okay the newest chapter of bsd just goes to show that everything will end up being fixed thanks to The Book. why else would they introduce Teruko’s backstory only to kill her off two pages later? why else would the first ADA causality the most important one (the next head of the agency)? why else would the stakes be so extreme and wild?

#bsd spoilers #bsd #bungou stray dogs #look narratively it’s just wild to toss aside good characters for no reason #there have been some eye brow worthy moments and some ‘okay we’ll just ignore that’ moments #but overall bsd is cohesive in its themes and what it wants to portray #it’s a story of hope and survival and fighting against the odds #and sure you might have trauma and scars and terrible memories from what happened but it’s a story of living and finding your people #ANYWAYS ALL THIS TO SAY THE BOOK WILL FIx thing #I do think some things won’t revert for example bram or fukuichi #but other than that? yeah they will
