Ough, I'm wondering I know I know we should try and figure out ourselves BUT im wondering. Are you soul colors you use for color's flame in your comic hold any significance? I'm not sure if I'm just... overanalyzing things. Especially since there's a shift to a rainbow to more solid soul color switches from the first few panels to the other ones. Thanks!

And in fact, Color’s soul colors do hold a very big significance! I specifically chose the color depending on how Color is feeling or depending on the situation that’s happening ( this is far from what’s actually canon for Color, as the shape of the flame is actually what gives hints about his emotions in canon, so take the colors changing as simply a headcanon i love jdhdhdhhd)

Color starts with a rainbow cause he’s on a hike, he’s feeling all sorts of emotions (I headcanon that Color loves hiking) but it also represents that Color isn��t feeling one emotion strongly over others

Then when he sees Nightmare, the colors turn to a solid color one at a time, but if you look closely you realize the colors i chose are specific to the situation

Here’s an example

When color talks about whether Killer wanted “payback” I specifically chose yellow cause it’s the justice soul in Color, then it changes to blue when Color tells Killer that he loves him more, and blue is for integrity, then it turns to orange when he tells Nightmare about Killer’s message to him cause it requires bravery to say such things to the likes of Nightmare, and so on the colors keep changing to suit the situation throughout the comic >:)

He tries to take into consideration so many things before he acts, he thinks about things and keeps thinking and thinking, Color is emotionally intelligent and his consideration of everything is why i love to think Color gets burned out sometimes, that being said, Color would absolutely think about Killer first before he acts, and while he obviously wants to help Nightmare where he can (despite disliking Nightmare cause he’s selfless like that <333) his bestie comes first <3333333

1989 is underrated af

And I don't mean by the general public, I mean by us. We really sleep on 1989s success (me especially) because it was so popular among so many people. But let me run it by for you.

Ok so yes it's very poppy. But within those poppy songs are some BOMB ASS LYRICS: "I never miss a beat, I'm lightning on my feet" "Baby I could build a castle out of all the bricks they threw at me" and that's just from the super poppy, radio friendly song.

Style and OOTW are honestly such an amazing duo (is it just me who always sees those songs as a pair?) especially the beat and backing track in style feeling like a car speeding down a long open road and people may find the repetition of "are we out of the woods yet" annoying BUT ITS SO PERFECT BECAUSE THATS ALL THAT WAS RUNNING THROUGH TAYLORS MIND DURING THEIR RELATIONSHIP SHOWING THE ANXIETY SHE FELT. Blank space is just the most creative clap back at the media TO DATE and WTNY is a perfect moving on with your life anthem (see also: "you can want who you want, boys and boys and girls and girls").

AYHTDWS is so fascinating with the "STAY" being said in a high pitch after Taylor heard that in a dream. I also always see it as a pair with I wish you would WHICH IS SUCH AN UNDERRATED I LOVE YOU BOP AND DESERVED A MUSIC VIDEO (track 7 songs are always underrated see also: I almost do).

Let's also remember how much love we had for WILDEST FUCKING DREAMS that Taylor made it into a FUCKING BEAUTIFUL MUSIC VIDEO and then we all forgot about our love for it!! It was out unanimous favourite along with clean! Did we forget: THATS TAYLORS HEARTBEAT IN THE SONG. HER HEARTBEAT. HER REAL HEARTBEAT like holy ground fuck!

Also, bad blood brought us one of her best collaborations, and while I always said I don't really like it I CHANGED MY MIND IT IS A BOP IM SORRY TAYLOR IT IS A BOP LIT TURNT.

I know places is like the older sister to OOTW or the younger brother of LWYMMD, showing the dark side to her life and the anxieties she faces. It's such a dark song and so well written lyrically. "They are the hunters, we are the foxes" "and I know for you it's always me" "they'll be chasing their tails trying to track us down" BITCH YESSSS.

Wonderland is so perfect cos it LITERALLY SOUNDS LIKE IT CAME OUT OF AN ENCHANTED FOREST. It's produced so well, I mean it sounds so beautiful during the chorus but gets progressively darker as the song goes on AND THAT BRIDGE!!! Where it goes so quite and suddenly- "in the end in wonderland, we both went mad... OOOOOOHHHHHHHHH" BITCH BITCH BITCH YESSS YES YES honestly one of the if not the best song on the album and one of her best songs production wise to date!!! Deserved to be on the regular edition of the album.

You are in love is just such a pretty song, like I can imagine singing it to someone I love in my bedroom on my guitar and it'd just be a beautiful moment. That's what the song is: a beautiful moment.

And CLEANNNN BITCHJHJ the song WE ALL NEEDED TBH. The lyrics blow me the fuck away like all too well is shook!!1!!! THE METAPHORS I MEAN BITCCHHJHHH. And the production is so good!!! Like you can hear the drops of water in the song and it's just so perfect like AGHHHHHH. And her vocals are so beautiful.

And last AND USUALLY LEAST COS THIS IS HONESTLY WAY TOO UNDERRATED: This. Fucking. Love. The dreamy sound, the vocals, the light production, the synths just going dundundundundundun ever so gently as if they were trembling like BITCH UESSS. The lyrics are just so beautiful and I really feel the song physically (like is is just me who really feels lifted up and turned around when I hear "struggled through the night with someone new" BITCH YESSSSSS. this song good this song ain't bad THIS SONG IS UNDERTATED AS FUCK U GUYS PLEASE RESPECT IT.

So to summarise:
