cannot be created from existing names, a completely new name (or names, for that matter) can be chosen, as long as it has been mutually agreed upon by the parties entering to marriage.

*by this I mean like using one name for work/business and using the other in your/their personal life or in private

If it makes you feel any better even I don't actually know what the ending is yet 😂 I have at least two different ones mapped out and I'm not entirely sure which path we're going to be taking yet BUT I promise it will be a satisfying ending 😊 I love this version of Fictional!Matty and Fictional!George way too much *not* to give their story closure and a proper send off.
