Not a bad first impression or a good first impression but some secret third thing (a normal first impression that went well but that I am stressing over for no particular reason)
#ra speaks#personal#blehhhh new post doc and masters in my lab met em today at the meeting#which like I said went well I didn’t do or say anything outrageous or stupid#idk my anxiety has been Going lately. couldn’t sleep last night so I took some Benadryl#I know I know you’re not supposed to do that but I was on the verge of an anxiety attack for hours#but wasn’t having a full blown attack/my hydroxy (which is literally an antihistamine rx for anxiety)#knocks me on my ass for 48 hours and I had an early meeting today#but ough maybe I shoulda taken it bc I’m still all stressed and it sucks#maybe I’ll take it later…just to take the edge off. tomorrow is just chores and shopping. Friday is a stay in day bc of campus move in hell
