Anyway i think any ADHD person who is in school should be allowed to take breaks from class as needed in which time they may go on a rollercoaster or similar fairground ride, and then return to class.
#me n my friend when to a theme park together and it like fixed us#threw the ADHD clean out my body#mind clear#and school multiplies my adhd and this can be mitigated with running outside n stuff#but putting me in a spinny go fast machine would be more fast and effective#adhd#autism#neurodivergent
