hello! Could you please write more about the Haitani brothers with a baby brother? I loved what you wrote above about that.
Title: easy days
Fandom: Tokyo revengers
Characters: Ran Haitani, Rindō Haitani
Pairing: none
Fic type: fluff
Warnings: reader insert, male reader, fluff, child reader, big brother Haitani brothers
🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️🕯️
(name) sat on the plush carpet of his home, the babe watching as Rindō did pushups and crawled towards him and decided that climbing his brothers head was an excellent idea "(name)! No bud! Get off me!" Rindō said trying to get the babe off his head as (name) snuggled into his head, resting across from ear to ear "eeeeooo!" He said into the others ear a bit loudly as the man sighed "yesyes, im Rindō now get that little butt off my head!" He eventually grabbed the laughing baby.
"You learn how to crawl and suddenly you're Spiderman" Rindō teased the other who grabbed at his face.
(Name) Was developing fast, the little one crawling around as he looked for his eldest brother, pushing the bedroom door open to see long blond and black hair draped off the side of the bed and a hand hanging from it. (Name) Crawled towards the sleeping figure and shakily stood on his chubby little legs "ra!" He said happily as he tugged at the silky locks as lavender eyes snapped open like the grudge and darted angrily at whoever dared wake him, looking at his baby brother standing and smiling at him "how did you escape the nanny again?"
At first they thought the nanny was shut at her job but (name) is a tricky baby "come here standing man" ran lifted the babe up, guess he was awake now as (name) sat in his lap "growing up way too fast on me, can't be doing stuff like that" he teased, remembering when he made (name) promise not to grow up to fast, though the babe was still vaguely potato looking.
He just wanted his baby brother to be reliant on him... Just a bit more, before he had to see the harsh world like he and Rindō have seen and built a career out of exploiting it.
The two wanted to make sure (name) had a polar opposite childhood from theirs and never EVER got involved in the shit they did.
"So no growing up, ok?"
"Owki!"
They just wanted this... For a little longer.
Ran and Rindō watched as (name) played with the new toy they got him, a tiny vacuum cleaner that functioned "he's totally invested in it" Rindō laughed as he sipped his drink, been three months clean and drinking carbonated water since.
"He's gonna make the house spotless at his level of dedication" ran said back as (name) mimicked the maid, whom he seen do this countless times over and over.
"If only he could do dishes but the dudes torso is the size of my briefcase"
"Maybe when he's older"

omggg your kinktober’s have my feet in the air 😣!! can i please request a #8 with Rindou Haitani ?
A/N: EEEEE i'm so glad you're liking the drabbles coming out!! Sorry for the delay in getting yours done but I have a lot of fun writing it! I hope you enjoy it!! MWUAH
Virginity x Haitani Rindou
“You’re kidding.”
“...”
“No, this has to be a joke.”
“..Rindou.”
“There’s no way!”
“Okay, Jesus Rin. Don’t make me feel weird about it!” You grumbled, crossing your arms with a glare.
He put his hands up in defense, “sorry, sorry. Just like...never?” With a roll of your eyes you huffed. “No, Rin. I wasn’t ready when I was younger. I wanted it to be this beautiful magical thing. And then I grew up and realized men are fucking gross and wanted none of them to be that close to being on or in me. I don’t care about it, not now anyways, but you’re the first guy I’ve really dated since like..I don’t know. A long time.”
You’ve been dating Haitani Rin for a few months, and honestly you’re still surprised about it. Meeting him was a frenzy, at some club (that you now learned he owned) and drinking the night away. The two of you made out, and you gave him a blowjob in the back of his car, and somehow he actually texted after you drunkenly gave him your number when you were safely back home. You figured he’d just want to try to hook up, but he actually took you out on a couple dates. And you realized, oh, Haitani Rindou is actually really sweet. And caring. And he wants to be your boyfriend. After that it’s been honestly smooth sailing (outside of the fact he’s part of the most notorious gang in the country--but you digress). Any intimacy from there has been mostly you going down on him (you asked!) and him returning the favor with something always getting in the middle of the next step. But now the time was here and you two were heavily making out, touching and humping each other over your clothes on the couch, when you realized you forgot to tell him one teensy tinsy little part: You’re a virgin
You shrugged, hoping Rindou didn’t look at you any different. You were telling the truth after all: You didn’t really care about losing your virginity. Being as old as you were now you thought it silly to care. You only really told him to make sure he didn’t plow into you recklessly, you didn’t want it to hurt either. “It’s not a big deal, Rin.” You mumbled, somehow feeling shy about it. But what you didn’t know was that Rindou was going through a flurry of emotions. Sure he never really thought about taking someone’s virginity, he never wanted to be the person to do it anyways. There were too many emotions attached to that, he couldn’t be assed to get tied down that way. But now? Now he’s looking at you, the one he cares most about (besides his brother) and the one he’ll (hopefully) spend the rest of his life with and realizes just how fucking lucky he is. And now he gets to be the one to take your virginity. His horny brain can only take so much when the small bit of his mind screaming because he gets to pop your cherry is taking over the rest of him. He’s realized he’s kept too quiet when you stop looking at him and start staring at the wall.
“Baby~” He coos, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you back into his lap. “‘M gonna take real good care of you then, yeah?” The way he’s whispering in your ear, rubbing your waist with one hand and your thigh with the other, has your skin on fire. “Gonna be my baby girl’s first and last if I have a say.” Rindou starts kissing down your neck, taking small nibbles on your skin here and there: silently staking claim on you. Your shirt is off in an instant, hands flying to take the remainder of your clothes off and keep you bare underneath him. You gasp, feeling your head spin when you realize you’re now underneath him. “Rin!” You squeal, his mouth and hands all over your tits, squeezing and biting whatever he can get his hands on. His tongue is flicking over your nipple, suckling lightly before moving on to the other to give it the same attention, hands constantly on the other. “Fuck, baby, can’t believe you’re a virgin.” You were going to tell him that again, it’s not a big deal, but when he looks up at you with messy hair and wild eyes, you bite your tongue and let him have this one. He gets to claim you as his in every way.
Rindou starts kissing down your chest, around your stomach and leaving love bites as he goes, kissing and biting each hip before kissing right above your clit. Your breathing is shaky, bucking your hips in hopes that he touches you exactly where you want it. But of course he has to tease first. “Tell me what you want, pretty girl.” He whispers, kisses planted around your mons. You whimper, a hand carding through his untamed hair. “Rin, please, touch me.” He clicks his tongue, two fingers sliding up and down your slit with ease--you’re already a mess. “You can do better than that can’t you, baby?” You’re feeling desperate, not even having any frictions and still feeling like you’re about to cum. “Rindou please! Please eat me out, please, I need your mouth--ah fuck!” His mouth is on you in an instant, two fingers spreading your lips and tongue slipping in and out of your pussy. He kisses at your clit, licking around in circles before closing his lips on you and sucking--feeling you convulse above him. You’re crying out in pleasure as he continues to make out with your cunt, tasting your delicious juices on his tongue. “Fuck, beautiful, you taste so good.” He moans, fucking his tongue back into you. It’s not the first time he’s gone down on you, but now you taste even sweeter than before. Like he’s really tasting you for the first time--and he can’t get enough. He slips in two fingers with ease, tongue back on your clit as he suckles and licks around, fingers curling and scissoring to stretch you out, hitting that wonderful spot deep inside you that makes you squelch and clench. “Fuck! Fuck, feels so good Rinnie, a-ah, right there right there right--!” You’re crying, making a mess on his face and hands before you can even finish your string of sentences. “There we go beautiful, drench my fucking face” He smirks, eyes wide, lapping up everything you have to give him.
He finger fucks you through your wave of pleasure, slowing down with each pulse he feels on his tongue and fingers. As tired as you are, you still try to paw at him, trying to get him to come back up. He complies, happily kissing back up your body until he reaches your lips, tongues melding together and drooling in each other’s mouths. He felt you humping his leg, hands reaching down to get to the buttons of his pants. Rindou chuckled, lightly smacking your hands away and pulling back, “you don’t think i’m gonna fuck you on your couch do you?” he picked you up with ease, having you wrap your legs around his waist and hands on your ass. “Come on, baby, I’m not a monster. Gonna fuck my princess on the bed.” You kiss at his neck as he walks you to the room, you can’t help but rub your sloppy pussy on his pants, wetting the crotch before he can even put you down.
He grins like a mad man, taking his time to get undressed--he loved seeing you desperate for him like this. “Rin, please, hurry up” You whined, spreading your legs for him. “So fucking impatient.” Rindou slid his cock between your folds, gathering your slick as lube. You held your breath, now realizing that his size might be a tight fit. You’ve seen his dick plenty of times before, but it never occurred to you that one day he’d actually be inside you like this. Rindou could sense your nerves, his hands soothing your thighs. “Hey, look at me...I’ll go slow, okay? Just relax baby.” Hearing his gentle voice grounded you, letting out a shaky breath and nodding, ready for him.
Rindou pushed in, taking in a sharp breath when he felt how tight you were. “Fuck, baby” He groaned, stopping halfway to let you adjust to him. Your lips were slightly parted, looking down at his cock splitting you open, feeling so full already. “You can keep going, Rinnie..” You whimpered, relaxing more to his touch as he steadily pushed in to the hilt, hips joined with yours. You both moaned, like ecstasy flowing through your veins. Nothing could have prepared him for the feeling of your virgin cunt, swallowing him whole and drooling your juices down his shaft. And nothing could have prepared you for the pure bliss of his cock rubbing at your walls, hitting every spot that sent electricity coursing through your veins.
Rindou pulled back, hearing a whine coming from you before blurring with a moan when he shoved himself back into your pussy, steadily finding his rhythm impaling you on his cock. “Gonna make this pussy mine baby, gonna mold it just to take my big dick.” He mumbled, looking down at the juncture of your hips, pussy leaking all on him. “Yours, Rinnie, all yours,” you chanted his name like a prayer, Rindou leaning down to lean on his forearms and be infinitely closer to you--clawing at his back as he peppered kisses on your face and neck. “Cum for me, pretty girl. Cum on my cock, let me feel you around me.” You whimpered, grabbing onto his hand and holding it as he leaned back and licked at his thumb (for the first and only time of you two fucking--it’ll be your job next) and flicked at your clit. His cock rubbing at your walls, and the way he was sending lava through your veins rubbing at your clit has you gushing around him in no time. Your wanton moans filled the air as your legs trembled around him, body twitching while you rode out your high. “Need you Rin, need your cum.” You babbled, cockdrunk and still clenching around him. “Fuck,” He thought he’d be able to last longer than this, but your (not so) virgin hole and the way you were talking to him had his shooting his load in you after a few more pumps.
He pulled away, scooping you into his arms and laying there in silence, the two of you sharing tender kisses and smiles--before he opened his stupid mouth.“So, was that good for you?” He snickered as you shoved his face away. “Ew, shut up!”

A/n: Sorry for taking so long with coming out with chapter two. I have a very draining full-time job that does not allow me much free time. No worries as I am dedicated to putting in lots of effort in this series and getting these chapters out in a timely manner. Also, I am still trying to figure out that taglist, so please bear with me on that. With all that being said, please enjoy.
Chapter TWO
Inside a boardroom is a group of men dressed in long-white trench coats, white pants, and black boots sitting on a leather sectional couch that wraps around a long rectangular mahogany table. The air around them is thick and each one of them can feel the ominous aura radiating throughout. Adding to the atmosphere is the leader of the men who is sitting at the end of the table, leaning forward while resting his elbows in the center of his thighs. His dark eyes peer straight forward as a serious expression adorn his slightly boyish face. Releasing a deep grunt, he remarks with a blank tone:
“I don’t like the fact that Brahman has been silent for the past couple of weeks.”
The men around him listen intently as he continues.
“That most likely means those assholes are planning something. Since tonight is the party, they’ll be expecting us to have our guards down. It is the perfect opportunity for them to strike. You understand what I am saying?”
Each man around him nods obediently while none of them attempt to speak out of fear of interrupting and subsequently disrespecting their boss. It is no denying the dangerous ambiance the men are exuding and the kanji letters that are embroidered on the back of their white trench coats further support the fact that these individuals are not to be taken lightly. Those letters are arranged eerily to spell out Kanto Manji Gang in bold, not allowing anyone to mistake them for anyone else.
Their reputation grows more and more every day due to their violent activities, often indiscriminately attacking anyone who they deem as a threat. News organizations around Tokyo are advising everyone to stay off the streets at night due to the gang’s bloodthirsty behavior. Local law enforcement has estimated that assaults and murders have doubled - nearly tripled - since the Kanto Manji Gang’s formation, and due to the gang’s influence, the police are powerless against them.
One of the dangerous men raises his hand in order to get his boss’s attention. That man’s face is plastered all over magazines and posters around Tokyo. Many women and men fawn over him for his handsome look, luscious shoulder-length hair that is styled neatly in two pigtails and his alluring lilac downturned eyes. The man in question is Ran Haitani, who is promptly acknowledged by his much shorter blonde boss who just gives a slight nod and a firm: ‘What is it?’.
“That bait we laid out is going according to plan. She fell for the trap as my brother anticipated, so now all we gotta do is wait and see what she will do once she arrives at the party.”
Ran explains as he proudly grins while crossing his legs.
“And how are you so sure she is really falling for this?” The boss questions with a raised brow.
“Trust me, Mikey. If she is who we think she is then luring her straight to us will be as easy as cutting butter with a hot knife.”
The elder Haitani brother answers with a cocky tone. Quickly after his response, his little brother speaks up while leaning forward in his seat.
“Plus, no one would think she is no other than some whore coming to our party, which means it is the perfect opportunity to act undetected.”
He says pushing his circular glasses up to his forehead before rubbing his lilac eyes. Strands from his neckline-length blonde hair fall to slightly obscure his vision causing the younger Haitani to breathe out a slight groan. After that, he yawns slightly.
Seeing the actions from Rindou makes Ran place a comforting hand on his shoulder while leaning forward.
“I told you not to spend all night playing with your set.” He playfully scolds.
“I was making sure my turntables are in working condition for the party tonight.”
Rindou grumbles his response while glaring outwardly. Mikey - their boss - just watches with his face resting in the palm of his left hand. The once serious expression he bestowed was replaced by a slightly softer look.
“Very well. If you’re so confident that she fell for the trap then there is no need to question further. Just don’t cause another riot like last time.”
Ran stifles a laugh before reluctantly correcting Mikey:
“That was not a riot.”
This time, the pink-haired man next to Mikey responds.
“A battle royale more accurately speaking.”
His sarcastic tone is slightly muffled due to the black mask on his face; however, the rest of the men nonetheless heard him. Amused, they chuckle including Ran.
“Why did you think it was a good idea to invite all of our exes and the whores we indulge with?” Another man with light hair that is worn down and a small scar on the leftmost side of his mouth asks.
“Shut up, Shion! That was actually HANMA’S idea!” Ran spits back and then points at the tall black and blonde hair man who is sitting on the opposite end of him.
Each executive of the Kanto Manji Gang averts their gaze over to Hanma. Mikey remains to have his slightly soft look despite the glint of darkness in his eyes. Hanma smirks from all of the gazes on him.
“What? I like to make things interesting every now and then.” The man says, amused by the conversation.
“You almost got us KILLED.” Rindou scolds.
“But we’re still alive and there are fewer women to worry about.” Shuji immediately counters with a nonchalant shrug.
“It was a bloodbath.”
Hanma chuckles at Rindou’s latest response and then he follows up with:
“And they say we’re the violent ones.”
Everyone just chuckles before giving their attention back to their boss, who only sits up and sighs.
“Got off topic momentarily, but at least now we know what we should be expecting for tonight.”
Mikey starts standing up, and the rest of his gang follows suit. Ran puts his arm around his little brother who just does a small stretch.
“Remember, Ran and Rindou. Your suspicions better be correct about that woman.” Mikey warns, peering at the brothers.
“Yes, sir.”
Ran acknowledges. As Mikey starts to leave, his dark expression returns and it permeates his face. The rest of the men immediately start to feel the dark impulse radiating around him. Hanma watches as Mikey turns to face them. The following words spit out of his mouth like snake venom, sending shivers down each of their spines.
“Kill if necessary.”
The boss says then exits the room with his pink-haired subordinate following right behind him.
~~ Hours later ~~
Never in a million years did you think you’d end up at a party as big as this one. You’re sitting in the passenger seat of your work friend’s car as she drives through the large iron gates that protect the property within. You’re in awe of the massive mansion and the vast array of luxury vehicles parked out in front. Your friend finds a place to park her car before turning to face you with a reassuring smile.
“It’s going to be fun, I promise.” She says in a soft voice.
“I have a bad feeling about this.” You reply with a shaky voice.
Your concern is only met with a slight giggle as her hand reaches for a small pouch that is placed in your lap.
“You worry too much, Y/n. Tonight is the night we wind down and let loose.”
She continues to explain while pulling out red lipstick and looking into the rearview mirror. Using her reflection she applies the makeup on her lips.
“As I said before, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be at the house of two of Tokyo’s hottest men.”
“You mean alleged members of the Kanto Man-”
“Shush.”
Your friend firmly says, preventing you from uttering the name of the infamous gang. You can only roll your eyes as she finishes touching up her makeup. After that, she looks at you again.
“How do I look?” She asks.
“Good.”
The woman just groans slightly at your dry response. Somewhat annoyed and eager, she quickly opens the door and you follow suit. Both of you take the time to admire the extravagant three-story modern home. The home constantly features in magazines that advertise the life of luxury and Japan’s sexiest bachelor pads blog posts. The beauty of the home does little to calm your nerves, however. Nevertheless, you still find yourself following behind your friend as she makes her way to the entrance of the mansion.
Two guards stand in front. One of them holds a tablet, checking in the invited guests while the other watch for weapons and any signs of suspicious behavior. It is your turn to be checked in. Both men look down at you two, examining your revealing dresses, high heels, done-up makeup, and beautifully styled hair. Their intimidating presence nearly causes you to break out into a cold sweat. Your friend, on the other hand, exudes confidence as she presents them with invitations for both of you.
“Orchid Ash Valley.” She proudly says.
There is a momentary silence as the guard reviews the tablet. The other guard pulls out another tablet and stares intently at it. He then looks directly at you. You’re locked in an awkward staring contest with him as you try to read his unreadable expression. Suddenly, his gaze averts to your friend, and then just as quickly, it moves back to the tablet.
After a few more seconds of very loud silence, the guards look at each other and then give a nod.
“Go in.” The first guard says.
Almost immediately, your friend goes inside, not bothering to check if you’re following behind her. Your pace picks up in an attempt to not stray too far away from her as you two walk through the foyer.
“Hey. What’s Orchid Ash Valley?”
You question; however, you’re only met with no response as you two reach the main party area. Unbeknownst to both of you, one of the guards pulls out a radio from his pocket.
“Haitani Ran sir? She has arrived.”
Almost immediately, you’re overwhelmed by the environment. The music is blaring so loudly that it is difficult for you to concentrate, the bright strobe lights constantly flickering around makes you feel a bit disoriented, and the huge crowd of dancing drunk people has caused the area to be humid to the point where it is hard to breathe. You can barely focus on your friend who is stepping into the middle of the dance floor and starts dancing to the music.
Awkwardly, you try dancing as well. You try as hard as possible to become accustomed to your surroundings but it is all to no avail. To make matters worse, once again that unnerving feeling of being watched has crept back into your body. Looking around in an attempt to find whoever could be watching you, all you see is the drunk partygoers, sloppily dancing with each other. Your eyes then avert up to where the Dj is. You see that he is a man with average height, lean build, and neck-length hair that is pulled back in a bun, and’s also wearing circular glasses.
Rindou Haitani. It’s not hard to recognize who this man is as his face is plastered everywhere and because you know how much your friend is infatuated with him. It does not change the fact that you know of the allegations made about him as well as his older brother. It’s their supposed involvement with the Kanto Manji Gang - a gang that is quickly becoming Tokyo’s most dangerous group.
Your staring was felt by Rindou himself, who only peers down at you while transitioning into the next song. The man just grins, which sent shivers down your spine.
“Looks like someone likes what he sees.”
Your friend teasingly says in your ear, causing you to become startled. “Stop it.” You scold her; however, she just giggles.
“We should go up there.”
Her suggestion makes you shake your head profusely, adamant about being as far away from him as possible even though you do not know much about him at all. The only thing you can go off of are the rumors made about him; however, knowing that he does have a bad-boy reputation does not alleviate your concerns. Despite your protests, your friend insists on pulling you in the direction of the Dj booth. Once you’re within a few feet away from the booth, you stop.
“We’re probably not allowed up there anyways.” You suggest, which is enough to stop her from dragging you further.
Crossing her arms, the woman makes a pondering expression.
“Damn. You have a point. That could be the case.” She says, then makes a face that shows she is thinking of a different idea.
“How about we go to the bar instead?”
She offers. Although hesitant, you accept with a sigh. Since you are in a stuffy environment, you figured it wouldn’t hurt to have a cold drink. Maybe it’ll be enough to calm your nerves.
Smiling, she grabs your hand and you two make your way over to the bar where you’re greeted by a handsome bartender. You notice your work friend leaning over the counter, accentuating her cleavage while batting her eyes at the blonde and purple-haired man. He only sports an exhausted look on his face as his droopy eyes stare back at her.
“What can I get for you, princess?”
He asks despite the popsicle stick poking out of his mouth.
“What’s the special for tonight?” Your friend immediately asks him, never dropping that seductive smile.
There is a moment of silence between them as you watch the scene unfold. Unbeknownst to you, up on a balcony that overlooks the entire party is Shuji Hanma who finishes taking a drag from his cigarette. He discards it in the ashtray next to him before standing up, giving a full view of his black pullover hoodie and grey sweatpants. Approaching the ledge of the balcony, he leans his body over it, resting the upper half and allowing his long arms to dangle off the edge.
A soft smile adorns his face as he watches you from the distance. Even though it’s a dark environment save for the dim and multicolored strobe lights, and the fact that you’re all the way across the room from him, he can easily read the body language that you’re displaying.
“Why would you show up here knowing this is not your kind of environment, Shortcake?”
The tall man feels a fuzzy sensation in his chest watching you awkwardly interact with your friend and the bartender. You smile as the bartender presents a freshly made drink, which you reluctantly accepted. Hanma’s heart skips a beat upon noticing you enjoying the drink.
“Good job, Wakasa. Make her happy.”
He praises. His actions did not go unnoticed by the pink-haired man who is sitting in a leather chair a few feet away. His blue eyes peep at the lanky man while tilting his head with slight curiosity.
“What?”
“I wasn’t talking to you, Sanzu.” Hanma immediately responds.
The man named Sanzu just shakes his head before heaving out a groan.
“Fucking weirdo.” He brushes off Hanma’s behavior.
Hanma ignores the response as he is too focused on you. That is when he sees Ran come into his field of vision. The older Haitani brother stands a fair distance away from the bar; however, that did not stop you as well as your work friend from noticing his presence.
You can feel your chest tighten when your gaze meets his. Your work friend, on the other hand, does not hide her arousal upon seeing him.
“He’s even sexier in person. Right, Y/n?”
You shrug your shoulders before taking a sip from your drink. The bartender named Wakasa just averts his attention elsewhere at the bar. Although it was a very quiet remark, you barely heard him utter ‘I did my part.’ under his breath. One of your eyebrows raises, but you did not get a chance to question him as your friend immediately gets out of her seat to approach Ran Haitani who is surrounded by a group of women.
“The hell?”
You start to get out of your seat to follow her. At that moment, two men block your path. You look up and quickly noticed their sleazy grins before turning to face Wakasa who’s wiping the counter, presenting a glare towards the men. The men then look back at him.
“Give us some drinks, pretty boy.”
One of them demands while you take the opportunity to slip away. As you approach your friend, you realize she has somehow cut through the crowd of women and is engaged in a conversation with Ran. The closer you get, the more you hear what they are talking about despite the blaring music.
“I really love your hair. I bet it is really soft.”
She says to the man while biting on her lips. You cringe at the behavior she is displaying; however, you can tell Ran is nonetheless entertained by it.
“You wanna feel it, doll?”
He asks, leaning down making it easier for her to reach out to stroke it.
“Wow. It is little wonder how you ended up being the spokesman for Arimino.” She flirtatiously states.
“Thanks. You wanna dance?” He offers his hand to her which she did not hesitate to accept.
You watch as you’re essentially abandoned by your friend as she is escorted to the middle of the dance floor. The partygoers part ways, allowing him to easily slip through. You follow suit, never discarding your drink.
The alcohol in your system allows you to become somewhat accustomed to the environment although, you are still a little on edge. Nevertheless, you began to loosen up a bit, swaying your body back and forth while listening to the music that is expertly being mixed by the younger Haitani brother. After spending so much time worrying about the party and being bothered by the feeling of being stalked, you finally found yourself feeling enjoyment. Maybe it is the alcohol that is causing your body to feel warm or is it the fact that you’ve momentarily stopped thinking about your precautions?
You did not have time to register your answer when you catch a glimpse at Ran’s tall and lanky figure looming over your work friend as she seductively rocks her hips against his crotch. His hands worked their way up her chest, groping her breasts as she giggles from the contact.
Seeing that made you gag slightly prompting you to turn in the opposite direction. Taking another sip from the drink, you peer back at the bar. The two men are no longer there, though you did not think much of it. You continue to dance on your lonesome, a smile adorns your face; however, it quickly drops from a sudden realization.
Your vision begins to blur as you feel your body begin to get heavy. At first, you assumed it was just the alcohol you are currently drinking. It did not matter at this point as your main priority is to find your friend. That task quickly became difficult to do as your hazy vision made it impossible to keep your balance. The disorienting feeling from the lights and blaring music comes back as you frantically try cutting through the crowd in an attempt to find her.
From the balcony, Hanma sees your slumping figure. Confused, he tilts his head.
“The fuck is wrong with you?” He asks.
“I’m doing just fine, idiot.”
Sanzu answers from behind him, snorting a line of cocaine on the glass table assuming Shuji was asking him a question. Hanma ignores the annoyed reply from his crewmate as he leans up from his spot. His confusion immediately turns into concern and rage when he realizes what has happened. He becomes even more unhinged upon seeing the two men from the bar approaching you with malevolent grins on their faces.
[Would you like a hint for the next chapter or nah?]

I know how this story goes
pt. 10
Pairing: Rindou Haitani x f!reader x Sanzu Haruchiyo
Genre: Crack, SMAU
Word count: 700ish
Warnings: Violence, substance abuse, profanity, irresponsible behaviour, reckless driving, reader is a cocky bitch, rindou hates her guts
Synopsis: Bonten needs a driver for a job. You just so happen to be Rindou’s fuck buddy with a talent for speeding and knowing the map of Tokyo’s back streets like the back of your palm. Rindou hates you.
pt. 1 | previous | next
So, you’d be lying if you said you weren’t a bit, just a teeny tiny bit, freaked out.
Things were getting… weird.
Specifically, Rindou was getting weird.
It all started when you went to the mechanics shop to pick up your bike.
Draken was already a bit irritated with you since you started avoiding him after the whole “blood on the seat” incident, so you chose to politely continue to avoid him for a month.
That was, of course, until the breaks on the bike stopped working, so you had no other choice but to drag yourself to D&D, ignoring Inui’s smug look and doing your best to endure Draken’s silent treatment.
Walking in, you made a mental note to smack Inui for being a fucking liar and telling you Draken is in a good enough mood to pick up your bike.
“Look who finally came in.” Draken said sarcastically, not even looking at you.
“So I know you’re mad-“
“What could possibly give you that impression?”
Sighing, you scratched the back of your head sheepishly.
“Your brakes were cut. Again.”
“Figured, the competition is vicious,” You shrugged, pulling out your wallet, “How much do I owe you?”
“Nothing.”
“What? I swear to god, if this is the issue of ‘No y/n you don’t have to pay, we’re friends’, I will k-“
“No, I mean you already paid for it? Some guy came in and dropped off an envelope of cash, said you sent him.”
Dumbfounded, you stared at him.
“Huh?”
Even though you were puzzled, you decided to brush it off, not wanting to look a gifted horse in the mouth.
Then the random gifts started happening.
Things from your wishlist being bought, earring and necklaces being delivered to your door, even cigarettes and groceries at your local corner shop always seemed to be payed for, the cashier smiling at you as they shook their head at you trying to pay.
“A gentleman came in and asked us to charge anything you buy to his account.” Was the explanation they offered, and quite honestly you weren’t even sure if that was something that could be requested, but you took your smokes and snacks and dipped.
You didn’t really connect the dots either when Rindou started to act clingier, calling you over more often, kissing you more, whining when you tried to get out of bed to have your morning coffee with Ran.
“Stay here.” He groaned, half asleep, as he grabbed your wrist, pulling you down into bed close to him.
You raised an eyebrow as he buried his face into your chest, arms wrapping around you, effectively making sure you can’t escape.
“Face out of tits, Rin.”
“No, fuck you.”
“You’re usually physically kicking me out of bed by this point.”
Looking up to glare at you for a moment, his grip tightened as he left a soft kiss on your sternum.
A knock on the door made Rindou groan out in frustration.
“Y/n? Did you kill him?” Ran called out, and Rindou could just hear the smirk he had on his face.
“Not yet! Come back in 20.” You called out, doing your best to try and wiggle out from under Rindou.
Not that you didn’t enjoy these rare moments when he wasn’t an absolute bitch, but you haven’t had a cigarette since last evening, and wanted to discuss the weird series of events with Ran.
Rindou frowned, now sitting up on top of you, glaring down, arms crossed.
“Where are you going?”
“I wanna smoke with your brother?”
“Why, do you like him more than me?”
“Generally? Yea.”
Huffing, Rindou got off you, and like a vengeful cat, pushed you off the bed.
“MotherfUCKE-“
Cherry on top that finally made you realise it was none other than your frenemy with benefits, were the fucking flowers.
Apparently, the jellyfish looking motherfucker was a romantic, because he got them delivered to your fucking job.
Your day job was nothing exciting, just a waiter in a small cafe, pure contrast to the adrenaline you enjoyed at night, but it was low effort enough that you could live off of 3 hours of sleep you usually got.
As you were on your lunch break, smoking in back, one of your coworkers forcefully opened the back doors, almost knocking you down.
“Dude, what the fuc-“
“YOU HAVE A SECRET ADMIRER!” He almost screamed, jumping up and down, his eyes glinting in pure excitement.
“What.”
“Someone had flowers delivered for you! They’re so pretty, come see!”
“Bitch, I’m in the middle of my cigarette.”
Without a second thought, your coworker grabbed the cigarette, throwing it on the ground and promptly stomping on it.
Before you could even try to kick him, he grabbed you, pulling you to the break room.
So, he was right. The bouquet was gorgeous, white and purple flowers fitting quite nicely together.
Ignoring your coworker, who looked as if he got a bouquet, you carefully came closer to it, opening the card that came along.
‘Aconite and white gardenias’
Raising an eyebrow and ignoring the rambling of your coworker, you pulled out your phone, searching up the meaning of those two flowers, frowning as you read further.
According to our almighty Lord and saviour, Google, aconite meant hatred, and white gardenias meant secret love.
Wheels turning inside your head, eyes glancing between your phone and the bouquet, the click as you put the puzzle together inside your head was so loud, you were certain even your annoying coworker heard it.
Staring at the bouquet as if it personally wronged you, an annoyed look spread across your face.
Why the fuck did he have to be so extra?
And how the fuck did he find aconite in middle of Tokyo?

Ran & Rindou as your older brothers
requested
characters: ran haitani + rindou haitani
genre: fluff
warnings: none
the haitani household. known by many to hold the most infamous pair of delinquents in the city of tokyo, it was no surprise that most would go as far as to shudder at the simple sound of the name.
their popularity was by far one to be considered an achievement of goodwill.
however, not many were familiar with the third sibling, the youngest member of the family.
truthfully, you had been kept out of the lime light since you were quite young, so it was no wonder not many recognised you if you ever happened to pass by your brothers' fellow gang members on a whim
born only a few years after the two, you were the baby of the household. ran had already been posing as an older brother to rindou when you were brought into the family, so it was no trouble to keep an eye on another.
the latter, on his behalf, wasn't that much older than you, so the bond wasn't as protective between the two of you
this, however, would change through the years. as both of them started getting involved with the criminal world, they knew that, in no circumstance, were you to follow in their footsteps.
you would always watch them leave during the afternoon and would hardly ever see them return that same day, speaking to them only during the following morning
as you got older, you would start to pick up on what exactly they were doing in the late hours of the days and, consequently, would question them all about it. at some point, ran would cave in, deeming you old enough to know what your brothers were doing.
however, alongside his explanation, he had strictly told you that you were not to get involved under any circumstance
it had come as a surprise, to say the least, having a pair of criminals as your siblings, but you would soon come to terms with it.
you were anything but unfamiliar with the gangs that hung around not too far from where you all lived, and you supposed it had only been a matter of time before they joined them
skipping to their tenjiku days, your presence would start to be more known as you were now older and fully capable of deciding what you wanted to do during your days
rindou would be the more skeptical one out of the two to introduce you to the other members, knowing well how they could be around newcomers.
luckily, though, as everyone knew who you were related to, they kept a fair distance during the first days of meeting you. the last thing they wanted was to get their knee kicked in by your blonde sibling
it was of another advantage to you, as well. you were able to converse with gang members that a regular citizen probably wouldn't even dare to attempt to approach, and you figured this would come in handy if ever you were stuck in a tricky situation without your brothers
now, if any of the tenjiku guys happened to take quite the liking towards you, they would have to deal with ran. towering from above, he would make sure nobody tried any funny business with you whilst with them
although his smile would still be present, the sheer aura he would give off would be more than enough to keep any possible candidate at bay
seeing as you were the youngest of the three, it goes without saying that you will be watched over whenever you go out
possibly not to your knowledge, but keep in mind that there will probably be someone looking out for you, be it your brothers themselves or some underdog they would send instead
you're a perfect target for gangs that are looking for a chance of throwing the brothers off of their roppongi thrown, so it was an indisputable need to make you were never being followed or possibly monitored by any outsiders
neither of the two will hesitate to knock a guy or two out cold if they even attempted to attack you in any shape or form.
but, if we're to focus on the more domestic side, ran and rindou will most definitely fit the definition of good siblings. perhaps not great - both had their moments every now and then - but they were much more responsible and caring than others might think
ran was the one to teach you how to cook. your parents had spent most of the time out of the house during your childhood, leaving the three of you to yourselves to sort everything out
as the eldest, ran had taken up the responsibility of making sure both you and rindou were fed, healthy and got to school
and you would always watch him work, which resulted in him offering to teach you a few things here and there
this would come in great handy when the two were sent off to juvie. your parents furious at what the two had done, their visits home had become even more infrequent, leaving you in solitude
luckily, with what you had picked up, you were able to sustain yourself until the two got out, which is where rindou took up his role as your older brother
despite not wanting you to have anything to do with the criminal world, he would start to teach you a few moves to defend yourself, just in case you were to be caught up in a situation where you were at a disadvantage.
he had learned a lot from spending time in juvie, and he was set on passing this knowledge on to you
from then on, their time at home would also cut back; but not entirely. most nights - to not say all, as sometimes they would pull all-nighters in the streets - they would return back home to you, greeted with food and a place to wind down from their hectic days
ran would always ask you about your day and, although rindou would usually crash out on the couch before the tv, he would show small signs of appreciation when you gave him food and sat next to him.
a peaceful setting, to say the least; one that you were overjoyed to be able to spend with them each night that they would come back
all in all, these two would be quite the brothers to you. of course, rindou would probably drive you up the wall with his short temper, and you couldn't always get a straight answer from ran
but, in the big picture, being the youngest haitani was something you were quite proud of

Investigations (Part 2): Ran Haitani x Fem!Reader
wc: 1.1k
tw: none
masterlist
Part 1
song recommendation:
"So I've come up with a motive," you begin, tapping the one word on the chart paper as you stand at the head of the table. "Power." The other women gathered "oooh" and "ahh" at your discovery, which makes you smile and then launch into your train of thought. "This gang is upping the ante, and they're trying to wrench control of whoever came before them. Not only is it our job to figure out who this new gang is, but who the previous gang was."
Fumiko raises her hand briefly.
"But what if the new gang is made up of members of the old gang?"
"Then we have a lot of problems," Yoko mutters, rubbing her forehead. "That means we've missed a lot of things in the past three years."
"But we have a lot of time to catch up," you answer. "First, we need to make a list of all of the gangs we've seen in the past and their members."
"I can name a few," Naomi begins, taking out a small notepad and flipping through it. "Toman, Valhalla, Tenjiku, Black Dragon..."
"All disbanded," Naomi mentions.
"Right. But what happened to the people in them afterward? Who would know?" Yoko asks, raising a brow.
"Taiju Shiba," you reply, and everyone perks up excitedly.
"Wait, the restaurant owner?" You nod, grabbing your purse and smiling slyly.
"Are y'all ready for lunch?"
_____________________________________________________________
"Taiju!"
"Y/n," the large man replies, smiling widely and hugging you closely. You relax into his embrace, smelling his expensive cologne. "You look really good. Your husband taking care of you and your son?"
"Always," you laugh, pushing his chest lightly. "Stop trying to steal me away, Shiba."
"I can only try, can't I?" He looks behind you, staring at your gaggle of friends who look like they've seen a celebrity. "Who are your companions?"
"I brought my friends; we have some questions for you."
"About?"
"Toman, Valhalla, Tenjiku..." you list, and Taiju laughs.
"Sounds like this will be a long lunch."
Taiju sits at the head of the table, and the rest of you are split on either side of the private booth, listening to him intently.
"I was actually the Head of the Black Dragon," he mutters, drinking his whiskey. "But things changed when Mikey came along."
"The head of Toman," Yoko confirms, pen poised to write, and Taiju nods, his yellow eyes glazing over.
"That kid was a pain in my ass."
"And who was the head of Tenjiku at the time?" you wonder.
"Izana Kurokawa."
"And Valhalla?"
"Kisaki Tetta." The names ring hollow for you, but the other women are absorbing the information Taiju is offering. "Why are you asking these questions?"
"We suspect that gang activity is increasing here in Tokyo," Naomi chimes in, lifting her form full of oyster to her mouth. "And we're trying to get to the bottom of it."
"Playing detectives, huh?" Taiju looks at you with amusement. "I'll bite. You'd be right; there is a gang that's been increasingly hostile in the area. But you really don't want to dig too deep in this one."
You ignore his warning, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear.
"And is there anyone we can talk to about the heads of these organizations?"
"Everyone is dead except me and Manjiro."
"Anyone in Tenjiku, Black Dragon, Toman, or Valhalla who is still alive?" Something flickers in Taiju's eyes, but he sighs, shaking his head.
"Not that I know of." You know this is a lie, but it's obvious that this lunch is over when the others look at you in unison. When you stand, Taiju stands with you, offering you a small smile before taking your hand and kissing it. "It's been a pleasure seeing you again, y/n."
"You too, Taiju."
"If you need anything, please let me know." You nod, letting the others walk ahead of you. But Taiju pulls you back sharply, whispering,
"You're a lot closer to the source than you think. Give this up before your family and friends get hurt." Then he lets you go, walking away as you reshoulder your bag and rub your wrist, wondering why Taiju was being so cryptic with his warnings and lies.
_____________________________________________________________
"Mommy, watch!" Your son turns to his father and tosses his arms up, laughing as Ran picks him up and pilots him around in the air while making motor noises. "I'm a helicopter!"
"You're so high in the sky," you laugh, grinning at the giggling child as you cook dinner.
You're a lot closer to the source than you think.
You stare into the pasta for a moment, unsure of what to make of the events earlier in the day. "You alright, babe?" You feel Ran at your backside, holding your waist and looking over your shoulder at the food. "You've been really quiet today."
"Just thinking," you reassure him, then turn your attention to your two-year-old who is playing with cars on the floor.
"Vroom, vroom!"
"What about?" You pause, then turn to face Ran, removing the food from the stove.
"You," you lie, but Ran just smiles, cupping your face with both hands and kissing you deeply.
"Always thinking of me, hm?" He kisses you again, and you run your fingers through his hair, moaning into his mouth. "Such a good wife."
"And you're the best husband."
_____________________________________________________________
The man across from you smokes a long drag of his cigarette, then blows it out dramatically in your face. You don't make any move to wave away the smoke in your eyes and look around the small office before your gaze lands back on the tall figure folded into a rickety office chair. His hair is long and black, barely hidden by the hood covering it.
"You have some balls tracking me down, y/n."
"I don't have time to play games, Hanma," you breathe. "Valhalla and Tenjiku. You were a part of both, correct?"
"Guilty as charged," Shuji mumbles, rolling his eyes. "What's the wife of Ran Haitani doing here in my brothel?"
"I need some information about both. And you're the only one I can come to since Kisaki is no longer living."
"Why?"
"There's increasing gang activity and my friends and I are trying to get to the bottom of it."
"Didn't Taiju tell you to drop this?" Hamna wonders, quirking his lips up.
"He came to you?" You lean forward, frowning. The sounds of the brothel can barely be heard all the way upstairs, but you can barely make out a slight moan in the silence that proceeds Shuji's statement.
"Of course he fucking did. You're sticking your nose in old business, babe. He knew you'd come here eventually." Shuji puts the cigarette out in his ashtray. "But lucky for you, Taiju and I don't really have any loyalties to each other. What do you want to know?"
You take a moment to think, but finally, you come out with your question. "First, who was in Tenjiku?"
Shuji grunts once, standing and pushing his hood back.
"How about we start with your brother-in-law and your husband?"

Set Me Free...
Pairings: Kakucho x Reader
Genre: Fluff
Warning: None
A/N: This is my first fic ever. Please be gentle. Also English not my native language and absolutely not proof read.
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-
Working after school was the way you had fun. Being s third year made it easy for you, picking this job as far away as you could from your apartment without making it hard on yourself. You are a huge flirt, masking it in costumer service. Which is how you had your fun. Not only that but just being kind to people who seem to need it the most just brought a warmth to your heart.
Your job was your safe space to be who you really wanted to be without the risk of your parents finding out. You weren't allowed to do much outside of going to school. Forget joining a club or playing a team sport, you needed to be utterly alone and your parents in complete control. To them, you having a job just meant no time to fuck up. You did have two friends, people you only spoke to at school and never hung out with. Boyfriend? Yeah, unless you want to be sent away to the states, and truthfully loosing your current situation was not worth a boy, or so you thought.
Keeping your life separate like this was hard, the person making it harder was Kakucho. The man just three years older than you. Yet you had stood up to his friends making fun of him because of either his eyes or his scar, maybe even both. Yet he was kind and sweet enough explaining that's just the way they were. There was no malice behind their worlds, not only that but they were just plain idiots. Ever since that day he stopped by every day just before closing.
It was glaringly obvious that he wanted more than you would ever give. He seemed to catch on pretty quickly but he settled for friendship, giving the Haitani brothers yet another thing to make fun of him for.
*
The chime of the bell dinged just in time, all the ingredients for his order ready to create a piping hot delicious brew.
"Evening Ms.L/N. how was work today?" He says ever so politely and sweetly. "Oh same as always, few people who didn't deserve the coffee they get and some needing just a bit more sugar in their life." You ring him up, as he hands you the plastic card as payment. "How is work treating you?" You ask him. His lips quirk up into a loopy smile "just getting somethings ready to start climbing the corporate ladder." He says trying to be as vague as possible.
You look up at him as you hand him his macchiato "let me know what you think, it's a new flavor we have" you inform him, trying to tame the smile that threatens to split your face in half. He takes a tentative little sip, rasing his eyebrows he hums in approval. You nod in satisfaction "You like it?" asking maybe a little more excited than you should be. But it's been weeks of talking like this in the evenings before closing the coffee shop.
He thinks it's delicious, like always just because you made it, but he won't say that, he refuses to make you feel uncomfortable. So he settles for the next best thing, like always. "Wow, this one is really good. Seasonal flavor?" He asks. You nod "I managed to convince the owner of adding another flavor other aside from pumpkin for autumn and winter" you explain.
He takes another sip and hums promoting you to ask "have you figured out the flavor?" He thinks for a little while before shaking his head "It's not familiar." As if it where possible your excitement making your smile widen "it's toasted coconut. I remember you mentioned never having coconuts before, so I though this would be a good introduction."
He looks at you with a twinkle in his heterochromic eyes "You came up with a flavor for the menu, just for me?" A sigh of defeat leaves you, maybe your feelings where getting a little out of control but you couldn't let him know that right? It's not like he hadn't already figured it out. You stills sputter word vomit "Oh, well no. It wasn't like that at all. Maybe it was a form of inspiration but I love coconuts myself and it just felt like something different was needed for the menu to balance out the pumpkins craze." You ramble on while cleaning the machines before heading out, completely avoiding his gaze.
Kakucho continues to sip on his coffee as you finish up cleaning. Never taking his eyes off of you. Maybe this was what he needed to get the courage to ask, the excitement that radiated off of you when handing him the cup was slowly fading in the atmosphere of the small cafe. You had done this thinking about him. He had been the reason for your suggestion and now execution of the new addition to the menu.
Just like always he waited for you to finish, "Would you mind if I walked with you Ms.L/N?" Like always, tho thankfully invisible to his eyes, heat was raising to your cheeks. "Yes, I'd appreciate Kakucho"
He was the first to break the silence of the peaceful walk to the train station "Do you gave any plans for this month of October Ms.L/N?" Shake your head and then nod. Making him give a deep chuckle. Rolling your eyes and explain "I'll be turning 18 by the end of the month. But the thing that really has me agonizing is what I should do for Halloween. I know it's not super huge here in Japan but I would still like to celebrate."
"Will you not be celebrating the day of the dead? Or is that not something you celebrate?" You give a small smile, happy he has taken the time to learn about your culture "Well it's not much of a party kind of celebration. It's a private thing, or at least it is the way I grew up" you explains, adding "but Halloween, now that's cause for a party."
"Well how about this, come with me to a party. My friends are throwing it and I'd rather not go alone." He asks. You deadpan at him asking "The Haitani's?" He nods sheepishly "I get it if you don't want to -" I take his hand in mine "I would love to. Besides since I'll be 18 then, maybe my parents won't be so strict after that." You say with a smile. A little concerned he asks "and if they don't allow it?" You stop walking and he turn to look at your beautiful e/c eyes. Your smile disappearing taking a deep breath to make the first choice of your adult life. "Well, then I'll break the rules just this once. Kakucho, you will be worth any punishment." Just like that he takes your hands in his "I'll make it worth it, I promise."
The both of you continue the walk to the train station, not saying much as his fingers entwine with yours. He sighs relieved when you don't pull your hand away, the chill of the night making you walk closer to him. As the train arrives and you turn to hug him good bye, courage fuels you. Gently pressing your lips to the corner of his mouth, before turning and walking into the train cart. His hand reaches for the spot where you lips touched him, and he swears he could die happy. He will happily wait those two weeks until he can show you what a proper kiss is like.

hi! could I request mikey, ran and rindou head cannons where you’re their older sibling? thank you !!
- hello my love !! and of course ♡ this request is so fun too omg..the gangsters as baby brothers we love to see it
Mikey, Ran and Rindou being your younger brothers
genre: fluff
warnings: none
Mikey
please, this blond child already acts like a baby with just one older sibling, so this will only double in the scenario of having another
whether you are biologically related or not, mikey will see you as a role model, no matter what you did. he followed in shinichiro's steps when it came to bikes, so expect him to pick something up from you as well
he would be constantly reassuring you that toman's activities were never that dangerous whenever you asked about it, simply keeping an eye out for him
of course, you don't believe him in a single sense, but you trust him enough to not get himself involved in some extreme scheme. truth be told, he knew he'd get a mouthful from you if he ever did
despite your slight concern over the whole gang members thing he had going on, mikey would undoubtedly suggest you to meet the people he spent most of his time with
if you agreed to doing so, best believe he will have a whole introductory speech on who you were, for no reason whatsoever other than to show off his older sibling
he's very proud to be related to you, just as he is with emma and shinichiro. you're constantly looking out for him, and he could never find the words to express how grateful he is of that
probably because he never actually goes to school, in spite of your constant nagging and pushing him to just show up a few times a week
it was really all pretty futile at the end of the day though, so you'd try and teach him a few things here and there whenever he came home for the night
not that he'd pay much attention, practically dozing off when you would, but some things would stick with him and he'd proudly remind them to you the following day
being mikey's older sibling will also mean that you'd see draken quite often, seeing as the two would randomly show up in the house whenever they needed something
the two of you would discuss points that you shared concerning mikey's overall attitude. you'd thank him for putting up with him whenever you weren't with him, and he would simply brush it off with a chuckle
both of you knew all to well how much of a pain the little blond could be, though
as the busy, older family member, you also wouldn't always get to see your brother. because of this, mikey would sometimes bring back small souvenirs if he went anywhere interesting, as you weren't as lucky as emma to be able to spend your afternoons around tokyo
it would bring him much joy whenever he spotted them around the house, knowing you kept each and every little thing he brought home for you even the obscure ones
all in all, be well aware that mikey is anything but a simple sibling to have. but, after a while, it's quite easy to get used to his spontaneous ways, you just need to expect the unexpected from him sometimes
Ran & Rindou
grouping the two brother together because well...they're brothers after all
may god help you if you have these two as younger siblings
when you were all smaller, rindou was an absolute cry baby and you'd always have to calm him down whilst moving him out of the way of ran's frequent attacks
being the youngest, rindou would have always depended on you when it came to serious or complicated topics, even in the present. he knows well how responsible you are, having had to put up with the two scoundrels that were his brother and him
so expect frequent visits from him whenever he needed help with fixing his computer, for example. he's an absolute disaster with fixing things since you had always been there to help out when he was growing
ran, on the other hand, is an absolutely reckless brother. as said before, he had decided from a young age that he was going to beat the punks he'd cross when the three of you went strolling around the streets of tokyo
determination was his key; unfortunately, he'd use his younger brother as a test subject, which frequently led to you pulling him away by his hair before he actually injured the smaller rindou
when the news came to you that the two had managed to take down roppongi the year they had turned teenagers, you figured it had been something to expect
having followed in his brother's footsteps once he could defend himself, rindou had become a strong fighter, and the two were quite unstoppable when together
you were really just there to make sure they didn't get in to some serious trouble, like the time ran had been planning to rob a whole store out of boredom
yeah, no. not on your watch
you knew they did things behind your back that you preferred not to know about, but you also trusted them enough to not end up in a bad state
other than the whole topic of being gangsters, the two would actually greatly appreciate you. it was nice to have someone older in the family that would be there when they got home, or even just to be able to rely on when circumstances got difficult
you had been the one to teach ran how to take care and braid his hair, and you had accompanied little rindou to his vision checkups when he first got glasses
they love you very much. so much so, they would keep you away from anything related to tenjiku, in worry that someone would target you, being the eldest haitani sibling
don't worry though, they would always come home with a large frequency of stories to tell you about the gang, as much as you preferred to not hear the more violent ones

To choose a lover
requested here
characters: ran haitani + rindou haitani
genre: fluff
warnings: none
Giggles and whispering comments were passed around, giddiness present in the voices that spoke out just a few metres away from you.
As much as you tried to focus on the tiresome work that was splayed out on the piece of paper before you, it was completely futile to drown the girls out.
It didn't take a genius to know what they were talking about. The school you were all under had the privilege - if one could even consider it as such - to hold two infamous students.
The Haitani brothers.
Whilst the eldest was in his final year, the younger still had another year under this roof until he followed in his brother's footsteps.
But there was really nothing to dislike about going to class when one had a literal fan group who's main topic was always them.
There were girls who preferred Ran, with his signature braids that they always wished they could undo for him; and others that would always fawn over Rindou's cocky ways and stubbornness, trying to catch his attention wherever he went.
The current conversation, however, wasn't just fixed on talking about their aspects.
Far from it. Sending each other questionable looks and making fun of those on the other side of the opinion, they were discussing who, out of the two brothers, was better.
Those on Ran's side had the advantage of saying that he was older, therefore more responsible and willing to take care of anyone.
Sure.
He would make the perfect husband, some were proclaiming. But...the youngest would always want to show that he is the strongest, the more dependable one, as a result of the inferiority that had always hung with him since they were young.
It wasn't that he was, he just hadn't pushed himself to be known as much as his brother had done all those years back.
Needless to say, it was an argument that would never see an end. At least not until the two left the school behind and continued up to wherever the future would take them.
It was amusing, from your point of view, to hear all of these discussions. For years now you had known the two, as close friends who had grown up on the same street, so you knew everything that there was to them, right down to what they actually did when they said they were studying.
Definitely something that the girls would be pushed back by if they ever found out.
But, if it really came down to it, you probably wouldn't be able to pick one out of the pack that they came in, either.
They both had their merits and faults, and, truth be told, neither of the two were that much of a pleasure to be around with, as much as their fans would beg to differ.
One thing was for sure, though. It had come into the light when the three of you had been hanging out one afternoon, without much else to do.
You had asked the youngest about what he thought about his notorious lower level when it came to comparing him with his brother.
It had simply been a spur of the moment, and you hadn't expected him to actually give a sorrowful response.
He was well aware that he was viewed as the weaker brother of the two, and as much as he'd try to prove otherwise, it had always been something that would eat away at him.
Naturally, both you and Ran had jumped to convince him that he was far from a weak person.
The fact that he was viewed as such meant nothing at all when it came down to the reality of what he was, and that there was no point in even listening to those ignorant - and frankly, irrelevant - opinions about himself.
At the end of the day, although you would never openly admit it near the oblivious fangirls, you held a considerable amount of affection towards the two of them.
Of course, they had their odd moments in which you only wished to hit them around the head with Ran's metal bar; but, all in all, they would always be your childhood friends.
So choosing between them was simply out of the question.
Both of them held an equal importance to you, so when a peculiar feeling started growing for one of them, you quickly averted it so it would be felt for the two, whatever it were to be.
They were two peas in a pod, and you weren't about to change this because of a measly crush.
However, the thought would only bug you more whenever you were all together. Such as the current situation, sat right between the two of them on the comfort of their couch.
Before even coming over, you had mentally ordered yourself to disregard the ridiculous thoughts that had flooded your mind.
The girls back at school hadn't help with the problem one bit, if anything they worsened the conflictive feelings; and now you were to spend the afternoon with the two.
One could only think that all odds were against them in such situations.
Head resting on Ran's shoulder, legs atop Rindou's, your eyes were fixed onto the screen before you. The reasoning behind spending the afternoon together was the airing of your favourite show.
However, you were now racking your brains over what you were supposed to do after the series ended. Watching a movie was the prime option, but you figured they would want to move from the couch and do something else.
And the two were very talkative, so you would have to, inevitably, push everything in your mind aside to prevent from even giving the smallest hint surrounding your thoughts.
Your stiffness didn't go unnoticed, and, soon enough, you felt a hand on your leg, startling you in an instant.
"What the hell is up with you today, Y/N?"
Rindou had lost all attention for what was playing on the screen, and it looked to be as though he had for a bit now. This meant he had felt your change of attitude well before he had actually asked about it.
"What? No, nothing...why?"
Knitting his eyebrows together, the blond looked over at you with a disbelieving stare. By now, you were sure Ran had shifted his interest towards the two of you.
"You've been all skittish since you got here. You got something important on your mind or what?"
Geez.
"No...I've just been thinking about something stupid, that's all. Don't worry about it, now let me watch th-"
"That being?"
Now you were cornered. From behind you, having turned to look at Rindou, a voice spoke out the question. In slight panic, you managed to come up with another way around it.
"Well...that, let's say, if I had to choose one out of the two of you, I wouldn't know who I'd pick. It's a silly question one of my friends asked today, that's all"
God bless the fan girls. You were sure to never judge them internally again, because they might have just saved your skin in the nick of time.
Your nerves calmed down as you heard Rindou chuckle at the concern, and you figured he'd just brush it off as another one of your peculiar inquiries.
However, as he fully turned towards you, it was clear that he wasn't about to let this go unfazed.
"Well, you can't just leave us like that without an answer. Go on then, if it was a life or death situation, who would it be?"
"Rindou...you know I'd get rid of both of you if I could"
You all laughed at your words, stirring the conversation into an area that you were certain you could get a hold of.
Each one of you was just as ridiculous as the next one, so it wasn't hard to divert difficult topics.
If only the youngest wasn't so damn pushy.
"On a real note, there's gotta be one of us that you like just a little more, Y/N"
Upon knowing that perhaps you had driven yourself into a dead end, you started to fumble with your fingers.
What the hell were you supposed to say? If you picked one, the other was surely to get the wrong idea.
"Um..."
A slight shift behind you made you turn your head, catching Ran just a little too close for comfort to your face. Great, just what you needed.
After a few, nerve racking, seconds in silence, it was the eldest of the two that decided to break the ice. You were all just wasting time there, after all.
"Listen...since my brother seems incapable of forming a decent sentence, what we've been trying to get at is which one you'd choose, because we've both liked you for some time now and we kinda need to know who you'd go out with"
Well.
Certainly an unexpected turn to your seemingly uneventful afternoon. It appeared that you weren't the only one struggling with the damned feeling that was a crush, but you hadn't gambled that it would be both of them...and for the same person.
You couldn't choose.
In the same way that you had to waver the feeling of more than just friendship between the two of them, there was no way you could pick one now.
It would be unfair for the other, especially since you would only be lying to yourself for saying that you felt nothing for the half that was left aside.
There was only one way out of this, unless you wanted to shatter the relationship you had built between them for the past years.
"I...both of you. I can't leave one of you out when I, well, like both of you"
A huge weight was lifted from your body the moment the brothers exchanged a look, followed by an agreeing nod. Far from the catastrophe you had gambled with, that much was sure.
As Ran leaned his head on your shoulder, Rindou gave you a bright smile, one that not everyone had the chance to say that they've seen.
"Wasn't so hard to say, now was it?"
No. What was going to be hard was having not one Haitani by your side, but two, as a partner. Sure enough, you were really going to know what their poor mother had to put up with now.

Investigations (Part 5): Ran Haitani x Fem!Reader
wc: 1.8k
tw: none
masterlist
song recommendation:
It's so quiet around the house.
Ran looks around in the empty space, trying to figure out what he should do next. The next task is right in front of him, but he's hesitant to even do that. Would it be effective in bringing you back home?
Shuji Hanma looks at him, bored out of his mind.
"I don't know where she's ghosted off to," he mumbles. "Y/n never contacted me after I spoke with her about Tenjiku."
"Why would you speak to her about it at all?" Rindou sneers, elbows resting on his knees. "You've put us in a really bad place, Hanma."
Rindou would never elaborate further with the snake he once considered a friend, but the former executive just chuckles, leaning back and spreading his arms across the couch.
"You've gotten yourselves into this mess. Don't count on me to get you out."
"Have you heard from Taiju?" Shuji tilts his head, the earring in his ear dangling to the left.
"Why would he talk to me?" Fair enough, Ran thinks, combing his fingers through his hair. "That man and I don't even have any business with each other."
"Will you at least help us talk to him, then?" Rindou wonders, lacing his fingers together. The man gives Shuji a dangerous look that implies he should either 'do or die', but Shuji ignores it, shaking his head.
"You have to clean this mess up on your own. I can't help you."
_____________________________________________________________
"Mr. Shiba is out on vacation."
Ran looks at his younger brother, scrunching his brows up.
"I'm sorry?"
"Mr. Shiba is out on vacation," the lady behind the desk repeats, eyes glazed over as she stares at the computer. "He's been gone since the beginning of this month."
"That's way before y/n disappeared," Rindou breathes. "A day before she went to Hanma. Taiju probably doesn't even know."
"Can you let him know the Haitani brothers want to speak with him when he returns?" Ran wonders, looking at the woman sternly.
"Of course," she grumbles, writing something on a notepad. "I'll pass the message on. He should be back in two weeks."
Once Ran and Rindou leave, they find themselves back where they started - at Ran's house - accompanied by Kakucho and Sanzu, who look just as downcast and upset as they do.
"No leads," Ran announces, much to their dismay. "If we don't find her soon..."
"Don't rub it in," Sanzu whispers, leaning on the couch with a forlorn face. "We know what the risk is."
Ran tries to avoid remembering the conversation with the other wives about their activities. Ran remembers lying, remembers telling the women that they were working for the government, and had been for a long time. That they all had targets on their back. And that the government never negotiated with people who chose to kidnap their loved ones.
Sanzu picked up the lie and made the whole story believable, then provided false documents the next day. Kakucho did the same, adding his expertise to the mix, and finally, Rindou sealed the lie with an airtight alibi for every single time they'd come home with questionable items or disheveled attire. Every question was answered with a half-truth or a full lie, nothing was answered with the whole truth.
And for some reason, this weighed on all of them even more.
"Mikey would know what to do," Kakucho finally mutters, and Ran looks over at the sullen man. "Mikey and Takeomi."
"Get Takeomi and Taiju here," Ran stands, nodding. "We'll need both of their help."
_____________________________________________________________
"Your husband visited my office today."
Taiju stands in the space between the sliding doors, watching you stare out at the tree-filled landscape with a blank gaze.
"Oh." Your reply doesn't leave much room for conversation, but Taiju comes out onto the back patio anyways, sighing as he sits next to you on the porch swing.
"The maid told me you weren't feeling well. Do you know what's wrong?"
"I'm just trying to cope, I think," you breathe, and Taiju wraps an arm around your shoulder, pulling you close. "It's not easy being a wife of a killer," you joke, but neither of you laughs.
"I'll have someone come by in the morning to make sure you're doing alright health-wise. Do you want a therapist, or---"
"What therapist will hear 'I'm the wife of someone who should be in prison for murder, racketeering, and extortion', and not lose their mind or call the cops?"
Taiju quirks his lips but says nothing. A fleeting thought of Ran and Kai crosses your mind, and you hiccup, tears coming to your eyes suddenly.
It's been like this ever since you left.
Some mornings you'll wake and think you're back in bed with Ran and your son, but upon finding that you're not anywhere near them, you'll cry, wrapping yourself up in the sheets that don't smell like the man you still love.
Some nights you'll fall asleep, face still wet with tears, hiccuping into the night like a small child.
And during the day... anything and everything will remind you of your family and friends. You know that you can't go back. So, why cry about the past?
Taiju holds you close, rubbing your arm and whispering comforting words as you cry, hands covering your eyes while you sob.
"I miss them," you choke out. "I miss them so much."
"I know," he replies softly. "I know..."
After the sun sets, you shuffle back into the house, eyes swollen from your crying. Taiju helps you get ready for bed, turning down the sheets before you climb in, then tucking you in.
"I'm glad you called me," he admits, smiling at you and smoothing a hand over your face. "You worried me with that voicemail, but I'm just glad I could help. This home is yours, even though I have to leave for a little while." Your face falls, his words not really making too much sense.
"Wait," you exhale. "Leave?"
"Your husband and his brother left a note with my secretary that you'd gone missing. I would be an unconvincing liar if I waited another day to come to see what the fuss is about."
"So you're going to see them?" you wonder.
"I'll see about Kai as well. I'll make sure he's taken care of."
"When are you leaving?"
"Tonight." The realization is enough to make you nod numbly, then look out of the bay windows to your left.
"Give him a hug for me."
"Of course."
_____________________________________________________________
The hulking man sits across from Ran, crossing his arms and squinting his eyes. Ran had just broken the news to Taiju himself, but neither man had anything to say afterward. They just stared at each other. Ran contemplates asking him for help, but he thinks the bags under his eyes and disheveled appearance is enough to garner sympathy from the man.
"Have you heard from her?" Rindou finally asks, giving in.
"No," Taiju lies. "She hasn't spoken to me since that day in the restaurant."
"Would you know where she might have gone? Or been taken to?"
"Taken?" Taiju leans forward at the word, frowning even deeper. "You think she's been abducted?"
"I don't know," Ran admits, pressing his face into his hands. "I don't know anything. There are no leads. I asked Hanma and he had nothing. Now you're saying you have nothing."
"I've been away for a while," Taiju whispers regretfully. "I should have been here when this happened."
"There's nothing you can do now except help us," Rindou adds, spreading his hands. "We need you. If anyone can get to her, it's you, Taiju."
"Why not Ran?" He wonders, but Ran shakes his head.
"Only you, Takeomi, and Mikey could figure out where she is now. I'm not good at--"
"Is there any ransom note or letter? Did she leave anything to tell you where she might have gone?"
"Everything is here," Sanzu mentions, coming out of the kitchen with a sandwich in his hands. "Phone, keys, purse, money... Nothing that points to her running away."
Holy shit, Taiju thinks. She's covered all of her tracks.
Ran sighs again, leaning his chin on his palm.
"And Kai..." At the mention of your son, Taiju stiffens. "Kai doesn't know what's going on. He thinks she's away for a little vacation. But what if she never comes back?" Rindou slides a hand across his brother's shoulder. "I just want her to come home safe."
"I'll see what I can do."
_____________________________________________________________
"Miss, can you tell me if you're alright?"
You want to reply to the woman outside of the door, but the heaving of your stomach prevents that. Your lunch and breakfast drop into the toilet, every single item of food emptied from your stomach.
"I'm not feeling well..." you groan, trying to find the strength to stand up and clean your mouth out. After your rinse with your toothbrush and toothpaste, you open the door, seeing the maid standing by with a worried expression.
"You've been really sick. I think it's time to tell Master Taiju what's been happening."
"No," you gripe. "He needs to be fully convincing that nothing is happening here."
"Miss, you sent the doctors away yesterday. Please... you need to see someone about your illness."
"I'll be fine," you murmur, slumping onto the bed. "I just need to rest."
But your rest is filled with images of Ran raising his fist, beating Taiju to a bloody pulp, or your son growing up to be a gangster like his father, tattoos scrawled across his knuckles and under his sleeves. In your nightmares, you regret not taking Kai with you. You regret not telling Ran you're leaving him. You regret a lot of things.
But you don't regret marrying Ran.
You don't regret having a son with him.
You don't regret the times with him that were amazing and soft and exciting. You just regret being fooled into thinking that your life would always be that way. Your regret slips into your nightmares, but you're suddenly awakened by the sound of the landline beside your bed.
You snatch the phone off of the receiver and wait for whoever is on the other line to speak. When they don't, you whisper,
"Hello?"
"Y/n," you hear an unfamiliar, tired voice on the other end. "You need to come home."
Fear slips into your heart, and your hands begin to shake. You've been found out.
"Y/n, sweetheart, listen to me. Your family needs you. I need you to keep Ran sane."
"So he can murder and extort?" you wonder. "For you?"
"Please don't make this difficult. I'll be sending one of my advisors to come to get you in the morning. Don't fight him. He's not someone who will give you much mercy."
"No," you whisper. "No, I won't be going with your advisor. I want you to fire Ran so we can raise our baby safely and in peace."
A pause.
"There's no such thing as absolute safety for a Haitani man or woman."
"I suppose that we will have to figure it out for ourselves, huh?"
