The nearly complete lack of separation between prep, line, and dish that is only set to get far worse as our back area is being intended to be turned into a second dining room rather than storage is a profound trial on my sanity lol...
#it apparently wasn't really an issue before bc seating was so limited no one really ordered food just coffee#but since putting in a couple properly comfortable tables food orders have gone up substantiality and the more home cooking style#organization and habits are starting to struggle at scale lol. next week we're opening to online ordering and i dread it so much
