Never in my life did I think growing out my fingernails would have me contemplating RIPPING THEM OFF on the daily.
I'm VERY AWARE they're growing and I hate it.
#ive been biting my nails since i was a toddler#ive made it about 5ish weeks without biting them til i bleed#it feels so weird#i dont know how to explain it#part of it is now i can tappy tap on things#but also it feels like theres constantly something under them#theres not#but oh boy does it feel like theres always something inder my nails#putting on fake nails helps a little#until i succumb to the urge to rip those off#i then have to paint my nails#im basically doing something to them daily to actively fight the urge to bite them as short as possible#personal
