I've always wondered why Sanemi made this statement. He could've said 'Why are you here?', 'What are you doing here?' and so on but he chooses to use the word 'spying'. It almost seems like Tanjiro (bestest boy ❤) walked in on something he wasn't supposed to see.

Unhinged theory: This wasn't just a normal spar or hashira training moment, this was a private conversation between Sanemi and Giyuu.

Let me explain:

We all know that Sanemi hates Giyuu's 'I'm not like you guys attitude' and it's also funny how he's the only one who addresses this and tries to get an explanation out of him. It's a way to show that he cares but his aggressive nature makes it seem commanding and angry.

So he goes (by his own volition, mind you!) to Giyuu's crib to talk to him. but how do the two emotionally-stunted men talk to each other? By fighting of course!

Even the fight itself seems more like a dance or a conversation rather than actual training, there's also the background music that mixes the themes of both guys.

This all culmulates to the final move which has Sanemi trying to break through and talk to Giyuu and Giyuu bless his heart unintentionally keeping up his barriers.

Another point that shows how it's more than a friendly hashira training session is the fact that Sanemi suggests that they brawl it out. There's nothing that will come out of this training-wise and it seems like it's just an excuse to get some kind of reaction out of Giyuu.

Then Tanjiro (bestest boy ❤) interrupts their conversation so Sanemi gets pissed. He even rants about it hours later!

Look at his dude, like why so angry my guy? 😂

It got me thinking, what would have happened if Tanjiro (bestest boy ❤) hadn't interrupted?

Watch It! - KNY Headcanons

Somebody just shove you aggressively in a club. They spare you a glance, laugh, and walk away. Of course, your partner will not let it go just like that... In other words, what KNY characters say and/or do to defend you from intoxicated, insufferable people in a club.

Featuring: Aged up Kamaboko Squad (-Kanao), Sanemi, Kyojuro, Tengen, Giyuu

Somebody shoves you aggressively when you and Tanjiro are hanging out by the bar. I don't think he will initiate any fight or whatever, he'll just yell "What's your problem, dude?" before turning to you and asking whether you're okay. He will definitely have a handkerchief ready in case somebody spill their drink on you.

We all know Zenitsu is not an aggressive person. If someone bumps into you a tad too aggressive he will pull you to his side. "Oi, back off! Stay away from my partner!" Might not sound too scary, but he will give them an unwavering stare, ready to knock him down even because he's kinda drunk himself.

Inosuke, on the other hand, will definitely provoke the other person to fight. "What the fuck? Oi, come over here! Who do you think you are, shoving my mate like that? Over my dead body, fucker!" It gets rowdy real fast, mate. Sober or drunk, he will fight.

Similar to Inosuke, Genya will not hesitate to fight back the other person. He'll shove them back, "Watch it!" What happens next depends on how the other person reacts. If they back away, Genya will only tell them to get lost. If they taunt him, they better run. Genya will drag them outside, god knows what will happen next.

Sanemi is definitely Genya's role model in this whole "how to defend your partner in a club" thing. Sanemi will pull the person's collar back, forcing them to look him in the eye, "You're messing with the wrong people, you pathetic shit." Of course, his scars will most likely intimidate the other person. If they're trying to fight him, though... You better not let him fight, honestly. He might break the other person's bone(s).

Tengen despises drunk assholes. He thinks everyone should drink flamboyantly. Being drunk is fine, as long as they don't pick a fight with other people. Which is why he can't tolerate the person who shoves you or any of his wives. "That's soooo tacky of you. Are you sure you're supposed to be here? Should I kick your ass flying to the nearest landfill? Yknow, since you're acting so trashy like that..." Again, not that intimidating but don't forget this man is almost 2 meters tall.

I believe Kyojuro will make sure you're alright before he turns to the person. "Hey, you! Yeah, you! We need to talk!" It doesn't always work, of course, considering the other person was hella drunk or just rude. Not the most aggressive man, but he's there to have fun with you and he will make sure you do have fun. So, he'll just take you to a less crowded area and buy you another drink.

At first you might think Giyuu won't do anything since he just froze in his place as the person walks away. However his eyes widens and trails the person's move. Before you can say or do anything, he already follows them and delivers a hard slap against the back of their head. When the person turn around to find the culprit, Giyuu already walks away like nothing happened. He gets back to you and pull you closer to him.

Oh lord, suddenly the Fanon vs Canon male characters from other franchises aren’t so aggravating now (spoilers for some of these people so I’m going from past to current releases for those who aren’t updated! These are my and probably several others’ viewpoints on how some fans treat them.):

Canon Batman and group: professional work environment. Batman fights to cope with his trauma, stern but fair towards practically everyone even his wards and kids? He and his group are typically prepared for opponents matching their playing field at best.

Fanon Batman and group: overprotective and spoils his adopted and biological kids aka canon wards and kids from whatever adaptation exists. Somehow he and his batfam are the scariest heroes in their world, moreso than other Justice League members. Probably due to their crazy prep time lol? Ridiculously smart group, and I do mean academics, fighting and reading people.

Canon Danny Fenton/Phantom: smarter than he lets on, witty quips/snark banter in a good portion of his dialogue.

Fanon Danny Fenton/Phantom: an angel or poor victim who can do no wrong. Despite the original creator Bitch Fartman being a homophobe and denying mental health issues, some fans HC him as trans. In some dark fics he be like, “*sniffs* nobody cares about me! They’re better off without me around!”

Canon love interest: good people with flaws, makes an effort to be civil even with some exes who are cool with them. They would think, “He/She deserves to be happy with that person, I’m not going to get in the way to that.”

Fanon love interest: either they’re their supporting friend or a jealous Yandere all along. Rarely do you see the Yanderes moving on from their love interest.

Canon Tanjiro: still genuinely kind towards nearly everyone despite most of his family being dead by the Demon King. Actually has a merciless cold side when it comes to certain demons so he ain’t giving chance to those bitches.

Fanon Tanjiro: damsel in distress or just an emotional dude who cries plenty about things.

Canon Izuku: for how much trauma and violence he’s been gone through, he pulled through.

Fanon Izuku: bc of his looks he’s often seen as the OwO helpless cinnamon roll despite earning a powerful quirk from his mentor. Others see him as an edge lord coping hard for all he’s been through, bro just snapped.

Canon Dabi: murderer who doesn’t give a shit about his past and just wants to cause trouble/damage just to get back at a certain someone.

Fanon Dabi: loving dude who checks up on his loved ones making sure they’re alright. In some AUs where he’s a hero, he’s probably just a party dude who loves the ladies lol.

But when it comes to the miracuhoes and people with similar mentality doing this, well…:

Canon: flawed but still ok people, that’s realistic cuz nobody’s perfect

Fanon: whoever’s against Marinette or whatever MC gets the absolute worst demonization ever! Their negative traits exaggerated and ramped up!

If I don’t get requests or ideas soon I’ll just work on my “Inner Demons” Douma x Reader book until I do.   Personally, Inosuke, Genya, and my QUEEN Kanoe were my favorite to write in this one  I got to thinking about my thing for uncut dicks and then I realized that this was the Taisho period … I don’t know if the Japanese practiced it, but if they did it would be a thing only wealthy people indulged in. So in theory- most if not all boys would be uncut. Given the ones who grew up rich like Kyojuro, who would be due to the money to do so. 

Tanjiro:

 He would be a gentle lover. But I imagine he would take up most of the work in the relationship due to his father and hero complex. 

Love the idea of family, he would probably want a LOT of kids.

He would prolly let you rest for a week or two after birth and then get you another one

ALWAYS considerate of your feelings. 

He would be clueless to your feelings/ advances towards him at 1st, so you’d have to make the 1st move.

I think it would be a friends-to-lovers scenario with him.

Zenitsu:

 He’s a pants pissing coward, a shameless- 

No really if you're in a relationship with Nitsu you better be ready for the waterworks. [Tear breathing 1st form-]

I think he would treat you with general respect and love for your well being and mood. 

He would bring you flowers or candies if you were upset

Aight maybe this is just me, but Zenitsu is fruity as HELL. So every time you’re like “DAYUM” as a hot guy walks by he’s gonna be like “DAYUM” as well.

If he was in an open relationship, he wouldn’t be a simp to EVERY woman he came across. He might treat them with respect, but to him, you’re his QUEEN.

Inosuke:

 Alright it’s time for the king of the mountain. 

He would take your confessions as a ‘mate request’ [Or a “Hey court me” proposal] and if he was the one to make the 1st move, I think he would court you like an animal would. [Make a nest, try to cuddle you, burn the kitchen do- make you food]

He would have known of mates from living on the mountain he came from, so I think you’d have to teach him how to act in a human relationship.

ALWAYS hungry. Always. You’d have to keep him fed child style

He would try and challenge anyone whom he thought had interest in you. [Family included]

He would want a medium sized family, I imagine twins or triplets that way he could call them cubs [Idk what baby boars are called T’v’T]

Genya:

 He would be scared of you at 1st

He would shy away from you and refuse all help you tried to offer him [Medical, “Here, take this rice cracker”, etc.] 

Hell, he might even yell at you like he did Mitsuri in the manga [Dude if a naked pilf came up to me rubbing on all of my muscles in a secluded area I wouldn’t have scared her away. Dudeeee- Tanjiro would’ve hear some clapping from that onsen!] 

He would be the shy type, but if you guys were out on the town, he would hold your hand constantly 

 He would want a family but not one that’s big like tanjiro would. [Maybe one or two kids]

 Always considerate of you, I would think his main flaw would be him worrying about making a mistake and making you hate him like his brother.

Kanoe

 You would meet by getting injured and sent to the Butterfly Estate. 

She would flip her coin to decide whether to say hi or not/ Heads-yes Tails-no.

The coin would inevitably land on heads and you would be approached.

You would be captivated by her every breath.

I figure this would go from simple admiration, to straight up hidden yandere vibes. 

You would join her training and she would [Try] to teach you flower breathing, or at least the forms-

If you were in a relationship with her she would not use her coin as much to talk to you.

raw unbridled thoughts because I just saw the KNY movie and I am!!! full of emotions!!!

spoilers galore though so read at your own risk, i know it's not released in US theaters yet but in case you want a "little" preview, here it is !!

MAN!!!!!! i would have paid 12 euros just to see a remake of the last two entertainement district episodes in 4k, but man did I get my money's worth :')

it all started with a quick recap of the first seasons, with Gurenge and Homura as BGM, so the hype was already off the charts. I didn't dare sing along but I mouthed the lyrics and man was it good to hear it all with the images on the big screen ;w;

speaking of sound design though, my cinema's speakers weren't optimal, it felt like the music was coming only from the front and some of the noises were horribly loud. Remember when Gyutaro breaks Tanjiro's fingers? MAN. Overall, the musical experience was wayyyy better at home with headphones, but at least the visuals more than made up for it.

I won't go too much into detail over episodes 10/11, because the screening was pretty much identical to the regular episodes. The end of episode 10 still hits super hard, the sudden quietness and the billowing smoke... simply mindblowing on a large screen. We even had opening and ending credits, which made this very different from the Mugen Train experience, but the audience needed time to breathe haha

Uzui's battle against Gyutaro was really made to be viewed like this. You have a much better sense of all the details ufotable put into the whole thing when you're watching on such a large screen.

alright alright i gotta move on to the most exciting part. The actual opening of S3 played at the very end, so the transition towards the next arc was opened by none other than Gotou, finding the squad all passed out in the rubble. Man do I love this guy, he really feels like the "normal dude that the 20-something audience will root for" trope.

The upper moon meeting was... both mindblowing and somewhat overwhelming. There were lots of flashing effects and very insistent transitions, with (in my opinion) too many visual effects that bloated the scenes without really adding too much to them. I now that ufotable is probably just flexing their skills because this was MADE for cinemas, but still, it felt a little 'too much' to my taste. But then I'm easily overwhelmed by flashing things, so that's surely just a matter of personal preference.

The insistent transitions aside, that scene was just amazing. The inifity castle is an amazing place that reminded me a LOT of that scene towards the end of Interstellar. Muzan's science equipment looked very REAL, I bet that ufotable has been using real life footage to put it together.

And now... I can't really avoid talking about him, can I? Douma. I despise this character with everything I have and I even more despise the way the fandom treats him... and man I'm in for a ride. Curse you Miyano Mamoru. How DARE you be so GOOD at your job??? He's really THE most outstanding cast in the whole series in my humble opinion. I was already in love with the VA for his previous roles (Dazai from BSD!! Rintarou from Steins;Gate!!) and he's bringing the perfect vibe to Douma, I can already feel the fandom misinterpreting him more :') I absolutely cannot wait for his performance in the Infinity Castle. It'll be amazing.

May I also say : thank you Akaza. He had me cheering out loud in my seat when he chopped half of Douma's face off (and immediately got scolded for it like a naughty boy by Dad Kokushibo lmao). Thank you, Akaza. I'd almost forgive you for making Rengoku donuts ;(

I don't have much more to say about the rest of the Upper Moons because they hardly left a impression on me when I read the manga. Their voices are a pretty good fit, and I don't doubt that ufotable will make them shine.

The dream sequence was short but very well done. Alas I must shorten my speech too because I'm so excited to get to the next part.

Cue Gotou walking around with a very tasty looking Castella. Thanks ufotable now I wish I'd bought popcorn. He's funny as always, the way he gets mad at Kanao for not telling anything is even funnier animated, and the apparition of ghost Aoi just the same

THE CEILING BOAR.....

He definitely got the loudest laugh from the audience out of the whole movie. I feel so proud :') The way he's clinging to the ceiling is just too hilarious, with Tanjirou's like "so Inosuke on the ceiling..." coming before we actually see him, which had the laughter really explode. The comedic timing is absolutely perfect. I cannot wait to make 414630316 giftsets from this scene when the season is released.

Matsuoka really nailed the "SO YOU NOTICED ME, TANPACHIROU!!!" I'd been picturing it in my head for so long and it was exactly as I thought it'd sound like. The book about the honey badger was actually in english, I can't wait to see what else it says when we get a longer look. Inosuke looked like he had no idea what was going on, and Aoi telling him to get off the bed was just perfect. The way she clung to him when Kanao spoke up... *chef's kiss*.

I cannot wait to make a transparent edit of the ceiling boar so it can become my icon on every website forever haha

I have to be honest and say I paid a little less attention afterwards :') i was on a little cloud thanks to the ceiling boar. Though we got to meet some adorable kakushi, the scene of them dancing amongst the crows was really neat. Big up to the Kakushi for all their hard work!

And then... well, there's some fanservice (and I'm not even talking about the bath scene). An unusual amount of it for KNY. A very very BLERGH from me. Even the audience seemed a little unconfortable. It's nothing harmful, it's just a little dumb and out of place.

The swordsmith village feels a little underwhelming in terms of design and general aesthetic, but it's no wonder when it's coming after the mesmerizing entertainment district. I'm definitely gonna miss the ambience of it all, though ufotable will probably impress me anyways.

Genya's here and he's pissed as always. I cannot unhear the Bakugo in him. Put your teeth back where they belong, boy.

Mitsuri is very wholesome though!!! I'm trying my hardest to cling to her as my favorite character this season (with lil' Kotetsu!! a baby!!). Ufotable, you better treat her well. I am BEGGING you.

aaand I think that's it from me. The hype did not disappoint. As a big fan of Inosuke and Zenitsu, I'm going into this arc without much to expect, as it's by far my least favorite in the series anyway. Still, Ufotable is going to do an awesome job, the characters might grow on me, the voice actors will be mindblowing, the music will be amazing, and well... I cannot wait for what will come next :3c

How do you think the evolved form of Akaza was? Would he have changed his appearance or would he not have had any physical change? How do you think the change would have been?

If demons were Oni-mon, a collectable trading card game, there would be set courses of their potential based on how hard they train and how many people they eat. Like a road-map in their genetics!

But Muzan doesn't play Oni-mon. Muzan's too mature and scientific so such trite and childish games. Muzan is a man of science! That mean he's more likely to have a passing curiosity in bacteria and do a bunch of swabs around the house, and then he gets tired of waiting to see the results, and then he forgets about them until he comes back later to be pleasantly shocked how his bacteria cultures overgrew their containers in all sorts of unexpected shapes and colors.

That is to say, I think demons would have a very active form of epigenetics, that is, how their DNA responds to different behaviors and environmental factors, as opposed to following some set course in their DNA. As a simple real life example, years of diet and exercise will impact how you look at middle age, and two versions of yourself in alternate universes may be hard to recognize as having the same DNA because of this.

Demons are like extreme versions of this; they start with a certain set of DNA, and that DNA accounts for a lot of how they start out as a demon, and the ways that DNA is expressed will be more volatile to changes in their diet--or in Akaza's case, exercise.

So if we take Akaza as a demon developed through physical training and limited diet, then he's bound to look like some kind of gym dude bro no matter how far he gets from where he started.

Hang on, I gotta check something. Ufufufufufufu. Basketball was introduced to Japan in 1908. Moving on.

Something that's been key in major physical developments in demons, at least when we've seen them as they first occur (we don't know how and when Hantengu, Gyokko, and Daki discovered their own transformative abilities), is that there's an emotional elemental, like a sense of desperation. Specially, I'm referring to Nezuko and Kokushibo achieving what we might think of as their "ultimate forms," at least for what we saw, but given the "infinity" theme so common in demons, I'll bet they still could had gone further. Akaza really likes the idea of training forever, but it doesn't seem he's got a specific outcome in mind.

Other times, there is intention in how one develops, like when Nezuko figured out she could get small just because Tanjiro asked her to, or when Enmu was straining himself to merge with a massive physical object. I... I kinda don't think Akaza thought that hard about the pink hair (but something in his memories was drawn to pink, he must not had been able to help it.)

We've also seen cases of demons choosing not to show their most powerful, achievable form, for whatever reason, from convenience to aesthetic (Nezuko, Daki, Muzan especially). Akaza seems to have no qualms about this. Would he get angry about Speedy stealing his look, though? Annoyed at least, probably, Speedy is weak.

So if we take these factors into account, like desperation for some desired outcome and admiration of strength, who knows, maybe in some AU out there he figured out a way to merge his dislodged hand with Kyojuro's body as a means of forcing him to stay alive so they can fight forever.

But maybe we needn't look any further than Akaza's desperation not to die himself, so much so that he sealed the injury at his neck. If he were to keep developing from that point, perhaps before he manages to pop out a new head, his other muscles bulge first, especially in the upper chest area and arms. He'd probably be capable of taking of a much, much larger physical form than just his kinda short human-sized one.

And then maybe what would pop out...

.........would be a football-shaped head.

➥ summary: She wanted to be strong like him - her father. He was able to defeat foes with just one punch and kick and having seen him and his disciple Genos in action she concluded she wanted to be just like him if not better; so at the ripe age of six she started training. Even when her body yearned for her to stop she didn’t she he performed 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats, and ran 10 kilometers each day until it happened. A portal done sucked her up and now she’s in another dimension but don’t think that’s going to stop her from training just as hard as her father. Nothing stops the grind, not even man eating demons that apparently want to eat you and demon slayers that want to kidnap you because some dude they work for tells them too.

➥ chapter 12: Bonds of the Unconventional

The journey continued, and (Y/N) found herself traveling alongside Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira. The eclectic group moved forward, each with their own unique personalities and quirks. As they ventured through the ever-changing landscape, their camaraderie grew, and their bonds strengthened.

Zenitsu, known for his nervous disposition, clung to (Y/N)'s broad shoulders, finding solace and comfort in her presence. He rubbed his cheek against her shoulder and ran his hands along her muscular arms, seeking reassurance in the strength she embodied. (Y/N), ever patient, allowed him this small gesture, understanding his need for security in a dangerous world.

Inosuke, on the other hand, followed closely behind, his boisterous nature on full display. He shouted at (Y/N), urging her to fight him, his competitive spirit driving him forward. But (Y/N) merely raised an eyebrow, unbothered by his persistent challenges. With a calm but firm voice, she responded, "Shush, child. There are more important matters at hand."

Inosuke, undeterred by her dismissive words, engaged in a one-sided argument, arguing with (Y/N)'s back as she continued to lead the way. His voice echoed through the wilderness, a testament to his unwavering determination and stubbornness. While their interactions might seem peculiar to an outsider, they had grown accustomed to these dynamics, finding a semblance of harmony within their eccentricities.

As they journeyed, Tanjiro observed the group, content to walk alongside (Y/N) in silence. His eyes reflected a deep appreciation for the unspoken bond that had formed between them. As (Y/N) entered her room, she couldn't help but notice Hisa's gaze lingering on her physique. The elderly woman's comment about finding a robe that would fit her frame caused a faint smirk to grace (Y/N)'s lips. Unfazed by the remark, she simply nodded and thanked Hisa for her hospitality.

Once Hisa left, (Y/N) retrieved a large roll of bandages from her bag, a knowing glint in her eyes. She proceeded to wrap the bandages around her chest, creating a makeshift bra that provided both comfort and coverage. Satisfied with her solution, she ventured out to join the others for dinner.

In the dining area, Tanjiro and Zenitsu found themselves momentarily flustered by (Y/N)'s appearance. Their eyes instinctively averted, unable to handle the sight of so much exposed skin. Meanwhile, Inosuke, fully engrossed in his meal, paid little attention to the commotion and focused solely on satisfying his voracious appetite.

As they sat down to eat, Hisa joined them, her warm smile indicating her genuine pleasure at their presence. She served them a nourishing meal, a combination of traditional dishes that reflected the warmth and comfort of her home.

The conversation flowed freely as they ate, with Hisa regaling them with stories of her own youthful adventures and sharing wisdom gathered over the years. She listened intently as Tanjiro recounted their recent battles, expressing both admiration for their bravery and concern for the hardships they endured.

They examined each member of the group, tending to any injuries or ailments that had accumulated during their battles. The doctor commended their resilience and provided them with advice on how to care for themselves during their continued journey.

As the night wore on, the group settled into a state of comfort and contentment. They found solace in the warmth of Hisa's home, in each other's company, and in the shared experiences that had forged their unbreakable bonds. Tanjiro Kamado : Like??? You probably already know why, but the way he's so kind to people just stuck to me. However, he doesn't let anyone walk over the people he loves and is so determined to do anything to those he loves. plus hes adorable and one of my favorite mc haha marry me-

Akaza : You rengoku fans can kill me, but I just love his character. Yes, I know his actions will never ever be justified, but I love his respect and once I found out about his backstory, I cracked. Not to mention that he knew he lost to Tanjiro and Giyuu, and just accepted fate and did the job himself, giving a soft smile to the boy who defeated him. I'm just glad he was able to be with his one true love in the end. (Plus I dislike douma so-)

Genya Shinazugawa : Oh, how I absolutely love this boy. I understood completely why he was so boastful, just for his brother to accept him and forgive him for their past. He's so soft and I love his friendship with Tanjiro. His death and last words broke me, but I can be happy once I found out his afterlife with Sanemi was better than ever.

Kaeya Alberich : I hate and love this dude. His flirts do get on my nerves, but I can't help but feel flustered. He's so mysterious and when I found out he was canonically shy?? That just made me fall in love with him more <3 (Love you too diluc, don't worry)

Zhongli : Zhongli, Zhongli... oh how I wish you were real. The moment this man spoke, I almost fainted. Not because he has the same va as hawkmoth from the show I despise but because its so soothing... I just know he's husband material and his memory line made me sob. I love you so much, Zhongli <3

Aether : I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND HIS SISTER TOO- Ahem, also one of my favorite MCs. Totally not also because he shares the same english VA as Tanjiro- even if he doesn't really have a personality, I can tell the sass is there and I love the idea of him being the sun while Lumine is the moon. The only comission I have for him is to marry me-

Spider Soccoro : Skin me alive, do whatever, but I do not care that he saved Quaritch. It was completely understood on why he did it. This young boy for 15 years did not feel like he fit in with the Na'vi and the fact his father was the person who murdered so many of the people he wanted to fit in with did not make him feel better. Neytiri's trauma is definitely understandable, but it does not justify that she pushed it onto a kid of a man that even he hates himself. Not to mention the Sully family didn't really care (Only Kiri cause shes the real one). Jake knew that he was kidnapped and handed to the WORST people ever, yet he only worried that Spider was going to leak information, not about his safety, causing them to move somewhere else. Yet, Spider did not say anything at all. He was tortured, and even admitted that they would have to kill him, because he would not say anything to the people he's loyal to.

For months, Recom!Quaritch shown him more affection than the Sully's had for years. They bonded together, through their first Ikran and even when be was kidnapped. Quaritch could have killed the Metkayina's, yet he didn't all because Spuder begged him not to. Yes, he still burned down the huts which is obviously a vile thing to do, yet he didn't take a single life away. (Only an ilu, but I believe it was someone else who shot it.)

Onto the final battle, LYLE WAS THE ONE WHO SHOT NETEYAM. For the last time, get that in your head spider anti's. Forwarding, When Spider was about to get slashed to death by Neytiri, he didn't care and worried about Kiri, who was being held at gunpoint. At that moment, Kiri's life was more important than his own. Right when has was about to get stabbed, Quaricth panicked and screamed at Neytiri to stop, releasing Kiri all because was worried. Worried, guys. Spider saved him because he owed him for saving his life. No matter if that person killed someone, it's still murder and Spider could not live by that at all. He was neglected, and Spider is torn between two people.

All I want to do is hug that boy close to me, and tell him everything will be alright ♡

Ok, so, been a while since dragon ball was on this blog, but hey I don't control the hyperfixation.

So I'm watching Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero for the first time. Bad name first of all, but otherwise I'm actually loving it! XD And it's like 80% the voice cast!

So I'm weirdly good at picking out voices. It makes watching anime weird cuz there's like 6 people who do extra voices for dubbed anime. Like period. So everyone sounds like everyone all the time.

BUT

It's not extras that have me all fluffed up. It's the main cast. The new additions rather. Of course I'd recognize recurrents I've been watching dragon ball literally my whole life.

ANYWAY

So first! Dr. Hedo, is freaking Arthur(7ds)/Tanjiro(Demon Slayer)

And like sure, anime to anime, that happens all the time. Like do you even know how many background nobodies is Seven Deadly Sins are voiced by either Tien or Gohan? It's obnoxious for someone who has those two character in her top 5 faves. What's really funny, is-

Gamma 2 IS FREAKING HUNTER FROM THE OWL HOUSE! XD That's so cute I picked that up literally on the first word out of his mouth! And sure, I know Zeno Robinson does voices in other anime too, he's also in Demon Slayer. But *I* know him from TOH so that's just wild to me!

Gamma 1 is god. damned. Lancelot! That's funny to me. But not as funny as that that actor also plays Zenitsu(Demon Slayer), Those two character are so opposite. XD Though honestly, I have to commend Aleks Le for his range, I DID NOT pick on that for A WHILE cuz he uses a totally different sound for Zenitsu when he's awake vs when he's asleep.

Cheelai is Jericho(7ds) guessed that one straight away, but also Emira from toh. Never picked up on that. The elder Blight girl just acts too different I guess. So Erica Lindbeck gets a point from me for her range :p

Y'know, I've seen some complaints about the animation for this movie. And I get that, I'm really not a fan of this 3D model trend either. But honestly most of these look quite good... Except Whis for some reason? Like I don't know, something about him is just...off. Like his face looks a little uncanny and his whole body moves weird.

Just a little aside about me personally -this post is supposed to be about voice actors- but it just occurred to me. Anyone who's seen enough of my posts lately knows that I almost exclusively call King(7ds) by his true name "Harlequin". And I just noticed that that's actually kind of a trend with me. It started back in my teens, when I started referring to Goku by his Saiyan name "Kakarot". At least inside my own head. My brother and father were also into dragon ball back then and would have looked at me funny if I'd done it out loud...

on a different note, I'm absolutely going to die from cringe. Beerus having a crush is killing me.

When he heard you are getting married to someone else, he is immediately also getting ready to go and propose to you and compete for your hand in marriage.

Now, look at it this way.

He is kind.

Sweet.

Pretty cute and handsome.

Strong.

Has a cute sister.

Makes good money.

Would 100% take care of you and lay out his life for you.

Never ever could hurt you. ( we all know that's a big fat lie but that is what your parents think. )

Gentleman.

Would never force himself on you.

And the other guy?

If you see closely, you can see the other guy just getting ready to take back the proposal because he really couldn't compete with this dude.

But let's say he can do that.

And well, your parents told you to choose who you want.

Now, don't get Tanjiro wrong, but you are just getting...creepy vibes from him.

And he does not pass the vibe check.

So you choose the other guy.

And just the next day, it is said that the guy who had proposed to you and you had accepted is missing but some of his body parts are left...

It looks like a demon ate him. ( no, it is not Nezuko. )

Devasted, you are super upset because the person you were supposed to marry died straight after you accepted his proposal?

And Tanjiro strikes again to propose!

Not just after what happened.

He comes back in..5 months.

Saying stuff like, "I heard what happened and I am..devasted to hear it."

"This may seem inappropriate of me but I would still like your daughter's hand in marriage!" He nervously says as he bows, his forehead touching the ground.

Your parents accept.

And so you are now married to him.

It stayed normal for some while.

Until he started prohibiting you from going outside and the rest is up to you!

Kokushibo--

He won't compete. Not at all.

Would straight-up pop in your home, kill the dude and kidnap you. Maybe even kill your family. Probably.

All the while you are sobbing and hitting him as hard as you can, and he has to admit that you are strong for a human.

You are like, "LET ME GO, YOU BASTARD. I WILL KILL YOU!!!" All the while sobbing angrily.

And he is like, "Yes...you will...obviously kill....me..." He says deadpanning.

Then you reach his home which used to be used by a happy family.

The home is very dusty. Spiders everywhere. Webs, cockroaches, insects. You name it.

Let's make it that you are not a fan of insects and stuff.

Of course, Kokushibo knew it and that is why he hasn't cleaned this home at all.

And so most of the time you are in his lap because you are too scared to sit somewhere else because of INSECTS.

He is very content with this.

You don't even move too much.

And whenever you wanna go to the bathroom or anything you are always telling him to fucking carry you because he got rid of your socks and there is DUST EVERYWHERE.

Sneezing 24/7.

One day, you grew the balls and started walking on your own in this house full of insects and Kokushibo was very disappointed.

And boy, when you did grow the balls, the house was SHINING in the matter of ONE DAY.

You cleaned the whole house.

Now no more insects or dust.

"I will....let you out...when you...have learnt your...lesson...." ~ Kokushibo.

Yoriichi--

As soon as he would hear that someone is gonna propose to you he is at your home, already asking your parent's permission to marry you.

That other person has no chances. Just give up already. This is Yoriichi we are talking about.

Your parents were only weirded out by one thing though.

How he shows not much emotion.

But whatever!

Because parents just have that instinct when they know that a person truly does care about you.

And so, you get married to him.

But.

There could also be another way to this.

Maybe he would be late to propose to you and sees you are already married.

This all happened when he was on a mission.

A long one.

And so rather than kidnapping you then and there, he decides to sabotage your relationship.

He would make your husband stay out longer than usual.

How so?

I don't know.

He would stop a random drunk person and tell them that your husband...is looking for a one-night stand.

But of course, your husband isn't drunk so he refuses.

When he does come back, you could see a few stains of lipstick on his clothes.

Or when you are washing his clothes, they reeked of alcohol.

His hair was messy when he came back.

Plus he seemed...to be blushing?

Yoriichi might even set up someone cute or hot or whatever your husband prefers.

You choose to ignore it at first.

But it seemed to be happening too long.

Yoriichi would threaten him to stay away from you or he would kill him.

I don't know about you but I would sure as hell be scared if an emotionless looking guy with a sword and is also tall came up to me and threatened me.

You were getting frustrated and decided to just break off things with him.

That is when Yoriichi strikes. ( just like Tanjiro )

He waits for 7 months or so to let you recover and stuff when he proposes to you.

You were a bit untrustworthy but whatever.

You did get married again.

He would be very clingy, would use you as arm support because he is tall. Not saying you aren't, but you are a bit shorter than him.

Would rest his chin on your head.

All in all, this would be the best soft relationship.

Until he starts to also let his yandere tendencies show.

That is when, my friends, things go downhill.

AGREED- i know i'm late af but i just found your blog and have been on a liking/reblogging spree- ANYWAYS

Thematically, there's a line in raising the stakes of a fight where if you cross it and make the situation too hopeless you just can't come back from it without it feeling like a hollow plot armor win. In as helpless of a situation as they made it out to be, when the district was on fire Tengen and Inosuke were assumed dead and Zenitsu was trapped under a burning building- they should not have been able to come back from that and win

So the resolution feels a bit off when they do. It still is written in a way that feels fulfilling and gets you hyped to see them win, but staring at it too long makes you wonder what was a characters skill and what was the plot needing these two out of the story

But lets give them the benefit of the doubt and say Tengen and Tanjiro cut off Gyutaro's head- Zenitsu should not have been able to decapitate Daki on his own when he already had been shown to not be able to normally- And He Now Had A Burning Building On Top Of His Entire Body. He shouldn't have been able to move and could likely barely breathe, let alone suddenly be fast enough to take off her head.

BUT EVEN IF WE GAVE HIM THAT- Inosuke should have died- full stop. The reasoning they gave for why he survived doesn't work because, even with the ability to shift his organs due to his flexibility- Gyutaro appeared out of nowhere from behind him and he didn't even realize he'd been caught until the sickle was through his chest- there's no possible way he could have known to shift his organs nor would he have just done so preemptively. And this is coming from an Inosuke fan, I love that funky little dude! But there's no way. Unless there's extra context the anime couldn't give, at the very least Inosuke should have gone down with the siblings

I would have loved to see Tanjiro have to run with Nezuko and find a way to get away from this overwhelming threat! It would have been an interesting twist and actually raise the stakes of the show entirely if even main characters aren't safe from the upper moons. I loved season 2 as it is already and can suspend my disbelief, I also acknowledge the fact that it's only because Gyutaro and Daki were defeated that we learned their backstory and got more of their story and context for why they are who they are, but my little Gyutaro fan heart feels cheated when I really stop to think about the fight

He shoulda won that battle....
